[FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=Red]"Haha too many drinks?" Ruby said, stepping on his shoulders to launch herself. "oh no you don't!" Kampfer said grabbing her by the ankles and making her lose her blance in midair. "Ahh!"

Tsudo shot a wave of air towards Kampfer, he blocked it by going full head at the air and slicing it. Ruby shot a fireball at Tsudo and an Ice ball at Kampfer. they both dodged and Ruby shot up only to be grabbed again by Tsudo. " Damn it!" she said as she hit the floor again.

"Quake!" Kampfer said, making the floor shake and they fell off balance."Flame circle!"Ruby yelled making KAmpfer and Tsudo back away. " Excaliber!" Tsudo said as he lounged towards Kampfer while he was focusing on attacking Ruby. [/COLOR][/FONT]

[Deathsye]

Tsudo smirked a bit as if he was actually having fun. He dismissed Excalibur and started giving alot of consentration on the key. It moved a bit.

"He he..." he snickered.

[FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=Red]Kampfer put up a dome around himself, to deflect Tsudo's excaliber. Which in turn headed towards Ruby."Aghh"Ruby shouted before ducking . Excaliber got stuck on the wall. Tsudo brought it back to him with telekenisis. The all looked at each other and began for the Coup de grace.

Meanwhile outside, people murmered." what's going on? Are we being attacked?" Their fighting caused shockwaves and explosions around the room. Meister walked past the crowd . One of the junior officers(?) came to him and exclaimed," Sir! What's going on?"

"just let them be, they'll tire themselves out.. sooner or later.." Meister shrugged, and kept on walking. Even more people came to add to the crowd.

"I knew I was gonna be sorry for this.." He muttered as even more explosions sounded from the room.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[color=darkred][size=2][font=book antiqua]Kampfer frowned. Thisa was beginning to grow boring. The key suddenly shot towards Tsudo as he pulled it with his mind. [b]"Game over"[/b] Kampfer grabbed Ruby and threw her across the room right into the key.

She snatched it as she went by and landed on the floor. [b]"I win"[/b] Kampfer suddenly crossed his arms and then put back on his mental armor. This is going no where fast"[/b][/font][/size][/color]

"Ugh" Sky muttered while trying to open her eyes.The hurt badly and they were very dry. "Sir!" She heard a nurse call. She opened her eyes finally and looked at her surroundings.She sat up and felt something on her back. "I have wings" She muttered feeling the downy wings. She got a vision. Something about night and blackness. Being terrorized she couldn't make it out because it was fuzzy. "Get her some water" A voice said. Sky sat up and grimaced at the surroundings as she looked at them better.

"Where am i?" She asked one of the nurses. "Oh thats easy.Your in the clinic" The nurse answered. Sky grimaced at the name and muttered something under her breath. "Now can you tell me a name at all" The nurse asked staring at sky's gorgeus wings. "Sky ... Sky NightTerror i guess" Sky asnwered. Soon she was allowed to leave.

She walked around for a bit before running into a boy who appeared to be in a hurry somewhere and landed on the floor."Sorry"She said picking herself up and walking off somewhere.She walked around a bit before walking into the bar which she had accidently run across.She noticed people staring at her and ran the boy from before. "Sorry" She said looking up. This boy had some red goggles on. She picked herself and walked over to the bar and ordered a glass of beer. She sipped slowly on it thinking.She was thinking of going up to the surface. She was still in thought when the boy she had run into earlier tapped her on the shoulder and extended his hand. "Im tsudomashi" He said. "Sky.Sky NightTerror" She said looking off at the wall.

Tsudo went back to the bar after the session. He had recently been joined by a young woman named Sky. She seemed nice to him.

"You just woke up right? From a cryo tube?" asked Tsudo. She nodded. "Right... I bet your going to be a Esper as well..."

Meister walked in when Tsudo said this. "Speak of the devil..."

Meister walked over to Tsudo and Sky.

"Good to see your doing fine Tsudo... ANd I see you met the new arrival. I am Meister. I am the leader of the Visions... When you feel ready come to the main Hall... We will take you to the surface and see what you can do..." he said before walking off.

"Be careful... The test is tough... I got this on my second mission..." said Tsudo pointing to his chest where is was ripped from before.

[FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=Red]"you didn't have to throw me you know.."Ruby said massaging her muscles. Kampfer shrugged," I'm gonna go somewhere okay?" Ruby said distractedly, Kampfer nodded and headed towards the bar.

Ruby followed a dark haired man. "Hey you." He said finally stopping in a dark lit corridor," how long do you plan to follow me?" He said, a smirk on his lips. Ruby scowled.

"Tell me what you did... on the surface before I lost my memory.." She said angry. He laughed mirthlessly,"I guess you're just gonna have to find that out on your own." he dissapeared, Ruby gasped she punched a wall "DAMMIT!!" she yelled.

