DeadSeraphim
I just got my first car and I love it like some kind of long-lost bastard child. It's a red Hyundai Excel (2 door), and I'm still a learner driver, but I'm really confidant in this car. It gives me a good vibe. I'm considering naming it 'Dead', to go along with the theme the rest of my property has (MacBook - Dead, iPod - Dead), but Lady A suggested DeadIV to differentiate a little. I do not know. I am still deliberating. In any case, it is hawt, and it is awesome. Yes. What was your first car?
SaiyanPrincessX
I got my drivers license four years later than I should have, then saved and bought myself a car in July, for $5,000. It took months of searching for a good, low mileage car. I have a white Grand Am SE, four door. Its a good car. Anyway, congratulations on yours.

I remember my first car. I remember it as if I got it last year?. Which I did :animesmil . My car is a 2005 chevy cavalier brand spanking new. When I got it, it only had 5 miles on it and it only cost me 12 Gs. :animesigh Hopefully with the money I get here in iraq. I can pay it off and be debt free. Its nothing fancy or anything. It'll get me from point a to point b and that?s all I really need her for. I'm in the same boat as SaiyanprincessX. I just got my license last year but ive been driving without one for a while. Man I miss my car now :animecry: :animecry: :animecry: :animesigh .
BlueYoshi
I don't have my driving liscence yet, but I can drive. My dad has already bought my first car for me, though I can't touch it until I do get my liscence. It's a chrome Rover something (I never take the time to remember letters or numbers or car models), which is bigger than I'd have thought my first car would be. The only problem I have with it is that it's an automatic... I don't mind, but I'd prefer to get into the swing of using a manual car for starters so I can comfortable with shifting the gear stick, rather than just putting my foot down.
ChibiHorsewoman
Heh, I'm on my third car, a bright red four door 2003 Olds Alero, which my mom actually considers my second car. The reasoning behind this I will reveal now. I got my driver's Liscence in November 2000- I was nineteen! Yes! My first first car was a ninety-three taupe four door Mazda Protege. It was really more trouble than it was worth and sat in my driveway a lot since it broke down more than it ran. Finally after hitting a guardrail in January '01 we traded that one in! My second car- which my mom considers my first car- was a nice bright blue ninety-five Ford Taurus. This car kicked butt even though the speedometer didn't really go past eighty-five and right before I moved to Texas the AC blew out and I had to get the engine fixed in 2002 because my ex blew a gasket driving too fast in Watertown. I didn't care. It had an automatic seat and my best friend had a Taurus as well. I miss that car, it got me all the way down to Texas and it had a Duo Maxwell bumpersticker on it. I had to get rid of it in 2004 because everything was going on it.
Panda
Ah, the memories...*wipes away tear* My first car was a 1987 Chevy Nova. Compact. 4 door, light grey in color...It was a great little car and cost me $3,000. I have lots of great memories of packing my friends in it and driving around my one horse town. I ended up selling it for a '97 Toyota Camry XLT. It was a major upgrade. It's kind of sad to see my little old car still driving around town. The new owner doesn't take care of it like I did. :animecry:
TheResplendent
My beautiful first car was this baby right here: A 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis. Lemme tell ya they don't make cars like this one anymore, built like a mini-tank and drove smoothly for over a decade. It officially became mine when I turned 19, by then it was well over 10 years old but i never felt so comfortable behind the wheel of any car like I did in that one. Then 3 months ago it tragically saw it's end at the hands of a drunk driver while it was parked infront of my house...at 5:00 in the morning. I really really really miss it...allllot.
