Adrian Corbel fell asleep on his desk. Before he was reading text from ancient times.
He was dreaming of a black area, where nothingness resides. Creatures were walking around everywhere. It seemed like a void.

Adrian awoke, yawning and stretching. "Whew. Nice sleep. But what was I dreaming about? Ah, doesn't matter." Adrian flipped open his book. Je read about a secret oragnizatoin hundreds of years old. They were called "Zero Covenent." For years they have presued answers to life's biggest questions. Yet they were also murderers. They killed people and researched their organs. Plus their brain waves, and thought patterns.

"Man, these people are freaks. Thank god I'm working here at 'Alpha Afflictus.' free dental insurance. And hell, I'm only 17!"

Just then Adrian heard an elevator beep. He turned to his his assistent walk into his office. "Sir, Omega Strain's boss is here to talk to you." She said. A smile went across Adrian's face.

The leader of "Omega Strain" wsa his mother Antenella. The two companies were once one. Because of the company split, Adrian's parents filed a divorce. They still have a relationship, but thought it would be best not to live together. The two are friendly rivals.

"Mother, what's going on?" Adrian asked his mother. "Son, I brought you some books to research. I heard that you were head of the 2nd research department. And also, there's soemthing about 'Zero Covenent' I thought you'd enjoy." Adrian looked them over, smiling. "Thanks mom, and do me a favor?"

"What Adrian?" She asked.

"Well I'd like youi to find some files about Omega Strain's research. I know the companies don't relate that well, but still. I need something to compare with my research." Adrian looked at his mother. She shook her head. "Alright son, I will. But it might be a week or two before I can get it to you."

Adrian turned towards the door. "Fine by me. Love you bye!"

"tell your father hi for me. And I'd like to bring him to lunch soemtime. I have some important news for him."

Adrian shook his head yes, as he entered the elevator.

Adam stood in the middle of the forest, listening to nature?s voice. He had his eyes closed, yet he could sense were everything around him was. The wind was blowing the leaves of the trees gently as birds tended to their young in their branches. It was so quiet, he could hear the squirrels running across the ground near him. It seemed peaceful at the moment, until the squirrels stopped. Adam opened his eyes instantly as he dodged to his left, a small dart taking his place. He looked up into the trees, but didn?t see his enemy anywhere. He got into his defensive stance and pulled out the magical Decaforce sword. The forest was dead quiet, not even the leaves were moving. A twig snapped behind him as Adam glanced back. Another dart whirled towards him as he turned his body hundred and eighty degrees to face the up-coming missile. With his quick reflexes, he slashed the dart away before it could hit his neck. Adam growled in anger as he lost his opponent again. He scanned the trees once again as he saw a glimpse of a shadow.

?Found you.? He pushed off the ground as he ran towards a nearby tree and climbed it?s branches effortlessly. The shadow made a switch to a new tree as he saw Adam in front of him. Adam followed him with much effort. Jumping from branch to branch as his enemy didn?t want to fight him in close-combat. The dark figure landed on a branch, but snapped, unable to rebound, He fell to his doom. Adam watched as the figure, still clocked in shadows, fall towards the ground. Adam though, wanted to finish him himself. He jumped down, falling above the figure with his Eisenmeteor over his head. His enemy landed on the hard ground without any cries of pain. Adam pulled back his sword as he gave out a vicious battle cry. His metal blade contacted to the enemy?s shoulder. The shoulder was ripped open into pieces as the right arm fell off completely. Adam stood in shock, until he felt a small point behind his head.

?You saw me through the trees, but didn?t keep your eyes on me the whole time. Your eyes followed a decoy, my boy.? Adam closed his eyes and shook his head in disbelief. How could he have been so stupid? He went after the bait and was hooked. Adam sighed as he turned to his intelligent foe.

?Sorry, Master Seymour. I should have known it was a lure.? He gave a quick bowed as his master sighed deeply. He has been training under his wing for three months and he should have known this.

?Ahh, go back to the temple, my boy. Go see if Fay as prepared dinner yet.? Adam bowed once again as he ran off towards the direction of the temple. Seymour stood in the open as the sounds of nature continued to make the forest more peaceful. He turned to his dummy, a faceless android. It?s armor was said to be unbreakable, and yet Adam's sword cut off it?s arm completely off. The boy was showing progressing faster then any of Seymour's fighters before. He turned his attention to the cloudless sky. This boy was nothing but normal as so was his powerful shape-shifting sword. Will he join the pack to save the world?

*****

The rain. The endless drops of peace and yet, danger. Rain will fall when you claim victory over your goals and rain will appear when your comrades are dead. Adam gripped his Green destiny as he put away his Decaforce sword up for once and closed his eyes. The rain was smoothing to him as he danced, outside of the old temple grounds. His sword was weightless in his grip as slowly went through his teachings. He lightly stepped on the hard ground, recoiling his chinese sword across his chest. As his other foot landed behind him, reacted instantly, releasing his sword with great speed. The tip of the sword had cut through a single raindrop while in mid-air. Three months ago, he could only rely on his magical Decaforce in battle, but now he could use his old Green Destiny as well. The rain, now fell harder as Adam stared into space. Thunder boomed through the clouds as lightning took place. Adam turned to the sky.

?Clouds?? He hadn?t notice it until now, the sky was cloudless just an hour ago. How was that possible? Fay, the master?s daughter, appeared from the kitchen?s window.

?Dinner?s ready!? She said as she turned to the sky.

?Is Master Seymour back yet, Fay?? He asked, without giving a glance to her.

?I haven?t seen him? Hey, wait!? But it was too late, Adam was already halfway to the gates of the temple. Something inside him told him something was wrong. Hopefully, it didn?t have anything to do with Master Seymour. He ran down the path from the gate. He stepped into puddles as he rushed into the forest. He stopped, in a total panic state.

?Master Seymour!! Master!!? He tossed around in a circle as his master was nowhere in sight. A explosion from the west shook the trees as Adam fled to towards the direction. He stopped at a tree as it led to another opening. Trees around the open field were gulfed in flames. Men, wearing light armor, hold on odd rifles in their hands. They all surrounded two men in a circle. One of them were Master Seymour, the other was a golden haired youth, wearing thin knight's armor. Adam knew him instantly, the self-right warrior.

Sandavir.