Her knuckle was bleeding now but she didn't care,"Memory box.." she said. She headed towards her room to wash off the blood. "I wonder if I'll actually drink the shots.." she wondered to herself.[/COLOR][/FONT]

There was a knock at Ruby's door. It was Chunky.

"Hey, Come out I need to talk to you!" said Chunky

Ruby opened the door. "What do you want?" she asked.

"Meister asked me to tell you that you were selected as Tasubaki's partner tomorrow as a scout to check out rumors of ghosts on the surface... It is probly just a Calastro... They are kind of like the Eyeball Tsudo faced but a bit stronger... You will be at the Abandoned Highway... Are you up to it?" asked Chunky.

[FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=Red]Ruby shrugged,"Sure ." she said. Chunky nodded,"I'll be telling Meister." Ruby blocked him out after that, until he went away, she sighed.

"I need some where to blow my steam, but first.." she looked at her knuckles. "I really need to work on some better anger management tricks..." SHe got some cloth from the first aid she found earlier. She wrapped it in gauze, "this'll have to do for now " she sighed.

"wonder what kind of ghost we'll find up there..." she said, as she nodded off to sleep.[/COLOR][/FONT]

It was the next day and Tsudo started drinking early.

There was a knock at Ruby's door. When she answered a blue haired woman was at the door.

"Hello... I am Tasubaki... I am your partner today... Shall we go?" she said walking off with out a nother second wasted. She had a heavy stride and had a monotonish expression.

They reached the termanl and headed to the surface.

[COLOR=Red][FONT=Papyrus]Ruby looked over at Tasubaki, she seemed serious," you don't talk back do you?" she said offhandedly. Tasubaki looked at her,"I tend to take my job very seriously. You don't have a problem with that do you?" she looked at Ruby seriously.

"Nah, I just want to know how much I should keep wary....."Ruby said offhandedly. They had reached the surface. Tasubaki started to check her suit. Ruby whistled,"THis place looks more desolite every time I come here." she said saracsticaly.[/FONT][/COLOR]

The day before:"Yeah so i have heard" Sky said to tsudo before she gasped at what she said. "Im sorry!" She said as she rushed out the door,down a corridor and into a dark damp room with only a window that showed only darkness. She was crying by the time tsudo had found her. "Hey whats wrong?" He asked gently. She just cried even harder. She stopped after a minute and started to talk. "The thing is ... I have heard things about you and about the surface" She started not once lifting her head up.She was sure it was tear streaked. "None of it was very nice and well ... After you showed me your cut,Well i just broke down and had to run out of there"She said getting up and walking out.

The next day Sky walked out into a corridor thinking about the day before when she broke down crying. 'Why did i break down crying?' She asked herself.She was asking herself this over and over when she bumped into tsudo again. "sorry" She said looking up. "We have to stop meeting like this" Tsudo said chuckling a little. "Yeah" Sky replied quietly looking down and blushing.

Tasubaki and Ruby arrived at the Highway. There were several abandoned rusted cars still on the road. Tasubaki looked around and saw a Gyne and Calastro together. Tasubaki sighed and stuck out her hand as a purple ball fired out and hit the Gyne.

"Ready?" she asked plainly.

The Calastro took aim and fired a few rapid blast shots and entered a wall going through it.

"There is the ghost..."

[SIZE=3][COLOR=Red][FONT=Papyrus]Ruby looked at her power." Nice." she complimented.

Tasubaki looked at her seriously,"are you gonna fight or what?" she said flatly." Ok but purple isn't my color. I prefer red," she grinned lightling up her hand. She shot at the calastro. it went right thru again but not before leaving a leaving present.

"aaugh!!" Ruby yelled. "idiot you can't kill them with physical attacks" Tasubaki said shoooting some plasma like substance at it.

Tsudo was a bit confused my Sky's reaction.

"What are you blushing for?" he asked quietly.

The Gyne was hurt but wasn't out. It fired the samed thing Tasubake fired At the Calastro She was struck by it. It burned her arm.

"Damn..." she said with appearent pain but no raise in voice tone.

The Gyne and Calastro fired a combined attack at Tasubaki knowing that she was the strongest of the two. She hit the ground harshly.

"Not again..." she said getting up holding her side. Then on final blast from the Calastro at Ruby.

[SIZE=3][FONT=Papyrus][COLOR=Red]" :animeangr !! Hey burns are my department!!"Ruby yelled shooting more flames at it to ward off the attack. "you idiot. Stop fooling around.." TAsubaki said.

"And you!Don't you dare tell me how to use my powers. Now stop being so uppitty and cover me!" Ruby yelled. Tasubaki looked at her and said,"I can put up a sheild around you , but you'll have five minutes only." Then she covered Ruby with light.

