Your first challenge is quite simple, and it?s the same for all four teams.

[center][size=5]First Challenge: Teaming Up[/size][/center]

In order to build up your team, you will have to decide upon several things. Here?s a task list that you must [b]complete within a week[/b], meaning everything must be done by January 27th.
[indent][b]1.[/b] First things first, each of you must [b]introduce yourself[/b] to your team mates. How you do this is up to you, just at least tell them a little something about yourself.
[b]2.[/b] Having your team named after an administrator doesn?t describe you guys very well, so why don?t you [b]come up with a team name of your own[/b]. It can be whatever you want, within reason, and it will replace the name your team has now. Just don?t make it too long so that it?ll fit everywhere.
[b]3.[/b] Then decide your team?s [b]color[/b] out of those listed in the color-menu. The color must also clearly differ from those of all other teams, so one team cannot have plain red while another has dark red. Its first come first served with this one, so you might want to reserve a color you want at the main thread.
[b]4.[/b] You also have to decide who will be your first [b]Team Captain[/b]. You can do it by voting or by a battle of wills, whatever you choose.
[b]5.[/b] Using your team?s new name and color, make a [b]flag[/b] for your team to replace the holder I put to the top of this post. The flag must be [b]300x100 pixels[/b] in size, no more, no less. The flag [b]must[/b] contain the name and color of your team, but nothing stops you from adding more details to it. You are free to use the flag as a banner in your signature if you so choose.
[b]6.[/b] After these tasks, your chosen [b]captain will report everything[/b] you?ve come up (captain, team name, color and flag) [b]to the main OBS4 thread[/b]. The team with the most effective teamwork, the most describing name and the most creative flag will win this challenge, while the other three teams will face their first Team Council, where three players will be voted off.

Alright, here's my plan. We all answer Sandy's question with multiple suggestions towards the team. Once we've all posted once, the most popular answers will win and that's what will be posted. I know that some of you may not like this kind of deciding but we don't exactly have time to argue that. Sorry.

I like the Absolutes because it means flawless, which is what our team will be and I like The Animals because it means that if another team takes a singular animal as their name, it won't matter because we are all of the animals. It helps because than we all get what we want since all our favourite animals are included. :)

EDIT: I also like The Titans. A group of greek... just Wiki it. lol

[b]Team Colour:[/b] I don't care. Any kind of Green or Orange is nice.

[b]Team Flag:[/b] Personally, I'd like to do the flag. I would do it once everything else was decided and I would talk to all of you while doing it so that everyone is happy. If someone else wants to do the flag that's okay. I'm not going to be stubborn with such little time left.

I think all I'm basically doing here is introducing myself to SunfallE since the rest of you know me fairly well. And SunfallE has Knowing You, Knowing Me to get to know me, hehe.

But for the sake of it... I'm 16, 5'10", dirty blonde hair, blue eyes and male. I enjoy gaming and computers aswell as graphic design. I also have a kitty cat. I was born and raised in Canada and I've lived in this town for about 8 years.

I'd like to remind you guys that we are under serious pressure here. If any [i]one[/i] of the other teams gets done first, we have to vote eachother off. And I want us to remain a solid team. I don't want any of this alliance stuff that seperated the team I was in last time. We already have an alliance. The five of us. And if we keep true to that we'll never have to vote another off.

Don't stress out so much, we've got an entire week and two of us have already introduced ourselves! Well...counting the two of us, after everyone's read my post.

Since I've been told I've got a huge ego, I was going to introduce myself first, but then I decided against it, for obvious reasons. So I'm going to steal your format White.

[B]Team Name:[/B] I like the Titans. It makes me think of Hercules, which makes me think of Kingdom Hearts.

Well, what can I say about myself? I'm light/dark brown haired (depends on the lighting and so on.), brown eyed, 17 and very male, last time I checked. I love to crack jokes when I can, especially when I'm feeling down, if only to get a laugh from others.

I've grown-up all around the states and plan on hopefully finishing school over here in Europe, if only to not have to switch languages after I graduate (I'm lazy like that. :P), plus I'd prefere not to have to leave my friends behind.

I also have a scary obsession with Internet smileys, I just noticed, ehehe.

Roket was the name of an Albino Porcupine Sonic character that I had created and, of course, the name just had to leave out the "c" to be cool. After an astounding 17 posts, I decided I wanted another name. So, I created §corpio (this is also the last time I ever created an account, don't worry).

After a few months of being §corpio, I got my name changed to Lrb. Under Lrb, I made a whole lot of new friends and even started posting in places other than the Arena. In 2005 I went MIA for 6 months due to extreme MMORPG-itus. When I came back, I changed my name to White. This is also when I started posting in Play It, becoming even more active in it these past 2 or 3 months.

