Ok everyone, here it is, I know its a lil late getting here, but lets not let that stop us, here we go.

Anji walked through the woods, his hand in his pocket, the other one holding the hilt of his sword that is resting over his shoulder. "Ok, not after that old preist man told me about that one demon, it seems that the attacks started to get more aggresive. There is supposed to be a town around here, maybe they could help me with this little thing I wanna do." He smiled to himself as he started to jog through the woods.

A few hours later, he came to a hill. As he peaked it, he saw the village that he was looking for. It was small, but he knew that there had to be some useful information here, mainly because he could see guards outside the main gates to the town. As he walked up the main gate he got stopped.

"You there, what is your purpose for entering the land of comming to the land of Ease?" The guard closest to his said, holding his sword out at Anji.

"Me? I got word that the town here has some news about this demon that is traveling arund the country side killing all people everywhere he may go. So, I came to get some informatioin on the matter. I want to kill this bastard, and get the bounty. I have a feeling that after I get rid of this guy, I am pretty set for the rest of my life." He smiled as the guard let him pass into the town.

"Well, not that thats taken care of, I need to start getting infromation on this demon. Here goes nothing."

Alright, now all you really need to do is get to the town somehow. Have at it yall.

Walking with her head down and her mind deep in thought, Rumi walked the silent woods in silence. Her mind was on the demon she was trying her hardest to find. She hadn't caught wift of him since her sister died by his hands.

'I know, I know he's out there somewhere. I still can sense this overwhelming energy,'Rumi thought to herself as she continued walking down the narrow dirt pathway.

Coming closer to the end of the pathway, the woods start to clear. Rumi could see something from the distance but since the trees were still in her way, she couldn't make it out. Using her neko like strength, she used the muscles of her claves and jumped up into a nearby tree. There she searched around until she was facing a village.

"Hm? Maybe people in that village would have answers for me about the demon," Rumi said silently to herself as she jumped from the tree to another repeatly, getting closer to the village.

Rumi jumped down from one of the trees and landed not to far from the enterence gate. As she approached the gate, gaurds unshealthed their weapons and slowly surrounded her.

"Demon, what do you think you are doing here," one of the guards to the right of her asked.

"My business here is none of your concern. Just let me pass and their will be no harm done,"Rumi said not looking at the guard.

"The chance. You are probably one of the demons sent here to kill us off by the mysterious demon," the guard to the left said.

"No! I am here to ask question about him. I want to slay that bastard."

"Hm? If that is the case, then we will let you path, but start any trouble, and we will slay you, demon." With that the opened the gate, and let Rumi past.

It has been six years now since she started drifting to where the wind took her. Ever since her brother died, her hatred towards the murderer never fades. ?It?s getting late,? she thought ,?when is this path gonna end?? Night is coming soon and she knows that she must find a place to stay. Her supplies are running out since her last two week visit from the previous town.

Then Claes saw a sign a few metres away from her. She ran towards it and read it out, ?Up ahead, Ease Village. This is my lucky day! To think that I was dying a minute ago?? Without wasting time, she went towards the direction of the village.

Before reaching the village, she saw guards up ahead; both are currently sleeping. ?Why should there be guards in this village??, she exclaimed, ?Oh, well?best make use of this advantage.? Claes walked slowly and silently, careful not to wake the guards up. One of the guards was snoring so loud that she had to cover her ears while sneaking past them.

After she successfully sneaked past the two sleeping guards, she let out a sigh of relief and began to stock her supplies.

