sakazaki
.:STAG Secret Laboratory:. "Sir, it's time for the compatibility of Experiment 3201 with Gangirock." Prof. Matthew said, holding his black file with him. "Very well, bring her in, Professor Matt." Prof. Matt went out to get one of the experiments for Gangirock compatibility. Many failed this test though. Only some remained. He came back few minutes later with Experiment 3201 also known as Mizuki Akeichi, a Japanese girl somewhat found in front of their home base a few days ago. Prof. Satoshi is in charge of her well being. "Mizuki," Prof. William, the officer in charge for this experiment knelt in front of the scared child; placing a hand on her shoulder and showed her a lollipop. "This wont hurt a bit if you are able to wield Gangirock. If you succeed, this lollipop will be yours, how's that?" The girl gave a nod. "Good. Matt, start the preparations." "Yes, sir." He went to the computer and started to key something in. "Preparations completed, sir." Prof. William held the little girl's hand and she followed him. He stopped in front of the big glass tube. "Open it, Matt." In an instance, the glass tube rose upwards and cold air went out. Prof. William smiled at the girl, ?Now, step into the glass tube and wait until I tell you to do anything.? She let go of his hand and went in. Prof. William took a few steps back. ?Okay, Matt. Now, start the experiment!? Prof. Matthew turned a knob to 180 degrees and suddenly the monitor started flashing. Meanwhile, Mizuki was screaming in agony. Then, another guy in a white suit opened the door wide. ?Matt! Stop it at once!? Professor Matthew still had his hand on the knob. He knows what will happen to the girl if he continues. Confused, he looked at William for answers. ?Don?t listen to what Prof. Satoshi told you! This is a matter of life and death here! It?s either you die or let the Trigger kill you!? Satoshi ran towards Matthew and tried to release the grip on the knob. Then, William punched him at his face which sent Prof. Satoshi flying. ?Matt, you know what will happen to the girl don?t you?! Why don?t you stop it?!? The monitor was showing 78% complete. Satoshi got up and tried to turn the knob again but he is pushed away by Prof. William. Matthew saw that his senior is about to bash him up again. He got hold of his senior and told him everything. In the meantime, Prof. Satoshi dashed towards the monitor. Seeing this, Prof. William shook him off and raced him. Both of them were locked in a deadly battle. 90% completed. Satoshi can hear the computer AI saying. He knew that he doesn?t have time. He changed his course and head towards the glass tube instead. Stunned, both Prof. Matt and Prof. William starred at him. Satoshi took a metal chair and started to hit the glass tube with it. Prof. William rushed to stop him but it?s too late. The glass tube shattered and Mizuki was alright. ?From now on, this little girl here is mine. Any of you that tried to harm her will have to face me instead.? Prof. Satoshi carried the girl out and shut the door with a bang. .:Years later:. Mizuki wiped off the sweat that was on her forehead. ?Satoshi! What about this box here?? He stops writing stuff in his notebook and said, ?Just leave it there Mizuki. You seem tired, do you want to relax a bit?? She sat on the box and place her towel around her neck. ?Sure, I know one place that you might like. I don?t know how I know this place though.? Mizuki lost a bit of her memory during the Gangirock compatibility test. Anyone that succeeded in accepting Gangirock, will have to sacrifice something? One kid accepted Gangirock died because of he is incapable of eating. That is why Professor -or should I say ex Prof. Satoshi - stopped them from harming Mizuki. ?It?s alright, we can go now if you want to.? .:Somewhere on a cliff, beside a large tree:. ?Here we are Satoshi. I always come here and if I reckon that this is you first right?? She sat beside the cliff and Satoshi did the same. ?Yes, it?s very windy here. Tell me Mizuki, you remember this place or not?? She shook her head, ?No, I don?t. But somehow this place seem?safe?? ?Heh, not anymore that is. Remember me Mizuki?? Both of them look back and saw a guy with black specs wearing black allover. The guy in black showed both of them a lollipop. ?William!? Both of them exclaimed. ?Yeah. Right on the spot.? Satoshi got up and asked him, ?What do you want from us William?? He pointed a finger on Satoshi, ?I want you?it?s because of you, many others and I were kicked out of SATG. Now, you pay!? William kicked Satoshi off balance and he was hanging beside the cliff now. ?Satoshi!? She look over the cliff, ?You alright? Here, grab my hand.? ?He won?t last for long, Mizuki. He is a weakling.? Her hand already clutching Satoshi?s; she stared at William with hatred. ?Oh, shut up will ya?? He is not as weak as you think. In fact, I think that YOU are weaker than him!? ?Mizuki, you can let go of my hand now?he is right, I won?t last long.? She look back at Satoshi, ?What do you mean?? He took out something from his pocket, ?Here, take this?? She reached out her other hand and took the small gift. Then