RPG +Anima [MLV]

Kai opened his eyes and yawned. The ground may have been hard and a little uncorftble, but he was able to get a little sleep. He sat up and let his eyes try to adjust to the darkness byond the fire. He smiled as he slowly got up, trying not to wake anyone else up. He walked over to the front of the cave and sat down next to Kaho. He smiled a little as he looked twards the ground.

"I, I am sorry." He dared not look her in the face. He even looked away from her, still keeping his eyes twards the ground.

"What are you talking about? What do you need to apologize for? We all owe you so much for the past few days." She turned to him, confusion on her face.

"I, I don't really know. I feel like I have done something wrong to all of you. Its killing me inside. I don't really understand any of it, but I do know something. I will not stop, not until I am able to see all of you unharmed, for the rest of your lives." He slowly turned his head to look at her and gave a faint smile.

"Thank you. It really means alot to us that you are willing to risk your life for us, and yet you know so little about us. Might I ask why?" She turned away this time, a little embarrased at her question.

"You may ask. I actually thought you would ask alot sooner. The reason I want to help you all so much is the same as the reason why that one anima tried to help my mother and father when their lives were at steak, even if they were the ones that almost killed her. After watching that event, I respected animas so much after that, sometimes, when I was younger, I wished to be one." He gave a small laugh then looked at the sky.

"Thank you. It is something that most people would not be able to do after something like that. I think its great that you can see past what some people do, to what everyone needs to do. Or something like that." She let out a small giggle as Kai stood up. He helped her stand then looked at her.

"You need to get some sleep ok. I will take over for the rest of the night. So, go get some rest." She smiled as she nodded. She began to walk away as Kai grabbed her arm, gently, stopping her from going anywhere.

"Is something wrong?" Kaho asked turning twards him. He smiled and shook his head.

"No, I just wanted you to promise me something." He let go of her arm and looked away from her for a second. "Promise me, that, when this thing is over and done with, you will let me take you out somewhere nice. Maybe for dinner or something like that." He turned to her and then took a step coser to her. He took in a deep breath and then let it out.

"Ok, if you want, but what if-" She gets cut off as Kai kissed her. He slowly backed away after a couple of seconds.

"It is not a batter of if, but of when, we will get through this, and you better keep your promise." He smiled as he turned around. "Now go get some rest, we have a hard days walk tomarrow." He walked out of the cave and sat outside the opening as he heard Kaho walk twards where everyone else was sleeping.

"I may have just put myself in a situation that will not be good for me, but hell, it was worth it." He smiled as he stared out into the forrest.

[COLOR=Lime]As Kaho walked back to the cave she was a little shocked and relieved at the same time. But she would have never guessed that Kai would kiss her or ask her out on a date when the mission was over. She got back to the others sleeping in the cave and laid down. She thought about where they should go next and fell asleep.

While she was sleeping she had a fortelling dream- she had a lot of those.
It showed her that she was walking away from the cave and going towards the forest. Then when she was in the forest, something spoke to her saying ," Follow the way you heart leads you and you will find what you most desire."

Kaho then continued with her dream with her now clsing her eyes and seeing the path that the anima had taken. She saw mountains on one side and a lake on the other. There were trees in the direction she was headed to and saw anima of all kinds going that way. Then her dream turned into a nightmare.

She saw the anima at war which was the worst thing she never wanted to see. She saw bloodshed from every which way from the humans and the anima. She was terrified and saw a woman that she had seen before laugh at her as she headed towards killing anima that were half- bird. Kaho then was in shock and yelled as the woman went charging for what was her own kind and maybe her parents.


During her nightmare she was tossing and turning and crying and buring up that suddenly she woke up and was panting really hard. She looked around the cave to see that it was still dark out with a little light from the fire. She then went back to bed and slept well.

Then it hit dawn and the group was ready to get going.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Purple]Dawn had just broken. Kaho got up all refreshed. She turned toward the front of the cave and back to everyone who was still asleep when she suddenly saw Tankyo who was staring at her. "What is it?" said Kaho, her voice a bit shakey.

