Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen.

As you know, we have been the voice of reason within this secret war for the past 200 years. Our ranks include military experts, spies, and the most highly sophisticated intelligence network in world. We have under our ranks ex-members of both the Lowendove and the Alliance. Though we keep close allies with the Clansmen, we always appreciate more loyal operatives. Regular humans, vampires, the ex-super humans of the Lowendove, and we also give a haven to any half-breeds who need a home. We welcome all agents, regardless of race, into our ranks. We do this because we all know that the noblest cause is our own.

Since before I myself was a green agent, the Lowendove Brotherhood has proved to be our most consistent nemesis. Holding a undiscriminating eye against all vampires, they kill any vampire, half-breed, or human who works with the like with a prejudice. They are fiercely faithful in their cause, and are very old-fashioned in their beliefs. They have always been a menace to us. However, we have recently come across a common enemy between us.

This... Blood Brood, or whatever we should call them. These rogue vampires attack all of us, GSD, Brotherhood, or AVC. Regardless of alliance, they have a hatred for all three fronts. And so we hesitantly take them into consideration for a temporary alliance. This is to last long enough for the three of us to deal with the three head-members and their countless drones, festering the streets with their presence. I personally do not enjoy sleeping with the enemy the way we are, but it is a necessity. We need their help if we are to deal with this threat. Is this clear?