suddenly her right glove slipped with Satoshi. The words, ?Happy Birthday?? can be heard when Satoshi dropped. ?MUAHAHAH! See? I told you, he is a weakling.? Raged with anger she ran towards William with a fist landing in his stomach. Then she lashed a combo of kicks on him. He flew backwards in agony. When he was trying to get up Mizuki was already raising her right hand, showing her palm that was enlisted something on it at him. ?I am the Gangirock that you created; witness the power of Black Luster!? Suddenly, the sky turned dark as if it was going to rain. Thunder can be heard and lighting can be seen. William was already on his feet; taking out his customized rifle. ?You won?t kill me Mizuki!? She shook her head, ?I don?t intend to kill you?instead I--? She suddenly felt weak and fell over the cliff. \-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/ 'War that changes the life of human beings'...a shameful war that was declared here on Earth. It started when a group of rebellious soldiers who called themselves 'Trigger' misuse high-tech military weaponry. Thus, the war that involved the whole world went on for ten years. Everything on earth was destroyed, the green earth vanished and vast wastelands appeared. This story is mainly about the battle for peace between the rebellious soldiers (Trigger) and the good guys who wants peace (SATG and Gangirock Users). The battlefield took place everywhere on Earth and as you might know that both the Trigger and the SATG has battalions sent out to the ends of the Earth. In this tight battle, of course the good guys win?^^ But that doesn?t mean that the Trigger will lose just like that?oh no? The Triggers will do their best, sacrifice their own life for their clan. They will give a rough battle for the SATG. You can either control a Gangirock user/one of the Triggers/one of the SATG. As a Gangirock user, you can help the SATG destroy the Triggers using your special Gangirock (everyone?s different) and as a SATG, you assist the Gangirock users in battle using your specially design weapons! Short said, both SATG and the Gangirock users are assisting each other. For the Triggers, you will use your terrorist skills and try to banish both the SATG and the Gangirock users using, as what I?ve said before: high-tech weapons. \-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/-\-/ Character sheet Name: Age: (for Gangirock users: 13-25 (Gangirock can only work in a youngster?s body?^^) Gender: Appearance: (written or picture, or both, up to you) Personality: (as detailed as possible) Weapon: (only for SATG Forces and Triggers) Gangirock: (what is your gangirock power (Gangirock users only) and if possible, give a name for it) What did you lost after obtaining Gangirock: (this can be anything.) Role: (only for SATG forces and Triggers, what do you work as in the force? Make it as unique as possible?^^ Give a description about what you do) Bio: (how did you make it in the SATG with your Gangirock user? Or, how did you end up working for Trigger? Or perhaps, how did you obtain Gangirock? It?s best to put (if you are either a SATG or a Gangirock user) about how you met your sidekick here.) Okay, I need one character to be Satoshi. Feel free to modify his personality? And one more person to be William (he will join the Trigger after hearing that Satoshi is still alive) [Just for info-Gangirock can be found in many ways (but only gifted people can see them). It can either be obtained by the Gangirock Compatibility Test or passed down from many many generations before the Gangirock user or?just use your creativity?^^] That?s all. I?ll sign up as Mizuki later on. Good luck and have fun! ^^

However, after she found out that the Triggers are after her and the other Gangirock users, she changed into a serious person (a little). When not doing anything, she would be mostly seen dazing into the sky. Gangirock: Black Luster (Control over the weather and wind power) What did you lost after obtaining Gangirock: Her childhood memory Bio: When she was just five, her parents abandoned her; leaving her all alone with her pet hamster. She was left wandering about in the woods, until one day she passed out just in front of the SATG HQ. Mizuki was later found by Prof. Satoshi, who treated her as his 'child' and not a test-subject. Months later, she was called upon to the Gangirock Compatibility Test. Prof. Satoshi was not with her that day. So, Prof. William took this situation to his advantage; luring her with a lollipop to make her go for the test. After Prof. Satoshi found out that Prof. William was already using her as test-subject, he was angered and rushed to the lab to found out that Mizuki was already in the middle of the test. Prof. Satoshi managed to stop him by breaking the glass tube that Mizuki was in. Several years later, both Mizuki and Prof. Satoshi on a cliff found out that Prof. William were after them. When Prof. Satoshi fell over the cliff, Mizuki somehow remembered that she had Gangirock in her. However, when she used her power, she suddenly felt weak due to not using it for a long time. She then fell over the cliff too.