"You were tossing and turing in your sleep last night. I got worried so I stayed up the rest of the night watching you making sure you didn't go screaming and waking everyone up," said Tankyo as she turned towards the entrance of the cave.

"You were worried about me? That is so sweet about you, Tankyo."

"It was nothing. I always worry about the ones close to me. So, how was the kiss that Kai gave you, hmmmmm?" she said with a sarcastic tone and a little smirk.

"H..h..how did you know?"

"I hardly ever sleep and watched as the two of you talked. I must say, you two make a very good couple. Besides all that , what was your dream about?"

"It was a good dream at first but then it turned into a nightmare. At first we were walking towards a place that was full of anima and when we arrived it was full of anima of different kinds. Then, suddenly, there was bloodshed and the humans and animas were fighting each other. I saw what looked like the person who had killed my parents. She had held a grudge against all bird-type anima and she was charging at me like she was going to kill me for some reason. And then I woke up."

"I see, so you had a foretelling-dream. A dream that tells you the future of the things to come. From what you told me, it seems that this occurance will happen soon and I mean soon."[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Lime]"Well I'm not sure that it will happen soon but I'm sure of one thing, I know where the anima are and headed. I always have thoes kind of dreams when I'm traveling," said Kaho.

Soon, everyone started to wake up and then they were ready to go. Cali and Aurora were ready to go and so was Ruby and Rita. Tankyo was also ready and so was Kai. The group was ready to leave but most of them had no clue of where they were going.

Kaho turned and said," We should head towards the forest and then from there I'll follow my heart." Kaho smiled as the group looked at her confused and then they didn't say anything so they just followed what Kaho had said.

"Well then, let's get going," said Kai putting out the rest of the fire.

"Yeah! I'm so excited to finally to be able to see what other kinds of anima there are when we find them," said Ruby.

"Well don't get your hopes up Ruby. There are many perils that follow the search for the other anima," said Tankyo with an attitude.

"Don't have an attitude, Tankyo. Just be carefree and don't worry about such things," replied Ruby to Tankyo.

Tankyo just stood there and didn't say anything. "Well then, let's go!" shouted Kaho as the group headed to the forest.

They arrived at the forest and saw that it was dark inside. You couldn't see anything since the forest was so thick. The trees were thick and the air was dense so it would be hard to breathe in. From the enterance, theu could only see a few thick and tall trees and then just darkness. The darkness was so dark that when they entered they had to be careful of where they were going.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Navy] Cali was walking beside Aurora when her pads had started to bleed again. Aurora had looked down and noticed her freinds paws. "Hey can we all stop a minute. I need to bandage Cali's paws" She had called out but no one answerd. She decided to take a few minutes to clean cali's paws and bandage them but when she was done the gang was gone. " Cali, looks like it's us again " she sighed "We need to watch out though okay?" Retorted Cali "Alright " Soon they had started walking again.[/COLOR]

[Xerxes]

[COLOR=Purple]Tankyo had noticed the Cali and Aurora were missing and said,"Hey, you guys, Cali and Aurora are missing. Stay here while I go see where they went just in case they might get into trouble, I'll send out a beam of light through my spear and you guys just follow it." With that sad, she went of back to where she scent Cali and Aurora. A few moments later, she found the two walking. She came up to them and said,"You guys shouldn't have wondered off without telling us."

"I had to bandage up Cali's paws because they were bleeding," said Aurora," It only took a few minutes but when I was done, you guys were outta sight."

"Come on, we have to get back to the group. Cali, you can ride on my shoulders since your paws are hurt okay?"

"Sure," said Cali

They ran to the rest of the group and started walking off again. It was about noon when they stopped by a stream for lunch and a drink. They sat and talked for a bit and when everyone was done, they packed up and head out again.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Lime]Everyone was really quiet to make sure not to make any sudden sounds while in the forest. She felt afraid to talk inspite of being watched or found by something that wanted to kill them. She was really worried about Cali since her paws were hurting and in bad condition to walk, even run on. Kaho noticed up ahead that there was some light shining down from the treetops. She could see that the sun was pretty bright. The group all walked underneath it and stopped to feel the suns warmth on their skin.

