[COLOR=Magenta]After Mark had hit Tray in the jaw, Riiko ran over to him to see if he was ok. She could tell that he wasn't badly hurt and that his jaw would only hurt for a couple more minutes or hours. She smiled and sighed knowing that Tray was ok. She then turned to Mark who was being scolded by Amelia telling him that he shouldn't threaten someone.

Riiko smiled and looked at Tray. "I'm glad you're okay. But maybe next time you shouldn't push so many buttons."

"Yeah I know but it was really fun," said Tray smiling and putting a thumbs up saying that he was okay. He then stood up and dusted off his pants.

Tray then walked over to Mark and said, "Great match. I guess that I lost but great game." Tray held out his hand and Mark shook his hand and then said, "Like I said, touch my axes again and your blood will be on them."

Tray smiled and walked back over to Riiko. Riiko then said, "Hey, there Tray. Amelia told me, while you were fighting with Mark, that we need to head over to a cave where possibly Dom is."

"Really? Wow, so he's shown himself too. I wonder who's the one reserecting them from the dead. I hoped we find out soon. I dying to know who's responsible for this."

"Well, we'll find out soon." Riiko smiled and waved to Mark and Amelia telling them that they're were going on ahead. [/COLOR]

[Xerxes]

[COLOR=Purple]Ashara and Chase walked around town for a bit when they found Mark and Tray fighting. They walked up and watched them fight for a bit when Ashara said,"What are those two doing?"

"Oh, they're just sparring. It's no big deal. They're not going to kill each other. Just a duel," said Riiko turning and smiling at Chase and Ashara

"Well, that's good. We don't need these two to kill each other over nothing," said Chase, "Anywho, has anyone seen Garrett and Okp?"

"No, I haven't seen them," said Amelia

"Neither have I," said Riiko," Do you think the boys would know?"

"I doubt it since they've been with you two in town," said Ashara

Soon the fight ended with Tray losing.

Tray and Riiko smiled and waved telling Mark and Amelia that they were to going ahead to look for Garrett and Oko in the woods while Mark, Amelia, Ashara and Chase were going to look for them in the town. They split up and went searching hoping to find the two love birds and tell them about Dom.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Magenta]Tray and Riiko went out to look for Garret and Oko. They walked around the woods until they finally found them. "There you two are. We've been looking for you guys. Come on. We have to go to the cave to see if it really is Dom there. If it is, then Garret has to fight him," said Riiko.

"Fine, fine, we'll come," replied Garret.

"Good. Let's go," Tray said.

Riiko lifted her hands and a ball of light flew into the air and burst up in the sky telling to others that they've found them. "Now we should go to the town to meet up with the others. They're all out looking for you two," said Tray.

The four of them headed back to town so they can go to the cave.[/COLOR]

Chase looked around as everyone fianlly made it to the conter of town. He looked around and smiled as they started walking twards the cave. He knew something was up. The closer they got, the more the ground seemed to shake under their feet. He clenched his fist and then looked to his right. He shook his head and then sighed.

"Its not Dom. No matter what anyone can say, its not Dom. Its someone else, and I have a feeling that I know who it is." He looked back at the rest of the group as they turned to look at him.

"Its not, then who could it be? Who else could be behind the earthquakes?" Trey asked, looked in the direction that Chase turned to. He gasped an then nodded. "Ok, I agree now. Its not Dom. I don't think he would be doing something like that." Trey looked at Chase and then back twards the right.

"What are you talking about? Its an erupting volcano, why cant it be Dom?" Oko asked, walking over to Chase.

"Just because. Dom was not one to use heat to his advantage. He didn't like the stuff. I only know of one person that loves to have it hot and burning around him." Chase gritted his teeth and then turned to the rest of the group. "Its Nie" He watched the reaction on all of their faces and then looked down at the ground.

"What do you plan on doing?" Ashara asked, and then looked at the mountian, it had smoke coming out of it. She then looked at he top and saw red liquid like stuff coming out of hte top. "SO, he is using the volcano to detroy the towns around the base." She looked at Chase and then looked down next to him. "What do you plan on doing? How are you going to get through this?" She looked up at him and sighed.

