I remember a time when the word complication was no longer a part of my dictionary. That was when life in Nifelhelm was simple. The Volsung Temple gave us just one command ? destroy the opposing six tribes and climb the tower of Bifrost to Valhalla...to paradise. And from that moment on, that was all the driving nature we needed to survive. We didn?t need any feelings of love or compassion, nor did we feel hatred or anger or lust or any other of the sins.

We were simply there. Devoid of all emotions, our minds set on one single task ? defeat the enemy and obey the laws of the divine Volsung Temple.

Life was short. It was rare for anyone to live a day over twenty four. But we didn?t care. Our minds were set on obeying the tasks the Volsung had given us.

We weren?t even human then. We were more like drones with flesh than actual containers of a soul.

Of course, that was before the light came. It came on a day we weren?t expecting it ? a day in a fierce fight with our rivals, the Asgard clan. A giant rock from the heavens crashed right between our two forces. Before we could even think ? that?s not to say we could even think to begin with ? it cracked open, almost like a seed, and light erupted from it. It went through us like hungry rats ripping apart a morsel.

I didn?t know how long we were asleep. But when I woke up, we were different.

We were demons.

But more importantly, we were human.[/i]



[b][center]WELCOME[/center][/b]

Welcome to Nifelhelm, a ruined city that spans a quarter of some continent in some realm we don?t even know exists. Holding the wealth of the slums of New York City, Nifelhelm is primarily run by two forces ? the eight tribes, and the Volsung Temple. Despite its small size, the Temple calls all the shots for the warring Tribes, and they obey the puny Temple without question.

At last, that is what happened until the Light came. Now, all of the populous of Nifelhelm actually acts like humans, instead of the drones they were like before. They actually have feelings, ambitions, fears, hopes and dreams. Now, they want a reason to descend the Bifrost Tower, besides just because the Volsung Temple said to.

But, that is a story for another time. Now, you need to be filled in on what little information there is on Nifelhelm.

[b][center]What is Nifelhelm?[/b][/center]

? Nifelhelm is a giant, ruined city that spans thousand of miles.
? It is inhabited by the Tribes. The most powerful Tribes are the Great Tribes, of which there are eight, and have anywhere from a few hundred to nearly under a thousand. In total there are thousands of tribes, but most of them have just under a few dozen members, and are totally ignored as a result.
? Outside Nifelhelm is the Lost Plains: deserts that extend into nothingness, and entering the Plains ultimately results in death, for the possibility of finding your way back are close to none.
? It is always raining silver rain. This is the rain of the dead ? the spirits of those who have died and evolved into water.

[b][center]The Laws of Nifelhelm as enforced by the Volsung Temple[/b][/center]

? Destroy all of the Great Tribes and climb Bifrost to reach Valhalla.
? When a tribe leader is murdered, the tribe is absorbed into the killer?s tribe. Assassinations are the only exception.
? Everyone must wear an ID ring.
? Trespassing onto the Volsung Temple is prohibited.
? All battles with the Great Tribes must first be arranged with the Volsung Temple. This does not mean that the opposing side will be informed of such an attack.
? If it so pleases them, the Volsung Temple may send a Judge to overseer any battles between the Great Tribes.
? Only tribe leaders of the Great Tribes are allowed within the Central Chamber within the Volsung Temple.

An agile demon that specializes in ice elemental attacks.

? Very fast; can execute combos with relative ease; immune to ice spells and any other closely related elementals.
? Cannot take a lot of hits.

A large monster that has assorted parts from other animals. It specializes in holy related spells, despite its grim appearance.

? Deals a colossal amount of damage, and takes just as much hits.
? Its spells are not exactly something to boast about; it is extremely slow. It is the giant that can crush a house but couldn?t hit a fly for its life.

A ferocious three headed wolf that rips its enemies to shreds. With its specialization in ice magic, it is an excellent balance between speed, power and magic.

? Moves very fast, and with its three heads, it will rip enemies apart in a short order.
? Does not truly excel at any one thing.

