I really didn't care so I switched at her insistence, and now I use it by default. Sometimes I don't use the tabs properly so I'll have two windows up with two or three tabs on each, and I'll get confused but too lazy to switch. >_>; But I am a tab-whore. At one point I had 8 or so tabs open at one time. Also I like the convenient bar at the top you can put your most visited sites on. Going through Wikipedia, I sometimes have enough tabs to go off of the side of Firefox. Some tabs aren't shown, and one half occupies the space for the Close Tab button. In any event, I have found the beauty that is RSS Feeds, and having them update in Mozilla Firefox as soon as they're posted (On BBC, CNN, or New York Times). Simply having a link to the content isn't anything compared to actually being able to read the content without visiting the website it was fetched from. Also, the Firefox implementation is inefficient, as it's still downloading all the content (full feeds, partial feeds), just isn't letting you use the (sometimes large) amounts of data that are stored between content tags. It has the classic three pane setup, with items in the top, content in the bottom and feeds on the lefts, and gives notifications the exact same way as Mail 2.0. For someone in an entertainment field this is crucial. I constantly need inspiration and what better way to store some on my computer to browse through whenever i want? I don't know why they don't just make it Firefox/Opera freindly already, but it has become rather annoying. I use Opera as my main browser. I downloaded it about two weeks ago, and I'm absolutely in love with it. The tabbing feature is of course, one of my favorites. I also love how it keeps your tabs open even if you close the page. Imagine being able to have most of the same features as firefox plus a prettier default face plus the widgets<3 plus the ability to remember what pages you have open if you shut down your computer. I sometimes overabuse the tabs, and the AdBlock, as already mentioned, is amazingly handy.