?I am looking for someone... I was wondering where I might find the boy who holds the Decaforce?" Said Sandavir as Master Seymour was breathing heavily. The strong master raised his fist into the air as lightning struck him. His fist glew brightly as he pulled back to release his secret technique. Fay had told him once of how Master Seymour could summon the god of thunder and use the god?s devastating attack. She said that Master Seymour had used it thirty times in his life and no one has never survived the attack.

?Thunder God Strike!? commanded Master Seymour as a giant beam of lightning zapped away at Sandavir. It hit it?s destination as a even more bigger explosion took place. Master Seymour stood staring at what he had done. He gasped as the smoke cleared. The Sandavir stood in the same spot. Black marks from the attack circled him as if that place didn?t get hit at all.

?Really? This is all you have? I can?t see how your the master of anything.? The warrior began walking towards Master Seymour as his sword rotated in his hand. He stopped, six feet from master Seymour.

?Any last words?? Why wasn?t his master doing anything? He could strike him now. Though, Master Seymour stared at Sandavir with a calm expression.

?Karma is a strong thing.? The Sandavir nodded slightly and with one quick moment, striking his sword into the heart of Master Seymour.

?No!!? Adam jumped out of the bush he was hiding in, his Green Destiny high in the air. A gun went off as Adam fell to the ground with great force. He grasped his knee as blood seeped through his hands. Adam ingored the pain as he crawled towards his fallen master. Sandavir walked to Adam as he looked up at his master?s killer. The man stared at him for what seemed like a eternity before walking off. He retreated as so did his soldiers. Adam fawned over to his master as he stared at his already lifeless face.

?WHY!!!?

The sun crept over the horizon as Adam and Fay stared at the grave. Fay thought it would be best to bury her father in the temple?s garden. Tears ran down Fay as she hugged Adam tightly. Master Seymour was great man and now he was taken from this life. He taught him alot of new things about the ability to fight, but more importantly, life. He will never forgive Sandavir from taking his Master?s life.

Fay sat across from him at the kitchen table. The sat in silence, still shocked from what had happened. Fay?s face was still covered in tears.

?Fay, did you know who did this?? Adam whispered as she looked up from her gaze.

?You can?t be serious. I won?t allow it!? She already knew what he wanted to do. Fay always seemed to know what a person was thinking.

?I can?t let this go! I must avenge Master Seymour?s death!? He yelled back as Fay sat in shook from Adam?s burst of anger. Adam calmed down as stared at her.

?Please, Fay.? He whispered as she looked away.

"My father knew of a great knowledge of which I do not know. Though, the knowledge was so powerful, people wanted to know it more then anything in the world. Father kept it to himself as he was forced to kill many people just to hid it away. Believe me when I say I do not know. The only thing I know is..."

She wiped more tears as she spoke the secret words which Adam would keep in his mind until endless arrived. 'Alpha Afflictus'.

"But, Sandavir wanted the Decaforce.... But how does this fit?" Adam whispered to himself as he got up from his seat. This was something bigger then he could have imagined.

?Fay, I?m still going after Sandavir. I will still get my revenge for what he has done.? He turned to Fay, who seemed to have accepted it.

The bright sun rose as morning came as Adam stood at the temple gate, staring at the temple for one more last time. He felt that this would be the last time leaving the temple and the forest. He knew this was the thing he was searching for ever since Sieg arrived in his life. Fay walked up to him and gave him a white envelope.

?There is enough to get you food for a week and to 'Alpha Afflictus .? She smiled and immediately broke into tears. She hugged Adam tightly as she sobbed on his shoulder. ?I?m going to miss you, Adam.? He smiled warmly as he hugged her back.

?Don?t worry, I?ll be back.? But he knew this was the last time he would ever see her again. He had a destiny to fill and it all started at the starting line.

Zeke walked out of the dance club, yawning. He was bored, and needed something to do. The club wasn't doing it for him tonight.

He walked about the town, until the idea hit him to play. He pulls out a sleek black case from his bag. On opening it, he reveals an ancient violin, and thus begins to play. A rendition of beetoveen's moonlight sonata can be heard though the streets. He plays and dances, making it a scene. With his foot, he lifts up a lime, and begins to juggle it, all the while playing without a hitch. He is splendid.

When finished, he notes a person cloaked in black. Money is thrown into his case. Packing away what turns out to be a generous sum of fifteen dollars, he chases after the person.

Soon enough, he ralizes he can't find the mysterious person.

"Hey, pretty boy.." Zeke walks away. "I was talking to you," The voice says again. Zeke pays no mind. He knew it was some reject as of yet of little purpose to him. "Hey!" The person speaking grabs Zeke.Wrong thing to do. Zeke grabs the hand, and launches him into a wall. Several motre people emerge into the alley.

"You're coming with us..." another says. Zeke smiles. He reaches behind him, grasping his violin. "Why? What means do you have with me?"

"You are an item of interest to my master... Your powers are unique, so you will submit to his curiousity to learn about you."

"So. He's found me... even after all I've done to elude him..."

Zeke whirls around, his violin poised to play. "Let us play."

Zeke begins to play, the sweet sorrow of the melody causeing things to become almost dreamlike.

"Stop him! Before he summons something!"

Several people attack Zeke, but it is too late. A creature begns to manifest from nothing.

"do you like this peice?" Zeke asks, his smile widening. "I call it, 'Black Melody'

His creature begins to shrink as it's power collects, makeing it no longer semble a monster, but a human figure. It is female. It looks out ant at the figures. Dark fog begins to move out from this being. She is clad in only on black, half of it sembling lace on her blue skin. Her hair is shock white, and moves as if she is a dream.

"Meet my lovely. Lacrymosa." The being attacks ina flurry of movement. Lacrymosa weaves dark powers, her abilities far surpassing those of the men. She begins to eminate even more dark fog, and it seizes the men. They are drawn to her, with them clawing to escape.A dark portal appears, as she draws them to it. She smiles, her blue lips slightly upturned.

Zeke laughs. "What's the matter, afraid of the dark?" He begins to laugh even harder as the music plays faster. Then, he slows it down. Lacrymosa pauses. The darkness turns to black ice, and shatters. She begins to disipate, fadeing to dark mist, and then to nothing. The men are all frightened, and the music stops. He yet remains ready, as he slips his violin into the bag. He presses the button on his mp3 player, and remixed beetoveen begins to play." Dance of Roses."