The trickster, Loki can create illusions of itself, as well as slip into shadows. Its magic of choice is chaos.

? With its illusionary abilities, it can easily confuse enemies.
? It won?t take much to take Loki down.

A master of melee combat, Tyr will render its foes to gory fragments of their former shelves with relative ease.

? A master of melee weaponry. Can also move inhumanly fast.
? Lacking severely in the magic department ? as in, not existent.

Following close behind in Tyr in the combat department, Narvili also has some spells in the schools of fire and ice.

? Deals a great deal of damage in a not large amount of time.
? Doesn?t have the speed of Tyr, and its magic fields are close to non-existant.

Using a mixture of electricity and melee combat, Thor will cause colossal damage to its foes.

? An excellent mix of spells and melee combat.
? Not the fastest demon one could lay bets on, nor can it take the most damage.

With fire at its disposal, Magini will send its enemies to a premature visit to Hel?s domain.

? Can move fast and deals colossal damage with its fire spells.
? If overwhelmed, Magini will fall soon enough.

With its gargantuan hand, Buri releases storms upon its enemies head. It is also quite the expert in melee combat.

? Has little equal when it comes to mixing lightning with its fists.
? It has moderate speed, so it will be overwhelmed if it is not careful.

With its two head and colossal body, Loho will tear its foes apart limb from limb.

? Has no equal in hand to hand combat. Will also take a huge amount of damage before finally falling to its enemies.
? Its speed is very poor.

With the ability to fly, Sol can send his bolts of lightning over his foes with incredible ease.

? Can fly, as well as a master of lightning magic.
? It is very poor physically.

With its long arms, Jord can easily do hit and run tactics on its foes. It is also very proficient in earth spells.

? Its long arms can prove useful in combat. Its expertise in earth magic doesn?t hurt it either.
? It is average in the actual amount of physical damage in conflicts, forcing it to have to use multiple attacks to deal a useful amount of damage.

The master of assassins, Njord can move at inhuman speeds, and with its dagger hidden within its toe, it will quickly silence those in its path.

? Amazingly fast, and is the best when it comes to executing combo attacks.
? Its wind spells, although sufficient for itself, will not prove useful to its party.

If its twin hand blades and its expertise of ice magic weren?t capable of inflicting fear into its targets, the capability to dash across any flat surface for a brief period of time surely will.

? It is an excellent close combat fighter.
? It does not truly excel at anything ? if it hopes to win, it must utilize all of its moderate talents perfectly.

A fellow assassin along with Njord, Forsetti can float through the air, using its double sided sword to hack enemies to pieces. It can also cast holy magic.

? Is moderately fast, and is very proficient with its double blades.
? Is lightly armored. Thus, it cannot take a great deal of damage.

The Enigma ? The person who emerged from the ruins of the comet and was taken in by the Vanaheim. For some reason, when this person sings, they can revert demons to their human forms, if they have not already been consumed by their inner demon. The Volsung Temple seems to be very interested in this person for some reason.The Enigma does not remember their past ? just that someone (or something) sent them. They also do not use any of the weapons ? just an automatic pistol.[/center]

Loyalty and Alignment: As would be expected, Vidgar is loyal only to his tribe, the
Vanguards. He does not feel the need to betray his fellow Vanguards, if for no better reason than the fact that it would bring benefit to him.

Personality: Vidgar?s personality alternates regularly; he is often times cold and malicious, but he also frequently shows compassions to those of his tribe. The responsibility of being Tribe leader is straining on his nerves, however, and he is beginning to doubt if he is the best person for the job.

Combat Tactics: Vidgar?s strategies of war are a mix between barbaric and strategic. He charges into battle without a second thought, but once caught in a conflict, he uses a variety of strategies that often takes advantage of his opponent?s weaknesses. He tends to get emotional to his comrades in battle, however.

Skills: Beyond his combat and leadership abilities, Vidgar finds that he has little use beyond. However, on one mission he finds a cello and begins to play it in his spare time, much to the delight to some of his comrades.

