Nucifer
Allen laid his head on the dinner table. He cried softly to himself. He couldn?t put up with himself anymore. As much as he tried he couldn?t wash away his sin. No amount of holy water could wash away what he has grown up to be. His teachings told him that what he was was wrong, his parents said it was wrong, and most of all he thought it was wrong. Any other thoughts others wise were acts of heresy. There was no way possible he could go back to a room he shared with a man. He raised his head and wiped away his tears. He had to remember what he parents told him to always do. Mask every feeling with a smile, happiness overpowers sadness. Even as much as he tried he could not force out a smile. His eyes and nose were red from crying. This wasn?t a sight of grace and happiness. He had to give respect to the rest of the people?s confession. He sat up straight from his chair and kept his self quite from sniffling cries. He looked around the dinner table waiting on the next person. He glanced at the proud witch Wendy who started to cry, the lonely Jennie who held back tears, Mariko who shook and cried as she glanced at Sena, and an empty chair. Sena didn?t seem to want to look up as he clenched his hand together and shook. So far this people were having a mental break down. He glanced at one man who quickly looked away. Allen guessed his confession deeply frightened him or maybe all the men at the table. Allen felt terrible as though the devil has possessed this body of his. ?How many? Am I supposed to count or something?? A voice spoke Allen quickly looked for who spoke up. He looked at the man who looked away as far as Allen knows with disgust before. Allen looked down at his hands. He didn?t want to meet up eyes with this man as he almost feared for his safety. The man continued speaking yet he seemed to circle around his confession. Dante didn?t seem too happy with his postponing and urged him to move along. He talked how he had such active sex life. As he was hurried along he gave a number of how many girls he has been with. Allen almost let out a gasp. ?145 girls he slept with?? He thought of one word he could call him. Allen shunned his thoughts as he couldn?t judge him. Allen felt as though this man was almost the exact opposite of him. This man liked woman a lot if that wasn?t the biggest understatement in the world. He was doing what god wanted if it wasn?t for tossing them aside and the enormous number. He felt sorry for every woman that fell into his grasp. He quickly thought of Sena as well and does young girls. Allen shunned his thoughts again, he couldn?t judge. He wasn?t in any position to point fingers. He was thinking as a religious man once again. He pretty much this point threw away everything he was taught. Could he really hold on to the words of God? He couldn?t judge any of these people. Nothing was wrong with any them, each hold there own. He didn?t know he could forgive himself the same way. Dante began to speak after this Benjamin Moraes finished. Time seemed to stop as everyone stopped sniffling and their crying. All attention was giving to the man that triggered everyone?s tears. As Dante spoke Allen was relieved. ?Good sleep, even though there is another card?.? He remembered his roommate and decided he beat him to the room. If he got there first he could quickly go to bed and avoid Sena?s disgusted glance. Allen quickly got up with the rest of the guest. He almost ran his way to his room. He opened the door to his room. He walked to the middle of the room which he considered a living room. He sat down on the couch and panted. He probably had a few minutes before Sena reached the room if he wasn?t rushing to bed as well. Allen got up to walk to his room but heard the door open. ?Too late? Sena walked in and looked at Allen. Allen gave him a smile hoping it will ease some tension. Both there dirty secrets were exposed at the dinner table. They both must be sick with the crying and the dirty glances that probably went around. ?You don?t have to pretend to smile?? Sena slowly said Allen smile faded he probably guessed his charade. ?Huh, I guessed you noticed.? ?I was looking for a look of disgust not necessarily a smile? ?Yet I?m in no position to judge correct? I was looking for the same look. I could understand that you?re uncomfortable right now. I will quickly ask Dante to change our living arrangements in the morning.? Allen looked down at his feet. ?I had a roommate once who was?.in your position a while back. Yet he didn?t think the same way you do?.? Sena didn?t seem to look at him. ?I see, it doesn?t mean it isn?t wrong. The reason you?re probably not looking at me because you?re afraid of me or a hateful glance from me? Which way may I address this matter, as a religious man or a normal person? I don?t know if I?m either, don?t worry I?m won?t judge you if you don?t judge me?Yet I?m concerned of staying in this room. Are you okay with?everything?? Allen wasn?t sure that was a proper question to ask. OOC: I hope I captured your character correctly Indifference. If not I will edit my post. Horendithas
OOC: No you got him just fine Nucifer. ---------------------------------- Sena couldn?t help it, when Dante spoke up and ended the meal, chastising those who had not yet spoken and then promised punishment, he cringed even though he had tried to do as his card said. Something that had been interrupted by the video, one that he still had no idea how Dante had gotten it. What other things does he know? Sena finally looked up at the master?s words about another card being delivered before they were to go to sleep. Another one? So soon? We haven?t even been here a day! Sena carefully avoided looking at Mariko as she knocked over the chair she had been sitting in when she got up and then after setting it in place stormed out of the dining hall. She would never believe him that he would never touch her. How could he? After what her father did to her. The same thing his own father had done to his older sisters. It was bad enough what he had done, but his father? Sena caught himself clenching his hands in anger. No she did not have to worry about him. If anything, given a chance he would kill Mariko?s father for what he had done to her. With a sigh Sena finally stood up ignoring those who were there that still regarded him with disgust. It did not matter. He could not change what had happened. It pained him that the knowledge had been forced out into the open, but it didn?t change the fact that he was not here to make any friends. Still after Ben?s jab about it being consensual between him and the women he had slept with, he was glad that they were not roommates. There was no mistaking his disgust towards him. And from past experience Sena knew perfectly well that men like him would have no trouble what so ever punishing him by virtue of beating him up. He would have to be careful to avoid being caught alone with Ben. That just left the issue of his roommate Allen, unlike him and Ben, he actually loved and cared for the other guy he had spoken about. He probably wanted nothing to do with someone who had taken women against their will. A fact that seemed more likely when Allen couldn?t get out of the dining hall fast enough, almost running in his haste to leave. He?s probably gone to gather his things so he can request another room. Sena thought. He sighed as he left the dining hall, ignoring everyone and simply heading straight to the room he was in. To his surprise Allen was standing openly in the main room, looking slightly out of breath, he had thought he would have been in his room to avoid him. Sena couldn?t help it, he looked right at him, even though he knew that he must disgust Allen. But instead Allen favored him with one of the same smiles he had when they first met. Only now, the pain in Allen?s eyes was obvious. Even more so when he spoke of being in no position to judge and offering to change their living arrangements. What the hell? Sena thought. He thinks I don?t like people who are gay... God if he only knew. But even after he explained that he had a roommate who was gay, Allen merely went on about it still being wrong, about him possibly being afraid of Allen when he would not judge him if Sena did not judge him. And again he offered to change the living arrangement, almost as if he was the problem instead of Sena. He?s done nothing wrong. Sena thought. All he did was fall in love with another man. He didn?t use people and discard them like Ben, he didn?t rape anyone like I did. Sena just shook his head. ?How can you ask if everything is okay? You?re not the one who?s done horrible things. You haven?t used and discarded dozens and dozens of women like Ben did. You didn?t rape five girls like I did.? Sena started to choke up again and he paused to gain control, as he did not want to break down again like he had. ?You fell in love and were condemned for that love.? He finally finished. ?It is still wrong.? Allen insisted. ?Is it?? Sena countered. ?I believed that my father was right and that it was okay to force yourselves on others. How do you know that what is in the scriptures and what your religion taught you is true as well?? Sena stopped at Allen?s expression, unsure if he had said too much, but then he continued. I may as well, he thought. If things continue like this, he?ll find out anyway. ?Besides, if anyone has sinned, it is me. Not only did I take those girls against their will but after I was thrown out I learned that I like both women and men.? Sena started walking towards his room, turning back to finish before leaving the main room. ?Don?t you see Allen? The roommate I spoke of, he was at one time my lover. How can I possibly judge you when I have done far more than you ever have.? Sena looked down at the floor. ?There is no need for you to leave since you do not offend me. But if it makes you feel better, you can.? Sena looked back up, ?But if you wish to stay, I will not judge you, I will not hate you. And you do not disgust me at all.? And with that Sena turned and entered his room, throwing himself on the bed resisting the urge to cry even more as he buried his face in the soft pillows. I should not have come here, he thought once again.
