Well, recently, I had to change my avatar for obvious reasons. But, every cloud has a silver lining! You see, this isn't a first-time thing. In the past, I've faced scutiny in several threads in the Suggestions forum, and have even (supposedly) been responsible for making a young child cry when I used an avatar that featured a cartoon kitty cat getting stomped on. Desbreko reminded me of an awesome old banner I had in which I responded to a similar issue:

So, with that inspiration in mind, here is the modern day incarnation on the issue in which I have been called to court for my transgressions:

[COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]Well to be honest, sometimes the graphics you use make me want to cringe, but at the same time I always end up laughing at them so I can?t say they offend me when I do find them funny. Even your most recent one that you have removed. In it?s own tongue in cheek way, it was rather funny. Though the table tennis cats are pretty nifty too.

And the current stuff you?ve got running in this thread. Hehe, I think I?ve said it before, but you?re the God of Internet pictures as you always post the funniest stuff. Especially the first one where the character gets blown up. Too funny! ;)[/COLOR]

[size=1]The first one doesn't flow right, at all. What did you do to it? If it were just a bit faster, it'd be so much better. Also, the Tales of Phantasia sprite isn't too great quality. I absolutely love the Doom II double barrel "super" shotgun, though. :<

The second one is just great. The 'Objection' could be cleaned up a bit, but that's all.

Eh, my friend made it for me quite a long time ago, at least two years ago, IIRC. Neither of us had experience with sprites or GIF animation so it's only natural that it looks pretty bad. I wouldn't really waste time providing criticism on it because it's obvious that it isn't exactly a technical or artistic marvel. I just put it up as a trip down memory lane. At any rate, I think it still manages to get its message across and remain amusing.

Delta, to answer your questions:

1) Yes, that's me as Mr. White. I figured it would only be fair to portray myself as a sleezy, underhanded character instead of acting completely innocent on the matter. Admittedly, I just put the last one up to see how long it would take before people complained. So, to be fair, I kick a little dirt on myself as well. Also, I just love the animation where he shows off his jewelry.

2) Negative. In the game itself when Edgeworth performs that animation, he isn't always "audible." In this scene, he's supposed to be mumbling and what he's saying isn't necessarily important because his body language tells the story. So, I thought that attaching dialogue to it would be redundant.

But, yeah, I'm not really trying to deal a huge blow to any faceless detractors; I just enjoy poking fun at the situation and how easily people can be riled up.

And, I'm really getting spoiled by these "God of the Internet" picture compliments, indifference. I'm undeserving. I'll just settle for being the God of pictures here. :cool:

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]Well first of all that older banner is just totally hilarious. I loved the double barrel shotgun Doom look when the character gets blown into little pieces. The second one is also totally funny. I loved the cheesy way the guy flashes the jewelry he?s wearing.

That old banner is great. First the Administrator teleport effect was nice, the doom shot of the character getting blown up was awesome.

I like the second banner better. ^_^ The Charles messages convey a deep meaning was hilarious and the cheesy pimp look with the flashy jewels was hilarious. Now as for the banners. I agree with the others, the double barrel shotgun effect taking out the character is too funny! ^_^

The second one is brilliant I think...you matched the characters with the dialogue perfectly. I know how long these can take to make, so I also appreciate that you put quite a lot of effort into them.

Also...I love that Tyra Banks animation. I remember seeing an animation a while ago where Tom Cruise was hand-to-hand with Oprah...but he had lightning coming out of his hands at her. You know, it's from that famous episode where he declared he was in love. lol

Tom Cruise will never live that down. I saw the end of Scary Movie 4 yesterday as well...that's what reminded me of this animation.
