Request x Fallen Angel Banner/Avatar set

If anyone is able to, would they be up for doing an Avatar/Banner set for me?

- Dimension (OB restrictions are 500x100 for banners and 150x80 for avatars)
- Color scheme: Something like fading from light blue and getting dark by just a little bit.
- Text: "Fallen Angel From The Skies" Put that somewhere in there; wherever it looks best ^_^

In the picture, you can just take the top half of her body, just from her waist up. In the background, can you make like a bunch of feathers like floating? Much thanks if you can.