Nucifer
Allen fidgeted with his feet as Sena talked. He was greatly uncomfortable with talking about this subject so openly. He has been trying to contain such things like this for so long. Sena talked about his sins and Ben?s saying that they were in the wrong. What Allen is, is nothing compared to what he has done. Sena seemed to almost choke as he spoke. Sena continued saying that Allen was condemned for falling in love. Allen winced as he heard the word condemned. His parents screamed that word to him many times. ?My son, my only son will be condemned to the fiery pits of hell? Allen almost heard his mother cry. As both his parents were greatly disappointed, his mother showed it the most. He would hear her constantly pray to god to remove this ?demon? that has possessed her son. It was her who asked a priest to illegally perform so many exorcists on him. Allen insisted that it was wrong. How could Sena understand strong religious beliefs that ran in his family? How everyone in the community were hoping for his success. Sena grew up with values that raping girls was not a problem. He grew up with the word of god choked down his throat. It pressured him and teased him. Allen couldn?t help but set one similarity between Sena and him, both were sculpted to be like there fathers. Allen was sculpted to be a perfect priest and Sena a?rapist. Both of them seem to be shunned by their parental. He continued to hear Sena talk? ?I believed that my father was right and that it was okay to force yourselves on others. How do you know that what is in the scriptures and what your religion taught you is true as well?? Sena questioned him. Allen bit his lip having no way to respond to that. Once he asked a similar question to Terry when he realized his ever growing love for him which was unspoken at the time. Terry gave him a dirty look and told him not to ever question the words of the church or such ancient written. Remembering this only gave Allen a pained face. This gave him a realization that Terry and him may never be. ?Oh how I hate the word never?? Even so his faith has been dangling over the cliffs for such a long time? Sena began with another dirty secret of his. As he first linked it out he said liking both men and women. Allen did not take the hint. Sena started walking away yet turn back to say it straight forward. His gay roommate was once his lover. ?Wait a few minutes ago he confessed on raping girls? Sena talked about going farther then he has ever with acts of homosexuality. ?If I could I would be ripping Terry to shreds right now?? Allen coughed at his thought. How can he think such a thought? He could understand he was male and had sexual urges like any other living being. Even so he was disgusted by himself to think of acts of homosexuality. ?It? has spread like wild fire now after all these years. True he was still a virgin. If he had his way he wouldn?t be at this moment, he wouldn?t be at this house. Sena walked himself to his room. Allen did not disgust him as he has done the same, well gone further then Allen will ever go at this point. Allen felt a little bit safer now knowing that he?s roommate didn?t fear him. Allen still didn?t know if he should stay or not. Yet at least he was among sinners and loners. Allen scratched his neck and sat on the couch. He fidgeted with his fingers trying to think out his situation here. Even if he did not disgust Sena, he probably disgusted the other men in the mansion. Yet all he wanted was one person in this whole entire world. Allen sighed wanting to go home, feeling that it was better to stay in confinement then amongst men. Allen yawned feeling sleepy. His thoughts have tired him. Yet he had to stay awake a little longer? He decided to just get ready for bed and wait. He walked to his room and got ready. Allen put on pajamas and knelled a front of his bed. Even if his not considered one of god?s children right about now praying was a nightly ritual. He prayed for his parents to accept him or more preferably wash away his sin. He prayed for every sinful soul in this mansion, he prayed that god may forgive them. He decided to mostly pray for Sena that god forgive him for the sins he has told him. Allen stopped and opened his eyes. He starting to think that praying will do very little. Allen went to the main room. He quickly glanced at Sena?s room. The curtains were closed and he has been there an awful long time now. Allen felt as though he should knock to ask permission to go inside Sena?s room. Yet seen has everything has been going it was best to leave him alone. He hoped that the poor soul would not be condemned for his actions. Even if he has done such wrong Sena acted like a nice person. ?Yet nice people can be deceiving?just like a smile. Nice people are the ones who get screwed over most of the time?? Allen almost couldn?t believe himself for thinking such a thing. Even so, that might be the first thing he truly believed. Allen sighed and sat on the couch once again. Allen kept glancing at Sena?s room. For the first time ever in his life he anxiously waited for his prayers to be answered. Redemption
Outside in one of the narrow corridors of the Master?s mansion stood ally. Her short blonde hair covered her eyes as she leant against the cold wall, panting, clutching at her heart in pain. It thumped hard and agonisingly inside of her chest, her body screaming for oxygen. The card?s contents had rattled the French woman right down to her core.
? your service to your country is honourable...however the person you once were would look at you now and spit on your for how disgraceful and weak you've become?