"I don't know. I am trying to think of who needs to be in this fight. Besides me of course. Oko, you and Trey would be a big help, but I don't want to put them in anything that may be above them." He looked at them each and then back at Ashara.

"I will help if I can." Garret said, walking up to Chase. "I guess I owe you a little bit anyway." Chase smiled and then shook his head.

"Do not worry so much about me. I don't know what he is capable of, but I plan on finding out." He put his hand on Garret's shoulder as he started walking twards the volcano, a thousands things going thorugh his head.

Tray shrugged. [b]"No I can actually fight. Since all I did was toy with Mark"[/b] Mark turned and looked at him. [b]"What?!"[/b] Tray smirked. [b]"I didn't strike. I wouldn't of used my powers unless Mark hadn't asked for it."[/b] He could see Mark fuming. [b]"Calm down Sparky. Don't be getting your knickers in a twist"[/b] He looked at the top of the volcano.[b]"Let's see. Amelia's, mine, Garret's, and Oko's. Right combinations..."[/b] Tray thought for a second, his eyes glancing about. [b]"First we need to get him out of the volcano. Amelia and Oko. Make it rain"[/b] Mark frowned

[b]"Like that will do any good."[/b] After several tries Amelia and Oko finally figured a way to combine their powers and soon it began to rain harder and harder. Suddenly it began to hail and the peices began to grow in size and everyone took shelter. Mark huffed. [b]"Nice going Tray"[/b] Tray smiled as a piece hit him dead center in the head knocking him to the ground. [b]"Quiet while I concentrate"[/b] The ice buyilt up on the outer lip of the volcano and covered the opening. [b]"Chase. when the lava comes out it is all yours"[/b] Suddenly a loud explosioned ensued as dirt and ash went everywhere. Tray fell to his knee from exhaustion of controling so much ice.

He smiled as Nie came out of the volcano coughing. [b]"What the hell did you do that for?"[/b][/font][/size][/color]

[COLOR=Magenta]"It looks to me like it's Nie and not Dom creating the earthquakes but it was the moving of the earth by the volcano eruption. But the thing that bugs me the most is why are these "guardians" comign back as evil people?" said Riiko.

She watched as Nie came out of the mountain coughing up a storm and saying, "What the hell did you do that for?"

"Looks like he's mad," said Ashara.

"No wonder. He really doesn't like the cold or water so it's only natural that he would be saying that," replied Riiko.

"Whatever he does I still have to go against him and I need everyone's help," said Chase.

"Go for it Chase! You can do it!!" shouted Riiko for encouragement.[/COLOR]

Chase looked behind him at everyone and then smiled. He then turnedto Nie and frowned. "You got alot of learning to do. If you really are the same person you were that long ago, why are you doing what you are now?" He took a few steps closer and then raised his hand as Ashara took a couple of steps forward.

"Why are you stopping me?" She looked at him, and then turned back to Nie.

"This fight, is more than what it looks like. If we really want to know whats going on, let me try and do this by myself." He turned to her and smiled. "Besides, if anything happens to me, you there to help, right?" He watched her dod as he started walking closer to Nie. As he got closer, he pulled his sword out and gripped it harder as it became ingulfed in flames.

"Nice little trick, but I am better than that." Nie charged him but got his sword blocked as Chase raised his sword. Flames shot out in all directions as the battle contined.

"We have to do something to help him." Oko said, wathing the fight with everyone else.

"I just realized, this is the first time I have seen him fight. I am really wondering on what he is capable of." Trey said, not taking his eyes of the two.

"Listen Nie, who is behind this. What is the purpose of fighting us like this? Who brought you back from the dead?!" Chase charged with full speed, not caring if the flames got to him or not.

[COLOR=Purple]Ashara looked at Chase and Nie battled. She didn't want Chase to get hurt by Nie since he was way stronger than Chase was; but it seemed that Chase and Nie were both equally matched. She turned and saw the rest of the group look at Chase and Nie battle with amazement. She wanted to help but if she did and got hurt, Chase wouldn't forgive himself.