Phobias and Weaknesses: Vidgar is afraid of failure: what it is does not matter; he has to succeed at everything that he does, no matter the cost. This can tend to make him somewhat unlikable, however.

Pet Peeves: As leader of the Tribe, Vidgar expects everyone to follow him, and when his soldiers begin to question the mission, he tends to get aggravated.[/b][/center]

[B]Personality:[/B] Lathian is cold, and ruthless. Unlike other command structures where the leadership position is merely for show, and the second in command actually carries out all the work, the Tribe splits it's responsibilities fairly among it's leader and his second. Lathian supports his commander unfailingly in public, but understands that any good leader needs men who're just as good supporting them, if not better. To that end, Lathian is able to relax and joke around with Vidgar. Lathian is the only one from whom Vidgar will tolerate questions from a tactical standpoint. Lathian almost seems to relish the more unpleasant jobs of command. He figures, if they have to be done, someone should at least do them right.

It isn't as if Lathian doesn't have any emotions. Far from it. He simply understands that to become emotional on the battlefield is to make a mistake eventually, and to err is to die. Outside of a combat situation, Lathian is usually quite chipper and upbeat. He is possessed of a razor sharp wit, which he enjoys putting to use for the ammusement of himself and others.

[B]Combat Tactics:[/B] Lathian is devilishly quick, and what ammount of Holy magic he commands is usually reserved for priority or special targets. As much as Vidgar is prone to charging into combat without thinking about it, Lathian is always there to back him up. Many battles have ended with the two standing back-to-back surrounded by piles of fallen foes. One of their favorite techniques is to rotate around each other, confusing and tripping up foes as their opponents keep changing. A reversal in rotation keeps the enemy off a step when they begin to catch on to the timing.

[B]Skills:[/B] Lathian has an affinity for art, and has taken up drawing and sketching, as well as painting. His subjects are wide and varied, and the use of colors borders on garish, as if he were trying to repel the bleak nature of their existance.

[B]Phobias and Weaknesses:[/B] Lathian carries within himself a deep rooted fear of change. He has experienced what change can do firsthand, and he is reluctant to have his newfound freedom of mind and thought taken away.

[B]Pet Peeves:[/B] Lathian has a strong dislike of horseplay. Soliders who routinely goof around usually find themselves standing guard over the latrine, or being handed over to Vidgar for punishment.

Personality:[/B] Sarin is a rather cool and collective person, never letting his emotions get the best of him. In fact, he never even shows that he has any, always keeping a straight face and remains cold in all situations. He speaks when he wishes and bows to no one, but does do his job right and without hesitation.

But, the reason why he doesn't express emotion openely is because he has a rather nasty anger problem that only reflects itself in his fighting stlye of brutality. He is filled with this rage because of past experiences that have stunted his emotional growth. And since he is always filled with some form of hatred, anger, or rage, he seems to not be able to express any other kind of feeling.

Such as happiness, sadness, kindness, or anything else. It all turns into anger and rage which fuels him to the end. But, he doesn't lack the ability to show another form of feelings, just doesn't know how. So he diverts it into another form of anger, hatred, or rage.

Combat Tactics:[/B] Sarin is a combination of brutality, relentless assaults with his Aurvandil, and pinpointed body shots. All happening at, what seems like, simultaneously. But in actuality, they are really happening at an impressive speed that truly blind sights the enemy. And rips them to shreds in a matter of moments.

[B]Skills:[/B] Sarin is rather a good guitarist, not just electric, acoustic as well. And, surprisingly, he plays the acoustic more then the electric. He loves the sound it makes without using an amplifier to hear the gentle sound of the strings being strum correctly. How harmonic the sound can get when the guitarist plays properly.

[B]Phobias and Weaknesses:[/B] Sarin fears of dieing as a slave to another and losing his freedom to some fool.

Pet Peeves:[/B] Sarin despises people who are foolish and know nothing of what they speak of or those who are to cowerdly to speak whats on their minds.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

His pupils, however, are normal. And his left eye is red, whereas the other is grey. As opposed to his brother, who's right eye is red, and left eye is grey.