Kaho felt relieved to feel the sun after walking around so much in the damp forest. Kaho then said, "Let's rest here awhile. I think what we all need is some rest and time to enjoy the sun since we've been walking around this damp dark forest for awhile." She smiled and closed her eyes as she looked up to the sun.

"Well I think some rest would do us soem good," said Rita.

"Yeah. *streaches arms* I think resting and taking a nap sounds good," said Ruby while going over to lean against a tree and closed her eyes.

"Yeah I think that Cali over here needs some attention to her paws," said Tankyo putting Cali down off of her shoulders and Aurora going over to clean off Cali's paws.

Kai smiled and said, "Yeah we need a rest. It's best since we can't get a lot during the night with traveling and stuff."

Kaho looked back down and saw that everyone was sitting in the sun relaxing and having some laid back time. She decided to go fly up to the trees and poke her head through to see how far they had gotten from where they entered. Kah spread her wings and flew up. She had her head out from the treetops and looked around. She was careful so that no human could see her. She turned her head and saw that had about a long ways away to get to the end of the forest.

Kaho flew back down and sat in the center of where the sunlight was. She closed her eyes to see where they were going to go next. She saw them coming out of the forest and heading towards a meadow. Over the meadow was a huge lake with anima all around it. She could see herself getting closer and then blood in her face. She then opened her eyes looking at everyone doing their own business and looking down at the ground

[I]What was that? It was all peaceful and then blood was passing by my face and then on me, but someone else's blood. What could it mean? I get closer and closer to see what's about to happen but then it gets too frightening to look anymore.[/I] Kaho thought and thought a lot about what she saw when she closed her eyes.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Purple]Tankyo was relieved to know that Cali was going to be alright. She paced around the area, making sure not to go too far off. She went back to the group and saw that Kaho had a frightend look on her face. Tankyo didn't want to bother her so she stayed quiet and watched as evetryone else rested up. She was thinking about the dream that Kaho had told her about and what it must have meant. [I]'It must mean that when we reach where the other anima are, we will be at peace for awhile then the humans would find us and we would have to battle them once and for all. What I can't get is why that woman Kaho mentioned seemed to have a grudge against all bird-type anima??? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...'[/I] thought Tankyo as she looked to the sky to see birds flying through.[/COLOR]

Kai looked around and took in a deep breath. He didn't like the situation that they were in, and he knew that if they kept up how they were traveling, they would be found the the girl fallowing them for sure. He stood up and pulled his sword out in front of him. He looked it over, checking the sharpness and how sturdy it was, making sure the hilt was not loose. He smiled after a few moments, then slid it back onto his back.

"Hey, Cali, are your feet doing any better?" He walked over to her with a smile on his face.

"I will be better after we get done with this trip, but for now, I am ok." She smiled at him as he put his hand on her head. He leaned in close and wispered in her ear.

"Can you do a favor for me? I want you to make sure nothing happens to Kaho. I am sure you all will be fine, but I really need you to do this for me. She may need a shoulder to cry on sometime soon, I don't know." He leaned back and watched her nod with a confused look on her face. He turned and walked over to Kaho.

"Hey, can I talk to you for a minute?" He helped her stand then they walked a little way away from the group so they wouldn't overhear what they were talking about.

"What is it Kai? IS something wrong?" She looked at him, the same look on her face from her little dream.

"Yes and no. I have a bad feeling that something bad is going to happen sometime soon, and it has to do with that girl that is fallowing us. I know that at the pace we are going, she will catch up to us in a day or so. And I couldn't really do anything to slow her down if she is right on our tail. So, I came up with something, and it may help." He gave her a weak smile as the fear on her face turned to confusion.