sakazaki
Okay, so far these are the users that will be joining this RP:- Satoshi [konkse] - I don't see any problems with your post, good luck in the RP. Tony Maxwell [dragonoid] - You just need to improve your character's bio, aside than that: welcome to Trigger, bro! Prowler Dawn [prowlingdarkness] - Just like dragonoid, you need to improve your character's bio, seriously. Try adding more sentences to it and hopefully it will make your character stand out. Good luck!
Neko
Mmmm, I like, I like! Very well, then, I'll try, too! And I'll use my favorite character type, as well! I doubt you'll be able to get away with just a PG rating with the whole war theme, though. ^^' Name: Ren (Just Ren; last name unknown and/or undocumented) Age:13 Gender: Female Appearance: Personality: Ren?s personality is completely unreadable, though the melancholic expression that she constantly wears almost seems to hint at a child with a grievous past. It is almost certain that she absolutely hates SATG and the research facilities that conducted experiments on her. Gangirock: Marble Requiem ? The pitch and tune of her voice, along with her special powers, can create illusions of anything she wishes, directed at another individual?s consciousness. If the illusion fools that person, the illusion solidifies into an actual object. What did you lose after obtaining Gangirock: In exchange for Gangirock, Ren lost her ability to speak, and her muscles have decayed greatly from the awakening process, so she has to use a wheelchair to travel. Her Gangirock is activated by melodies she hums, and is always active. If she makes any noise whatsoever from her mouth, the Gangirock activates, whether she wants it to or not. To compensate for her inability to speak, she always carries a small sketchbook with her, and conveys her thoughts and feelings through pictures and simple sentences. Bio: (In long-short-story fashion) The man in the white uniform glanced down at the girl as her parents handed over the papers. With these documents, the girl legally belonged to the research facility, a test subject to the Gangirock Phenomenon Compatibility System. Something didn?t seem quite right about the whole situation. He glanced down at the girl again, just barely catching the edge of her eyes as they snapped back to the floor, her slight frame slouching just visibly. His eyes darted from the girl, to the paper, to the parents, and back to the papers. ?Are you?are you sure you?re okay with this, ma?am?? he stuttered. ?Yes, take her. Take her and never send her back,? the woman replied. The man standing next to her merely nodded, mirroring her reply. The professor almost recoiled; the woman?s response had been immediate; she hadn?t even paused to consider. Even more, she apparently never wanted to see the girl again. And without hearing another word of it, the two left the room as silently as they had entered. The professor gazed down at the papers, giving a long, drawn-out sigh. Then back down at the girl, who was moving one of her bare feet in a circular motion around the marble floor. She was dressed ? if one could consider her even dressed, that is ? in what seemed to very closely resemble a pillowcase, although closer inspection revealed it to simply be a very loose nightgown. With a small hole between the legs. Of more interesting note, there was a collar around her throat, with a small bell attached to the front. He reached down to take a closer look, but the girl stepped back and covered the collar with one hand, shaking her head. ?No,? she said, a hint of a pleading tone in her voice, which seemed to have to struggle through the air to reach the professor?s ears. The professor shook his head. What exactly had those two done to this child? What kind of atrocities hid locked away behind those big, hopeless eyes? ?But still, money was tight, and new test subjects were hard to come across. He took her hand and led her down the hallway to the testing chamber. As per standard procedure, he withdrew a lollipop from his shirt pocket, promising that no matter what, he wouldn?t let anything bad happen to her. But the girl simply went into the small tube that would either change, or end, her life, without so much as an explanation or bribe. With a barely audible gulp, the professor tucked the candy back into his pocket. He nodded at the assistant at the control monitor. ?Go ahead,? he said. He closed his eyes, not wanting to watch what would happen next. The actual process of awakening the Gangirock is a terrible thing; few survived. Judging by the screams that always echoed from that tube, the process was almost certainly of a realm well beyond normal agony. It was terrible, and it was inhumane, yes. But then, this was a war, and the Gangirock phenomenon was the most powerful weapon SATG had to combat the insurgents. He only hoped that the ends would justify these terrible means. He opened his eyes, knowing that it would be futile to try to keep them shut once the screaming began. His eyes were fully focused just in time to see the glass tube slide shut with a vacuum sound, the imprint of a tiny hand against the inside of the glass. Then the machine gently hummed to life. The monitor flickered, and figures began appearing all over it. ?All readings from the subject are normal,? the assistant announced. ?Diagnostics check cleared. Beginning the startup routine.? The machine buzzed with energy as a light steam shrouded the inside of the tube. The professor hazarded a breath, as though his mere exhalation from here, in the observation room, might disturb the machine in the next. That