[B]Personality:[/B]
Similar to his twin, Vermillion, Crimson is calm and always has his wits about himself. During a mission, or in combat at all, he is a skilled fighter, and since fighting and killing without remorse comes with the job, he has learned to keep his emotions separate from himself during a fight, and to kill mercilessly. However, outside of his work as an assassin, he is quite personable. It's almost as if he is a different person entirely. He is found laughing and crying with friends and sharing all of the emotions of those he deems "close". He, however, does carry over one trait, and that is his calm; his laid-back, yet alert personality persists.

The relationship between Crimson and Vermillion, though newly-founded, is very strong, as they only had eachother after the light. After the light washed over them, they bonded with one another very swiftly, almost as if entering into one anothers mind. This connection was the seed that led to the strong mental link that compels the brothers to act in the other's best interest; and is utilized fully in battle to coordinate attacks and nearly simulate a "telepathic" link. Outside of battle the brothers link does not end, and they walk, talk, and act in coordination. However, when one brother is in danger, the other will risk neck and hide to save them, though they still haven't quite grasped why.

[B]Combat Tactics:[/B]
Crimson has been known to pride himself in his abilities to kill, and while he may enjoy the drawing-out-of of a fight, he always takes care of the task at hand. He uses untraceable dash techniques to quickly overtake enemies, then striking swiftly with precision to debilitate, or most likely, kill instantly. These swift "assassinesque" techniques are often coupled with the sharpshooting talents of his brother. Where Crimson would charge with great agility into battle, most of the time, undetected, and Vermillion would be a distance covering his beloved brother and helping to clear a path to the target.

[B]Skills:[/B]
The brothers possess flowing and complementing singing voices that, when combined in unison, produce a melody unparalleled by many. From his assassin training he has a second nature to make his footsteps and his breathing measured and unheard, and his presence undetected.

[B]Phobias and Weaknesses:[/B]
Losing his beloved brother. This worry for his brother's well-being and fear of him being discovered and overwhelmed in combat, occasionally distracts Crimson. However, he pushes himself to re-train his mind to separate his emotions when necessary, but finds constant difficulty because of the bond he shares with Vermillion.

[B]Personality:[/B]
Calm and collected, Vermillion?s rarely seen without his cool. Vermillion can always be seen smiling, and people love to have him in their company. They say his monotone voice is slightly odd, but it's a consistent amused and humorous tone, not taking away from the atractiveness of his person. However, they say, when Vermillion sings, people are entranced by his voice, saying it?s vivid and melodic. Also, his whole life is ruled by accuracy, precision. Not a thing goes off without a hitch. The only thing that isn't orderly or precise for Vermillion are these new feelings he has towards his brother, as they are still relatively fresh and bizzare to him.

The relationship between Crimson and Vermillion, though newly-founded, is very strong, as they only had eachother after the light. After the light washed over them, they bonded with one another very swiftly, almost as if entering into one anothers mind. This connection was the seed that led to the strong mental link that compels the brothers to act in the other's best interest; and is utilized fully in battle to coordinate attacks and nearly simulate a "telepathic" link. Outside of battle the brothers link does not end, and they walk, talk, and act in coordination. However, when one brother is in danger, the other will risk neck and hide to save them, though they still haven't quite grasped why.

[B]Combat Tactics:[/B]
Vermillion, much like his brother, Crimson, though they enjoy battle, is much more preferable to swift victories. Rarely ever do his bullets find their targets outside of the head or the heart. Vermillion?s steady arm allows him rapid shots at his opponents, especially if they?re clumped together. His usual targets are the enemies in the upper ranks of his opponents, as it's easiet to overwhelm an army without a leader. His favorite style of fighting is coordinating strikes with his brother to take down opponents. They combine close combat and long-distance strikes to invoke fear and chaos in the ranks of their opponents, and they often gesture to one another during battle to better arrange the chronology of their strikes.