"What are you talking about? Whats are you going to do?" She took a step closer to him not really understanding.

"I am going to go back and try to slow her down. If I am able to do that, it may just give you all the time you need to make it to the place you keep dreaming about. I may not be much more help than that, but if that is all I can do, then I will do it as best as I can." He took in a deep breath then let it out slowly. "I know that we should all stick together, but we need to slow this girl down, and I am the only one that should do it. She will be less likely to try and hurt me than she would with anyone else." He gave her another smile then hugged her.

"Just, be careful. She could be really dangerous." Kaho said, quietly as Kai held her. He slowly let her go then kissed her once more then turned and walked twards the group.

"Hey Tankyo, did you hear all that?" He watched her nod. "Good, then you know what you have to do. Please, just be there if she needs anything, and help Cali as well." He smiled as he took off back the way they came, hoping that he didn't run into that girl later than sooner.

[COLOR=Lime]Kaho watched as Kai left and then disappear into the forest. She gave out a sigh and said, "Okay you guys, we need to head on out. If we stay here too long Kai may not be able to keep that woman away from us long enough to make it to the place where the anima are. We only have a few ways to go to get out of this forest and then we have to cross some meadows and then we will see a giant lake and that's where the anima will be."

Everyone had confused faces as they never could believe her that she knew possibly where the anima where at all. They all talked amoungst themselves and agreed to leave. They followed Kaho through the dense forest and by the time they had reached the end, it was already nighttime.

~~~~Meanwhile~~~~
Kai was running through the forest and finally made it through to see that the woman had not made to the forest yet. The sun was at it's sunset point and he could see a woman coming his way.

~~~~~Back the othere~~~~~
Kaho saw that everyone was tired but the rest stop that they had taken earlier was good enough to go a ways and then they would have to stop and rest a while and then keep going. At the end of the forest the group was amazed at how Kaho knew that there were meadows beyond the forest. They all started to walk through these meadows in caution to make sure that there was nothing dangerous around where they were going. Kaho led them through the meadows with the light they had from the moon. The meadows were swaying like a sea of grass. The gentle breeze was cool and cripse. The moon was a cresent shape and the stars twinkled in the sky. Everyone followed Kaho and looked at their surroundings. The meadows were a nice place to be but the grass was not high enough to hide them so they had to cross the meadows until they reached the giant lake with trees scattered and a mountain pass that you could see all around the scenery. [/COLOR]

[COLOR=Purple]The meadows were nice and cool. Tankyo liked the breeze of the wind but didn't like the fact that the grass wasn't tall enough for them to hide in. The night was the best time for them to travel. It was safe and everyone usually sleeps at night so no one knew of their existance in the meadow. They walked what seemed liked hours but it was worth it since they made it to the giant lake where they sat and rest for the rest of the night.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=magenta]That night was a very cool and clear night. Kaho just laid there in the grass and looked up at the stars. She could see all the stars that twinkled in the sky. By the moment they go there they were welcomed by most of the anima. They gve them a place to sleep and then in the morning they would meet all the other anima that are like them. She was very happy and worried about Kai. She knew that he would be okay but she was very worried about what would happen to him. She imagined that he would meet up with the woman and that they might have to fight to keep the woman stalled for a while. Kaho knew that Kai was very strong and would keep living no matter what pain there was in the fight. She then closed her eyes and went to sleep.

The next day when they woke up, they saw that all the anima were ready to meet them. They all greeted each other and made a ton of new friends. There were many different kinds of anima like birds, dogs, wolves, fish, sharks, cats, and many more. It was all so happy there.[/COLOR]

OOC: Whoever plays Kai, I want you to tell me what happens when you meet up with the Ari woman.

Kai watched the woman walk twards him, sword drawn. "You, where did they go? I want answers." The womanscreamed at him and started swinger her sword.

Kai quickly pulledh is out and blocked hers. "I don't know what you are talking about. I haven't seen anyone else but you here." His face got cold as he looked into her eyes.