A great thud echoed through the halls as Ally slammed her closed fist into the wall. There was barely a sting of pain from the impact. She looked dully at her now red hand. There was never any pain? not since? The young woman shook her head vigorously, trying to banish those memories from her mind. His words kept bringing up those memories? the ones of her comrades that had fallen in battle. He must have known that it would have this effect on her. An unusual steely glint appeared in Ally?s eyes. Straightening herself up, the young woman walked to her room and rummaged through the closet before coming to her precious box. She placed her thumb on the reader and heard the lock click open. With shaking hands, Ally withdrew all her war medals from the lock box ? her Légion d'honneur being the most prestigious, among others. Her finger traced the metal wreath of olive the medal contained. A shudder crawled down her back. Maybe? she will get them back. Ally?s eyes sharpened as she clutched the medals tightly. No, that was just wishful thinking. The Master wasn?t like that, she could just tell. From the way he worded her card, she knew that he was nothing like he seemed. With a deep breath, Ally made her way out of the room as if it had been the first time she had left it in her entire life. Every step was tentative and cautious, her mind a whirl of thoughts. The sounds of dinner echoed through the halls, coming to her ears. Ally didn?t want to face all of them, giving her most prized possession away. So instead, she paced outside the door she thought would be the one that the Master would most likely to come through. She could hear parts of talking, usually only one person, but the thick wood muffled out the words. Sooner than she thought, the Master came through the door, followed by one of his servants. Ally, down the hall a little, heard him muttering something about being made out as a fool. Her eyes narrowed quickly as she stepped forward, into his path, trying to radiate strength around her. ? Master Dante, I have brought you your requested items,? she stated firmly, staring him straight in the eyes. A small smile thinned the Master?s lips, asking her to hand them over. Ally did. She brought her hand up from her side and placed the war medals into his outstretched hands, all slightly chinking together as they were given away. However, there was no mistaking her hands and how much they were shaking. ? Why thank you, Miss Fournes.? Ally detected an almost snide tone to the Master?s voice, but she said nothing. Instead, she just turned and left the Master to his business without another thought. She walked, and walked, and walked, not really knowing where she was going, but as long as it was away from the Master, she didn?t care. After a few minutes Ally looked around. She was lost. With a heavy sigh, Ally looked in through the nearest door. It looked like it was training room of sorts. Perfect. She walked in and wrapped her hands in tape before turning to the punching bag. The whirl of emotions swirled around inside her. Her eyes were closed, letting it just build and build and build. Memories played across her mind?s eyes, making her fists clench tighter and tighter until her nails cut the palms of her hands, letting blood drip onto the floor. The war has only just begun?
Horendithas
Sena fought the urge to simply crawl under the covers and go to sleep. He had been tired before dinner began and now he was exhausted. He just stayed there for a while trying to make up his mind, starting to drift only to jerk awake when he remembered that they were supposed to get a new card before they were going to sleep. If those who had failed to follow their cards were going to be punished, did that mean if he fell asleep before he got the new one would he be punished as well? He removed his face from the pillows on his bed and sat up cross-legged. Part of him wanted to leave, and yet he wondered if he even could leave. He shuddered slightly, remembering how the few times he had caught Dante Lui'ci gaze, how it had chilled him. Did I imagined that? Sena got up with a sigh, no there was no point in trying to leave. There was nothing for him back home. And there was no point in staying on the bed, it would be too easy to lie down and fall back asleep. He walked over to the enormous standing dresser and opened up the drawers and pulled out a pair of red silk pajamas. He took them into the bathroom and quickly changed. After that video that played he was positive that no one was interested in talking with him. So there was no point in exploring the mansion further. At least not until he was more rested. And once he got his new card he could call it a night and simply get some rest. Sena walked back out into the bedroom. Debating what to do. If he stayed in here he knew he would fall asleep. He glanced at the fancy clock hanging on the wall by the arch leading out to the main room. It felt like it should have been much later than it was. At least I don?t have to worry about my roommate attacking me, he thought. And they did at least have a certain level of privacy. Sena made up his mind; he could always go and sit out on the balcony. The sea air would keep him awake. Allen was probably in his own room; if he were quiet he wouldn?t even know he was out there. Not that he minded Allen, but he could tell he made him uncomfortable. And it was so rare to find someone who didn?t instantly hate him for what he had done. He wasn?t about to alienate the only person here who didn?t hate him. Sena walked over and parted the curtains, stepping out into the main room only to halt when he realized that Allen was already there sitting on the couch looking right at him. He too already dressed in pajamas like Sena was. Sena hesitated, unsure what to say. ?I don?t suppose they?ve brought our cards yet?? He finally stammered. Allen just shook his head. Sena smiled weakly gesturing towards the balcony, ?You don?t mind if I open up the French doors do you? It?s a bit stuffy in here and it?s making me sleepy.? ?No, I do not mind.? Allen replied. Sena walked over, opened up the doors to let a breeze in and then turned back, uncertain if he should say anything else or simply go out onto the balcony and take a seat.
Nucifer
Allen looked at Sena as he walked over the balcony door. He opened the door and a breeze was let in. The room felt stuffy or maybe it was just the energy of the mansion. It was no surprise seen everyone?s energy right now. Everyone seemed tired, depressed, or angry. The breeze had a salty smell to it. He wondered if the balcony over looked the sea. If he remembered the afternoon events correctly he first meet Sena on the balcony. Yet he didn?t get to see the view. Did the sea provide some comfort to Sena? Sena turned around and looked at Allen. A slight blush graced Allen?s face. ?I was staring wasn?t I..?? Allen thought embarrassed. He was staring at Sena intensely when he opened the balcony door. He even stared at him when he got out of his room. Allen immediately felt like a stalker. Sena could take it wrong? ?Oh sorry I was staring wasn?t I? Isn?t like I was staring lustfully you know. No, no nothing like that, ha.? Allen laughed nervously. Allen couldn?t exactly read Sena?s expression. ?I was just wondering how you felt right about now. You?re okay right now, right? These situations would make anyone feel like leaving?? Allen scratched his neck. Sena sighed ?I thought of leaving?? ?Ohh?? Allen looked down on his feet. ?Is not about you Allen, like I said before-? ?Don?t need to repeat yourself?I understand? ?You know is rare to find someone who doesn?t instantly hate me?? Allen winced ?Why? You and I are sinners correct? What we have done is not exactly approved by the church. ?The spirit is good while the flesh is evil? is a heresy. God created us in his own image and likeness. He found everything he created to be very good. So this flesh of ours is good. So isn?t sex good as well since is a normal human flesh desire? Even if the church does teach us not to do it before marriage does marriage really count? Is just a piece of paper saying that a man and a woman are together? Is the same as boyfriend and girlfriend is not like marriage papers give you the okay to have sex. Further upon this?if he made us in his own likeness what about homosexuality and other ?flaws? in human creation. Is it the work of the devil??? Allen looked at Sena. He quickly noticed he was rambling. Allen blushed once again embarrassed on how he again talked about religion. Yet all his life was about his faith. How can he change when it has been twenty four years of the same thing? ?Sorry?I was ranting. I been thinking about this as I sat here. Maybe I was trying to make an excuse for us?for everyone. I just try to judge you as a person and how you act around me. I don?t care about the past right now so?forget everything okay? Hey! What about this?let?s go to the balcony and get some fresh air?you said is stuffy in here and it?s making me sleepy as well. Shall we get something to drink and wait for our cards on the balcony?? Allen suggested. He hoped this would losing up some hostility that might be between them. Alcohol to water, anything would be good right about now
