Request Tattoo Help

hello
my english is very bad so i hope anyone undrstand me ^^

i will have a tattoo on the underarm with an anime face with jesterhat like the pics. but nobody can it draw that it looks like cool enough. the face in pic 1 i will have in the tattoo 1:1 the rest is open. only the hat and the neckpice must be have the color green/red

can anybody draw me a pic he know it looks like write?
