Most Important Person In Your Life

Last night as I lay in my bed, I started thinking about the two most important people in my life. I wasn't really thinking, mor like reminiscing about the past. Anyway, I was wondering who the most important person in your life was, and why.

There are two people in my life I consider as the most important. The first one is my best friend. Her name is Samantha. We have been best friends sence as long as I can remember, we dated, and we know everything about each other. I will always trust her with anything. Like any good friend, she straitens me out when I need it, and is by my side always.

The other person in my life I consider important is my beloved sensei, Sensei Pete. He has been the most father like figure in my life. He has always been there to listen to even the minor problems in my life. This man has always been there for me. I owe him so much.

Number one easily goes to my Mom. I can tell her anything, and we can just have the weirdest conversations. I love my mom and I don't keep secrets from her. She never fails to have good advice for me when I need it, and we're so alike it's scary xD sometimes if I have to get out of soccer for something preplanned, she always comes up with a good excuse for me (not that it happens often, of course >_>) and she let me skip gym so much xD because she knew I was stressed about other things, and got enough exercise at soccer. Alot of my friends think it's weird, because they don't tell their parents anything, but in all honesty, I find them weird xD my mom is a great source of information, because she dealt with nearly all the same things I'm going through now. My mom is definitely one of my best friends and I wouldn't be who I am today without her.

I'll prolly add more later, but I'M EATING.

The most important person, from a utilitarian perspective, is my father. He brings in about 80% of my family's income. Without him, my family would be at the poverty line.

But aside from income, I would say that my mother and father are the two most important people in my life. They cook, clean, pay the bills, care for us [me and my brothers], and raise us. They're the two largest pillars in my life, both in terms of physical security and setting an example for me.

I guess my brothers would come in second place, since without them I would be a completely different person.

It seems we have something rather large in common Sojiro, i too have a very close friend named Samantha. She is more definitly one of the most important people in my life. We dated a while back as well, after breaking up though i was lucky enough to have such a strong foundation of friendship with her that it didn't hinder our true relationship. I want nothing more than her unwavering friendship now and i'm happy with where we are now. Out of the group of 5 very close friends to me, she probably knows the most about me (also being the only female of the group probably contributed to that as well). I'm hoping very soon to be able to move out to my own place with her as my roommate, we both need better jobs before we can do that though...heh.

The other is a real toss up, but i need to give respect to my mother, as she is really the only member of my family who i really care about. I know how horrible that must sound, but i grew up in a very distant atmosphere between most of my family. My parents got divorced when i was 8 and since then my brother tried to pay more attention to being a father like figure to me then an actual brother, and he still does to this day so that causes a lot of serious problems between us. No other members of my family were really ever there for any big parts of my life or anything of that nature...and ive never had a reason to rely on them.

Sorry if that last one sounded too much like a sob story, I didn't mean it to but i just wanted to make sure people didn't think i was some heartless ungreatful person, etc etc.

Sure, I love my mom and dad, but anything i tell them usually ends up somewhere else, like in the ears of an aunt or uncle. >.< I tell my mom, only my mom, and it ends up to dad, so i don't really trust them to keep secrets. Their advice is way off for me too. I'm an only child so I don't know if it's really called crying for the moon, but I really wish I had an older brother to talk to. I found a friend online who's around the age of 16 or was it 17? I forgot...but he's the closest thing I got to a brother and I trust my secrets won't go to someone else. I don't know if he's like my bf or something, but maybe I would've loved him if he didn't tell me he found a girl named Stefanie to love. Although I really don't like it that way, if Stefanie makes him happy, then I say he should go for it. So ya, his name is Daniel and he's the person I trust the most, and the most important person I have.

Well other then my family, (common! They pay for my food and stuff!) I'd have to say the most important people to me are my friend Kaley! We've been friends for almost 4 years now and OMG I'd be lost without her! She's always been there for me even when I'm being a retarted jack ***** she always forgives me and is the best friend a girl can have! Then there's Lizzi! She hates it when I call her Lizzi but old habits die hard :animeswea She's really awesome because she can accept me for who I am (And I'm a retarted jack ***** a lot so that's awesome to have friends like that) Lizzi also shares my obsession with hot anime boys! Over all she's a terrific friend and a wonderful punching bag- I mean supporter ;) Lastly there's Derrick... where to start?...my first true love, my best friend and the most awesomest supporter I have! He's always there for me and can totally make me feel better when I'm down. He's absolutely wonderful and is my entire world! I'll remember him my entire life and I love him to death! Those three friends are probably the most important I have and I would die without them! Greeeeeeat now I'm all emotional and I feel like crying :animecry:

besides parents. I would say James and Brittaney. My two best friends. I love brttaney but she doesn't back. But if anyone killed her i would sue for all he's worth until his pockets rot. She is the thing that makes me happy even when she's not. As for James he is funny but I reallydon't know what i'd do. Friends are one of my most valued possesens.