"You still want to play? I can summon even more for you." He begins to move in a sensual way, it's even provacative. The ground cracks as v\thorned vines begin to erupt from the ground. Rose blossoms begin to bloom, and then, just behind Zeke, anemormus blossom, swoolen and deeply red, forms. From it, a white skinned woman, clad in armor red as blood, emerges. She has red hair as crimson as human blood, a rose bloom above her right ear.

"Meet my BloodRose." BloodRose moves with grace, commanding the enormous amount of roses to attack. The vines whirl and churn, bindin the men and slicing them up pretty good. But one, he who'd spoken, was free. He attacks, but Zeke dances, dodging and fluxuating to his music. He motions for BloodRose to join him, and thus beginsd their dance of Death.

She begins to lighty tap on the man, and soon he is redened by her attacks. Thus, they stop.

Too late, the man realizes he's dead. Enormous vines begin to rip though his body, and he screams in agony. Zeke smile as he and BloodRose tango. The back of the mans head explodes as an enormous bloody blossom blooms.

BloodRose fades away into petals. Zeke smiles, knowing the man wasn't dead, not until his master allowed him to die.

"I'll be goin' now... and give Zero Coveanant my regards."

Zeke smiled, as he walked away. "Amazing, how the lowest knaves spring the most beautiful of blooms....." He begins to dance down the street, jaming to the music playing.

(okay, everyone else seems to have some tie in, so i made mine. forgive the uber powerfulness.. i assure you, he's more wiped than it appears. It'll show up in my next post)

The sound of heavy rain washing the city streets was overwhelming as Joe laid in the backseat of his car. He began to awaken, his eyes flickering. Taking a moment to adjust and realize why he was covered in jackets, he rose to a seated position. Rain on the hood of his old hand-me-down SAAB filled his ears. Slowly he began to remove his clothes, reaching into the trunk to retrieve his change of attire.

After slipping on a black hoodie with a logo of The Mars Volta and some black slacks, tying on his shoes, and sliding a hat with a Tool logo on, he headed out of the car.

Instantly he has drenched from head to tow, but it didn?t really concern him. In his mind, it was always raining. Joe made his way down the city street and slid into the nearest coffee shop. At his table he contemplated the plan he had decided on. He had absolutely no idea if it was going to work, but he didn?t have much of a choice. This was all he had left. No happiness awaited him elsewhere.

Even if he went home now, there would be trouble. After skipping school to steal his mother?s car and drive a few hundred miles to the city, he was already in enough trouble as it was. Even now he wondered if the police were after him. Hopefully, he thought, he wouldn?t need the car again.

The sun had pierced the rain clouds and driven them away as Joe left the coffee shop and headed once more through the busy streets. Before long he found himself before a massive building, staring up at it?s moniker.

Alpha Afflictus

His hand raised to a chain around his neck and grasped the symbol which hung from it. It was a silver cross, engraved on which was the name ?Maria?.

?Let?s go,? he whispered to himself, and strode through the front door.

Christina looked around the street and then sat on the curb. This was her first time to a city as big as this, and well, she wasn't sure what to make of it. Everything was fast paced and a blure. She was used to slowpaced, thinkin, and well, relaxation. She put her head in her hands and took in a deep breath. She was confused. She didn't know where to go, and didn't know what to do. She looked up at the sky and then frowned. It was about to start a downpour, and she had no place to go.

"This is wonderful. I go from hic town to major city, and I have no idea of what I am doing here. Damn." She shook her head and then stood up. She turned around and then gasped. There were four men standing behind her, all looking a little thuggish. She took a step back and made sure she didn't trip from the drop on the curb.

"Hey there hunny. what is a cute thing like you doing in a place like this? I think she needs to pay a little tole of protection, wouldn't you three say?" He laughed and turned back to the others who nodded with smiles on their faces.

"What is it that you want?" She had a scared look on her face, something that she didn't like was to fight, and she didn't think that there was any getting out of one in this situation.

"Just a little tole hunny. Nothing major. So why don't you come with us, and we will get everything taken care of." He smiled, showing his nasty teeth and disfigured face even better. Christina took another step back and then turned, coming twards her was a truck, it didn't seem to notice her.

"Shit, this is not good. I think I may need a little help." She braced for an impact, but then looked up as the truck stopped and two more men got out. She watched as the new two got behind her, making sure she couldn't run.

"Its about time you two got here, she could have run from us. We are going to have alot of fun with you." He laughed agian as the rest of them chimed in.

"Purge this world of all its evils." She clasped her hands together and closed her eyes. "Take my hand and guard me through the darkness." She opened her eyes to see the men looking at her with a confused look.

"Dammit, stop her, she is a witch. She can use magic, if we don't hurry then she will summon something!" One guy in the back said, pointing at Christina.

She looked at him and smiled. "Be my light, and lead me," She let her hands fall to her side and then she raised her right one. She grabbed her sword and pulled it out. She held it in front of her, and then stuck the front of it in the ground. "till the end of all the pain." She stook up tall, resting her hand on the hilt of her sword. She looked around as a bright white light erupted in the middle of the group. A few moments later, a solid white dragon stood before them.

"Eisel, please I need your help. I think these men here, I think they would like a word from you. They seem to be trying to do something here, and I really don't like it at all." She walked up next to him and set her hand on his side.

Eisel looked aorund the group and let out a low growl that seemed to vibrate the bottoms of their stomachs. "I will not stand on letting you lay a hand on her. She is not something you can treat that way." He cocked his head back and then let a loud roar that carried a white light twards teh group of four. AS the beam hit them, they vanished into thin air, only leaving a pile of ash that was letting of smoke. Slowly, Eisel turned to the reamaining two, who stook in shock.

"It, its a fucking dragon. Run!" The two took off for their truck, Eisel charged after then in a blur.

"Eisel, stop." Christing wispered, looking twards the ground. She looked up, tears in her eyes. She ran over to Eisel and started crying on his side. "Please, do not kill anymore. They do not deserve death, just a lesson. Eisel looked at the reamaining two, they stared at him, fear all over their faces.

"You two better run now, while you still have the chance." Eisel growled low as the two took off in their truck. He then turned to Christina and then layed down on the ground. "Please, forgive me. I keep forgeting that you are not your father. I will try to refrain from killing from now on. I am turely sorry." He lowered his head and then looked at Christina. "Are you hurt?"

She shook her head and then wipped her tears away. "I am fine. I thank you, for understanding." She put her hand on his head and then looked around. "One thing that I a begining to relize. We need to find another way to summon you. It takes to long. If it were any longer, then the outcom may have been different." She smiled at him as the sun started to show and the clouds started to fade. She had a feeling that this city was going to be interesting.

