The way they do this is of corse turning mutants against humans to fight those who know who they are and fight them to make it seem like they are fighting for humans, they whole thing is designed to look as if Mutants are behind the sences on everything so if you have any questions or twists that you think would make it better post them in here. I dunno but maybe a group of mutants that go under the name "The Bloodline" areout to destroy mutants that they deem inferior and they attack one of the schools (or both giving us the chance to team up with the others temporarely for an added twist) school or something.