My most important figure in my life are my dad and my grandmother. Now, if you knew me in RL, you would never have expected that we would get along. I mean, we fight on everything, on the supidest things really, and we do not technically get along, with him having an anger time bomb the size of an inch, but the morals he has set into my life are so imporant that I am more than willing to tolerate all of the fights we have. Because of him, I am not some other constantly swearing girl stalking or degrading man. Instead, I am one of high moral values, who respect everyone as much as possible, who tries not to swear as much as the guy next to me (although I do so frequentley, its not f** f***ing hell sh*it, or anythign even close to that!).

My grandmother, well she has been such a support in my life, always saying nice things to me when I am down in the dumps, and was the first one that discovered my skill for writing.
He has been the most father like figure in my life.
I'm really sorry to bring up bad memories or happenings, but what ever happened to your father? =/

I would have to say the most important person in my life, not to sound arrogant or vain, is myself. I've been neglecting myself, not trusting my own intuition and my own desires. So it's kind of nice to know there's some self-worth now that I've started to not neglect myself.

Well, it is kind of hard to talk about, but as I'm typing....
My Biological father ditched my family when I was five. I really don't like to go into detail after that, but a couple years after that, my mom married a man 42 years older than her. I'm not close to him, as he is a sports buff and I am not.

Yeah, it's the same way between my Samantha and myself. I love her with my whole heart, and only wish for her happiness.

I have three important people in my life. First is my mother for the support she has always given me. Even though at times (ok most of the time...lately) we don't get along, you still watch out for me and forget my flaws. The second most important is my boyfriend. Even if we'd been together for practically a month now, I was able to open up to him and he accepted me for who I am. Even when the subject of "love" came by, we made it through our doubts and uncertanties and ended up closer than ever! The last but not least is my sister. I love her to death and she understands me so well... that it scares me!!! Yet, I would never forget the friends I have and of course, the friends I have made on Otaku! I would call this...my fourth important peoples in my life!!! (actually I don't catagorize on who is the most important, but if I had to, which is now, this is how I would rate that.) ^.^

My mum is definitely the most important person in my life. She has to play the role of mother and father, because most of the time my dad isn't here. (They are divorced and he lives overseas with his new wife.)

I can tell my mum anything and even though she can be a bit snappish at times I know she's only like that because she's trying to keep me safe. My dad is very important to me; too, I just don't feel that close to him any more.

Trevor is also an extremely important person to me. I haven't spoken to him much this last month due to...hmm...complications, but I always think about him and I know if I needed comforting I could just pick up the phone and he'd make me feel better.

It may sound a little heartless, but my friends aren't that important to me. I wouldn't die (or even injure myself) for them. I haven't made very close friends in my time in school so far, but they have been huge factors in my life. My friend Joe, for example, is a complete prat, but because of the awful way he treated me for a couple of years I made myself a more confident and stronger person. I can at least thank him for that.

My brother, hands down. I love that boy more than anyone.

He's pretty much the reason I keep living. Yeah, that's right, I'm not cool like most of you people. I don't really have many/any friends.

Me and my brother get along awesome. Most of the time. And I can tell him anything, except things about relationships with guys, of course. And he can tell me anything, as well.

We're rather sheltered, and quite isolated, seeing as we homeschool and do little else. Well, I work. But we have nearly no social interaction besides internet games like Maple Story and Warcraft.

But meh. The next would probably be my mother. She really does her very best with us. Even though they don't exactly let us go anywhere with peers.

Meh.

I would say my mom but frankly I have friends that I care more about. Not to be awful because i know that she gave me life but all she does now is make me miserable.

I don't really know who the most important person is in my life. I guess it's me at the moment as I burned all my bridges over the last couple of years.

I have a few internet friends who i think are really special to me in ways but I guess that doesn't count either.

Seems like there's someone missing from your list... I'm telling SOM! (No, I'm not.) for me, I would have to agree with DeadSeraphim, and running in a close second, friends and family, who help me preserve my sanity.

The most important person in my life? Probably my mother. No matter what has happened she has always been there for me and I know I can talk to her about pretty much everything. We?ve had our ups and downs, but through my teenage years and all she?s always done her best even when we didn?t always see eye to eye.