Adrian sat down at his office. He spun around, legs and arms flailing. "Havn't had fun like this." adrian laughed. He saw his assistent's eyes blaring."Okay..."She said as she rushed away.

Later on, he packed up his things and headed for home. On his way there he found a detour. But the detour was a haunted forest, so liuck wasn't with him. Adrian has "fears", that he doesn't want others to know. He, deep inside, is afraid of the aterlife. He wouldn't go to his great-grandmothers funeral. He thought that spirits would come and kidnap him.

He strolled along clutching his chest, and legs sometimes. he stopped and ooked around once in a while. The dark forest seemed endless. And the trees seemed like they were going to pull a fast one on Adrian. But soon he was almost out. When sudddenly a shadow swept across the meadow near the exit to the forest.

Adrian took out his defensive knife. HE always keeps it around him, just in case. "Who's there?" He asked. Suddenly the shadow threw Adrian to the ground. Adrian got up clenching his arms. He slumped over and made a ball of lightning with his fist. I didn't think I'd ever have to use Ruin Magic in my life. Sudden;y the shadow took Adrian by his shirt and tossed him into the air. Adrian's shirt was ripped off, showing his "ripped" abs. The ladies loved him.

Adrian lifted his leg and shot the bolt from under his hamstrings. The bolt flew into a tree, knocking off a branch. The branch landed on the shadow. Adrian apprcoached the dark being with his arm covered in sparks. Just then a new shadow apeared behind Adrian. The shadow kicked Adrian to the ground. Then, it picked him up and tossed him behind. Adrian got up as the two shadows came near him. In a last ditch effort Adrian suddenly summoned a scythe from lightning. "Wow, this oughta help!"

Adrian took the weapon and tossed it between the two dark shadows. In a flash Adrian jumped onto it. The scythe spun him around into a tree. Adrian formed a gigantic ball of lightning. He shot it at the two as he picked out the scythe from the tree. In a flas of bolts he appeared in front of the two. Holding the ball of light. He tossed it at them and put the scythe away.

He actually had slashed the men dozens of times before appearing in front of them. THey were destroyed.

A manin the trees walked away on the brances. "I see, my son's abilities are powerful. But mine are greater."

Thunder shook the ground as Adam swiftly walked down the muddy path. The rain drops would gently drip from the leaves as the lightning made it's impression from the heavens. The thunder shook the forest, but overall it was very peaceful. The creatures of the forest would huddle together and return to their home. Adam had been traveling since the morning and continue to not have any breaks on the way. From a small distance, he saw a shine of light from above. Adam had arrived.

"I'm here." He whispered as he stood tall, staring at the small lights from a far. NOw to find Alpha Afflictus.

*****

The rain poured down harder as Adam crept behind a small grocery store. The side of the city was quiet. Every ten minutes would a couple of cars would drive by. Adam gave one last look for anything weird before walking normally on the sidewalk. It looked odd to see a travaller with a giant sword on his back wrapped up in cloth. It was best to lay low and not attend any large groups. At last, he arrived at the large building with the words Adam have been looking for.

"About time." He whispered once again, but was stopped to see someone walking into the building. He appeared the same age as Adam. What was this place? Adam knew nothing of this place besides Kay's information about it. How does it connect to Master Seymour and Sandavir?

Adam got second thoughts and planned that walking straight in would not be the best thing to do. He walked to the back carefully and saw the back door. Of course he found it to be shut tight, but sounds of someone stepping on stairs came clearly from the outside. Adam hid behind the door as a old male walked out with a startled impression on his face. He quickly pulled out a cigarette as he began to smoke in the pouring down rain. Adam slipped in unnoticed as he saw flights of stairs was his next challenged.

He climped the first flight before entering the '1st floor' door. He reamined dead slient as he found it filled with workers at their desk. Luckily, they didn't pay any attention to him. Adam quickly placed himself behind a desk as he took a deep breath.

"Alright, Adam. Now what?

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted at all, Hero... I've just been so busy this week, what with school, other RP's and all. n.n;

I hope this is okay, Hero, I had this thought out for sometime.

++++

"Now class, don't forget about the english paper that's due next class, alright?"

"Yes, mam'm..."

A lot of groans and sighs were heard before the end of school bell rang, frantic and energetic students running through the halls in order to be free from school and hang out at their usual places.

Chloe silently walked to her locker in order to grab some more books for her homework and gently closed it, then walking through the halls and out the entrance doors. She wasn't a very loud and talkative girl, but instead liked to take things slow and easy while the whole world sped right before her eyes. She didn't know why, but because of her silent nature, she became popular in her school and a lot of guys had a few crushes on her, causing her to wonder what she could've done in order to raise their feelings like that.

"I can't forget to write that paper tonight," she thought to herself as she entered the forest in her path, "Ms. Yune is expecting me to write some sort of fabulous story... I can't let her down."

Stopping suddenly, she raised both her arms and stretched while gazing into the bright orange sun. She always had a feeling that she needed to look at it every once in awhile... as if it was going to vanish or something. But, not only that, Chole also felt some sort of vauge power coming from it... something that she wondered if it was going to affect her life or not.

"As if," she thought to herself again, shaking her head from side to side, "nothing special is ever going to happen in my life... at least something not as big as me trying to save the world."

"I wouldn't be so sure about that."

Chloe quietly gasped and turned around, eying a average sized boy with his head and body hidden behind a black hooded- overcoat. He was carrying a light- blue sheath with a Katana hidden in it, his hands clenched around the shiny material.

"Wh... who a.. are you?" Chloe stuttered as she realized the boy was walking towards her slowly. She tried to turn around and run, but something inside of her told her not to... something told her to stay and see what was going to happen.

"My presence will be known to you soon enough," he quietly replied with his calm voice, still walking towards her with his Katana in hand.

Chloe slowly walked backwards, becoming more and more scared of the action at hand, not realizing that she had bumped into a tree trunk right behind her, stopping in her tracks. The hooded boy kept walking until he was inches away from her sweaty face, then raising his hands and placing them on her cheeks.

"Wh..what are you going to do to me?!" Chloe quietly screamed, trying to get away from his grasp. Suddenly, slowly but surely, her strength began to fade from her body and her voice became quiet. She couldn't explain it, but it felt as if everything was a blur... a calm yet gentle blur. Her hands slumped onto the boy's arms and her eyes became dazed, the only strength left was that of her legs allowing her to stand up.