TheResplendent
As dinner concluded, Ben took his time leaving his area while the servants took the guest's empty plates away. Most of the people looked a bit uneasy as they left, some from what they were forced to confess, others from what they have heard other's confess. Ben shrugged it off inside and just stretched out and took his leave as well. 'Well, it doesn't appear as if I've made too many friends during dinner. Guess i'll have to manage somehow' Ben thought to himself sarcastically remembering some muffled comments made toward him back during dinner, not really caring if either Sena or Allen or anybody else for that matter liked him or not. The only exceptions being the ladies perhaps. Ben didn't have making friends on his mind, at least not past getting to know a couple of ladies well enough and of course the rewards of winning this little challenge as well. Ben walked passed the two casually and just gave them a smug salute with two fingers as he contemplated just how much of a psychological edge he had on everyone because of dinner. Afterall, Ben's card didn't nearly disturb him as much as other's have disturbed them. As for his own news, he only knew that Sena was disgusted, but he returned that notion because of Sena's confession. It was 2 forms of the same general concept it seemed. Ben passed by some of the others on his way up the main stairs, ignoring them for the most part while he made the left turn at the top and headed for his room. The moonlight shone subtly through the hallway windows as Ben reached the door to his room minutes later. His eyebrow raised as he noticed his door had been opened and left only slightly closed. Ben remembered leaving the door unlocked, but didn't really expect anyone to actually go in, especially considering everyone was supposed to be at dinner. After a few seconds of further thinking, he concluded that it must have been one of the servants. He disliked the idea of someone else messing around with his room, even if it was someone who worked for Dante; the provider of his room. He opened the door slowly and turned into his side of the room, the left side of the room completely dark and empty. 'They work pretty quick, all of my former roommate's stuff is already gone' Ben thought to himself as he stopped in his tracks before entering his room, caused by the sounds he heard coming from inside. A woman's screams, not long and frightful, more like stress relieving screams...accompanied by the sound of his heavy bag being struck. 'What in the...' Ben curiously peeked his head into the doorway first, unsure of how exactly to guage the situation. His eyes widened and his mind was set immedietley to ease as he noticed Ally there taking shots at his bag. The top she wore to dinner was tossed onto the floor beside her, as she stood clad in a rather body hugging white sports bra, traces of sweatdrops adorned her the curvers of her body and her tight stomach muscles. Her hair was wildly tossed around, her entire presence was like a slightly wrapped christmas gift sitting in Ben's room, waiting for him. He quietly walked over to the main door leading to the hallway and locked it as silently as he could. He returned to the inner doorway to the main room containing his equipment, bedroom, and his eye pleasing uninvited visitor. "Our we in the habit of entering other people's rooms uninvited and using their things without asking? Or am I a special exception?" Ben said out loud, leaning against the side of his doorway. Ally spun around startled and instinctivley wrapped her arms around herself to cover up, but figured it didn't really matter at that point. 'I can't believe of all the rooms I walked into, I ended up walking into Ben's room...' she thought to herself, unsure of what she should do exactly. "I..i'm sorry, I wasn't really thinking. I felt like I needed to blow off some steam and I just happened to stumble into the room." Ally tried to explain, as she tried fixing her hair. Ben gazed at her with his eyes, scanning her up and down from head to toe. He subtly licked his lips and soaked in the pleasure of her body and the natural scent emitting from her body. The female sex phermone was indeed the most potent aphrodisiac known to man. Ben pushed himself off of the wall and walked closer toward her. "Ha, it's alright Ally. I was kidding, obviously you are quite welcome in my room. Though I must admit, it is a rather pleasent surprise." Ben said, smiling at Ally to help her be at ease. "Well...thanks, but I should probably be going." Ally said, as she bent down to pick her shirt up. "Oh no no, please. If it's steam you want to blow off, believe me I know the best way to do it." Ben said confidently, as he walked over to the ring in his room and grabbed two pairs of gloves. He tossed one to Ally, landing in her hands while she looked at them with a bit of a confused grin. "What do you want me to do with these?" she asked, glancing up at Ben for a few seconds. "Why, I want you to hit me of course. Going to town on a punching bag is quite different then hitting an actual person, trust me it works much better. It will be a harmless little sparring match, that is all." Ben assured Ally, shooting her a convincing straight face. "Oh, I don't think so. Thanks for the offer though..." "Come on, it will be fun." Ben said, not allowing Ally to say anymore. "Ben, I'm not going to spar with you..." "Are you not confident in your own abilities? Come Ally, it will help. Trust me. But if you really don't want to be embarrased I guess you may leave..." Ben said, tightening his gloves and smashing them together on his fists. "Embarrased? Believe me Mr. MMA fighter, you'd be surprised how elite the french army's hand to hand training is." Ally shot back, being drawn in by Ben's taunts. "Oh, I'm scared. Why not show me if your so sure?" Ben said, pointing to his chin as if allowing Ally the first shot. She couldn't help herself from grinning a bit, as she began putting the gloves on. It was strange, but it was like she wanted to all of a sudden. Not so much because of Ben's taunts but because she began to wonder just how effective this little sparring match might actually be. She figured Ben had more experience with actual sparring partners, since it was a big part of his training, if he had been doing it for so long and hasn't yet lost interest in it then it must be worth something. Ben grabbed the back of his shirt and brought it over his head and tossed it onto the ring ropes and began loosening up his wrists and arms. Ally looked up from putting her gloves on and noticed Ben standing there topless, doing some quick warm ups. She had little control over her captivated eye focus onto his well built body, she had no idea how good it looked though she could imagine from his profession. She felt a tingling inside her body as she shook her head and tries snapping herself out of it, as she felt herself starting to be overcome by adrenaline. "Well then, are you ready?" Ben asked. He focused his own eyesight on her chest, noticing the beauty of that part of the female anatomy when not constrained by a normal bra. Ally nodded and went into her stance. They approached each other and started off by throwing out some check punches, to size up the movements of one another. As time passed the movements became more vigorous, knees and kicks begun being thrown on each side. Ben was legitimatley impressed with Ally's hand to hand form, though it never once took the primary spot of her most impressive feature to him. He grinned a bit and waited for an opening. Ally's threw up a high left kick which Ben blocked with his left arm, and reached around her other leg from the inside with his right one and took her down to the floor. "Ah! Hey!" Ally said, startled not expecting the takedown. Ben dropped down with her and held her hands down to the floor with his face hovering over hers. "Not bad, how do you feel?" Ben asked, staring deep into her eyes. "Well...much better actually. Except for one thing..." Ally replied, taking deep breaths. "Oh? What's that?" Ben asked curiously. Ally answered by launcing Ben over her body with both of her feet planted into his gut. Ben braced himself in mid air but hit the ground and turned on his side, a surprised look on his face. He looked at Ally who was smiling at him, he pushed himself up to his feet the same time as her. "Well, looks like I dropped my guard." Ben charged at Ally and threw a light punch on the right side causing Ally to dodge her head, Ben took the opportunity to dip his body down and take Ally up in his grip and run her toward the wall. He planted her lightly against it and pinned her hands together with his left while his right wandered down to her waist area. He rubbed it slightly with his fingers and looked into Ally's eyes lustfully. "Now that i'm more prepared...what will happen?" Ben said in a low tone, holding Ally there as tight as he could without actually hurting her.
