Armageddon
I resently thought to myself< "Self" "Yes?" "I would love to have a nifty banner/Avi for OtakuBoards" "Well you should ask some of the awsome banner making peoples in the art by request section." "But I would like to try my hand at making my own." "That sounds good to." Well I have created a banner/avi set, the avi is the one I have up now, but I can't figure out how to get the banner to work, right now it's just a picture file on my computer, could some one tell me what to do next with this? PS: Any comments would be appreciated as well, I don't have paintshop or anything fancy like that, I just used MSpaint and IrfanView.
Boo
Very important is that you resize it down to 100 pixels high at most. Right now it's 112 or something, which is not allowed at OtakuBoards. The limitations for banners on OtakuBoards are 500 pixels width and 100 pixels in height. (500×100) Next you upload your image somewhere on the internet. I advice Imageshack.us. When you have the url of your banner, you go to Edit Signature in the menu of OtakuBoards. There you enter and voila, you're done. Where I typed "Url in between", you place the link to your banner, of course.
Armageddon
Thanks. I already figured I would have to resize it, so thats not a big deal. OK, thanks for the tip!
