It's been governed by Callipso, a wealthy and powerful creator of the world. Of course, the global moderators are like the police of Delta. They make sure the players understand and follow the rules. Callipso, along with three other experts, created this game in 2204. It was a record hit when it hit stores, and thousands of people were logging in and going on different types of journeys. Callipso himself was rumored to have a character of his own, but no one has ever seen him. If they have, they never knew. Many want to meet the master, but no one has, not yet. [b]The Problem[/b] A giant message screen appears in the sky of the world Delta. All players are alerted to pay attention, for this was a very important message. [center][i]Master Callipso has disappeared. We presume he was kidnapped, and is still in the World Delta. We have no clue where he is, or who took him. Be on alert, Delta players. Now, a year later, the kidnappers of Callipso are still out there, and the players are still in the Delta. Suspicians have arisen around the team Sigma Fi Omega, but they have not been captured. The dark knight's attack is his forte. They would rather carry large weapons then take up shields, so great swords and scythes are the weapons for these Knights. The monks are martial arts specialists who prefer to be unarmed as they relentlessly deal body blows to their foes. Advantage: Agility, high attack Disadvantage: Low defense [b]Paladin[/b]-With their incredible divine abilities, defensive capabilities, and melee aptitude, they make more than a match for the undead. While magicians use magic to deal damage from afar, the Rangers use their arrows and muskets to good effect. Gauntlets and Greaves are typically used as armor and to add defense to a person's character. However, Michael's Jhoon uses them soley for the ability to strike harder.

[b]Personality:[/b] Michael and Jhoon are the same person. Michael does not act out any real personal fantasies through the Delta Rebellion game, he simply sees it as a way to further express his flamboyant personality. Michael is a confident, nearly arrogant person. He acts on instinct and rarely thinks any situation through, feeling that his great abilities will make up for any lack of planning. His confidence in his ability is so great, that he chose the Monk-class for his character, simply to prove that he needs no weapon or magic to be a great player in the game. Due to his arrogance along with the ability to back his words up, Michael, or Jhoon, is either loved or hated by those around him. He is loved by his team mates, and severely hated by his enemies and rivals.

Concerning his allies, Michael enjoys frequenting himself with his friends and team mates. He is a highly social person and enjoys having fun conversation with Talent. He holds a silent respect for his team leader, Lady Key and the intelligent dark knight, Elliot. The playful and firty Dri is a constant source of amusement for Jhoon/Michael, who takes quite a calm fancy to women, he however, tries to down play his interest the best he can.

[u]1. Berserker:[/u] a state of battle rage placed upon Jhoon?s minds which sends his body into a state of advanced speed and strength momentarily. The main side effect of this is that what Jhoon gains in speed and strength, he loses in accuracy and immediate intelligence in attack.

Uses no secondary weapon but relies on hand to hand skills to aid him with weapon or when disarmed. Reaver has the potential to conduct certain black magic skills, a feature Elliot still works hard to perfect.

Personality:

Matt's Delta alter-ego, Elliot, is like a demon in battle. He fights viciously and rarely toys with his opponents in serious fights. His standards for whom he considers to be his enemies are fairly low, as he will be more than willing to slay anyone who opposes or angers him. His weapon of choice is his Dark Reaver which allows him to strike deadly blows to multiple opponents at a time, though he greatly prefers one on one battles. He will almost never ask for help when fighting and will often issue warnings to his opponents about his power before launching an offensive. He won't reveal all of his power and skill to an opponent he deems unworthy or too weak, and considers it an insult to his sword as well as himself to waste his time with weaklings.

Only to his allies is Elliot known as a reliable and intellegent person. Though he is very confident (and at times arrogant) in his own abilities, he respects his allies of Sigma Fi Omega but will not always express it. Elliot despises cowardice, lying, and idiocy above all things. Though being an appreciator of solitude, he enjoys the company of anyone who can who can keep up in sparring with him, and occaisionally attractive women.

Elliot cares little about the suspicions surrounding him and his allies concerning the dissapearence of Callipso, and has no problem with anyone who wishes to confront him about it. His only motivation to find out the real where abouts of the creator come from his desire to regain the freedom to log out. He feels the higher ups of the Delta world are out of line and inept and despises having his life restricted by them.