Imp
OOC: Yes, Neko, that's almost ecaxtly what I would have had Wendy say to Mariko. (And I can't help but be a little flattered when someone controls my characters for a while...) IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wendy's crying didn't last long. For most of her depressing thoughts at this point vanished away when Ben started speaking. "How many?" Ben laughed. "Am I supposed to count or something?" Ben went on to tell the story of his own life. He was a martial arts fighter, a rather impressive one as he said he had a bunch more wins than losses. But then he also went on to talk about his sex life. Wendy snickered at Ben's mentioning of having slept with 145 girls. Wow, Mr. Play Boy, Wendy thought. Those statistics are even more impressive than your fighting skills! Haha, if I wasn't so keen on remaining virgin, I would probably ask to help jump that number to 146! ...And then Ben went on to say that most of those girls he let go of afterward because he only wanted them for sex. ...Well, I guess if the girls wanted it as well, it's not that bad, Wendy continued to think. Wouldn't exactly call him unfaithful. But hey, what right do I, who have never gotten into bed with my boyfriend, have to critique his standards? Wendy sighed and calmed down a bit, then nodded happily at Ben as he sat down. Now what was she thinking about a few minutes earlier? Obviously now it didn't matter, for Ben's speech completely distracted her from whatever pessimistic feelings she had grieved about before. No thoughts stabbed at her conscious mind--it was as if her mind was in a blender that had just been turned off. Anyways, Wendy was now looking around at the other guests, particularly Sena. She still wanted to talk to him at some point--that part was definitely one she remembered. And she did remember that she had been crying, and that she had had thoughts of helplessness and greed, but she couldn't really remember how they felt at the time. It reminded her of countless times in the past when she felt depressed. During the depression, she often felt bad enough to be near suicidal, but afterward, she would not be able to imagine the extent to those feelings she felt, nor what caused them. As a result, she ever found a way to cure her occasional depression. Well, it's as I said in a song I wrote, Wendy figured. Mihi za tufa, kura sao telu. "Life changes--it moves up and down." Or rather up with down. The past seems like a wash of mixed feelings and experiences, yet the present is one distinct feeling. Hehheh, I can see why the Native Americans held a religious belief that man cannot possibly understand what goes on in the divine realm. It was the above thoughts that made Wendy's emotional state return to a more normal one. And it's a good thing it did, for just after that, Dante made an announcement. "Excuse me... Everyone...please relax for a moment...I need to say something." Wendy began to look Dante's way, noticing along the way that a few of the guests had yet to open their cards--and shuddered at what would happen to them. "I believe that will be all for the evening," Dante continued. "I am sorry if some of the contents that you were asked to share were...personal and private. However I must warn you, this is only the beginning of the game...and for those who have stayed true to the rules...I applaud you. But don't think that the game will get any easier. For those who refuse to follow through with their cards will be punished...this I promise. For now, let us retire to our rooms and get ready for bed...your new cards will be delivered to you before you go to sleep." And with that, Dante quickly left the room. Wendy's plan after Dante left was to rush over and talk to Sena about his life, to reassure him that things were all right. For a few moments she thought of something to say. Perhaps she would tell him that she respected him, that he only made a mistake. Perhaps she would say that she knew Sena wasn't a rapist--she couldn't even tell if he was when she had talked to him outside the mansion! So many possible things to say, yet so many butterflies in her stomach... All these plans went to waste thanks to the sound of Mariko knocking over her chair upon standing up. Wendy quickly redirected her attention to look at the young girl. Mariko wasn't crying anymore, but she looked rather upset still. Her fists were clenched, and she kept looking between the table, the chair, and a few different directions into space. Then she put the overturned chair back in its original position, and stomped out of the dining room. Oh! Wendy then remembered that she wanted to talk to Mariko as well, so she started to follow her, though more quietly. Apparently Mariko was headed back to her room, and would then sit on her bed and either cry or start punching her pillow. But maybe that was an exaggeration. Yet Wendy was right about one thing--for Mariko headed down hall after hall, halls she recognised because these were the exact same ones she had walked down on the way to the dining room. About halfway down one hall, Mariko paused to look at her hands, though she also seemed to be deep in thought. A few seconds later, she took a deep breath and walked a bit more slowly. Wendy did so too, trying to make as little sound as possible with her feet. Then she stopped at the staircase leading to the rooms, hiding behind a nearby statue for a while. A minute or two later, Wendy walked up the stairs into the room--and sure enough, there was Mariko, standing in a corner and gazing at her with those adorable crimson eyes. Wendy smiled at Mariko as she walked over to her bed and sat down. Well, I guess I'm glad to see she's calmed down, Wendy thought as she continued to look at Mariko. After a while she found it hard to look into her eyes, but that was considered normal for her. But what do I say? I don't know exactly what she might think of me now, now that she knows my odd religious identity. And she saw the way I spoke--what if she's jealous of me, or otherwise simply disgusted? I think that before she seemed to trust me, but now... now there's a feeling inside me that I broke that trust by saying what I said tonight. Maybe she thinks that I actually tried to falsely gain her trust, then just overwhelm her... sort of like what my old friend Lily did to me. But then, what... Wendy's stream of thoughts was interrupted when Mariko finally spoke. ?So, you?re a...a ?witch?...? ?Y-yes...I suppose I am...? Wendy replied, letting go of her train of thought. ?A witch, that is...? ?Interesting...? Mariko mumbled. ..."Interesting"? Wendy thought. Gee, I wonder what her definition of a witch is... If it's the stereotypical definition I often hear about, she is a bit mistaken. Maybe I should set things straight... No, I think you rather not, said a voice inside Wendy's head. Only this time, it was a male voice. Wendy had known about this other voice in her head, but he was much more quiet that the blabbermouth conscience Lenina was. Oh my gosh, and I still don't know your name... Wendy thought back. Then she spoke to Mariko again, trying a different approach. ?...And you...y-you were...? Wendy struggled to find the right words to describe Mariko's relationship with her father. ?The term you are looking for is Pedophilic Rape,? Mariko finished the sentence for her, sounding coler and colder as she continued to speak. ?I looked it up on the internet once. What it means... is that the only thing my Father ever cared about me was that I was soft, warm, and felt really good to get inside.? Mariko then glared at Wendy, as if she was upset at her for bringing up the subject again. Wendy instinctively looked away, embarrassed by what she had just said. I guess after she spent all that effort calming herself down, she WOULD be upset about talking about her past again. ?I?m...I?m sorry,? Mariko then apologised. At that point her gaze had shifted from Wendy to the floor. ?I-I just...it?s been so-? ?No, it?s okay,? Wendy quickly replied, trying to sound as gentle as possible. ?I...I understand what it must?ve been like for you. I?m really sorry that I brought it up...and I?m really sorry about what has happened to you...? Wendy again felt embarrassed about what she was saying, and she could tell that Mariko was disappointed based on the look on her face. Why in the world are you embarrassed? said the normal, female voice of Wendy's conscience. You're telling the truth, for Hera's sake! You KNOW I can read your mind--I dwell in it. Hey by the way, want to know a secret? Mariko isn't disappointed--look, her feelings brightened up like a flower opening its petals in the morning. ?Th-thank you...? Mariko finally said, sounding grateful. ?That was...the nicest thing anyone?s ever said to me.? Mariko looked up at Wendy again--and for the first time ever, she smiled. It wasn't a fake smile--it was as warm and pure as gold. And the only thing that interrupted it was her wiping any hitchhiking tears from her face. As Mariko smiled, Wendy looked at her in surprise, then smiled even more brightly. ?I...I