Ashara turned and looked at Riiko,"Do you know why the "guardians" are coming back to life and doing evil things?" she asked

"I don't. Even though I'm the reincarnation of Adin, I still don't know everything."

"I see. What worries me the most is why they are here in the first place. I mean we are their reincarnations, they can't be alive unless we are not. Someone has to be behind this and we need to find out who."

Ashara turned and looked at Chase and Nie fight up a hell of a storm, there were flames everywhere and not one of them seemed to mind it.

Then Ashara got an idea,"Trey! Oko! Amelia! Come over here!" she shouted as the two came over to her

"What's up?" said Trey

"Ya, why did ya call us?" asked Oko and Amelia

"Look, you three have the power over ice and water and wind. Wind and water can create hurricanes and cyclons which send down hail or ice. I need you guys to make a storm with your powers. We might be able to stop Nie with your guys' powers. So the question is, will you help me?" she said as she looked at the three

"I'm in," said Amelia

"Me too," said Oko

"Count me in," said Trey

[I]'I hope this works since Chase is also in the element of fire, I just hope that he will be okay,'[/I] she thought as she looked at Chase and Nie battle.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Magenta]Riiko knew that it was a good idea and all but it was a little risky since Chase would be caught in it too. She walked up to Ashara and said," Don't you think that it's a little risky to use water when Chase is up there too. Wouldn't he get hurt as well as Nie?"

Ashara knew that Riiko was right and said," I know, but it's a risk that we're willing to take. Nie has got to go and we have to find out if he has any info on who is reviving them."

Riiko nodded and said," I'll heal his wounds, internal and external and all. This way he will be alright."

Ashara agreed looked up at the mountain to see Chase and Nie squaring off.
She got a little worried but she knew that she had to do it.

Riiko went over to Tray and looked a little worried. "What's wrong?" asked Tray.

"Well... Ashara has a great plan and all but it seems that it also invovles Chase getting a little hurt in the process. I'm just so confused but I know that's what Chase would want if he were here now."

Tray put a hand on her shoulder and pulled her close to him and gave her a hug. "I'm also gonna have to fight someday too so don't worry about people getting hurt. You and Oko can heal people and when the day comes when you have to fight, I'll be there cheering you on. So what I'm saying is, cheer Chase on."

Riiko nodded and looked towards the volcano with Chase and Nie at the summit.[/COLOR]

Chase took a few steps back and then raised his sword in a defensive position. "IF we keep this up, its gonna last years." Chase said, making a smirk. He watched Nie's movements and then frowned. He couldn't figure it out. Something was different with him, soemthing that a reincarnation should not do. He moved a little slow. His movements weren't fluid. It was if he was being controled inwillingly. Chase stood up tall and then let his sword go.

"What do you think your doing? You of all people should know not to make yourself vunerable in a fight as important as this one." Nie charged him but missed as Chase jumped out of the way of his blade.

"Who is it? Who is the mastermind behind this? I can tell that you are being forced to do this agianst your will, but other than that, I know nothing. Tell me already." He clenched his fists and then closed his eyes as Nie stuck his sword into Chase's right shoulder. He pushed harder until the hilt was agianst his color bone.

"What are you doing, if you keep this up, I will have no choice than to kill you." He pulled the sword out slowly and then stopped as Chase's blood hit the ground with a splat.

"Whats his name? Who is this person that we have to fight so hard agianst?" Chase caughed as blood came out. He smirked as blood started trickeling down his chin.

"Dogi. Thats his name. Is there anything else you want to know?" He looked at Chase and then frowned.

"Why, who is he, what is is purpose for doing this?" Chase stumbled a bit and then caught his balance as he caughed up more blood.

"Back in the old days, therer were more than just the Chosen Eight. To be honnest, there were nine of us. Dogi was the ninth. He was incredably strong, too strong actualy. He had the ability to copy anyone's powers in the blink of an eye, and he copied ours. We had to do something about it and so, we all teamed up on him and was able to kill him. That was our final battle, our troops agianst him. He was the only one that we faught, he was the only target." Nie took a step closer to Chase and then slowly started to pull the sword out.