In reference to his allies:
Elliot seems to have a closer connection to Dri than with his other allies. He mostly welcomes her company and trusts her because she is a fellow dark knight and is even at times subtly protective of her, something he would never admit. He acknolwedges the skills of all of his allies, and is trusting of Jhoon-kim for his fighting ability, and Talent for his craftiness (though he often admonishes his boasting). He trusts Lady Key and accepts her as a leader but will often think she is too easy-going when it comes to dealing with enemies. When fighting in units, Elliot works well with Key since he can use Reaver to combine with some of her black magic attacks.

Abilities/Magic:

-Noxious Mist: Elliot conjures a poisonous mist to obstruct the senses and strength of his opponent. It normally engulfs a large area and stays constant on the battle ground unless concentrated into another form such as an individual cloud or a line of mist. Elliot has a strong resistance to the effects, but is rendered completely immune when holding Reaver. It causes gradual weakness, sluggishness in movement, decreased hearing and causes vision to blur and make it appear as if Elliot (or whichever of his allies the opponent is fighting) has silhouettes surrounding them. It takes time and concentration to conjure and it is mostly used to support an ally or when involved in a lengthy battle[/SIZE]

They are named [i]Golden Strike[/i] and are amazingly easy to manipulate and master. Brice prefers them over most other weapons, more so that they're fairly unique and are strong.

[b]Personality[/b]:

Brice is usually a chirpy and energetic person. A little naughty at times, she plays pranks and steals items from unwary players. She likes to be around people that she can trust - people that she can be friends with and don't steal off of. Brice likes to play in a virtual world because she can do things in this virtual world that she can't do in the real world. This includes stealing from monsters or players. Her nasty streak dictates some of her actions but not all. Most people refer to her as a 'rogue' not a thief because of her personality. A tomboy, but spunky and girly at times, Brice is a complex person to behold.

It may seem big and heavy, but whenever he needs to he wields it with ease. Glows blue whenever he's in battle.

[B]Personality[/B]: Touji practically made Kaishou to act just like him: calm and cool, never worrying or losing his temper. He always acts serious even when trouble is among him and his team mates. Although, even though he acts tough and manly, his closest friends know that he has a soft and loveable side to him, making him a very likeable person. He's the type of person to think before he acts and always has a plan even in the worst of situations. He might seem cool and simple, but when his team or other friends are in trouble or his enemy is near, he changes into a different person and unleashes the true warrior within him.

[B][U]Unforgetable Nightmare[/U][/B]- Kaishou unsheaths his sword and holds in front of his face. Then, it ignites on blue fire and grows big with how angry he is. Then, Kaishou runs towards the enemy at high speed and unleashes dozens of sword fighting combs all over the enemy. At the end, he points Bushido at the wounded enemy and yells "Ryu no Pyro! (Dragon of Fire... :P) and large blue and red flames fly towards the enemy in the form of a dragon opening it's mouth and engulfing the opposing team in flames.

[b]Personality:[/b] Vangelis and Jonathon are really a study in opposites. While Jonathon is generally more talkative and out going, Vangelis is closed up, only really opening up to his team mate. Most attribute this difference to the fact that Vangelis is very aware of the game at all time so his focus is usually on the game rather than the players. He does have a strong sense of honour though and doesn?t like going up against players who are of a lower rank than he is or fighting with a weakened.

The kind of in-game missions and quests he prefers are going after rare artefacts or caches of treasure. This is really because he prefers the RPG qualities of the game rather than the out and out fighter, hence his choice of the Ranger class. It's not known why Vangelis elected to just have the one partner given that he was offered positions on some of the larger teams in Delta, but what is known that he will always have a strong loyalty to the second half of Team Gemini.

[B]Personality:[/B] Unlike some of her teammates, Dri is almost the exact opposite of Bianca in several ways, seeing the Delta universe as a place where she can be someone she knows she couldn't be in the real world. Dri is outspoken, hyper and flirtatious, though some may also consider her cocky because of the way she demeans almost every other player.

She enjoys flirting with Elliot and her other team members because she gets a kick out of how they react. As much as the other players in Sigma Fi Omega seem to dislike her at times, she sees them all as friends. She also respects Lady Key, who she sees as an older sister figure, being an only child in reality. No matter how immature and somewhat disrespectful she may act, she admires each and every one of her teammates, and after being stuck in Delta with them for so long, she has grown extremely attached to them, though she'd never say it herself.

