Former President Gerald Ford dead at 93

[color=#9933ff][font=lucida calligraphy]Okay the time is 11:51PM EST and I'm in the middle of an IM watching Jay Leno and then NBC news breaks in with a special report. They announced that Gerald Ford has died at the age of 93.

I don't know if there are any news reports online yet, I probably should go check after posting this to make my post better. But I figured since I'm usually the one with breaking news- at least most of the time, I should post this thread first then look for some other details.

All I remember from the report is that he served right after the Nixon Administration and represented Iowa for a number of years- damn I really need to find some news reports.

I know most of us are too young too have been alive during his administration, but he has done other things in our life times so if you want to please share your thoughts and I'll hurry up with some actual news reports