was when it started. It took longer than expected, and even then, it was not the agonized scream they usually made. Instead, it seemed to be a faint mumbling, which slowly grew into a quiet pout. A few quivering sobs broke the relative silence. The professor could almost swear he heard the girl?s voice, quietly pouting ?It hurts? It hurts?? The screaming began at 64%. And that is exactly what it was: Absolute screaming. It was such a sudden change that, for the first time in thirteen trials, the professor and the assistant both recoiled from it. He could feel his heart beating alongside his adam?s apple in his throat. ?It hurts!? ?Seventy-six percent,? the assistant announced rigidly, keeping track of the numbers on screen. The girl?s readings were going completely crazy. Her heart rate was actually unreadable, because it kept flipping between 713 and flatline with no breaks in between. The professor could feel the blood pounding in his temple. ?It hurts, it hurts! No, no, no, no no no no NO! It HUUUUUUUUUURTS! NOOOOOOOO!? The shrill voice wailed. ?Break the operation!? He commanded. ?The process is past eighty-five percent, I can?t stop the process without killing her!? the assistant replied, though the finger hovering over the ABORT button made it all-too-clear how badly he wanted to stop the machine himself. The professor ground his teeth together, staring furiously at the machine. Inside, through the thick veil of steam, the outline of the girl within thrashed around violently, thudding against the smooth glass. And all the while, the overall progress readout patiently ticked. 87%. 89%. 90%. As though the machine itself got some kind of grim satisfaction out of the child?s suffering. At 95%, it seemed that the test had been a failure. Over one full minute, from 96% to 98%, all of the girl?s readings went dead. No heart rate, no pulse, no cerebral activity, nothing. If anything, the absolute silence that settled in was even more deafening than the shrieking that it had replaced. The professor sucked in breath after ragged breath as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. ?So?So that?s it, then.? The assistant nodded. ?I?m sorry. She?s gone.? The assistant stood up from his chair, and suddenly a beep came from the computer, signifying that the process had finished, unaware that its occupant wasn?t alive. And then, another beep. Both men wheeled around and stared at the monitor. Another beep, and a faint tremor in the heart rate. The two glanced at each other, and they were in the other room in a flash, even as the airtight seal hissed open and steam billowed heavily out. There was a thud, and a wavering in the cloud of steam, as the girl tried to take a step forward, stumbled, and fell. Her gown landed in a shredded pile around her, torn to tatters from her thrashing in the machine. She struggled limply to her feet. The professor was reminded disturbingly of a marionette attempting to move with all of its strings cut. ?Are?Is everything okay?? he asked weakly as she stumbled again, this time only saved by the glass tube as she sprawled against it. The girl looked up, her face a mess of tears and mucus. She gazed intently at the assistant, who suddenly stepped away. ?What the??? the man stuttered, taking another step back. And another. Suddenly the man tried to leap back, and instead tripped and fell on his back. He began waving his arms as if to ward away something coming at him. His scream lasted for only a split second as his head was blown completely off by an invisible force, his body slumping lifelessly to the ground. The professor shouted in surprise, and wheeled around to look at the girl. She was humming a lullaby tune softly, under her breath. Her Gangirock? What was it?! The girl shifted her gaze to him, and suddenly a form materialized if front of him. A creature drawn over in a thick black fog, wielding a cross that spread into a scythe at the end. It looked like death. Without thinking, the professor drew his gun at the oncoming figure. A quick though passed through his mind, and he adjusted his aim. With a deafening explosion, the gun fired. The girl?s scream became the creatures death-wail as it disappeared. She fell to the steel floor, clutching at the bloody, half-dollar coin-sized hole that had appeared in her left shoulder. The professor rushed to her side. Instead of helping, he pressed the barrel up to the girl?s temple. ?Alright, here?s the deal,? he growled, his voice choked up, but firm. He hated himself for using this kind of force on such a young girl, but it was necessary. ?I know you can understand everything I say, so listen closely. From this point on, you belong to SATG, and you will follow every order I give you. If you do not, I will personally kill you. Understand?? The girl simply looked up at him from over her shoulder, wide-eyed. That piercing stare burned into him for five seconds as it began to overflow with tears again. Instead of answering, the girl sobbed into the floor. And sobbed there for ten whole minutes. What horrible creatures we are, that damn one-another to lives of despair and death. That play God with each others? lives as If we have a right to interfere with God?s divine plan. I only pray that I can find a way to atone for what I have done today by using this child to help end the war, and that my ends can justify these terrible means. The professor got very little sleep that night, as scientists and soldiers rushed in, fitted the girl with a straightjacket, and hurried her off to a holding cell. This was only the beginning. Her training would start tomorrow.