The brothers possess flowing and complementing singing voices that, when combined in unison, produce a melody unparalleled by many. Also, Vermillion can keep his body very steady, very quickly, so he can aim and snipe swiftly, all in what appears to be one swift motion. That's why he's prided as Vanaheim's best sniper.

Being without the support of his brother. It is said that the only time anyone has seen Vermillion irrational is when his brother?s on the line.

Close-mindedness, and he feels one should be able to observe a situation from every angle, not making haste and not allowing emotion to cloud judgment, but having the knowledge to see where emotion is needed. He himself, however, has a problem sticking to this philosophy, as his emotions occasionally spring up without his consent.[/SIZE]

[B]Personality:[/B] Clyne is a generally quiet person, often cold and void of much emotion since emotional attachments are of no importance to an assassin, her loyalty was to her tribe alone; but since the light...she has a niggling feeling in the back of her mind, which we would call a conscience because of the murder she continually commits. The first time she killed after the Light, she was hit with a wave of emotion that she'd never experienced, it was so overwhelming she was brought to tears as they burned shamefully down her cheeks. After some time, she gained somewhat control as she forced her body to be unaffected, though somethings just cannot be controlled. Since the Light, she feels that she is being forced to open up herself to others, and this is new to her, making her uncertain, and this uncertainty within herself scares her more than anything else has, ever.

Clyne has the natural ability of being able to move silently without making any sound which makes her a perfect assassin. She is most well known for always keeping her cool in situations. Her best personal asset is her ability to creep around silently and being able to kill swiftly in many different ways.

[B]Combat Tactics:[/B] Clyne's preferred method of fighting is in fact up close because Urd's range is limited, being a sword-type weapon. At times she will throw Urd if she's sure that it will definitely find its mark in the chest of an unsuspecting opponent. From that information, it is deducted that Clyne also has good accuracy and will throw whatever she can, especially when fighting from a distance which she sometimes does. Of course, being an assassin she'll usually choose to end the fight as fast as possible, often with an attack to the throat or chest. Her moves are always swift, elegant and graceful, swooping up beside her opponents, playing with them briefly before finishing the job.

[B]Skills:[/B] Her obvious skills are her stealthiness which is required in her job; able to move swiftly and silently, plus her fighting skills; control of Urd, a variety of killing techniques, and accuracy. But out of battle, surprisingly enough, she makes a good cook.

[B]Phobias and Weaknesses:[/B] Clyne is most afraid of these new feelings; the guilt and sorrow that results from her constant assassination jobs, where before she could complete them without problem.

[B]Pet Peeves:[/B] Clyne is easily annoyed by the younger tribe members just because of the fact that they're new yet think they know everything and always end up finding themselves in a load of trouble, which means they have to go help them, taking up more time of their already tight schedule.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Nice posts so far fellas, but so far, no one would get in. Why? Simple - your personalties. Despite your new found emotions, your characters still seem to be cold, relentless, and have complete control of your emotions. I higly suggest you make amends to this if you want to get in.

Also, something I should clarify - before the Light, there was no emotional attachement to others. They were most loyal to the tribe leader, and that was only because out of nececessity.

[b]Personality[/b]:

Shinzou is a well spoken individual who has truly mastered the arts of sincerity and deception. Both of which make him an excellent spy and recon worker. His quick tongue will often get him out of trouble but can just as easily get him into it. He is used to being alone and knows well how to survive based on self-reliance, hence the skills he has chosen to develop.

From the perspective of anyone from the outside he appears to be a very well put together person who is a master of his trade. Deep inside however while Shinzou lives his life the best he can now, since he suffers from an ailment which effects his respitory organs. It was a result of the light as much as his new capabilities were...he dosn't understand the nature of the disease nor does he know exactly how it came to him. Outbreaks of symptons are rare, but it is always present within him. Normal symptons include shortness of breathe, decreased mobility, and occaisonal coughing fits including blood and phlegm. More serious outbreaks will see Shinzou writhing on the ground unable to control himself in fighting against the disease, he expects any moment could be his last and lives only to make the remaining moments worth it for himself.