When it comes to fighting, she is unpredictable and extremely serious. She is a very dedicated team player, and will never leave her teammates behind. Her confidence in battle is not ill-founded, having played in the world of Delta for a long time even before the disappearance of Callipso.

[B]Abilities/Magic:[/B] [i]Shadow Reaper[/i] - This technique allows Dri's shadow to act on its own, though under her control and constantly attached to her at the feet. Her shadow then uses the shadow of her scythe to attack other shadows, damaging the actual player or object. Even without a weapon, her shadow can hold onto another and slow or stop movement. Her shadow returns to normal once she commands it, becomes exhausted, or the spell is broken by more powerful magic. However, because of Dri's class having low MP, it can only be used in exchange for all of her MP, forcing her to use this magic very rarely.

[B]Personality:[/B] Talent's personality matches that of his name. He's very cocky, especially when in battle against other players, and brags about his skills non stop. He impresses the ladies with his acrobatic skills (see abilities) and always has something to say about something.

Although he is a thief, he is still very loyal to his team. He almost never strays from Sigma Fi Omega unless he's scouting ahead (since he's the fastest).

Since he's as much as a flirt as Dri is, they constantly have flirting sprees with eachother (although they would never actually do anything with one another). Joohn is more of a best friend than anything else and they have a strong relationship. Elliot is seen as Talent's intelligent friend, sometimes seen as the leader, sometimes seen as a threat.

The bottom part has a silver blade measuring about five inches and tapering to a fine point, used for the weaker physical attacks when Azoth depletes her mana. A carved black bird with beady amethyst eyes and outspread wings decorated with silver filigree clutches the top of the staff with silver talons. Despite looking as if each part is made from a different material, the staff is formed from one source.

[B]Personality:[/B] Azoth loves conversation as long as it is not about herself. She loves hearing people's darkest secrets, but tells none of her own. Reactions are what she looks for when interacting with people. Cheeky is a good word for her, because she has a blatant disregard for rank and authority, treating everyone as an equal. Contradictory is another good word, because Azoth often says one thing and does or feels something completely different. Her loves are rare words and teasing her teammates. Battle is another of her passions, as she loves testing her magic. Although this violet-haired black mage loves seeing her comrades surprised, stuttering, and completely embarrassed, she cares for her friends and will not allow any harm to come to them. It should be noted her hesitation to speak of herself combined with her attitude makes some players hesitant to trust her.

[B]Abilities/Magic: [I]Twilight Falcon[/I][/B]--Streams of dark purple and white light swirl around Azoth, condense around her staff, and burst forth in the shape of a large falcon, Azoth's familiar. The falcon can attack one enemy for focused damage or all enemies for divided damage. A combination light/dark elemental spell that deals both types of magic damage and costs about one-tenth of Azoth's mana.

Only draws the blade when he senses that he is facing a formidable opponent. Sheathed or unsheathed, he is highly skilled with this weapon, and is quite a dangerous opponent when wielding it. The sword has the ability to greatly magnify, and intensify its wielder?s mana flow.

[B]Personality:[/B] He is quite sarcastic, bitter, and cynical. Emotional, but keeps to himself, and has a strange sense of humor. He doesn?t like to be bossed around, but values wise advice when he hears it. Thinking and planning are traits of his, though it may seem that he?s careless at times; he really prefers to quickly improvise. Likes challenges, and rushes into them, but only after closely evaluating the situation. During times of risk, and danger he remains calm and humorous because he thinks that anxiousness only clouds good judgment. He can be poetic and jovial when he feels like it, but he can also be very cold, and eerily silent to a point where he may seem quite frightening. He is honest, but cunning and has never broken a promise yet.

[I][U]Kouen Touketsu:[/U][/I] Asim strengthens, and increases the rate of Mana flow in his body using his weapon, and then channels it back into the sword; setting the blade ablaze in a misty silver flame that emits extremely bitter coldness instead of heat. This greatly increases the cutting, and penetrative powers of the blade against flesh, armor, and defensive spells. The constant, balanced, rapid, and strong flow of Mana required for this technique gives Asim heightened senses, great speed, and almost inhuman reflexes. It also gives him the ability to generate freezing wind currents, and ice with the blade. Some of these currents can contain very sharp ice spikes. The more Asim concentrates the colder the frozen flame will get, and the stronger the wind currents will become. He?s trained very hard to master this technique, but still it will drain his energy completely once he?s used it, and it will kill him if he persists in using it even after it has fully exhausted him. He tends to rely on this technique in desperate situations only.