Lifting his right hand over his hood, the boy gently pulled it back in order to reveal his identity: lightly- tanned skin, blueish- silver eyes, straight jet- black hair with blue dye at the tips and a small smile across his lips. After seeing his appearance, Chloe felt as if she had seen him somewhere before... and that his presence had calmed her down a little.

Looking deeply into her eyes and smiling, his bluish- silver ones quickly glinted as his feelings had flared. He then placed his right hand on her cheek once again and lightly brushed his thumb against her skin. It was time... the mission was about to begin.

Without another thought, he placed his nose upon hers and closed his eyes, his whole body slightly glowing with a blue aura. He slightly murmured some words, but Chloe could only understand three phrases in Latin:

"Cur in gremio haeremus?
Cur veniam petimus
In terram fatali?

Why do we stay in the womb?
Why do we beg for forgiveness
In the fateful Earth?"

Chloe's body felt flushed, as if a new power was within her... she felt stronger now. She slightly gasped as the strength returned to her body, causing her to fall to her knees and placing her hands on her head. "What... did you do to me?"

The boy slightly crouched towards her and lifted his right hand to touch her forehead, his fingers slightly glowing. When he removed them from her, Chloe felt a tingling sensation coming from her hands. She slowly placed them in front of her face and gasped, amazed and scared that her hands were glowing a blue and white fire... yet not even burning her a bit.

She looked at the young boy and then at her hands. It took her awhile to regain her thoughts, but she then looked at the boy again. "Who are you? And what is this?"

The boy chuckled and crossed his arms. "I'm a member from the group, Omega Strain, and all I have done is merely awaken the powers that have been inside of you for some years now." He then helped her up as he arose to his feet, his right hand then clenching the sheath and his left unveiling his Katana.

Chloe not yet knowing, his face had shown a bit of concern for her, sweat seeping from his forehead. He didn't really want to fight her, but it was his mission... she was needed in order to protect something sacred. He closed his eyes and mustered up the energy to return serious.

"It is time... to test your newly awaken powers."

That next day Adrian was working strong. But he fell a sleep. His head slammed on his keyboard. Information that he shouldn't get into popped up. He awoke to find information of Alpha Afflictus' past. ews on scandels, conspericies or anything about the company. He also found information about the birth of the second wing he was the boss of. The name Kaja Kajokora came up. During the 80's he sued the company stating that they performed experiments of him. After winning ht demanded that he was the boss of the new wing.

While reading, Adrian's computer sudden;y shut dow. Along with the electricity. Suddeny he heard a voice call out to him. "Adrian meet me at the the boiler room in 5 minutes." The odd voice said. Adrian looked around to see that none had heard it. Everyone went to the meeting room to light candles. The room was big enough to fit all of the workers. But instead, Adrian went into the boiler room. He saw an old man sitting on the workers desk. SOmehow, the room was light.
"Who are you?" Adrian asked the old man. "I'm a sage, I saw you in the forest yesterday. You see me and you have something in common." The old man approached Adrian.

"Oh, you did. And what do we have in common?" Adrian looked at the old man's eyes. He was blind. "Me and you have powers that some others have as well." Adrian nodded at the man. "forgive me my name is Ryoma. I'm a great sage. I want to train you in ruin magic. Why? Well, a great threat is upon us."

"What is that?" Adrian asked confused. "In time my boy, in time. Meet me in the forest at the same meadow from before." Suddenly the old man dissapeared into the abyss. The boilers turned back on. It seems tht the old man used lightning to stop the energy.

That night, Adrian went into the meadow. He trusted the old sage's words. He saw Ryumo at the meadow sitting, and eating an apple. "I see you came Adrian. Are you ready to train?"

Joe took a deep breath and with an air of calm intensity strode through the doors of Alpha Afflictus. Directly in front of him was a desk at which a woman sat, plucking away at a keyboard. At first, Joe thought to approach the secratary and ask for someone, but it occured to him that he didnt even know who he could ask for.

She hadn't noticed him yet... act quickly! Moving in a manner which kept him rather unnoticable, he quickly made his way around the room too an entryway into a long hall without attracting the slightest attention from the woman at the desk. Now slightly frightened, he hurriedly made his way down the hall checking the tags on doors to see what they were. Eyeing a staircase, he shifted down the hall to the end and began ascending.

Each doorway which led out onto another floor had a small window on it. Most rooms were simply rooms of cubicles and offices. At one point he could have sworn he saw a man with a sword on his belt, but he thought the fear may hae simply been getting to him. In any event, he had no time to ponder it. With strangely little effort, he made his way all te way up to the top floor. Shadily sneaking around the hallways, he spotted some security guards coming his way.

Having seen this many times in movies, he immediately panicked and ducket into the first doorway he could find.

There was a moment of silence.

Joe turned to find himself in the board room with eight awestruck faces gaking at him. He was paralyzed with fear. Finally one of the finely dressed commitee members spoke.

"Um... who's kid is this?"

Adam took his time as he watched the office spacers work. They were very focused on their objective as they wrote scripples on the their papers. Adam didn't know what to do as he sat in silence for what seemed an hour before the answer struck him first.

"I got it!! We have the tracking on Sandavir!" Yelled one of the workers as e stood straight up with great pride. The rest of the room ran over to him as Adam leaned in closer to hear the rest of the news. Now we're getting someone.

"He's close!! about 20 miles from here. Over the mountains lay north of use!" He roared in glee as he watched his computer go wild with directions as such.

"Where?!" Adam yelled back as he stood up but suddenly realized what he had done. The workers stared at Adam with such shock as they stared at his weapons that hung from his body.

"Code Red!!!" They reached over and pressed against the giant red button on the wall. The lights turned to red as the workers left the room. Two black hoods walked into the room holding staffs. Fire began to burn at their tip of their staffs.

"Holy crap..." He pulled out his Decaforce sword as fire balls were shoot at him.

"Runesave!!" He commanded as Eisenmeteor turned to the Runesave blade and cut down the fireballs with a single slash. Adam began to run out the room as more went his way. More wizards began to pour out the stairway. Nowhere was left to leave.

"I guess I have to make a way!" He said as his sword transformed to Explosion sword. He exploded through a wall as he kept on running for his life.

"I am so screwed right now."

Just as the words left the mouth of the middle-aged man at the table, a siren suddenly started blaring over the speakers in the room.