"Don't you dare lie to me anymore. I know you have been helping them. And if you are here, that means, we are close." She smiled and then returned Kai's glare.

He stood for a minute, looking deep into her eyes and then finally spoke. "Why, why are you after them? You cannot have a better reason than me to kill them, but you do not see me striking them down one after another." He watched her head raise up as she backed off a little bit.

"What are you talking about? I thought you were helping them because you owed them something." She squinted her eyes and looked at him harder. "I don't get you. Why are you helping them?"

"Because, there are many reasons. One, they need someone like me. They need a normal person there to handle shit like this otherwise it will get way out of hand. Two, I owe them this much. They may have killed my mother and father, but I know that the ones trying to protect them, they were the ones that I am helping right now. They were just as gentle, and that is what they all need right now, a gentle hand to guide them." He swung his blade around, causing her to take a couple steps back.

"I could kill you right now, and then go right after them with no hessitation." She smiled as Kai did the same.

"Try it. You know I am a hobbit. What else to you think I have time for besides fishing?" He gripped his blade harder then raised it as she came running twards him. He swung it down, missing her but creatinga small hole in the ground where the tip of his sword was.

"What was that?" She jumped back and stood a more defensive stance.

"ITs force combined with a little bit of speed. You know that you have no right to be here. Leave now, just let it go. They have done nothing to hurt you, hell go after other ones, just not these. They just want to be at peace. They are only kids. Younger than me. They at least need once in their lifetime to see what freedome is all about." He stood up tall, a tear in his eye.

"No, they do not deserve any of that. They should not have been born." She charged at him, but got knocked back as he swung his blade sideways.

"That is it. REmember this. I will give you a month. If anything happens to them in month, I will come after you, but I wont even ask if you did it. I will take what you are trying to take from them. As well as anyone else that is extreamy close to you. Becacuse that is what you are doing. All of them are a family, and that is what everyone needs, a family. Take theirs, and I will take yours." He spat on the ground and then charged at her. She raised her blade but was knocked back into a tree from the force of Kai.

"I warned you, now what will you do about it?" He turned around and headed off into the woods leaving the woman by herself.

[COLOR=Magenta]Kaho walked around while being greeted by other anima. She knew what they've been through and then after the introductions, they all went on with their daily lives.

Kaho turned to the group and said, "This is the place where all the anima live. I hope that you guys can find your parents or other anima that are just like you. I'm here hoping to find my parents."

Kaho smiled and then left to explore the place more. The rest of the group set off to meet with the anima some more. They all went their different ways and they all got to meet the same anima that they were. But Kaho couldn't find her parents but only found other bird anima like herself.

She was still very sad but she was very determined to find them. She searched until she couldn't see anymore anima in sight. She decided to head on back but she stayed where she was and looked up at the sky and spread her wings and flew up into the sky.

She soared throughout the anima territory and then she landed to one side of the territory. She layed down in the grass and fell asleep. [/COLOR]

[Xerxes]

[COLOR=Purple]While Kaho was off flying in the sky, Tankyo was wandering the area. She met lots of anima her type but she had a thought on her mind,[I]'Something doesn't seem right. Everything seems too peaceful. This shouldn't be right. I sense a war or battle or something bad happening. These anima aren't gonna be ready and will get slaughtered. I can't tell them that a war is happening like in Kaho's dream, but I should prepare them.'[/I]

Tankyo was looking at all of the surroundings as she dazed into thought. She talked to the anima and was happy as she could be ignoring the thought she just had. She walked to the edge of the territory, the place where they entered and looked around. She could smell the scent of Kai coming but he was at a distant and would take him awhile to get here. She also smelled the scent of other people, expecially the scent of that woman from before along with the stench of other humans that she had never known or seen. She knew that they were coming for the anima and a war was about to happen right in front of her eyes.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Magenta]Kaho woke and sensed Kai coming from the forest. She got up and flew towards the entrance of the anima's place and looked into the meadows to see someone running her way. As that person got closer and closer she noticed that it was Kai. Kai ran up all the over to where she was and he stopped breathing heavily.