think I?m going to go to sleep now," Mariko continued, resuming a normal tone of voice. "Please don?t mind me...? With that, Mariko grabbed the night clothes on her bed and headed for the bathroom. But Wendy didn't--she was emotionally stunned, so much that tears welled up in her eyes again. But even though they were the same tears, her reason for crying this time was completely different, if not opposite, of back in the dining room. My gosh... I mean, wow... did... did she actually... thank me... for being nice to her? Well... I mean, in the recent past, I was nice to people occasionally--but none of those people ever said anything or really seemed to appreciate it. It's strange how people can get so distant when something bad happens. It's strange how respect--which just seems rather easy to me--can be looked highly upon! It's just... I fail to come up with the exact words to describe it. Yet Mariko needed a rest now, and the night was still young. So Wendy just couldn't stay cooped up in this room for an hour, trying to keep quiet. Therefore, she got up and walked out of the room. Wendy saw that the hall continued off to the right past the rooms, till it ended in complete darkness. There was a small voice inside Wendy's head that told her that exploring the mansion might anger Dante, but then the letter she got mentioned that "everything she wanted would be provided to her"... So did that mean that if she wanted to explore, then she could? After all, the only rule regarding that was to never leave the mansion. With that having been thought, Wendy walked down the dark, doorless hall. Wendy expected some sort of eerie silence to fill the hall as she walked down it, but even so, chills ran through her body as she walked. She wasn't exactly afraid of the dark--just a little more aware of her surroundings than usual. She heard her own footsteps clearly, and she waited carefully for signs that the hall might end. Finally it did--Wendy's outstretched hand bumped into a wall. Wendy looked around--only to find that to her left, there was another hall that turned right at the end. This Wendy could see because the end of the hall was touched with moonlight. Ah, moonlight, the ultimate mental relaxer. This cheered Wendy up as she walked into the moonlight... The source of the light was a large, round window directly in front of her--after turning into the other hall that is. It was clearly dark outside at this point, and the stars would be clearly seen if there wasn't the moon, positioned near the center of the window, glowing brilliantly in the night sky. It wasn't exactly full, but it was more than half-full--perhaps in a matter of days it would be full. But anyways, this window and this moon was not the only sight that beheld Wendy. There were staircases leading off in opposite directions on either side of the window. The one on the left went downward, and the one on the right headed upward. So now Wendy had to make a choice of which stairway to take. Getting a closer look, she could see that the one to her left seemed to end in another dimly lit hall. But the one on the right seemed to end in a doorway--a single room. Wendy decided to head upstairs after all. After closing the heavy metal door behind her, Wendy took a look around. She was in a circular room, and the far half of its walls was made of glass, so it offered a clear view of the outside. In this view, Wendy could make out the tops of other parts of the building--apparently this mansion was larger than she'd anticipated. Past that was an open field and parts of a forest--a view that perhaps the others could get a clear glimpse of back in their rooms. But as before, this huge window was not the only thing to see. The walls were plain and looked to be made of steel. The floor was wooden, and in the centre was a single chair--a soft, comfy-looking one. It really was a small room--no more than a few metres in diameter. But anyways, Wendy had nothing better to do at this point than to sit in the chair and admire the view. After a while, Wendy noticed a small inscription near the bottom of the metal part of the wall, a sort of sign that was put there for business purposes. The sign read "Soundproofing insulation provided by Greenswald Walling Co." Huh? Wendy thought. The walls of this room are... wait a minute, that does explain the heavy door. It looks like this room was designed to block out all outside noises, like a contemplation room. I have a feeling that if and when I live here, this room would be one of my favourites... The wonderful feelings that Wendy had experienced as a result of the conversation with Mariko seemed to reverberate about her mind and the room she was now in. And soon enough, something else reverberated--for Wendy then started to sing. It was, as usual, one of the songs she wrote, and seemed appropriate for the conversation and the mood. "Celia, shibaraku Noroi ni sunde imashita Kowakatta kara Aitaku nakatta..." It was one of the very few songs she originally wrote in a language other than English, one which she was embarrassed to sing in public, as was any song in any language she was not fluent in. It was a song that went with a story, about a girl who lived under a curse cast upon her by her great-grandmother (Celia), and her realisation that the curse was actually a test of her character. It gave that girl such a wonderful feeling to know that, a similar feeling to what Wendy was feeling at that exact point. Yet anyways, Wendy sang this song for quite a long time, starting to sing the English version after the original. Nearly ten minutes passed before she was nearly done, smiling brightly as she got to her favourite verse. "...What a wondrous night, inspiring too I have learned a lot from you Oh, thank you for all that you've done Now I can go on and accept what fate awaits me, Celia..." A while later, Wendy got to the end of the second version of the song and wondered whether the walls were really soundproof, whether anyone had heard her. I hope not... I mean, the English version of that song sounds weird to me, and my Japanese is terrible... It is your Spanish that is terrible, Wendy's conscience commented, and it's a good thing you never wrote any songs in THAT language. There you go, being all pessimistic again. And by the way, I think you know... oh, are you trying to meditate? I see, um, very well... And soon, Wendy was met yet again with the eerie yet relaxing silence that reverberated throughout the room. Soon she let go of everything, in order to focus on herself and her surroundings. She thought she could hear some sort of soft music playing, but no physical sound was present. Perhaps if it was played by an instrument, it was played by an instrument Wendy called a latria, a "magical" musical instrument that produced feelings of music, but little or no actual sound. But it turns out that music is what can make sound so lovely, or feelings so lively. ...If that and/or the latria makes any sense at all. ~ ~ ~ Hello, Wendy, said the male voice that was part of her conscience. Oh--it's you! I know I'm not supposed to think during a meditation, but if I'm talking to a part of my inner self, then... Oh, does the subject of meditation bother you? I know you don't believe in anything supernatural, so... No, no... You learned yourself in that psychology class you took that meditation has a direct effect on brainwave activity. That evidence is purely scientific. So yes, I support he idea of meditation--but what I DON'T believe is that it is used to connect to other "spiritual" worlds. I see... Wendy replied. Oh, and by the way, I truly apologise for trying to get rid of you--I guess I couldn't stand the fact that a muggle lived inside my mind... oops, sorry, "muggle" is such a rude term to use... But what I DON'T get, the male voice commented, is how a tarot card, of all things, made you consider how much a part of your moral values as Lenina is. How do you explain such nonsense? Ah, so NOW do you believe in a divine spirit? A.k.a. "god"? A.k.a. "fate"? Nonsense, I tell you! NONSENSE! ...Yet all the same, something caused you to reconsider banishing me, you... ohh, I shouldn't even say the W word... ..."Witch"? Wendyyy... Anyways, I can't help but... feel grateful... for--however you managed it--for you accepting me as I am--not keeping me hidden in your unconscious mind forever. So therefore, I will let you call me... Drew. ..."Drew"? Uhh, okay... Drew, reminds me of a character in Pokemon... But I suppose that's just a coincidence. Anyways, Drew... maybe someday I will satisfy my goal of providing a scientific explanation to paranormal events. Maybe then, you will believe in magic. There you go with that quote, "There are people who believe in magic, there are people who don't believe in magic, there are people who think they don't believe in magic but actually do, yadda yadda yadda..." Anyways, I will let you continue on with the more quiet part of your meditation--I certainly hope I can take to you again at some point, Wendy. I would be honoured, felow superego member.