In real life I enjoy playing road hockey, baseball and lacrosse with my friends (a walking stereotype!). Yes, I reside in Ontario, Canada. And yeah, I loves me some maple syrup. I hate the Winter, though. I'd much prefer Summer.

Courses I'm taking mostly revolve around English and Graphics Design. When I get out of High School ([strike]I'm going into Grade 11 tommorow[/strike]) I'll be taking an apprenticeship with a Graphics Designer friend of the family, so I may not be going to College or University for a while.

As far as hobbies go, I love video games. MMOs, RPGs, FPSs, Platformers, Fighting, and Sports games are all up there with what I play. I'm a big Nintendo Fanboy, but I still play all of the systems (I think between my two friends and I, we've played every game out there). And I may be a computer/gaming geek, but I sure don't look the part.[/indent][/FONT]

My name is Tiana and I originally come from Hawaii, which is my birth place and my long lost love. I'm a mixture of different cultures and races, but I'm mostly just White and Hawaiian. I'm 5'4, I have long brown hair, brown eyes and lightly tanned skin. My mom and her side of the family are Hawaiian, while my dad's side is from Maryland. I have a younger sister and brother, while my other brother is way older than me.

Well, my first username here in the OB was CloudsOnly189 because I was a n00b basically and wanted everyone to know what kind of gal I was. Back then, I didn't really care about grammer or what I wrote if I understood whatI was talking about... and I would always apologize for everything. Over the months, I grew a little more mature and wanted my username to change, so I became Keyblade Wielder and started acting more like myself. I want to become more trustworthy and noble here, so I'm thinking about changing my name again to something different... like Riku. Ah, yes. All my friends know I have the guts to do this. ;D

In real life, I love playing volleyball and cosmic bowling. My interests perk around reading fantasy books, drawing, singing, Graphic Design, going on Missions trips, babysitting and cuddling my two little puppies. :3 Everything else I love is mostly a lot of other people here on the OB: anime, manga, video games; all that other crap.

I'm a Senior in high school right now (07, you know!! :D) and am passing all my classes with good grades. My classes revolve around US Gov, Physics, Chemistry, English, Chorus, Art and Algebra II. I don't hate any of my classes and I love them all. When I go to college, my majors will be Graphic Design and/or Artists and Singing. I want to go in a Church job and go on missions trips to help other people because that's what I love to do.

As for hobbies, I mostly just love to draw and colour my pictures, do some graphic design on PS, sing along with my iPod, play all my awesome video games (like KH) and chat on my laptop. Oh... and I love to read all my books as well.

And on that note, I will be like the sexay Stephen and post a piccu of me. :3

Goodness, where should I start? Uhm, my name's Mary, I'm 17 turning 18 on February 15, and I originally come from Malaysia along with the rest of my family. When I was 18 months old we moved to Australia, my current residents, and since arriving I haven't left the state, which means it'll be my 17th year here in August ><;; I'm the youngest of three, with an older brother and sister. I have dark/light brown hair depending on the lighting, dark brown eyes, glasses, and quite tanned skin.

Coming up is my fourth year at Otakuboards, and when I first arrived my name was Sakuramon. This was a pretty n00bish name and I was very much a n00b when I first arrived here. I had good English, but I used to write Script style and my posts were always really short. After I had improved a LOT I decided to change my name, and I got it changed to Ohkami. I stayed that way for a long time, and I've still been improving, though I chose Sakura as probably my final name because I just like the sound of it, and I like the flower.

As for some of my hobbies; watching anime, watching TV, chatting, reading, manga, playing videogames, listening to music etc. I'm a pretty ordinary person in my opinion, and I'm on OB a whole lot, I always have a page open. I have to say that the main reason I come on OB is for friends and to RP.

Last year was my final year of high school, so now I've graduated and I'm free~! ...Kinda, because now I've been accepted into a University so...looks like more studying for me. But I'm very happy to have gotten into Uni and I'll be doing a course of Communications.

During school my favourite subject was always English or whatever LOTE (Language Other Than English) subject I was taking. Throughout primary school I did Italian, though I've forgotten a lot of it now, and from year 8 through 10 I took Japanese which I still remember quite a bit on. And through school my most hated subjects have always been Maths and Chemistry.