The disease does not normally hinder his combat abilities, but inoppurtuned outbreaks can be quite detrimental. He also finds that when in the form of Loure his ailment seems to supress itself as he gains large spikes of increases in many attributes. It however does not actually prevent outbreaks or symptons, it is merely less likely. He never questions life or why he is afflicted with what he is, he simply makes up his own rules to how to live with it. His adaptability and cunning nature makes it much easier for him to survive, and often he completely forgets that anything is wrong.

[b]Combat Tactics[/b]:

Stealthy and cunning, Shinzou excells at his knack for spying and recon work. His deceptive nature allows him to befriend others falsley and find out what he needs to know in addition to the traditional style of eavesdropping spy work. He is swift, flexible, and talented in most forms of close range combat. He works well by himself in all aspects of his life's inclination, which normally involve sneaking, escaping, and fast-talking. When faced with a fight he can't avoid, he depends on his in the fray battle skills and advanced knowlegde in ice magic to defend himself. Often he will kill as many as he needs to in order to send anyone else looking to get a piece of him running, when faced with large groups he will try to split them up as best as he can. When faced with a single opponent he will drag the fight out to gain an advantage in patience and thinking. Victory however for him does not always entail defeating the other person, a quick escape or achieving his goal without bloodshed even is acceptable to him.

[b]Skills[/b]:

Shinzou enjoys and excells at strategy based games (similar to styles like Stratego or Chess) and is a great appreciator of music eventhough he has no particular talent himself to create it. In addition, he has an excellent and near-perfect sense of hearing; something that also greatly helps him in his trade. Domestic skills include him being a neat freak, which may also contribute to proficiency in classifications and organization.

[b]Phobias and Weaknesses[/b]:

Shinzou isn't neccesarily afraid of anything in particular, but overall he fears that he may not be able to accomplish many things in the time he believes he has to live. His weakness is clearly his disease when he begins to have outbreaks, it can be extremely inconvenient when in the middle of a mission especially.

personality: He first felt sad about a month ago. His beloved died. She was killed by a man from an unknown area. He can control sadness but it's anger and happiness he can't control. He can become so angry that he goes on a rampage. Anything he can find he beats up. Happiness is another thing all together. He will become so happy to the point where he will laugh until he pukes. Literally. when he gets exited the two kind of merge. he goes on a rampage then laughs at what he did.
Because of his rank he brags a lot. To the point of others anger. He can be very generous. But sometimes he can be selfish. A cold side can sometimes come out. An evil presence glows around him. He holds many secrets to himself.
He tries his best for the tribe. He fallows his commander's orders without question. His true ambitions are towards his tribe. He will do anything to protect and help them. Sometimes he forgets what emotions are. Due to the fact that a year ago emotions didn't exist.

Combat tactics: He uses very well put strategize against foes. He reads their movement and goes from there. He uses ruthless hard attacks to make foes fall faster. he can use anger to an advantage too. But he rarely goes all out without thought. He tries to draw enemies close then gets them. He will use all kinds of tactics. So you can never predict his next move. he relies on speed rather than agility.

Skills: He doesn't usually care about his advantages. He can jump high an run far. His stamina is really high. Like his commander he plays and instrument. he plays guitar to amuse comrades and blow away time.

Phobias and weaknesses: He is afraid of heights. Near a cliff he tries to stay back. Once he had a heart attack when he nearly fell. He's also afraid of change. When something is different about a person he stays away. His weakness is seeing death. he was there when his beloved died. If a comrade is killed he goes into shock and does nothing about it.

pet peeves: he hates it when people don't listen to him. Also he hates people that pick their noses and have terrible manners. When he sees it he glares. Giving the person a sign to stop. Also he hates people who put there hands down their pants in front of people. He will hit the persons hand and kick them. Despite his peeves he picks his nose. Much to his dismay.