"I don't understand. Why are you fighting us like this?" Chase looked at him and then caughed hard enough to bring him to his knees. He caughed agian as a large amount of blood hit the ground and started to create a pool.

"He absorbed us. He braught us back from the dean and then absorbed out souls. All of ours but one, Adin's. He could never hurt her. He was in love with her. What he doesn't know is what you are all doing. He is begining to realize it though. Little by little. AFter you kill me, then he will get the picture. If you travel south, to the country below us, you will find him at its center. He is waiting on you all, and I have a feeling that you all will be able to kill him." Nie bent down on one knee and wispered in his ear.

"You may not know this, but if you do end up killing him, you all may die. It is something that we are not sure on. IF you kill Dogi, our souls will die, and it may be the end of yours as well." He put his hand on Chase's shoulder.

"Your wrong. We are not you. We will never be you, we are our own sould, we are our own persons. What happens to you will not affect us in the least. Know that." Chase looked up at him, a little bit of rage in his eyes. He slowly stood up and swayed a little bit.

"I understand. You have to kill him. IF you don't us eight will become stronger, and eventually we could destroy everything. Please, hurry." He had a tear falling down his cheek when Ashura walked up. She looked at Chase and then at the ground under him.

"I am gonna kill you for that." She turned to Nie, weapon drawn. She charged him. In the blink of an eye, her blade was in Nie's neck. She held it there, waiting to make sure she made the final blow.

"Chase of the fire, your path has been set. Fallow it to your best ability. Please, do one task for me, finish what you all have started. I do not want to see anymore people get hurt for our mistakes." Nie smiled and then fell to the ground. AS Chase watched, Nie caught fire and in seconds was gone.

"Are you ok?" Ashura asked, running up to him. She wasn't sure on what to do. She didn't know how to help. She raised her hand s as if she wanted to help him, but wasn't sure how.

"Thank you. I owe you my life, my dear." Chase smiled and started to take a step forward, then blacked out. Blood started to flow alittle more as he opened the hole in his right shoulder a little more. The last thing he heard was Ashura yelling his name.

[COLOR=Purple]"Chase! Chase! What the hell is wrong!?" Ashara yelled as Chase fell into her arms as she kneeled down. "Riiko! Oko! Chase needs help and fast!" as she said this, a tear fell down her cheek.

"We're coming," said Riiko as she came and sat next to Ashara

Oko covered her hand with water and then went up and down Chase's body. After she was down, Riiko went over his body with light. His wounds were slowly healing.

"We should rest a bit. Just to make sure that Chase doesn't get an infection," said Oko

Everyone in the group all sat down and rested for a bit and talked to each other. Ashara was sitting next to Chase to keep watch of him. She was worried sick about him and she couldn't understand the feeling. She had never felt anything like it before and now she didn't know how to react. She looked around at everyone who were talking amungst themselves. Oko was flirting with Garrett, Amelia was showing Mark how to sharpen his axes, and Riiko and Tray seemed to talking and laughing and having a good time.[/COLOR]

[color=darkred][size=2][font=book antiqua] OOC: Alright my guy is going to disappear for a small part of the rp. Me and konske already talked about it and are working out other details.

Tray looked up at the sky and frowned. [b]"i must go"[/b] Riko's eyes went wide. [b]"What do you mean go!"[/b] Tray sighed as he stood up. [b]"There are something's I must take care of first. But do not worry I will come back"[/b]

Riko put her hand's on her hips and blocked his way [b]"And when will that be"[/b] Tray shurgged. [b]"i do not know at this point"[/b] Riko's eyes began to well up. [b]"So your just going to leave I see how it is"[/b] She turned to walk away as Tray suddenly spun her around and wrapped his arms around her then kissed her ont he lips. He held there for a few seconds then slowly pulled his head away and let out a low breath of ice cold air making her shiver. [b]"I will return for that agian."[/b] He turned and walked off into the forest.