"We're... in... big... trouble," said Kai pausing to catch his breath.

"What? What's the trouble?" asked Kaho.

Kai finally caught his breath and stood up. "What I mean is, that woman and some others are coming this way bringing along many other humans wanting to kill the anima in this place."

"What?!! No!!! That can't happen."

Kaho turned and noticed that the other anima were staring at Kai and snarling and growling at him. Kaho told Kai to wait there a moment as she went over to the anima and said, "This is the man that we've been telling you about. This is Kai and he's been helping us out ever since we got to this place. But the thing is, there's a terrible danger coming soon. He tells me that there is a woman and many other humans coming this way to kill all of us anima here. We need to do something about that."

That anima looked at eachother and nodded. Some of them went off telling others of the danger coming and many were getting prepared for the fight.

Kaho went back over to Kai and said, "They trust you now and I've warned them about the danger that is going to come. I only wished that the woman never came to this place then all these great anima wouldn't get hurt." She started to cry and then Kai lifted her head and said, "EVerything's gonna be all right. Jut remember that and everything will."

He smiled and Kaho stopped crying and said, "Thanks Kai. You always know what to say." Kaho gave him a hug and then left to get ready for the battle.

Kaho ran a ways and then stopped to rest for the night. That night she dreamt of the war that was going on and then a great light in all of it before anyone could get killed. Then the humans and anima were all good friends. She never knew what it meant. She slept through that night with no worries about it.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Purple]It was early the next morning as Tankyo woke up and she noticed that Cali, Aurora, Rita, and Ruby were all awake ready for the battle. She got up and prepared herself for the battle also. She found some nice weapons and then ran off to the battle frontier.

As she got closer she could see that everyone was there except for Kaho. Tankyo looked for Kai and found him. She ran over to him and said, "Have you seen Kaho?"

"No. I was going to ask you the same question but I don't think that I can find her anywhere," replied Kai.

"Well I hope she shows up soon. She's gonna miss that battle wherever she is."

"Yeah. I hope she comes soon."

Every anima and Kai were all ready for the onslaught of the humans. They've held a grudge for so long that they couldn't wait to do some killing to the humans. As the sun was raising there was something out in the meadows which were humans coming and the Ari woman leading them.

All the anima prepared for the battle and then the two sides met and then the sides went charging at each other until something stopped both sides from attacking.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Magenta]Kaho woke up from where she was and could see the two sides coming for each other. She then spread her wings and flew over there hoping to stop the fighting.

Kaho finally got there when the two sides met. Then they started charging at each other. She flew in the middle of the two sides and yelled loudly, "STOP!!!!"

Then both sides stopped and looked up to see that a bright light was up in the sky.
Everyone couldn't see anything so they squinted their eyes to see that Kaho was coming down from the sky shining like the light.

"Please, Stop!! No more of this killing. I know that both sides have a grudge against one another but that is no reason why we must fight and shed one another's blood. We need to negogiate this. I can't stand for all those lives that were taken a thousand years ago! You all know that you're here to live your lives together, not to kill. So I beg of you stop this now. If not then there will be no one left to kill and everything will die!" shouted Kaho.

She turned to see that both sides were talking to one another and then the Ari woman said, "Why must I believe horrible lies from a creature like you?!"

"Because if you don't then the ones you're after are someone completely different. I was written long ago that the humans and anima lived together in peace and harmony until one of the humans said that they didn't like the anima started to kill them. You are the same person as the one who killed off the other anima about a thousand years ago."

Then everyone gaspsed and turned against the woman. They killed her on the spot and all the other humans and anima lived together in peace and harmony.

But since they had reached the promised place, Kaho promised to go out with Kai. So Kai and Kaho did go out.

As for the anima and humans, they all got away from the anima land and set out to live together as one. New lives were built and homes and dewlings were restored and places were built for anima to live and everything returned to as it was before a thousand years ago.