Redemption
Ally could feel a chuckle of amusement rise in her throat. This feeling? how long had it been since she experienced this kind of adrenaline rush? Her hands were firmly constricted by Ben?s rather large left hand, while the other traced her waist in a lustful fashion. A tingling sensation ran over her skin where Ben?s hand glided. However, this didn?t deter from the fact that the two were sparring. What will happen indeed? Ben looked down at Ally?s face to find two honey-gold eyes looking strongly back at him. For a moment, he was stunned. He knew that look. It was the look of a professional soldier. He had fought many in his boxing career, so that look wasn?t new to him. However, the one that this seemingly-fragile woman gave him almost made him take a step backwards out of hesitation. Knowing that her chance had came forth, Ally wrapped one of her legs around Ben?s and bent them forward, making the muscular man suddenly drop to his knees. With her hands now free, she put them on his shoulders and propelled herself over him, performing a perfectly landed flip. From behind her, she heard Ben start laughing. Ally turned to him, some of her short, blonde hair askew upon her face. She slowly stood, cautious about what Ben was about to do next. The South American man rose with her, turning towards her with a grin of absolute delight on his face. That adrenaline rush was starting to slowly subside as Ally realised that her trained soldier instincts had suddenly come back to the surface. With those instincts came the memories. Ally had used that exact manoeuvre on one of the men that had slaughtered most of her contingent in Baghdad. The scene played over in her mind. She watched herself place her hands on the man?s shoulders, her left hand holding her standard army knife. As she finished the flip, she drew the weapon forward, across the side of the man?s neck, severing the jugular vein. The screams? the screams of that man as he bled to death were a constant feature in her nightmares. ? Lui faire l'arrêt,? Ally whispered, reverting to her native tongue. Her hair covered her eyes from Ben?s gaze. ? Je veux juste qu'il finesse.? Ben?s eyes lit up as he saw the opportunity he was waiting for. Ally was at her most vunerable.
OOC: I?ll leave it to you guys to guess what Ally said. ^^ As for you BK, you know what to do. *evil grin*
Horendithas
When Sena turned back to look after opening the balcony doors it was to find Allen watching him. He seemed nervous, a fact that was confirmed when he immediately apologized for it, trying to explain that he wasn?t staring lustfully. A statement that for a moment surprised Sena until Allen after a bit went on to ramble about religion, being sinners and whether or not flaws in human creation such as homosexuality were the work of the devil. But before Sena could say anything Allen blushed and then apologized for ranting. Only to turn around and ramble on a bit more, his nervousness clearly showing, as Allen still seemed concerned that Sena would think he was judging him. Allen had said at dinner that once it was found out that he was gay he had been kicked out of the Catholic University he had been attending, that he had moved back home and that once his parents found out they had tried to hide their ?sinful? son from the community. I wonder how long he?s been isolated from other people? Sena wondered. Still his suggestion to get something to drink and wait on the balcony was what he had in mind to begin with. Sena smiled. ?Waiting on the balcony was what I had in mind to begin with, so if you want to join me I do not mind.? Sena said. He walked back into the room and over to the bar, though since he was already tired he merely fixed some ice water before heading out. He didn?t see what Allen fixed but a moment later they both went out on the balcony. Sena set his glass on the table at nearly the same time Allen did on the opposite side. Each one of them taking a seat though the chairs were facing the view of the ocean instead of the other person. For a moment the two of them were quiet, Sena didn?t know what was going though Allen?s mind, but he was admiring the reflection of the moonlight on the ocean. It wasn?t quite a full moon, but defiantly more than half. It had been far too long since he had visited the Ocean. There was something peaceful and calming about the sea. ?You know Allen, we don?t have to discuss religion if you don?t want to.? Sena continued to stare out at the sea, not bothering to see if Allen had turned to face him. ?Truthfully, once certain things happened, I quit attempting to learn or follow God?s teachings anyway. I haven?t attended church or read the scriptures in over five years.? He waited for Allen to speak, but when he didn?t he continued. ?I?ve learned to try and accept people as they are not on what sins they may have committed. Especially when there are so many views and beliefs. How can one know if anyone of them is correct?? Sena laughed softly. ?I?m more inclined to believe that all religions have some truth and that not one of them is wholly right?Ah! What am I saying? Here I said you don?t have to discuss religion and I?m rambling on about it.? He turned to see that Allen was watching him. Sena smiled apologetically. It was easy for him to not discuss religion but Allen? He had probably had it rammed into him even more since his parents found out he loved another man. ?It is hard to not discuss religion.? Allen replied. ?I have known nothing else.? ?Then how about tomorrow, once we have rested and taken care of what ever our cards require, we explore the mansion and go and check out the beach? It sounds to me like you need to take a break from worrying about religion.? Allen nodded cautiously. ?Don?t worry, if you change your mind you don?t have to.? Sena smiled yet again and then changed the topic. ?Now if they would just bring our cards. It?s been a long day for me especially with changing time zones and all and I?m exhausted.? Sena turned back and shifted slightly in the over sized wrought iron chair, positioning the pillows so that one was behind the small of his back and then he rested his head against the tall back of the chair. Even the ice water and the cool ocean breeze were failing to keep him awake. And he knew better than to stand up after being dizzy earlier this evening. He stifled a yawn, fighting to keep his eyes open. I really hope they come soon, he thought. Or I?m going to end up falling asleep right here. Something that a few moments later he did. Nucifer
