I am writing to you in regards to the BR Act that was concluded in 2003 after two participants of the game escaped alive. We were coming to a time of peace, the unemployment rate was lowered, and the students seemed calm and under control. But all things must come to an end, am I correct? The students have been throwing riots all over the country and are posing a threat to the adults, and thus the BR Act should be re-enforced.

I believe that this would only be best for our great country. Don?t you agree?

[COLOR=Purple][FONT=Verdana][SIZE=1]Battle Royale is a novel/manga/film that has built up much controversy over the years. In all three versions, a 9th Grade class is randomly chosen to participate in a ?game? where they must kill their friends and classmates until there is one lone survivor. Each player is provided with a weapon, map, food, and water at the beginning of the game. Also, each participant has a metal collar strapped around their necks and if for any reason someone chooses not to play the game, or tries to take it off, the collar will detonate within seconds.[/SIZE][/FONT][/COLOR]

You and the other players (including some NPC?s) will be acting as students from Third Year Class C, Kurosawa Junior High School. The rules are simple; kill each other until only one of you survives. [b]Personality:[/b] Unlike some of the other students, Toshi is not a loner. She has her friends and she'll do anything for them. She can be a bit mean when she has to, but she's mostly nice to anyone. Which has earned her the nickname 'the slut with the heart of gold'.

However, she's not naive. Toshi can be clever and crafty when the situation calls for it. Although a lot of times she relies on her friends to help her out.
[b]Pre-Program:[/b] Toshi was usually active in most school activities. This included sports, but it mostly involved music and theater. Her two favorite extracurricular activities. This is how she made most of her friends and enemies that she has today.

However, she's not a fan of homework or studying, so her grades don't always match her talents. Before the program, she was hoping to be an actor or a musician.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Noticeably tall for a Japanese boy his age, with a very pale and wan face. Of average build (though perhaps on the skinny side), Keitaro also wears his hair somewhat longer than most of the other guys (though mostly because he doesn't want to be bothered by the neccessity of getting it cut).

[b]Personality:[/b] Keitaro is generally very quiet and introverted, only speaking if there is some importance or when asked a question. When he does choose to speak he is generally a friendly person (no matter how he actually feels about the person he's talking to, Keitaro will usually lend a helping hand). His nature has left him with few close friends even though he is on good terms with most of his class.

He is also very intelligent, and is generally known to be so amongst his class. He generally considers dealing with people out of his way and would rather be reading or daydreaming. Keitaro is also very manipulative of others when it fits his purposes, though he is usually has good intentions while doing so.

[b]Pre-Program:[/b] He grew up fairly normally, though always reclusive. Although Keitaro is one of the top students in his school (hoping to become a doctor afterwards), he spent most of his time locked in his room afterwards. In his younger years he was generally disliked by his classmates for being to bookish or nerd but in the last few years he has come to be generally liked.[/size][/color]
