[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]Okay. So i've never posted my stories on a computer for others to view, nor have I ever been in the Anthology section much. Considering though that i'm doing both now, i'll problably be spending a lot more time in here from now on.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=#808080]I had a story floaing in my head for some time now but *laughs and shakes head* I was too scared to post it in RP format. Not because I thought that members wouldn't want to portray the characters like I envisioned them but because I was just afraid that the thread would get closed or draw no attention, heh. Oh well, that's an inequity that will soon be rectified, me being afraid of my own talent being judged too harshly.[/color][/size][/font]

This story was created off the top of my head as far as planning goes; pictures will be used for better description (Not that i'm no good at describing but pics do a lot) and all I ask is that you take a look, critique, and so forth. I'll use a chapter system, of course, starting with the first.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Yes, General,? The lieutenant said with a hint of nervousness. ?right away.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]Walking to a supercomputer in the middle of the rectangular-shaped room, the lieutenant logged himself on and entered several passwords to bring up top-security files. Dubbed ?Project Tekkaman?, the lieutenant turned off all the lights in the fairly spacious white room and pressed a single button by the computer. A large white square appeared on the wall showing the words ?Project Tekkaman? in large, bold black letters. A red stamp was labeled at the lower right-hand corner of the screen reading ?Top Secret?. After the General cleared his throat, showing that he understood the necessaries, the Lieutenant pressed a button ? a portable device ? switching the slide to something that the lieutenant knew would catch the General?s attention.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Intelligence believes that the Radam Tekkaman -? The lieutenant saw a slight twitch in the General?s body due to the name; he quickly briefed his superior, ?All the information on Radam is on your desk, sir.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?I don?t want to read it later, Lieutenant; I want to know about it now.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]??Very well, sir.? The lieutenant said, shuffling through his notes while the image of the Green Tekkaman still remained on-screen. The lieutenant, after finding the notes, read over the important information once before putting it down and reciting his summary from heart.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Intelligence believes that a ship flew into space in the year 2087, sir. Inside the ship, there were seven humans.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Qualified for space travel, I presume??[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Correct, sir; all of them were qualified.? [/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]The General nodded; the lieutenant continued.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?This ship, the Argos, encountered a strange, alien craft near the moon. The crew aboard the Argos wanted to have a look at what could be a groundbreaking discovery so they landed the ship by an entrance and entered.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Go on.? The General noted.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?As the seven investigated the seemingly lifeless vessel, they were attacked by an alien life-form known as Radam. The Radam placed the seven humans inside pods that swallowed them whole and began to transf -?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?How can you account for all this information as true, Lieutenant?? The General said - curiosity piqued.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Intelligence believes that these were the statements of a dying man who was, in fact, one particular crewmember aboard the Argos.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?So? this man, he escaped??[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]The lieutenant smiled.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?The man that you speak of, his real name is Nick Carter. And to answer your question about his escape, the answer is yes and no.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]The General placed his right elbow on a glass table that he sat next to, his thumb placed on the side of his jaw and his index finger sitting above his upper lip; he was trying to absorb all of the information at once.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?The man?s father somehow found a way out of the pod enslaving him, getting to one of his family members.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?The one named Nick.? The General said.[/color][/size][/font]

Nick was already undergoing the transformation into a Tekkaman warrior ? the Radams ultimate weapon against Earth; his father saved him before the transmogrification was complete. His father told Nick not to worry and that he would have to kill off his family one day. Nick didn?t understand and wanted his father to come with him, but Nick was pushed into an emergency space pod, where he crash landed on Earth.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Intelligence believes that Nick Carter ? his Tekkaman alias being ?Blade? ? fought off the Radam for several years and even trained new people who were also being transformed throughout his years to become Tekkamen as well. The recruitment process was never to be talked about; only three then were chosen."[/color][/size][/font]

He spoke only after the glass was empty and he scratched his short, spiky brown hair. ?There was a fourth Tekkaman ? chosen by the Radam ? that was in their midst. We believe that he has gone rouge; we?re still looking for that one.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Killed you say?? The General said skeptically; he picked up a sheet of paper on the glass table and looked over it. ?It says here that a Tekkaman has ?impenetrable armor and weaponry?. That true Lieutenant??[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Yes sir, but the Tekkamen are, in fact, human. This missing Tekkaman has been AWOL for nearly 100 years; there?s no way that he?d still be alive.?[/color][/size][/font]

Only one survived and he died after he told the closest person he could about what he heard; we obtained the picture from a camera along with fingerprints, helping us find his true identity, as you can see sir.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?Doran Cade ? wanted in five known states, mass killing in three states so far. The people who?ve seen this man fly and are still alive are too scared to comment on specifics.?[/color][/size][/font]

We have been around these Radam for two centuries now and we?ve learned a thing or two from them since then. We?ve acquired an actual Radam Pod and have been studying that for as long as five decades; we?ve obtained lots of information, and combined with our top scientists, we have created something that we believe can stand up to the enemy.?[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Palatino Linotype][size=2][color=gray]?I don?t care, Lieutenant Johnson,? The General stated, getting up from his seat; Lt. Johnson turned on the lights and turned off the supercomputer. ?Find a pilot and find one now; I want this threat contained before anymore information gets to the press. [FONT=Tahoma]Gave it a read like I said I would, and I'm sure I'd appreciate it much more if I actually had watched the show before but it dosn't seem to be necessary. It's a good introducing post that focuses mainly on the structure and brief history of the tekkamen (tekkaman zero looks badass btw).

I look forward to meeting the characters to be introduced, assuming the officers looking over this info don't necessarily play a large role in the events to come (or if they do, they will take a back seat to the pilots). It's like I said though, if I followed the series this stemmed from I probably would be able to appreciate it more, but nonetheless I like it so far.

Also, I'm going to assume Nick Carter is a coincidence and you didn't mean to use the backstreet boy as a character in your story, lol. [/FONT]
