Heh, yeah, I'm curious about whether or not Kiva overheard that exchange or not too. Just as I'm also curious as to what's got Crystal so annoyed. Well besides the obvious results of the tests. XP

Anyway, even Darren is confused and semi picking a fight with Sandra. Seeing how it's upsetting Kerstin is making him feel more charitable towards Daniel even though originally he didn't care about what happened.

And since a number of you have expressed interest in a sequel, I've already started working on putting that together. Though it will be a little while since I want to have several plot lines as well as quite a few objectives worked out in advance. Just like I did before this started. I just realized something, it couldn't have been related to the unknown project in sector fourteen since Stevens knows what that project is! lol Oh I feel silly! I don't know what I was thinking. Though I suppose it made what the secret was more fun since I was kind of off as to what I thought it might be. I was thinking it was another bizarre alteration actually. Though upon reflection I clearly see that what it turned out to be made sense.

I've also worked in the bit you sent me about what Erica's last orders were. I was expecting it to be someone on the main world sending those orders not Williams! lol It's kind of funny to learn that your character has been doing something that you were not aware of. :catgirl:

You were right Rachmaninoff, you me and my Mom are the clueless ones here. I just know that SunfallE, indifference and GuyYouMetOnline must be laughing at us. At least a little bit, I know I would, in a nice way of course. XP

And yeah, it goes without saying, that would really cause a mess, especially since most Versilans consider themselves superior to the 'lesser' races. Talk about a mess! lol Still once you get the sequel running SunfallE *pokes* That will be fun to exploit since that sort of prejudice will run quite deep for some of the Versilans. [/FONT][/COLOR]

Actually, I didn't know either, though I guessed it'd be something like that (though I thought it had originated with Versilans falling in love with people from the 'lesser' races, not with people of 'lesser' races passing themselves off as Versilan).

And then by the time someone realized it, which by the way, wasn't a lot only a few found out. Anyway, by then the mental alterations were in place so at that point the few who knew what had happened decided to hide it and to carefully start removing any traces of their origins. Though by origins I do mean that at one time they obviously ended up with their status tied to someone who was 100% a member of the lesser races.

So now the problem is that some of them like Celestia are mixed. Though on a smaller scale. She's clearly a half breed where the others it's a matter of having some ancestors who were originally from the lesser races, but it's more like a 20% ratio instead of the 50% like it is for Celestia.

Still it does put them in a very awkward position, even if the original deception happened well over a thousand years ago. And thanks to the mental alterations, most Versilans really do believe that they are superior so some of them will not accept it. But then that's the whole reasoning behind Civil War.

And that brings me to my next post, in spite of being smart enough to use resources like Celestia to further the Empire's goals. Stevens is about to show a little bit of his colder side since he is not in favor of freeing the lesser races at all. He's willing to overlook what has happened with the remaining factions since many of them are innocent, but beyond that he is not going to deal.

I'll have that post up either later today or tomorrow so I can finish laying the ground work for war breaking out. Plus I'll send those of you who have further objectives a pm with that information. Though it's not a lot, just a little on how things are going to finally wrap up.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Also, I'm thinking that you are right GuyYouMetOnline, at least about the love part. After what SunfallE just said I would imagine that by the time they found out, they loved their families too much to get rid of those who had mixed blood, so instead they worked on slowly getting rid of any traces of it.

And considering how the families of the High Council do their own genetics, what with them having their own storage facility for their genetic code and all, it probably was pretty easy for them to do.

And if I'm getting this correctly, it sounds like indepth testing like Crystal did is not the norm so chances of them being discovered was pretty slim. Though once the High Council was put under house arrest that left them in the position of someone finding out. So I'm guessing that one of the four faction leaders has information about that in their data vault that they won't give the access code for.

Anyway, I swear SunfallE! I don't know how I managed to figure out who's character was who's in the final round of the Panopticon! I seem to be utterly clueless when it comes to figuring things out here. lol

Civil War will give him the chance to display more of his mean side when it comes to interrogations. lol So you can definately count on me continuing with my two characters. Personally I think doing a full War story is going to be fun. Especially since you've got more than one sector deciding to side with the four factions who have ended up mixed with the lesser races. It's leaving things open for all hell to break lose in so many ways since those sectors are each on the other side of the main ones in the center. That will make it impossible for Stevens to concentrate on one area since he has to defend the other side as well. [/COLOR]

XP But Crystal is obviously not going to do what Kiva did, though a part of her wants to. However, she'd rather walk away from the whole mess since she kind of thinks both sides are idiots. lol But her sense of duty won't let her so she's focusing on making preparations for the medical side of the war as well as dealing with refugees, etc. So long as there are people who need help like that she will continue to do her job. Anyway...

I love how it worked out for Daniel and Kiva. I mean considering how good Kiva was at being an Imperial agent, I just bet Stevens was literally shocked when she ran. And it's supremely ironic that she took Daniel and the most advanced ship with her. I bet Stevens is furious! Hehe!

Though I have to agree with Aaryanna, sucks to be Jason and Celestia. Though I'm sure that they'll at least be happy to learn that Daniel escaped thanks to Kiva deciding to run.

As for the next part... XP One of the reasons I've been saying it will take a little while is I'm going through the threads to put together some of the basic information for how things work. What's funny is I think it sucks for Jason and Celestia as well, but then once things got to that point I realized that my original plan of them being spirited away wouldn't work. It would have been to silly and cliched. XP So I guess they'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

Anyway, once Aaryanna_Mom and indifference post I'll put in the final post and wrap things up! And then I'll work even more on finishing the preparations for the next stage. I've already started changing my two mini chapters so it will be a full drawn out war. And I've started working on adding a lot of other things into the overall plot as well. :catgirl:[/FONT][/COLOR]

I'm still working on gathering the details to include in the next sign up thread along with the underground. And I've been working on the other stuff as well.

I'm planning on putting in a graphics request for banners like I did last time. That will probably go up in about a week, possibly two. Then once I get responses from that I should have the rest of it ready to get things going.

Also, if anyone has ideas for possible events or scenarios definately feel free to either pm me with them or post them here. That's part of what made this so much fun and so successful in my opinion. All the good suggestions and stuff that you guys have added to the story as well.