Well my real name is Elizabeth, though I usually go by the nickname Beth since I?ve never liked the nickname Liz. I?m 36 years old and I?m currently living in Provo, Utah, though I?ve also lived in Texas and California. And pretty much the entire west coast if you include the time when I was a truck driver. :p

In the last year and a half I took a break from work since my father nearly died from cancer and I stayed with him to help with things while he recovers. Though I?m still living with him and I?m very relived that he has recovered so nicely. Before that I was working for the United States Postal Service, before that I was a Semi Truck Driver and before they outsourced computer jobs to India I worked for Microsoft in their Tech support department. Anyway later this year I will most likely return to school to get another degree, I'll either go for graphic design or computer engineering. I have other legal obligations that require my staying put as well, or I'd just go back to being a Truck Driver.

I date off and on, but I have no one that I consider my boyfriend. As for interests, my father worked for the computer department at BYU so from the very beginning I?ve grown up with a computer in the home and naturally that lead to playing lots of video games. I don?t know much about websites and html, but I can build a computer and fix the blue screen of death! ^_~

I actually was pretty indifferent to anime until I discovered the wonder of subtitles, though I did collect art books. I usually spend my spare time either playing video games, reading science fiction or fantasy (I?m a big Dr. Who fan) or scrap booking as my family has made visiting Yellowstone National park a tradition and I?ve been there seventeen times and have a ton of photos. Anyway when I got hurt on the job two years ago and couldn?t drive for a while I started browsing forums online which eventually lead to here. ^_^

Just remember that if another team chooses the color you didn't choose, and then you use a banner of that color, it [I]might[/I] confuse people on what team you belong to, but not necessarily.

[B]What's your favourite colour and why?[/B]
My favourite colour has to be shades of Blue, though I don't like bright shades like aqua. I'm not quite sure why I like the colour blue, I've always been attracted to it since I was young. Going through primary school when we used to have "factions" I always ended up in Blue, so I kinda gained blue pride from there. I really enjoy navy blue because it's dark and I tend to lean more toward the dark spectrum of things. I also really like the literal colour of the sky, not the shade "sky blue" but the actual colour. It's deep and endless, so I dunno, I just really like it.

[B]What's your favourite real animal and why?[/B]
My favourite animal would have to be the Wolf. Again I'm not 100% sure why I like it. But they're so cool, and powerful. I also feel that they represent me in a way, that they can stand strong on their own, but at the same time they can work well in a pack. They also have only one large pack that they trust explicitly and will hunt with. I see them as loyal, fierce, strong, powerful. Things that I am and/or hope to be. I've always been a bit like that, a bit of a loner in life but I still have a large group of friends that I hang around with and trust a lot, and I'm loyal to my friends. That's all I can think of reason-wise for now, though I may think of something else.

[B]What's your favourite hobby and why?[/B]
As silly as this sounds, and perhaps unbelievable, my main hobby is actually RPing right here in OB. I dropped it for a month or so in the end of last year because I had my major exams of high school, but now I'm trying to get back into it while I have the time before I start Uni. But yeah, I'm usually involved in at least one RP at a time, and have been in up to.....9 simultaneously I think. RPing is my passion, has been since I first arrived at Otakuboards. When I first came I had no idea what it was and I was quite a shocker of a newbie as I said in my earlier post, but I learnt and the Square is my OB home, even if the main reason I joined was for anime XD.

But speaking outside of OB...hm, it'd probably be watching tv/anime/movies and listening to music, or playing videogames. These are just things I do to pass time and to chill out and relax for a while. I guess it's become habit since all these things are easily accessible and perfect when you kinda just want to laze around.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]I?ve updated the main thread with our progress so far and seeing that no two teams can have the same color and that The Laugh Out Louds have taken Green I have taken the other color we were considering and reserved it. So our team color is Blue. ^_~ So I hope you weren?t done yet White seeing that you?ll need to work with Blue instead of Green.

As for the team name, I?m inclined to go with the Titans. It just seems more simple and yet powerful.

I don?t really have a favorite color, but I do have a preference, whether it?s a blue, green, red, brown or purple, I tend to favor warm shades of those colors. Anything that has a more earthy feel to how it blends together is what I like.

Definitely dogs. I grew up with dogs as a kid, and other than the time when I was working as a truck driver, I?ve never had a time where there wasn?t some dog in my life, whether it?s my own or someone else?s pet.

Mine would have to be scrap booking. Between vacations to Yellowstone National Park to all the time I spent driving in the west part of the US, I have so many memories of places that I?ve been and I love taking the time to capture those moments. After that would come my other hobbies such as anime, video games and reading.

Anyway, I would have to say that my vote swings towards the name [B]The Nifty Titans[/B]. I mean, heck, I made that name up in the first place and it sounds more original than The Titans. They play around with you, love you, make you cry when they run away and they are absolutely adorable. I can't say anything about cats... *cough*... but again, I digress.
