Anime What if the world was an anime?

What if anime was real. I mean we all were in a big anime. I think that the world would be better. You could cook food using your eyes, shoot energy from your fingers, or even fly over the OCEAN!!

All that would be cool If life was an aniime I would be on pokemon. I mean summon monsters from balls and fight other monsters.

Anyways. What anime would you want this world to be? Post your ideas here!

Well, I'd like the world to be one of these three. I'll list the world, and the pros and cons of each.

[b]Fullmetal Alchemist - Amestris[/b]
If only [spoiler]the Gate were real and I could visit our supposed alternate universe. P=[/spoiler]

Pros- Living in Amestris would be awesome, for I could perform alchemy pretty much whenever I chose. [strike]It would also give me an excuse to stalk Hohenheim. <3[/strike]
Cons- Err, the war. >_o
Scar threatening to kill all state alchemists.

[b]Japan - Elfen Lied[/b]
Okay, okay, so Elfen Lied is actually in modern-day Japan. Your point?

Pros - I could meet Lucy/Nyuu, and Mariko! I could even be a diclonius, complete with vectors! Woo.
Cons - ...I could meet Lucy/Nyuu, Mariko, and be a diclonius, colpmete with vectors. >_> Woo?

[b]Tokyo 3 - Evangelion[/b]
Okay, so this is also Japan, just in the future.

Pros - I could pilot an EVA (if I were younger by a hair), I could meet Kaworu and Asuka, and partake in some futuristic sushi! (Joke.)
Cons - There's the threat of the world ending at any possible moment
The angels, which could contribute to that as well

If the world would be an anime, that would be cool and fun. However come to think of it our lives won't be as safe as the normal life. What the heck! it's fun to live like them especially with the awesome powers that you are most likely to get.

If the this world was an anime i want it to be like Naruto.It would be cool that instead of studying english and stuffs, we are studying jutsus and hand seals. and we can walk on water, jump like crazy from one branch to another, have a high hang time in the air and get to run faster than the usual.

My second choice is Gundam especially Gundam Seed. Although we don't have the cool jutsus, we get to have gundams and use them for world conquest! It would be great if i were to pilot a gundam but the downside is if they assigned me to an ordinary mobile suit.

if I where to choose an anime , it would definatly be something along the lines of Ichigo 100% , school rumble, or green green. I WAN"T AN ECCHI LIFE DAMNIT :animenose (i'm being honest,i am a guy afterall) ^_^, gundam seed would also be quite fun, however the odds that i will get shot/stabbed/nuked and just completly decimated are roughly 99.98 %

[COLOR=Navy]Explosions will occur and a lot of buildings collapsing and on fire. Big breasted girls with big eyes will be chasing after the guys making some guys run for it and others run to them obsessing over their breasts. There will be several panty shots throughout the day. Those panties being white and pink with red hearts on the bottom.

All girls will be wearing revealing clothing and obsessing over things like rice balls or pocky.

Then, there is the aspect of men walking around in moble suits, etc..

[COLOR=SeaGreen]When I first saw this thread I was thinking, wow, that would be kind of cool to be in an anime. And then I started thinking about it. Anime is always wacky with all sorts of strange things happening and psychotic villains like Muraki from Yami No Matsuei. So even though it would be fun it would be one of those cases where you end up being the one who can make things happen so naturally the villain would be after you.

So in the end I would rather pass on the being in an anime type world. Though I do have to admit the idea of being able to travel in space is appealing. And then I find I need to bang my head on the nearest wall chanting "Being in an anime would is not for me!" Over and over until I pass out. :p[/COLOR]

You have these peaceful species, going around, minding its own business, mating, eating whatever it is that pokemon do in their freetime. Then they have some human come over, beat them till they are to weak to fend for themselvs and capture them in the confinds of a small ball with who knows what happens in there?! Then the owner uses these beasts that were so forcefully taken from their home to either fight with others of their kind whenver their masters please. Or they are forced to do some kind of manual labor that the humans were to lazy to do themselvs. They were not able to do it? Horsewobble, they just haven't been able to create some kind of a machine to do so. See? You wouldn't learn this if you were not able to read between the lines, I am so onto you pokemon. Calling slavery friendship and whatnot! They are straight up infesting the minds of the young children!