Personality: Loyalty was always a strong point for his life, and was what his psyche lived on. When he woke up and discovered the emotions that now existed within his mind, he was too quick to use them, namely fear. He had never been left to fend for himself. He was given tasks, and he completed them, no questions. Such was the extent of his loyalty.

Feelings however changed all that. They challenged his very way of life and threatened to drive him over the edge of sanity. He lived on though, and now is precariously balanced in his mind. The only thing that gives him the clarity to function is his work, a goal given to him by his leader. Otherwise, he can seem unstable, aggressive and placid, intelligent and ignorant, confused and understanding, but one aspect always seems to prevail: loyalty.

Combat Tactics: Due to the Aegir?s design, Azin is somewhat of a brute force fighter. Depending on his state of mind at the time, he may or may not use strategy, but chances are he will not. He is slow to act and his coordination is something to be desired. What he lacks in accuracy and speed though he makes up for in strength.

Skills: A strange affinity for technical items and machinery. The amount of concentration he needs to maintain that level of work is enough to sooth his mind, and is useful for those in need of getting something fixed.

Phobias and Weaknesses: Losing his place in the world is perhaps his greatest fear. He knows who he is, who he must obey, and who he can rely on. However, this is also his weakness. It is only his loyalty and focus that keeps him on the safe side of sanity, and to lose that would bring him down.

Pet Peeves: Betrayal, and poor focus, if only because they remind him of what he feels is wrong with himself.

[B]Personality:[/B] Despite her lack of memory, Za tries to keep a happy face on at all times to mask her insecurities. She is dedicated to the Vanaheim tribe for taking her in, and will not betray them, though she doesn't feel close to any of the members in particular. Extremely clueless when it comes to most things, she often feels like dead weight to the others. Though she regularly feels useless, her ability to revert demons back to their human form gives her confidence and a feeling of purpose. She is generally sweet and caring, but tends to keep to herself more often than not. She connects easily with animals, and has been heard talking with them. It is unknown whether or not she actually understands them and has conversations.

[B]Combat Tactics:[/B] Za uses her weapon as a last resort. She is very reluctant when it comes to harming anyone, despite whatever their intentions may be regarding her. She has seen very few battles so far, and prefers it this way.

[B]Skills:[/B] Za's ability to revert demons back to humans is her most known skill, but she also is very agile. She also has very precise aim when it comes to her pistol. Any other skills are, so far, unknown.

[B]Phobias and Weaknesses:[/B] Za is afraid of the dark. As silly as that sounds, all she remembers before walking out of the flaming ruins that was once the comet is darkness, and she never wants to go back. She is also afraid of what her purpose might be, since she is unaware of whether or not it will harm the members of the Vanaheim tribe.

Anyways, I have chosen a few people for the slots. [b]Lazarus[/b], you?re in since I love how Lathein is a mixture of a cold man along with a person who is full of life; a realistic interpretation of how someone would turn out in such a setting. And then there is [b]Sin?s[/b] character, Sarin. Even though I gave him the idea for his personality trait, I?m positive he?ll roleplay it to the best of his already awesome abilities. Good luck to ya man. ;) Next is [b]BKstyles[/b], whose Shinzou I fell in love with right away with the fact that he lives life on the edge, in a literal sense, thanks to his disease. If the fact that he has to be a cannibal to keep his humanity (as does everyone else), the Light gave him an illness that gives him the thought that every minute could be his last. An amazing character trait if there ever was one! And then there is my fellow FF fanatic and fan fic author, [b]Auron?s Ghost[/b]. He has never roleplayed before, but I?d be damned if he?s not an awesome writer, so it won?t be such a stretch for him. Friendship aside, I believed he portrayed the change of emotions best in his character, so that was a definite win for me. And then there is [b]Kitty[/b], who applied for the Enigma as Za Itro. No words needed for this miss; she?s an awesome roleplayer, which our experiences in Citius Altius Fortius will show you, and I know she can express multiple emotions easily and professionally.

After much debate, I would also like to add that Omega's and The Anomynous Usual's characters have been accepted. Welcome aboard!