Seras looked down at the passing villagers as the walked around in the early morning light, one yuong man looked up at her and threw a rotten tomato into her face. She growled and pulled on her restriants then looked away, her deep red hair now falling out of the elegant up do it had been in and into her face.
"Let me down from here and I swear I will find out who took your children."
An old man looked at her with clear, tearing eyes.
"You tell us that you can find this beast, we know it was your clan."
"My father and the clan would never have done this! We lived peacefully with you in the moutains for eons, why would we want to destroy that friendship?"
"We can't read a monsters mind, you tell us."
She let out a growl and snapped at the women who had called her a monster.
"I can be a monster if you so wish me to be!"
She was getting ready to snap the rope holding her to the post when a voice called out amonug the crowd that had gethered.
"Why is this women bound to the post?"
"It is none of your bussniess stranger."
"I just want to know."
"She is demon and we have reason to believe that her clan took and killed our children."
"Children? She is nothing more then a simple wolf demon. Her clan could do no more damage to your village then they could a herd of wild moose."
She let out a low growl.
"Cocky bastard, I know what took the kids and I can track it! Let me down and I will find and kill it."
"You would not be able to, as I said, you could do no more damage to something like that then you could-"
He blinked as she pinned him to the ground, her nose against his.
"You let your gaurd down, and I made my move. Everything that you hunt has to let it's gaurd down sooner or later. And when this thing does, I will strike and kill it."
"I'll help you."
"Your a human..."
"I'm a hunter. It's better then doing it on your own and having this happen every village you cross. I could be your aliabi."
She growled and showed him her fangs and then let him up and stood next to him.
"I will go with him, just so you know that if he feels he has to he can take care of me."
Many agreed and she looked at him and rolled her eyes.
"Just to let you know. I despise humans for what they did to my father and my clan."
"Understood."
"Good."

Anji smiled and patted her on the back. "Don't worry you all. I too am looking for this demon that has attacked alot of towns. I am wanting to get the bounty, and start a life that is a little peaceful. So, now we will be on our way." He grabbed her arm and pulled her away from the croud and into a local tavern.

"Why did you bring me in here? Who are you, and why did you talk so bad about my clan? She took a step closer to him and looked into his eyes.

He smiled and kissed her on the cheek. "Because, you and your clan are not violent people. They want to live in peace. And, because I have been there. They took me in, and I helped them. So, I know a little more than you think." He turned around and walked up to the bar. "Just to let you know, I did that as a favor. You may owe me something, but you are not bound to me. So, you may go on your way, just be more careful. I really don't want to have to do that agian." He ordered a drink and took a long swig before setting it down on the counter.

"What are you talking about? I could have gotten out of that situation all by myself. I didn't need your help." She sat down next to him and ordered her own drink. They sat there quietly, niether talking or looking at each other.

"Whatever you say. By the way, do you really want to know the reason why your clan took me in? I am not everyting you think." He smiled and turned to her, taking a sip from his drink.

"Humor me. Why is it that you take interest in me, and why does it bother you so much that I think you are only human. Going by the actions you are taking, you aren't all human." She cocked her head and looked at him.

He stood up and gave her another kiss on the cheek. "I am half demon. The demon we are both looking for, is my father." With that, he set the tab on the bar and walked out of the tavern, a smile on his face.

Kira stretched out on her tree, then looking at the town she yawned. " I want some food, "She said offhandedly. She jumped down, her hair trailing down behind her. She looked at the sleeping guards. "Those idiots, "

She threw her hair over her shoulders and just walked up to them. " Hello, boys aren't you gonna get in trouble?" Thye woke up ," Oh, miss Kira, what a surprise. Come in, come in for your monthly shopping? "They asked. She nodded. The town was sleeping and she went to the tavern where she knew it would be open this late at night.

She sniffed around and frowned,"It's him he's been around here." she said. Her eyes flashed with their peircing red gaze, and she went towards the tavern. "I should get going, before he moves location again."

Sky smiled and stroked her master's leg.

"Where are we going today master?"

He smirked and rubbed her head.

"You'll see..."

"A surprise...hmmm...this should be interesting."

She smiled and layed down at his feet happily. The thoughts of the past quickly filled her mind as she closed her eyes. Women and children were screaming as her master scowered the city. She did her own helping of killings as well, but nothing compared to him. Blood was everywhere, along with fire and the scent of dead bodies. The smell was the worst. She hated it more than anything. Killing was fine, burning was fun, screaming was tolerable, but that smell of burning and rotting corpses could be too much.

[I have to go, i'll do a longer post next time}
