2010DigitalBoy Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 [COLOR=DarkOrange]A lot of people like to talk about what would be their perfect day, or what days sucked for them. I wanna know about your good days you've had recently. Times when you didn't go on an all-out haooy-fest, but had a nice, good day and went to bed with a smile on your face. Today is shaping up to be a good day for me. you see, this week is exam week and today I only had to take 1 exam. I thought I had to go in at 9:30, so i slept in 9already it was becoming a good day.) in fact, I was supposed to go in at 7 as is normal, so around 8 my guidance counselor called looking for me. 10 minutes later I was at the front desk, and the receptionist wrote me an excused pass (awesome.) So I ran in, took a 200-question exam in under an hour (easiest exam ever, and I know i aced it) and came back home by 9:30 to just chill. I know have 5 hours on my own to do whatever I want and, more importantly, [I]chill[/I]. After a week of headache-inducing stress, I can lean back and listen to Type o Negative while sipping on sweet sweet Mountain Dew. My middle school spent the whole day after luch time (i didn't even eat anything, because of home ec. proir to that. We had stromboli ^_^) eating popcorn and watching a movie while having a party for the end of the secound marking period. i'm just glad the principal didn't have a surprise inspection lol. Or he would've seen the dance-off where most of the class was watching, some where dancing, and the rest were bored out of their minds. Even the teacher danced...We were watching national treasure for some reason, but most of the homeroom was either making stories, comics, or talking about random stuff. The rest will go well for my family's having chinese food tonight ^_^. To next poster- How was your day today :)? The sad thing is, that's how my day really went XD. "Today" has mostly comprised of school, so I'll start there: First period, I played Lacrosse. I don't know if you've ever played Lacrosse, or even ever heard of it, but it's incredibly fun. Basically, I ran around and checked people into the wall as hard as possible, got into a fight (Draw), and generally beat people up around the net. Got one guy good, drilled him from behind with my elbow and threw him into the net. The best kind of goal! Second period, history, I got a test worth 45% of my term mark back, and got a 92%. Then we watched the conclusion of Master and Commander (The kickass naval battle) to illustrate what it was like to be a sailor back in the day. And that was about it. At lunch, I hung out in the science teachers class with some of my friends. Watched some guys play Magic, then carried around a guy on my shoulders for about 15 minutes, made some stupid jokes, exchanged some punches, ate an incredibly good sandwhich, etc etc. Vonderbar! Third period, I slept. French class. Yawn. My friend who usually translates everything for me so I have some idea what the hell is going on wasn't there, so I just put my head down and took a nap. Hurray! Fourth, LA, was pretty cool. We always get 10 minutes at the start of class to write or read or whatever, so I took the time to get up to date on Starship Troopers. Then I got back a short story that I'd handed in a while back and got a 91% or so... frankly, I felt it was unfished and could have been much, much better, but eh, a 91's a 91... We then worked on grammar, which was boring, but it could have been worse I guess. On top of all that, I get to watch the NHL All-Star competition tonight aswell... Fantastic day. I really didn't do much at all and had my easy classes today which made it awesome, so I didn't have to think much. I had 2 classes. Then 2 off-hours where people can go off campus and stuff, so there was 3 hours of free time to do anything. I had a yummy lunch too. After that, I had 2 more classes, got pretty much no homework, then I got to go home and now I'm posting on the otakuboards!