OOC: It's been a week since post... Sena agreed to the idea of going out on the balcony. What?s the point of having a beautiful view without using it? He felt as though he just made a fool of himself rambling on and on. He was plotting down his ideas and views for everyone to see or just this particular person. This was the first time he spoke his mind so outwardly. Three years of isolation, no human contact does such wonders. Even so Sena agreed as he was going out to the balcony anyways. ?Was I inviting myself??? Allen thought. The thought was dismissed as Sena walked to his room to fix a drink. Allen went to his room instantly finding a mini bar. He looked inside finding different alcohols. Bacardi, Crystal, Hypnotic?nothing that he would drink. Allen wasn?t sure what would alcohol do to his body. As he remembered he never drink one sip of it. He never even tasted eggnog or champagne with low alcohol content during new years or Christmas. He quickly found orange juice and poured it into a glass, there is no use to experiment now. Both Allen and Sena went out of the balcony. Allen sat and set his glass Sena doing the same. Allen sighed looking at the view. He tried looking directly at the moon or sea trying not to pay attention to the height they were in. He found no serenity at watching neither the moon nor the sea. Everything was just quite setting this lonely feeling that trembled Allen body. How lonely he felt was truly realized, even if he had company right now. It felt?absolutely dreadful. He started hearing Sena speak. Sena did not turn to look at Allen as he spoke. He was probably awed by the view. He spoke about not discussing about religion, as he has not gone to church or read the scriptures for over five years. He paused for a moment almost waiting for Allen response when he had none. He talked about religious views apologizing for bringing up the subject once again. ?How can you not talk about religion when is your audience existence? ? Sena gave Allen a smile. Allen blushed and hung his head. He simply replied not knowing anything else but religion. It seemed as Sena was so occupied with making him feel better. Sena even proposed going to the beach tomorrow as their cards were finished. Allen agreed to it hoping he would have fun as he hasn?t in so long. He couldn?t draw attention to Sena?s situation been a much more sensitive one. It seemed as though Sena?s father was such an influence on Sena?s life. To be back stabbed by someone you known all your life. ?Ohh how I wish I can help him sort things out the way he is helping me?? Yet how useless he would be as he only knew his precious scriptures? The subject was changed into their cards, as Sena was slowly falling asleep. Allen looked at the view, how he was getting sick of it so quickly. He laid back in his chair rubbing his eyes. Maybe if he kept up conversation he might be able to stay awake longer?. ?You know nobody back home would have guessed I would become?what I am?? Allen smiled despite the fact he made himself sound like a monster ?I was considered popular back home. I had so many girlfriends mostly because I couldn?t say ?no? to any girl. If I remember correctly I had three girlfriends name Janet, two named Jeannette, five named Mary, four Ashley, and seven Ariel. The other six girls had different names. My town wasn?t very original when it came to names?? Allen turned his head to only smile to a sleeping Sena. ?I guess it couldn?t be helped?? Allen stretched not blaming Sena. He grabbed his orange juice drinking the last sip. He yawned and shook the ice in his glass, how eventful. Less than twenty four hours in the house and mostly everything has been broking. He wonder how long will it take for the remains to shatter as well. He got up from his chair as it was better not to think about the future but the present. He looked at the sleeping Sena and picked up his glass. The ice in Sena?s glass was half melted showing it has been quite some time spent on the balcony. He placed the glass back not knowing if he should dispose of the glass. Allen went back inside washing his glass and putting it back on its place. As he passed the main room the balcony door was still open. He walked back inside the balcony seen a still sleeping Sena. The wind was picking up and the cold night air was setting in. It is unkind of him not to wake Sena. Allen leaned over the sleeping body and shook him. ?Hey?wake up. You catch a cold here?? As Allen shook Sena?s hair fell on his face. Allen brushed it aside only for his hand to shake. Allen looked at his hand and blushed. He quickly put his hand in his pocket hoping it will calm his nerves. At least his pocket will cover up the shaking. He continued trying to wake up Sena. ?Come on, is not best to fall asleep on this conditions. The cards better be here soon?.? Allen sighed As Allen shook Sena strands of hair fell on his face. Allen saw it as courtesy to brush it off. Allen pushed the strands away instantly his hand started to shake. Allen blushed and put his hand inside his pocket. He ignored his trembling hand and continued trying to wake up Sena. ?It would look suspicious if I grab your card and hang it to you?come on get up?? Allen said trying his best to wake him.
Imp
OOC: Oh, that's right! Wendy's not in her room! (I can't wait to get that second card...) IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For the next few moments of her meditation, Wendy just let herself foccus on things around her--the quietness of the room, the aura of music that still reverberated throughout it, and things going on inside herself. Occasionally thoughts threatened to come into consciousness, but all these Wendy just told to "wait just underneath the surface" before she was done. And occasionally, she felt her spirit travel to another place. There were lots of places she went during this kind of time, often to places thought to exist on other planets. A mountaintop which for some reason had a flower garden on it, a world surrounded by water anyone can breathe in and covered wth a mass of thick blue fog, a lake around which animal messengers often wandered... There were a bunch of such places. But that is not of concern here, for within a few more minutes, Wendy smiled and began to open her eyes and stretch out her legs. What time is it anyways? Wendy asked herself. Then she looked at the watch she was wearing, though she had to point it toward the moonlight in order to see it. The clock read 9:15. Probably means I should go back to my room--or rather, Cecille and Mariko's room as well as mine. Wendy did hate to leave this room, but she knew she had to. So with a sigh of the faintest regret, she turned away from the moonlight, opened the heavy door, and wandered away from the circular room she had just spent about half an hour in. Then she walked down the stairs, turned left into a hall, turned left into another hall, turned right into another hall, and could then see a set of doors off to her left. When Wendy entered her room, Mariko was still asleep, but Cecille had not yet showed up. She thought this rather odd, unless Cecille was more of a night person or simply had jet lag. Whatever the reason was, Wendy was not too worried. So she just headed over to the large closet off of the hall on the opposite side of the room. After closing the closet door behind her, Wendy took off her necklace, her dress, her shoes, nearly everything she was wearing, and put them away where she originally found them. Then she reached for a set of nightclothes she recognized were brought from her house: a black T-shirt and a pair of comfortable-looking blue pants. These Wendy put on before walking out of the room and back to her bed. Before sitting down on her bed, Wendy pulled out a book that was underneath it. It was a largely familiar book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and judging by the bookmark placed in it, Wendy was about a quarter-way done with it. Ah yes, Harry was about to meet the new--or should I say old--professor, Wendy remembered as she opened the book and began to read. A perfect way to bide time until her card arrived. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OOC: ...I actually finished that book last September, but... hey, I can't make everything the same as me.