More on topic however the idea of being in an anime world. It really depends on which world. I mean if I was in the one of Gundam then places would constantly be blown up. Hundreds of people would die out of attacks from those who do not understand your beliefs, as well as teenages with so many angsty problems that it is insane.

Lets take in a world of Naruto. You can use your chakra, use devestating Jutsus that can cause rather horrible destruction depending on the level of said jutsu. However then again you have the whole, "out of many of the countries around you are at war with them." Lets not forget about the Nine different demons around destroying who knows which village only to be imprisioned into some person who will grow up to have no friends for a while. Because remember everyone "I am more special than you!"

The last anime that I will review is Inyuasha. Ahh Inyuasha where should I start? The one great benifit for you females is that you get to travel to a new time period where you will get to meet many different kinds of people who have atleast some part of a demon in them. Then you shall fall in love with them only to someway or another deny it till the very end. Also, you get to miss school for who knows how long and your never accused of being truant. Lets not forget though that you have the people who want to take over just about everything exist in Inyuasha, which means that the person that you are traveling with will get in many fights which you will be kidnapped and/or severly injured.

In conclusion much like Aaryanna I would rather not be in any kind of anime world. Maybe just be able to visit every now and then, but the bad outway the good to actually live in there. Thats why if it did exist I would just want to go and stay there only for a visit.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

Because,odds are, there will be a villian trying to take some stuff over, sending robots and crap of the sort at the town and heroes. And the collateral damage would be so freaking high, I doubt that my house wouldn't be destoryed by it (or some crazy girl, who when I anger, can produce a weapon fromm anywhere would knock me through my wall, or something... :animesigh ).[/FONT][/COLOR]

xxxHOLiC world would be so cool too! A shop that can grant your wishes! Although the spirits are scary sometimes...I wouldn't want to see those. And Mokona is cute. Yay for the black pork bun! lol

Living in Suzumiya Haruhi would be great, because it's not really in an alternate universe and life wouldn't be that action-packed. Although I wouldn't want to be Mikuru...poor Mikuru-chan! It would be cool to be in the SOS Brigade... but then, I wouldn't want to be in Episode 1, 10, or 14. Excitement is good though, but not too much!

But being in: Gatekeepers, InuYasha, Witch Hunter Robin, FMA and Naruto would be really dangerous! And I can't really fight that well....

I guess the real world is better. But I still want to fly with wings!

You bring up a good point, there are loads of pros and really not to many cons in the world of Tenchi, plus with said freeloading and the number of who knows how many jaw droping woman around...

From what little anime I have seen, just the idea is enough to give me a headache. The confusion, the strange and wacky villains. And more importantly, how anime seems to have no trouble killing off one of the good guys. Well as my daughter put it, you?d end up being the one the villain was after. Though the space bit is enough to tempt me. I have always wanted the opportunity to travel in space. So I?ll take one of the space anime?s to live in and make sure it?s only to visit. I?ll keep the option to escape back into my own reality. In fact I think the best option would be to have living in an anime world something that you could do like a vacation package. A what world would you like to visit today folks!

As much as I'd get a kick out of living in an anime world, there are as others have mentioned, the downside of all the insane stuff you will see in an anime. Though like Aaryanna and her mom, the idea of being able to travel in space is a definite plus for me. So a place like in Outlaw Star or the Tenchi universe where I could visit other worlds would be too great a temptation for me to resist. All I ask is that I get some pretty nifty and powerful abilities, otherwise I'd probably end up dead within a short time. Especially when I need to defend myself from unwanted advances with my new anime body that would probably have me wearing clothes that revealed far more than I'm use to. :p [/COLOR]

To me personally that would be a dream come true. i could team up with some of the greatest Anime hero's who ever existed. and help fight evil forces cause we all know where their's good theirs evil. plus if their was no evil force to fight i'd like to see if i could live a normal life with these characters. and see what they would do in a normal life. plus all the anime world's would be connected so i could travel to them all but inshort if the world were an anime i would always be on the look out for adventures and new friends. :D

Visiting a place that was like DisneyWorld in that you could choose to spend say a day or a week in the anime world of your choice. You could then either choose to stay or come back to the real world and go and visit another anime world. Seeing that there are so many that I would like to try out, this would be ideal. Then if I ever did find one that I really liked I could settle down and stay there, or just come back to the real world if none of them were to my liking.[/COLOR]