CODE RED---CODE RED cried an automated voice. All heads turned to Joe. Mustering up a sudden courage, Joe said plainly.

"I swear to god that's not my fault." Each of the board members rose and bustled quickly through the door past Joe.

"I will deal with you after I find out what business is going on below" one man said to him. "You will remain here."

Like hell he was. Joe waited a minute for them to leave the hall, then bolted through the door. Wrong move. Waiting just outside were two security officers.

"Listen, kid," said a tall skinny man in blue uniform. His face was trustworthy, but the other officer, who was mid-eight and chubby, lookd like he didnt really care. "We're gunna need you to stay right there, or we'll be detaining you. If you run, I will be ready to use my weapon."

By the tone of the officer's voice, joe could tell he wasn;t the type to harm a young man, but the other officer might pull a gun out in second's time. While he thought it would be smart to stay here, he worried for the consequences of the men's return. So far it looked like nothing good was coming of his plan.

Plan B, he thought. Mustering up all his strength, he sent his foot sailing into the fat cop's crotch. With a groan of pain, the officer fell to the ground.

"Don't move!" The other officer commanded after a moment of surprise, but the teenager was already bolting down hallways, zigzagging his path so that if the cop was afer him he wouldn't be able to keep up. The officer gave chase, but lost sight of Joe. He headed for the elevator, but there was no one at the door.

Meanwhile, Joe was already making hs way back down fights after flight of stairs when suddenly there was an immense sound and the wall to his left erupted just ahead of him. Frozen, Joe watched chunks of plaster fky outward and crumble, and the man -- no, this was only a boy -- with the sword he'd seen earlier came flying through.

Christina walked through the streets, Eisel next to her. She was getting many looks, but she wasn't paying any attention to them. She only wanted to find something that looked as though it could help her. She didn't know what it was, or why she was looking, but she could feel that something there could help her with something.

She stopped and then looked up. As she did, she heard a rumbleing sound, and then she gasped as the glass in a nearby building suddenly shattered. She looked under it and saw many people standing there, looking up as if there was nothing they could do to stop the shards from killing them. Christina quickly ran over to the people and raised her sword. "Guardian's barrier" Was all she had time to say as the barrier shot from her sword. Less than a second later, the shards hit the barrier and then vaporized. She dropped her sword as it fadded.

"Eisel, we have to go and see what that was. I have a feeling that it was a good thing, to an extent of course." She smiled a little bit and then jumped on his back. He quickly took off into the air and was at the open window. She jumped off and looked around.

It looked like a battle feild. Destruction was everywhere, and she had no idea where it was coming from. She quickly headed into the building to find the culprit as Eisel slowly fadded away, waiting until the next time that she needed him.

Zeke shakeshis head, he was rather dizzy. He lookesdd out across the feild he had walked to, if only to see a cloaked figure walking torwards him.

He knew who it was.

"Elise... How pleasent..."

"Now.... is that anyway to talk to me?"

"You should talk..."

"My dear child.... You have no idea what it does to me to hear you talk to me like that..."

"You are no longer who you once were.." Her smile angers Zeke, who is already tired.

"Come now... i have information for you. There is a young man by the name of Aidran.. I think you whould seek him out... he might be willing to help you in your tasks....though he is a member of Alpha afflictus. "

"Leave me, Elise. I will do as i see fit to help the world."

"Just keep in mind what i said..."

Later, Zeke ponders the words Elise had said. So thus, he seeks out this Adrian person. It wasn't hard. He simply looked at newspaper articles. He managed to trace him to a meadow in the middle of no where. He pondered what would happen, as he watched. Zero Covanent would be quite interested in this, but he wasn't telling them anything. He would play, but his abilities would wane if he tried. So thus, he decided to go and wait for the boy at his place of emplyment. He pulls out his flute, enticeing them with a melody. He begins to walk away, the notes clearly spreading through the air.

Adam exploded wall after wall as raging fireballs wizzed passed him. The very heat made him sweat as he didn't want to feel the after effect of one of those babies. It seemed the whole building was under code red as more and more staff began to pile out just to get a crack at him.

As he bombed through another wall and into a long hallway, someone different was standing by him. It was the same guy that entered the building ealier. It didn't seem as ready to kill Adam as the rest of them, but he still put his Explosion sword ready to attack.

"Wow, man. You got the wrong idea. I'm not after you. I'm in the same boat as you." He said has he raised his hands up in the air to show he was defenseless.

As he began to relax a little, the doors opened up as the officers piled out of the two-doors. They came every angle as they circled both of them with guns pointing straight at them. They were searching for blood and they didn't even know who they were. Adam raised the Decaforce sword as it turned back to Eisenmeteor, the metal sword. But was the point? They were out numbered by a long shot.

"Got any ideas? Cause I'm freash out." Adam whispered to the boy as the two were back-to-back. Things looked very grim for both of them.

"Well, you're the one with the sword..." Joe muttered in return. Adam turned the blade a bit, uncomfortable.

"Don't you ****** move!!" cried a terrified police officer.

"They're terrified... this isn't good..." both teenagers stood back to back, facing pointed guns on three sides. It looked like a no-win situation. Adam was the first to speak, concealing his voice in a low wisper.

"What's your name, guy?"

"Joe. Joe Haughm."

"Joe... I have an attack that can take out one group in under a half a second, but wil leave me completely vulnerable long enough to be shot. Do you have any powers?" Joe tilted his head aside a bit. IT had only just occured to him that Adam had been using some sort of magic. For a moment he was stunned silent, but for some reason the realization didn't shock him... it seemed utterly natural.

Powers? ... Joe felt a tug on hs soul. For a moment, the world seemed to go quiet and Joe closed his eyes, blockingout the whole situation. I feel it, he thought. Slowly, he raised his hand and grabbed the cross around his neck tightly. He could feel a current moving through him. Slowly again, he reopened his eyes.

What he saw when he opened them was 24 bullets stopped in mid-air right in front of him. The three officers on the stairs above him were in awe, and almost immediately Adam used his Silfarion sword to charge at the officers on the lower steps.

Joe was startled and slightly dazed, looking around to see what was going on. To his right, where the hole in the wall was, a bunch of bullets were frozen in midair as well. Before he had time to think he heard Adam call.

"Hurry!" Without thinking, Joe grabbed the rail of the staircase, and hopped over. He dropped and entire flight and landed effortlessly. he hadn't noticed this, though, as he was busy following Adam out of the building as quickly as possible.