Personality: Aleran?s appearance is that of the knight in shining armor, the sort of guy that women swoon over. Unfortunately his personality does not portray that. Instead he is a sort of goofball, always ready to ruin the moment with a joke. When he is nervous or uncomfortable he tries to lighten things up with another joke, it?s a sort of defense mechanism. Although he seems like a blundering idiot on the outside he actually has a deeper side about him that he rarely reveals to anybody because he fears rejection. Regrettably he doesn?t realize his current personality is not helping him avoid his fear.

He does not fight as you might expect a man with armor and a lance to. He is fairly fast and defensive, he dodges most attacks and often times runs from battle. Most of the time it takes one of his team mates to be in mortal danger before he offensively wields his lance. Of course at that point the enemy is usually weakened enough to be taken down easily, that or the enemy has simply forgotten about Aleran and is taken by surprise.

When in town he loves to drink and party. Never has he been to a town and not left it without getting totally wasted at least once. In the early morning you can probably find him somewhere passed out in his room.

Abilities: Quick Attack ? while dodging most every attack Aleran might see a moment to take advantage of his enemies dropped guard with a quick attack. The attack does not do much damage but is also nearly unavoidable.

She will almost never get excited about anything and when she does, Key conceals it quite well. She is leader of her team although she doesn't take aggressive action and some of her teammates have a different approach, for the most part things work out quite well. Lady Key works well with Elliot when it comes to battle, especially when they combine their powers when fighting. She respects Jhoon-Kim's abilities, bravery and confidence even though sometimes she feels he can get a bit too over his head sometimes. Talent is definately someone she confides in about any concerns she has, even though he seems to be not serious about anything she finds him to be a very trustworthy person and loyal member although she conceals this quite well as they often get into "petty" spats in public. Although it may not look like it, Key values him as a good friend as well. Key is also pretty close to Dri, who is more of a carefree person and seems to get along well with everyone in the group. Although it may seem like she is irritated with her sometimes, Key looks at her as a type of younger sister probably because she has one younger sister just like her in reality. Her and Elliot seem to be protective of Dri, even though she is well cabable of defending herself. She's not the most social person in the world and prefers to wonder off by herself, but occasionally she likes to meet up with friends especially when things get hectic which she finds more interesting then disturbing. Key is not particular bad at socializing, it's just that she prefers not to get close to others. However, despite her mysterious appearance, she is a tough opponent in battle and would strike you down without a second thought. When it comes to fighting, Key is always underestimated and especially despises cocky men. Flirting happens to be one of her main annoyances which is unfortunately two of her teammates favorite past-times. She especially hates it when men miraculously keep hitting on her after many clear warnings. Let's just say, they end up regretting it in the future. Although, many admirers are starting to suspect she might have a secret love interest. Given his low MP, Sanctification must be used only when absolutely necessary as it requires a considerable portion of his magic power to use.

[B]Personality:[/B] When discussing the personality of Ash, you're simultaeneously describing Laine but in a different context. Ashley is a fun, happy-go-lucky girl that loves hanging out with friends, playing around and talking. Her type of humour is always light hearted and her friends love that about her, because even when insulted, she can turn it around. She's a think first, act later type and enjoys games of strategy and logic puzzles. If her friends are in trouble, she's not afraid to interfere to protect them because she has a protective nature.

Laine likes to have fun with her partner even though he's the more serious half of Team Gemini, not saying that she doesn't know the proper time to be serious. When in battle, she likes to talk to her opponents if they're human because she enjoys trying to psyche them out and make a rashe movement or to try to distract them, besides the fact she just enjoys talking. She's sometimes been described as ruthless, seen mocking and taunting her enemies. But at the same she's a fast and careful thinker, creating strategies for battles then changing them throughout to reflect changes in her opponent's style and environment. Like her team mate, she has a strong sense of honour and comraderie. She is loyal to her partner and will always support his decisions as she knows he would do the same.

He's basically always on the go, pumped up and ready for battle. He's name Binshou for a reason, on the battlefield he's quite agile, he doesn't have brute strength but his agility and fighting skills make up for it. Hates working and loves training, instead of looking for leads, you can find him somewhere sharpening his skills.