He had somethings to do before he returned to the group. He knew Chase would take good care of Riko for him until he got back.[/font][/size][/color]

[COLOR=Magenta]Riiko was devasted. She didn't know what to do or anything. She watched as Tray walked away until she could not see him anymore. Riiko looked over to where Chase was. He was still passed out yet he keep a good heart rate. She then walked over to Ashara and said, "Don't worry. He'll be alright."

Ashara smiled and said, "Yeah, I shouldn't cry anymore." She wiped away her tears and looked up.

"You know, there are times when I feel like this stary night up in the sky. I can't help but wonder why but I know it makes people feel sad sometimes," said Riiko.

Chase slowly opened his eyes and then shut them agian. AS he opened them agian, he looked up. The first thing he was was tears going down Ashura's face. He smiled as he raised his hand and wiped them away. When she turned to look at him, he had a weak grin on his face. "Don't think I am going to die that easily." He tried to sit back up but was knocked back down when Ashura wrapped her arms around his neck and took him back to the ground.

"I was so worried about you. I wasn't sure if you were going to make it. Oko and Riiko healed you, but I was still worried." Chase could tell that there were still tears comming out of her eyes. He raised his hand and started to rub the back of his hand. He hadn't remembered the last time he could tell when someone was so worried about him. He felt content, happy even.

"I am alright. I knew you would look after me. I knew ever since the day I met you up on that mountain. You were here for me, to save me, to guide me, and to help everyone else in this group. I owe you soo much, I am not sure where to start." He sat up as she helped him. He wipped the blood from his chin and then looked at her. He smiled and then frowned.

"Whats wrong? You need to be healed a little more?" Ashura asked, looking at him with a little bit of worry in her voice.

"No, I am just alittle upset that I got blood all over your cloaths. I really didn't mean to push it like I did. It was reckless." He looked around and then sighed. "So, he has gone. I was wondering when he might do that." He looked up at Riiko and smiled.

"Do not worry about him. He told me that he needed to go and find something around here. I also told him to meet us in the village about a mile and a half up the road. He will be back in a few days, trust me. Besides, we all need a break, or is it just me?" He tried to laugh but then stopped as a sharp pain shot through his right shoulder. He grabbed it as Ashura got a little closer.

"Take it easy will you. Do not forget, you are still injured." She helped him stand as Garett walked over and then supported him. It was a little easier for him than for Ashura, after all.

"Alright everyone. I say we go to that town and wait. The sooner we do that, the sooner I can get a little more rest." He smiled as he watched them nod. He turned his head to Ashura who was wipping the tears from her eyes. He knew that she was worried, and now that he got to see just how much she was, he began to get alittle guilt inside of him for making her go through that.

"I am sorry. I didn't know that it would hurt you that bad to see me that way. IF I would have known, then-" He got cut off as she raised her hand.

"Hold it right there, mister. I said that I would help you, and that is what I did. And besides, what would I do if we lost our fearless leader?" She smiled and it warmed Chase's heart a little. He held out his hand and put it on her cheek. He brushed the hair out of her eyes and smiled.

"You really are my love. Thank you." He smiled and then they all started walking, hoping to get there before nighfall, which was just around the ben.

[COLOR=Magenta]Riiko was worried about where Tray had gone but she knew that she would see him again in the village. But there was something telling her that it's not alright and that she should go and find him. She knew that if she left the group to find Tray, she would end up being lost and possibly could die.

The trip to the village was long but they got there just about nightfall. The town was small and yet cozy at the same time. They all then walked over to an inn and asked for a couple of rooms to stay. They got the keys and headed for the rooms. Riiko got to her room which she shared with Amelia. She could tell that Amelia was really happy and asked, "Why are you so happy? Did Mark give you something?"

"Well, kind of. He gave me this box with many trinkets and stuff," replied Amelia.

"He really does have a soft side for those that he loves and cares most about. I'm glad he chose right and didn't end up hurting someone in the process." Riiko smiled and Amelia looked a little confused.

"Don't worry. I was just rambling on about what I had thought about."

They both talked for a while and then fell asleep.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Purple]Ashara got her key for her room which she shared with Oko. They walked in and settled in. Oko then asked," Do you like Chase?"