Christina walked into the hall way and then stopped. She moved to the side as two guys ran past her. They were yelling something but she couldnt really understand what. She turned beack and saw at least twenty cops running her way. She shreiked a little as a bullet hit the wall next to her.

"We have to at least get the girl." One of the cops yelled to the rest of them. She heard alot of yeahs and lets get hers, but she was still a little stunned. She shook her head and then raised her sword.

"Guardian's barrier." A faint purple aura covered the entire hallway, not letting anything get past it. A few of the cops hit the barrier and stopped in mid tracks. Christina quickly turned around and started running. She could barely see the two guys that ran past her before a little of the ways up. She looked back as the barrier started to fade. "Not good."She then started to run harder, hoping it was enough to get away.

"Hey, wait up!" She was yelling at the two in front of her, but she couldn't tell if they had noticed. "Hey, I said wait up!" She clenched her fist and cursed under her breath. She has only been in this city for less than a day and already she was being chased by the cops. She knew this town was going to be interesting.

Zeke Was feeling much better, his powers were begining to flow once more. He turned on his mp3, and jammed to the music as he walked down the street. But, alas, he was not to be unjarred by the sight of several people running. He felf a tug withing him, the two boys and the girl in front were looking scared. His breath catches, in his very soul he knew he needed to help them. The whiz by him, and he follows suit. "Hey, wait up!"

"No!!! Quite following us!" one of the boys yells. The girl cast a questioning look, but said nothing, as she was busy running.

"I'm not one of them!" Zeke yells. "I'm like you three!" Zeke Begins to feel his heart pounding. "Come with me! I know how to lose them!"

Zeke pounds the pavement, leading them. He changes the music playing on his mp3, to a bombarding classical composition. He spins on his feet, sending a green shimmering mist at their pursuers.

"Stop!" He yells, the mist changes into a rather slime-like net, making their pursuers stop in mid tracks. He whirls back around, not missing a beat. He runs again, turning a corner. He leads them to an appartment overlooking the city.

"Welcome to my home." He says, on leading them though the door. They look around, obviously expecting a parental figure.

"I live alone, so feel free to do as you wish. Make yourselves at home." He smiles kindly, knowing they probably don't trust him.

the girl is the first to speak. "Who are you?"

"I'm Zeke Rayne. I'm much like you guys, but..." He looks out the huge bay window. "But my abilities aren't like you guys'. I need music to use mine. It's like a focal point, and without it, my abilities won't manifest." He smiles again. "But enough about me. Can I ask your name?"

"Christina."

"Joe"

"Adam."

"Nice to meet ya." Zeke sits on one of the lush velvet couches, smiling. "you're more than welcome to sit down. It's not like I worry about dirtying my things."

"You live so well for being on your own..." Adam states, looking at all of the rather expensive objects.

"I make my living performing for people. I tutor in musical intruments, as well as performing in dance competitions and Dance Dance Revolution Tournaments. I do quite nicely. That, and there was an inheritance left to me by my parents. Sadly, they passed away a long time ago."

Zeke thinks of Elise, the woman who so resembled his mother. He smiles again, pushing it from his mind. "You guys are more than welcome here, or to leave, I won't stop you. But just know you guys have someone on the higher ups to turn to. "

He snaps his fingers, and remixed beethoven begins to play from the stereo. "so, what exactly are you guys after, if you don't mind my asking."

For some reason, Joe felt oddly comfortable. The 'infiltrtion' of Alpha Afflictus, as he now felt fit to call it, ended on a surprising, strange, and in the end rather easing note. He knew that others were probably on the move, and that he was in so far over his head it was insane. Now he found himself in the company of three strangers who he was suddenly being associated with despite knowing notthing about. He didn't even remember this Christina girl having been there before.

Each of these people seemed obscure to him. One man had summoned a freakish power, another had a sword with some sort of strange abilities, and the girl looked to be from out of town. Compared to them, Joe felt like a normal city-slicker. And yet, back there... yes, he knew he'd felt some strange power within him. The image of all those bullets frozen in midair burned in his mind.

Without even having had a goal in te first place, Joe suddenly had people alighning them with himself. It felt cool, being in this strange place and knowing tat he had just become a part of something bigger than he could wrap his mind around. Part of him was giddy, where the oher was frightened that he knew nothing of the situation.

He had no reason to, but he suddenly felt like part of a group. Already he had found some trust in Adam from their teamwork earlier, and the apparently powerful Zeke had just sved his life. He looked around at the others sitting on the couches about the living room. Christina seemed to be having thoughts similar to his own. He wondered what strange and amazing powers she might have.

"So," Zeke begins, "What exactly are you guys after, if you don't mind my asking."

Zeke sighs, annoyed with their silence. "Well then, I'll tell you what I'm after."

Zeke continues. " I am.. an item of interest, to the leaders of an organization called Zero Covanent. They want to recruit me. But... they do things to people. This I will not speak of, as I shall keep them as my own personal nightmares."

Zeke thinks again of Elise, but pushes her out of his mind. "There is much in this world you three won't understand, and the darkness encroaching on this world grows ever nearer. Do not ignore it, for it is within us to fight it back and send it back into the Void."

Zeke sighs. "There is much to contemplate....yes?" He snaps his fingers again, snd the stereo swtches to Evanescence, Tourniqet ringing out.

"Music is a passion, hence this explains my own definitive powers. Your powers are all related to some aspect of the heart. We all have our reasons, our abilities, and our own hearts, which we follow." Zeke chuckles sweetly. "There is all so much which we hold dear, whether it's here in this world, or the next. We cherish that, do we not?" Zeke talks like he's known the world for a long time. "Memories are so precious to us, and thus also give us power. What we do with that power is up to the individual that possesses it."

He looks suddenly distant, like he's lost in memories. "Not all memories are pleasent, mind you, but without the bad, we can not appreiciate the good, or the good yet to come. There will be pain in the journey of life, but there will also be joy." He sighs once more, closing his eyes. "There is much I can teach you, but only if you are willing to learn."

Zeke once more snapps his fingers, and rather slow techno begins to play. He dances to the kitchen, given odd looks all the way. "Can I make you guys anything? Unfortunately, I'm not the best cook, but i can manage something simple."