Ruby grinned"That's four more than I'll need." and she headed strait for the creature. IT sent out more waves of attack and one of them caught Ruby in the shoulderr. But she still kept coming, even though she was being sliced.

"She's insane.."Tasubaki whispered. "ICE BLIZZARD!!" Ruby yelled. It became trapped in an ice barrier. "THat should give us some time.." Ruby gasped panting. "See that? you went 2 minutes without making a sarcastic remark to my face.."Ruby grinned heading over to Tasubaki," hey.. aww shit."

Ruby lifted TAsubaki off the ground," She's passed out." [/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE]

[Deathsye]

A man was standing on the over pass above Ruby. His hair and coat blew in the wind and he watched them as they went away.

"Damn... I thought I was going to have to step in for a little while..."said the man named Deathsye. "But the little one packs alot of punch for her size... I wonder if the others are like that one..."

[SIZE=2][COLOR=Red][FONT=Papyrus]"OH my god!! what did you do?" one of the nurses asked. Ruby came in with Tasubaki all scratched up. "Here. She's got burns on her right arm." Ruby said handing her to Mikan.

"And would you belive me if I said nothing..?" She joked. Mikan frowned,"I swear, you and that Tsudo.. always getting beat up.." she went off muttering. Ruby turned and went back around.

"WHERE are you going?" Mikan asked in a steely voice. Ruby swore her skin crawled. "The creatures aren't dead yet. I have to go back and finish the job.." Ruby said still heading for the job,"otherwise, she would kill me when she woke up." Ruby said plainly pointing to Tasubaki.

The nurse said nothing as Ruby went back up the surface[/FONT][/COLOR][/SIZE]

[Deathsye]

Deathsye as kicking around the froze Calastro. It was making little squealling sounds that held a tone of vast anger. The Gyne wasn't much happier.

"Damn she froze em good..." he said with a laugh.

He saw her coming back and hid.

"She's back to finish the job eh?"

She approched the frozen monsters. The ice started to crack.

"That isn't good... " he said jumping down quietly. "but... I want to see if this little one can handle it..."

[FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=Red]Ruby got their and they were still frozen." you'll pay." Ruby threatened as she cracked her knuckles. "but.. "She reasoned lighting her hands,"it's not a fair fight." She burned them until the ice melted.

They stood, weezing, their color returned. And they were[I]pissed[/I]. Ruby smirked,"you ruined my favorite sweater, jerk!" and she lounged at it. "fLAME TORPEDO!!"She said as she focused her fire on the tips of her fingers and lightened them.

It managed to block it with a sheild, and slashed out at her catching her on the other shoulder. The Gyne ran towards her blindly,"you don't scare me. I've delt with one of you before. Now.. get out of my way!" She said as she kicked it in the neck hearing a satifying crack.

"Now.. on to you." Ruby said cracking her own neck. "it seems I've only been able to make fire and ice. I wonder what other things I can do.." She lit one hand and melted water in the other. She concentrated on the water to keep it under her control.

Then she shot the fire at the Calastro and kept burninig it until it squealed but it was still alive. Trapped by the flames. Then she slammed it with water. Everything became a hiss as the hot and cold collided with each other.

"And now to get a new sweater... Damn you thanks a lot pal!!" Ruby said taking off the old ragged one."Least it's sort of warm ... good thing it's a desert." she mumbled.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[SIZE=2][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]Deathsye approched.

"Having a bit of trouble with the eye ball?" he asked humorously. "don't have anything that can hurt it... Guess I coiuld help in that department."

He powered up a white plasma and shot it at the Calastro desentigrating it.

"See wasn't that simple..." he looked at Ruby. "Prettier up close for sure... But From a distance thought you were taller... By the way... Names Deathsye."

He put his hand out.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

"So.. what brings you out to the surface? Nice view or the freindly natives?" Ruby asked charring the remains of the monsters. [/FONT][/COLOR]

Deathsye laughed.

"I live on the surface... I haven't been to the city in ages. I was just passing through the area..." he said. "Your pretty good... I mean skill wise... Didn't such kick could be held in such a small package... he he..." he continued with a snicker.

She walked towards the Main hall. Then she stopped halfway,"Wanna come? Or is it too popular down their for you?" Ruby smirked as she pointed towards the Underground.[/COLOR]

'Blushing?' Sky thought . "No reason its just that-Nevermind.Hey do you know where the main hall is?" Sky asked while looking away. "Yeah why?" Tsudo asked. "Because i wanna take the test to seem if im fit to stay or doomed to die a miserable death" Sky said kinda harshly. Tsudo just was silent. She didnt look like the type that would be harsh. He lead the way and sky just followed thinking about what may await her on the surface.