"Why do you ask?" replied Ashara wondering why she asked

"I was just wondering since you and him seem to get along so well. And it seems that he cares very deeply for you."

"Oh, I see. I... I really don't know if I like him or not. My head is spinning and I'm really confused."

"That's okay. You will find the answer soon enough."

After they talked, Oko went to bed while Ashara went out. She walked around the inn to think. Everything was coming in all at once. First it was why the chosen eight were being revived and attacking them. Second was why the person reviving them was doing it. And third was her feelings for Chase. She was so confused. She decided to go to Chase's room to see how he was doing. She came to his door and knocked on it. She heard come in and came in. She saw Chase lying on the bed resting since he was exahsted.

"How are you feeling?" Ashara asked as she came up and sat next to him.

"I'm fine. Just a bit sore and tired that's all," he replied.

"That's good. I'm glad that you're not hurt."

"Me too. Damn, Nie was really strong. I'm glad that I even survived."

"I came here to ask you about what Nie said. He said that someone,Dogi, was reviving them to battle us. But why would he want the chosen eight to battle us?"

"I don't know. Maybe to test our skill or for fun."

"You maybe right but I don't know..."

She was cut off when Chase hugged her and said," Don't worry about it. Everything is sure to be fine."[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Magenta]Riiko couldn't sleep. She then got out of bed and walked outside. She walked around the town. It was peaceful and quiet but what bugged her the most was the dark. She didn't like the dark but at least there was a full moon out for her to see. Riiko was worried about where Tray had gone. She could only imagine him gettin hurt and never coming back. Then she remembered her necklace. She brought out her necklace from her neck and rememebered what he said. [I]"As long as I'm alive, this necklace will not melt. I've connected it to my life."[/I]

She then looked up to the moon and said, "God, I pray that you will help Tray in any situation that he is ever in. And tell him that I love him dearly." She closed her eyes and said, "Please be alright Tray."

She then walked back to the inn and when she opened door, Amelia woke up and asked, "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, everything is fine. I just needed some air. But thanks for asking Amelia. I'm also sorry if I woke you," replied Riiko.

"No that's okay. I was awake when you left. If you need any help with something just tell me. Okay?"

"Okay." Amelia went back to bed and Riiko sat on her bed and thought to herself[I] I can't do anything to help Tray either. [/I] She then went to bed and fell asleep.[/COLOR]

Chase slowly pulled away and smiled at the look on Ashara's face. He laughed a little and then held his side in pain. "Oww that hurts. Guess laughing is out of the question." He glanced up at Ashara as she hit him on the head.

"Don't make fun of me. I am in a state of confusion right now, and this isn't helping." She crossed her hand across her chest and turned away from him. Chase took in a deep breath and then raised his hand. He created a small ball of fire and handed it to her.

"Take it. Keep it in this pouch and keep it with you at all times." He set the flame in her hand and then set a pouch in her other hand. He smiled as he took in another deep breath and then leaned agianst the wall behind the head of the bed.

"What is it? It almost looks a little important." She watched it, slolwy getting bigger and then smaller, dancing in her hand.

"Its me. My life source if you will. I can't die as long as you have this with you. Even if my body is destroyed, just put that in the ground when I was killed, and I swear to you, I will return." He smiled gently and then put a hand on her shoulder. His expression looked grim, but was kind at the same time.

"Are you sure you should be doing this? I mean, isn't your life at risk if someone else has this if it is that important?" She turned to him quickly, and then looked back at the flame.

"Yes and no. It does make me a little more vonerable, but at the same time, it is something I have to live for. Returning to you, being able to spend my life knowing that my life is in hands that could never be any more stronger. Knowing that if I die, I will have someone that would do nearly everything to bring me back and not let my death, no matter how trivial, be for nothing." He sat up a little and then brushed the hair out of her face.

"I really don't know what to say. Its one thing to know that you need to protect someone to let them live, but this, its different." She turned to him, something new in her eyes, something Chase couldn't put his finger on.

"You, you are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. I do not want to let myself do something that I will regret when this is over. I do not want to have something on my shoulder saying that I could have been happy. I could have been loved even. It is something that would be the death of me. It would kill me inside, and that in itself is a death that noone should bear." He looked away for a second and then turned back to her. "Is any of this making any sense?"