Zeke is cheery, but he hides so much more than he has let out. He knows Zero Covanent watches them. He knows they might strike, Elise leading the way. Zeke looks back into the living room, they were all looking over his possessions, he knew they wanted to something more about him. He quirks, and giggles. He snaps his fingers, and the VCR begins to play a tape of his childhood home. There he was as a child, playing outside with the dog, tring to give Bosker a bath, and screaming in sheer joy when his Dad aimed the hose at him. His mother made an appearence, and she scolds the father.

"If you spray me with that, I will not give any of this food."

"Aw, honey.... but you look so good in a wet t-shirt."

Zeke smiled, such happy memories. The tape plays forward a few minutes, and then there is a scene of a funeral. Zeke's father, lying in a coffin, his skin an odd purple-red color. Mercury could be seen glimmering on his eyelashes. Zeke cries some, his face steamed with tears.

Then, Zeke, a little older, but upset. Crying over a coffin with his mother inside. She too, is the same color, but the mercury sembles tears.

The tape ends with one of Zeke's champoinship dances, which he took first place for the first time.

Zeke comes back into the room, as the TV turns off. He has come up with some pretty impressive looking sandwiches. Stacked with meats, cheese, and letuce and tomato and miricle whip. on another tray, he's got sodas galore.

"Here ya guys go. Enjoy. Afterwards, the bathroom's just down the hall, and feel free to use the shower if you need it."

He smiles, and walks back to the couch, useing the remote to turn on the television to watch anime.

Adam watched as it seemed everything had happened so quickly. Meeting three strangers in such a small time was clearly out of the blue. Joe seemed a decent guy as he did help him escape from the building alive and well. Christiana seemed alittle distant, but wasn't afraid to admit she looked innocent enough. Zeke to Adam was a guy who just danced and read poetry a lot. He spoke of Zero Covanent and about memories that the group wanted to forget.

"Listen to me, Zeke. I'm sure I speak for the rest when I say we don't want to be teached or join this circus ride of dance dance Revolution. And I'm positive that we already know the dangers, speaking from someone who almost didn't get out of a ruin magic warzone." Adam said firmly as Zeke liad on the couch. Joe seemed to agree alittle as Christiana was startled by his outburst.

"Tell me, Adam. What is that your searching for?" Zeke shot back. "Is it revenge?"

"....." Adam remained silent as he could read him like a book. Before Zeke could keep pressing on Adam the doorbell rang. The four stopped and stared at each other for the longest time. Was it the enemy?

"Do you guys feel that?" Joe whispered as everyone stared at the door. Something was wrong. This was a feeling of sorrow and hatred mixed into one. Something Evil. Adam slowly grabbed his Decaforce as Christiana put up her Clara. Just as the second ring came the lights went out. Darkness took over.

"I can't turn them back on." Said Zeke as everything became quiet until a bright circle came from the door. It had ancient writings on it from long ago. Adam knew instantly.

"Get down!! It's Ritualistic Magic!!" He roared but it was too late as everything happened in a blink. A growl as everything exploded, the group flying out of the window. As they began to fall, Adam saw a black dragon's head pop out of the room.

"Guardian's Barrier!" A purple light surrounded the company as they landed safely on the deserted road. Adam held Eisenmeteor tightly as the dragon began to crawl out of the apartment.

"This doesn't look good...They really do want us dead." The dragon finnally broke free as it took the skys before diving towards them at a great speed, fire breathing at there way.

"Nice try, Runsave!!" The blade transformed as it cut the fire into two, but the dragon was much smarter as it threw it's tail against them, causing them to fly down the street.

Things didn't look well.

The dragon chased after them but soon found his way blocked by a stranger. Unsure about what to make of this person it took a couple seconds to take him. The man suddenly laughed as the ring surrounded him and a tainted white light shone out. "Though created in the shadow of another, non holds any equal to you. Show what you are truly capable of Cerberus Morbid" The cross around his neck glowed as suddenly he slowly rose off the ground. Underneath him slowly emerged a huge threeheaded dog like creature though was missing its skin and muscles here and there. Bones showed and a purple vapor rolled from its mouth with every breath.

When it finally emerged it stood just a little bit taller then the dragon. The man jumped off as the creature suddenly lauched itself foawrd slamming the dragon into the ground. The man landed right next to Adam and watched as the dragon was sent downt he street by a blast of energy. "Hi name's Tray"

What was with this town? Everyone popping everywhere when he arrives. Driving him nuts! The summoned beast pushed the dragon back as the group watched in awe at it's power. From the side street came the guards from Alpha Afflictus' as so where some unknowns also.

"Well thanks for the help Tray, but you got yourself into hells mess." He watched as they noticed the company and made full sprints to them. "Let's go!"

The group ran to the left, going through an alleyway that seemed cleared for a good escape. From the other side he saw that they were at the edge of the city already and that a road was the only thing that got between them and the dark forest. Adam fell behind as Eisenmeteor quickly turned into the Explosive sword.

"Explosion!!" He commanded as he exploded on of the walls, spreading smoke and bricks around. Half of the abandon apartment began to collpase as it blocked the enemy from them.

The group made it past the street and into the mysteries dark forest, which laid north of the city. Where Sandavir was last heard to be.

Christina ran next to the group, looking at everyone and then finally resting on Trey. "Hey, Trey. What was with the dog?" She watched him laugh a little and then shrug.

"Its my summon I guess you could say. He is a strong one." He smiled as they continued to run, coming up to the forrest. AS they made their way into it, they slowed down a little to catch their breaths.

"I don't get it. What was with that dragon? Where did it come from why was it here, and who was it after?" Christina asked, looking behind them.

"Alpha Afflictus, or so it seems. I think they are after the powers we all have, I mean, there is something special in all of us, and well, it looks as though they want it." Adam said, looking back at her.

"Right, sorry. I really wasn't in it all that much back in that office area. I just wanted to see what the damage was all about. Where to now?" She looked around, awaiting any answer they might have.

THe old man flew at Adrian, his speeds topping over fifty. Yet, to Adrian he was slow, why? it was because of Adrian's power. He could control lightning. a power that made things fast, oddly slow. But arian's power was just budding. He never used it until yesterday night.

Adrian took out his scythe and swiped Ryuma. UIt gave the old man a large mark almost instantly. Oddly though it healed before Adrian's eyes. What the hell? Adrian thought to himself.

"You need to control the lightning as if it were a seperate limb. Others have bigger advantages over you. Such people As Joe, Adam, or Zeke." The old man knew more than he seemed to. This made Adrian ponder. "So first order of training. Magical energy focus.
