Guest xframe
What forums have you guys been to in the past that no longer exist? The ones where you were addicted and knew everyone. Not any random dime a dozen forum I'm talking about very popular forums from back in the day such as AnimeLegacy.net's ALforums. What did you like about the forum? -animelegacy (used to be one if not thee most popular anime website/forum. This forum had insanly good graphics artists and helped elevate many users skill levels. It was ran by CruelAngel,RufusRun,Syphin and had the best forum layout ever created thanks to Rufus. -spiral9(when ALforums closed almost the entire community moved to these boards. PaganAngel
Mine still exists, but I left it, and I miss it: GiveUpAlready.com. That was a great place... it was a thriving community, rich with inside jokes (ad hilarious webcomics), awesome people, and the occasional controversy (e.g. "I will have you IP banned from the internet!" and "ha ha, i luv turky to, wut do j00 liek to eet?"). Gosh, I missed that place... I was never anyone special there, though. Just a casual, stand-in-the-corner-of-the-anime-section member. I had to leave, though, for reasons too complicated to really go into. I was also an admin for a forum for this one anime graphics site... that was my first experience with any sort of moderating on the web, and it was a great experience for me. The site shut down, though; the webmistress went on to pursue greater things.