After that would be my father. I?m not quite as close to him as I am to my mother, but in his own way he tries his best as well. So when he does fall short it?s not because he failed, but only because he did what he could and it?s not always enough. For example he?s supportive of my career in psychology even though he grew up thinking that psychology is for someone who is weak. He tries, but it?s hard to understand since for him a man doesn?t seek help he solves his own problems. I hope that makes sense.

Anyway, I?d feel pretty lost without them. After my parents the next people would be my siblings and then my friends. Especially my friends since I live quite a distance from home so having them makes it that much easier to be out on my own.

I am really close to my mother and father, but I would have to say that the most important person (?) in my life would have to be my dog. I know I should be grateful to my parents, and I am, believe me. But for some reason, I always feel closer to animals than I do to people. Many people would say that that is kind of sad, but it's just how I feel.

After all, you can whisper a secret into a pet's ear, and they'll never tell. :p
One of the great benefits of having an animal as a best friend.

I would have to say with utter certainty, our two beloved administrators. [/suckup]

Really, though, I'd say mein girlfriend. I mean, sometimes she can be quite the sadistic evil little thing, but she keeps my feet firmly on the ground and prevents me from drifting off to never-never land. Ours is quite the dysfunctional romance, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

There are tow people who are very important to me. My best girl friend and my best guy friend. Linda and Carlos.

I've been friends with Linda since kindergarten. We always have each others backs. We're the best of friends. We always hang out and we always play. I never have a dull moment with her. She's the bestest friend a girl can ever ask for.

I've been best friends with Carlos since 6th grade. I kinda have a crush on him. He's really cool. He's funny. He always knows how to put a smile on my face everyday. He's sweet and a gentlemen. We always have fun together.[/SIZE]

Well if we are talking about people then it would have to be my mom. Even though I know I drive her batty, she really tries to understand me and she?s always been there for me. We also have shared interests in that we both love to read, watch movies together and even anime. I can?t imagine my life without her as she?s the best mom in the whole world. ^_~ [/end of shameless suck up-even if it?s true]

The other people would be my friends, I?m thinking of both Mariskah and SunfallE. They?ve both known me since I was a baby and in some ways we are so close that it?s more like we are family instead of just friends. ^_^ I can?t imagine my life without them either since I was a surprise baby so by the time I was nearly ten I was the only kid still living at home. So they were always there for me too. I probably spend as much time at their homes as I do at my own. ^_~ In fact people have often mistaken SunfallE as my mom since she has dark blonde hair and blue eyes like me.

And last but definitely not least is my dog. [you knew that was coming right?] I absolutely adore her and now that she?s been with me for six years she?s definitely a part of my family. She always sleeps with me and the darkness or thunderstorms are never frightening because I know that she?s with me. She?s very, very affectionate and there?s nothing like coming home to see her jumping up and down because she?s so excited to see you again. ^_^

Interesting, most interesting.

The most important person in my life is probably my dad, as the older I get, the more and more I become like him, both physically and mentally. He's been the biggest influence throughout my whole life, and I've always seen him as someone to look up to and to emulate wherever possible. We share a lot of interests, the biggest being science-fiction, he was the one to introduce me Star Trek, I remember watching The Next Generation with him at barely five years old, and thinking it was the best thing I'd ever seen. Without a shadow of a doubt he's always been there to support me, not always openly, preferring to allow me to make my own choices, but in the end always been around when I need him.

Outside of my family, my friend Brian is probably the most important person, we met the first day of high school, became friends and really relied on one another for a long time. He never talked much by himself, so in any conversations I did about 75% of the talking and he'd merely reply, but I always remember them fondly. When it came to important tests and eventually the Junior Cert, we'd always try and help one another with difficulties, Brian never really took to history the same way I did, and in return my maths grades improved over the years. After dropping out, he stuck around when everyone else walked away and for that I'm eternally grateful, we see each other semi-regularly but always have a good time together.

That's it for me really.

Well for me the most important person in my life is my younger brother. We?ve always been close friends and when ever we are feeling down we?ve always been able to depend on each other to be there when we need it.

The other person would be my dad. I can?t talk with him about everything as he really doesn?t get a lot of stuff. But he has always cared about me and tried his best to always be there. He often isn?t, but it?s not from a lack of trying.

For the most part I don?t really have a lot of important people in my life. Just a select handful who when it comes down to it are always there and try their best to be understanding. The rest are just fair weather friends or family for that matter who vanish the moment anything becomes hard.

The most important person in my life is my mom. I love my mom so much. She is a source of inspiration for me each and every day of my life. She has never let things, like her poor health, bring her down. Even now that she can no longer walk and has to use a wheelchair to get around she still keeps her chin up. There are days when my chemo makes me sick and tired and I want to give up and thinking of all the things my mom has gone through gives me strength and hope.
