Request Character Concept For "Neo Genesis"

I'm writing my on "superhero" ( I'm using that word loosely) story and I was wondering if someone could help me with a character concept. I would do it my self but I can't draw for squat. So if u would help me out it would be great. here's some
information.

Name: James Wong
Alias: HotStreak
Age: 19
Height: 5'8
Weight: 150
Eye Color: Drk Brown
Hair Color: Black/Red
Abiltiy: Pyrokenisis (of course)

How He Aquired This Ability: Kidnapped at the age of 17 James was the victim of many brutal, and torturous NanoTech experiments. The extremely painful process of infusing Nanos into the brain, allowed James to tap into his brain's full potenial. It gave him the ability to creat, and manipulate fire in any way he wished.

Weakness: It's extremely taxing on James to generate, and aim fire projectiles using only his mind. He found it easier form the fire in his hand and throw it himself.

His Style: James has a type of alt. punk style. His hair is shaved close on the sides,
but short gelled spikey on top with red highlights. He wears a black waist lenght leather jacket with a thin red racing stripe along the left sleave. And a dark brown leather studed wrist band on his left wrist. A grey t-shirt with the misfits logo on it, and black jeans.

If someone could help me with this concept it would be great. Any ideas on possible hair styles, clothing, or drawings on this character would be awesome too.