"Yes." She blushed alittle and turned away. Chase leaned in alittle and then smiled. It was the first time he had ever seen her blush, even if it was faint. His smiled was pure, he was really happy, content.

"Thank you. I do not want to miss any chances I could have had knowing that you would leave and I may not ever see you agian in my life, no matter how long it may have been." She turned to him and then looked down agian at the flame in her hand. It was warm, something that could never burn her.

"I do love you, somehow, over this whole thing, the more I got to know you, the more it grew. He looked ather and then kissed her softly. It was not anything he was forcing, but somthing he did out of want. He felt as if he must do it, as if, he did not, then his chance may never come agian, and he did not want that regret on his shoulders. He pulled back and then looked at her. He had a smile on his face, he leaned back agianst the wall and then looked at her. "Sorry if it was some that should not have been done. My mind is a little cloudy as well." He looked away, feeling as if he had done the right thing.

[COLOR=Purple]Ashara was confused yet happy at the same time. Chase had let her his life in the form of a fireball. She knew that Chase would be with her forever and that he would never leave her side. She stuck the fireball into the pouch.

"I see why this flame is so important to you. You are a kind and sweet guy. That's what I like about you," said Ashara as she looked up at Chase while he was leaning against the head of the bed.

"So you understand the importance. But do you know why I gave it to you and not to one of the others?" said Chase as he watched Ashara's expression.

"No and yes. You gave this to me because your life would be in good, strong hands. The other part that I don't understand is what you meant that you would return to my side and why you want to be by my side."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, everyone that I have known in my entire life, no one had ever wanted to be by my side. Everyone was so cold to me because they thought I was weird. Not many even talked to me. You are the one person that I can trust and that I have talked to the most."

"Yes. And I would like to say that I like you too. I don't know why but I feel as though I am being loved when I'm around you. You comfort me."[/COLOR]

Chase slowly got out of bed and stretched his muscles. He then turned to her and offered his hand. She took it as he helped her stand. "And you should. I do love you. I do now, and always will. I am here as a comforting factor, as well as a stepping stone. I am your foundation. I will never leave. I will be here until I am forced by the hand of got to leave you. Even then, he will get a strong fight out of me." He laughed a little as Ashara smiled. He walked over to the window and looked out. Slowly, a frown crossed his face.

"What is it? Whats wrong?" She walked next to him and looked out the window. He pointed to the ground, and then she understood. "Its Adin. Why is shy here? Doesn't she know as much as we do on the matter?" She turned to chase who started walking twards the door.

"Lets go find out. I think she is here more to help then to dictate what we need to do next." He smiled as he shut the door behind them. After a few flights of stairs, they made it to the courtyard in the back, and Adin stood there, a slolm look on her face.

"Thank you, Chase, for coming out here. I did not want to desturb your privacy, but I didn't want you to go to sleep before I could talk to you." She turned to Ashara and gave a small bow. Ashara nodded back as Adin continued. "I know it seems soon, but you all must leave tonight. I know you are still hurt, but I can fix that." She looked at Chase who had a look on his face that showed a little anger.

"What is it now. We all know that the next fight we have wil lbe our hardest, so why can't we rest little and be in our best shape for the fight we are going to have? It only seems fair." He turned to Ashara, then looked back at Adin. He grabbed Ashara hand and held it tight as Adin nodded.

"I know. There are going to be eight people to fight, when you get there. You will have Dogi, or course, Nie, Dom, Lia, Sa, Eca, Ject, and Del. I will tell you now, that they are stronge than when you faugh them before. Do not worry." She put her hands on their shoulders and then closed her eyes. Slowly, an aura surrounded the three, and then they were left, fully healed.

"Thank you. SO, its going to be a tough fight." Chase said, turning to Ashara. She nodded as they tutned back to Adin. "But we will do it. We will kill Dogi." He smiled as she vanished. He then turned to Ashara.

"Lets go wake them. I just hope Trent will get there in time." She took in a deep breath as they walked back into the hotel.

[COLOR=Purple]Ashara and Chase walked back to the hotel to tell everyone the news they had heard from Adin. Chase woke up Mark and Garrett who seemed not to be asleep at all; and Ashara woke up Amelia, Oko, and Riiko who seemed to be asleep. They told them the news that they would have to fight Nie, Sa, Ject, Dom, Del, Eka, Lia, and of course Dogi. The one who reserected the chosen eight.

"So now we have to fight again? Ahhh... to bad," said Amelia as she took in a deep sigh

"I know this is going to be tough but we have gone through a lot already. So let's all be strong," said Riiko with a smile

"Yeah you're right, we have to be strong," said Oko

"Yeah, I get to have a rematch!" yelled Mark as he seemed to jump for joy

"I'm in. All we have to do is make sure that Tray gets here on time and we will have an equal amount to fight," said Garrett

"We all know that Dogi is the one that needs to go down, but we have to be careful when we are fighting our reincarnations. They are a lot stronger and powerful," said Chase

"I agree. Whatever you guys do, don't get reckless. These guys are at their best and if we are going to win, we might as well do it well and not get too injured," said Ashara

"The problem is, if everyone is fighting their reincarnations, who am I going to fight?" said Riiko as everyone turned and stared at her and started talking amungst themselves because they knew that her reincarnation was Adin and she was helping them so Riiko might go up against Dogi which would be a bad idea.[/COLOR]

Huge columns of ice circled around Tray as a large blizzard whipped around him. He slowly brought up both palms and a small ring of ice appeared in the middle of them suddenly the four columns began to twist and snake their way around Tray and into the ring.

A voice in his head caught his tinterst and he let his focus go allowing the ice to shatter into shards. [b]"So one last battle against all of them. The group is already much farther ahead then me and will be there before I will. No rush"[/b] He stretched a little then formed an ice rose in his hand and sniffed it. [b]"Riiko"[/b] His mind instantly flooded back to her which it seldom did not have on mind. It was all he could think about but he needed to leave and gather his thoughts about him. He dropped the rose and watched it fall to the ground but didn't shatter merely stuck there. [b]"How odd"[/b] He causlly began walking through the forest making his way to the last battle.[/font][/size][/color]

OCC: I have moved and have limited to no internet so I must regretably kill Amelia off at this point, please forgive me.

Amelia looked up as a quick gust blew in the direction of the group, standing she took a deep breath and sighed.
"I'll be back Mark..."
"You alright?"
"Yeah, just need to go for a walk."
Grabbing her swallow she bent down and gave him a lingering kiss that reminded him of a goodbye more then anything. she took another deep breath and took off running as fast as she could till a large tornado made her stop.
"You are my reincarnation?"
"Mia...is this really what it has to come to?"
"I'm afraid it is young one."
"So be it."
Takeing a battle stance she thought back on Mark and the others, knowing that they would be okay. She took a deep breath and charged bringing the swallow down quickly slashing Mia's arm, hissing in pain she threw her hand out and a large spear appeared in her hand.
"You wish to fight instead of just accepting your fate, you know that you know to little to beat me."
"Trust me, I already know..."
Chargeing again she screamed as the spear pierced her in the leg.
"damnit!"

"This is the end young one."
"Not yet."
She put the wind to her heels and let it burst her speed and then suddenly stabbed Mia in the chest, smileing faintly she prepared herslef for the next blow which was quick and was then followed by the sickening sound of wet flesh hitting the ground. Her vision growing faint she heard a voice call out her name and began to cry, iy was Mark.
"Amelia!"
she felt his hands on her body moving her to look at him.
"Your going to be alright, I promise, please don't leave me now..."
"Mark, I'm so sorry..."
Pushing him out of the way she gritted her teeth as Mia let out on last attack on Amelia sending a strong wave of wing through her stomach. reaching out she took Mark's hand for the last few seconds that she could see before her vision got foggy.
"l-Love you..."
she felt his lips touch her's and then was gone. Amelia was to young and inexperienced to finish the journey and pass the test that was given to her, but she made the trip one to remember and made many friends along the way.
