Of course you can talk to people from other cells! I just put them this way so people knew who they would be closer with or, in same cases, dislike. I'm pretty sure most of the Genin will remember their old team mates and feel at least some sort of loyalty toward them, even when the cell has been broken up.[/SIZE]

Also on a more personal character note, did you want Zakuro to already have been in Hidden Leaf for a little bit, or did you want her to be just arriving?

It not only gives characters a chance to interact and learn about each other- creating bonds-, it gives them a chance to learn their strengths and weaknesses, and to just help them learn teamwork.

[FONT=Tahoma]I figured the teams were more for a reference of reflection, in which it's understood that past relationships or bonds have been established because of working together with certain people at one point. Currently, it's pretty much like the actual series after the tournament arc, genin and chuunin teaming up with each other in no particular order, the teams remained but they weren't always assigned missions with the same people like during training.[/FONT]

Now that the teams have split up due to promotion I thought it would be better to state who had been together, rather than moving people around and everything. Also, as Curiel put, the teams probably wouldn't be functioning properly as soon as war is announced and the 'troops' start moving.

I never said that at all. Kitty [B]IS[/B] in, I love her character and her *squeezes* there was just an odd number. I was also going to take Cyriel's suggestion, but there's only ever one girl per cell and none of the girls moved up as Chuunin. Kitty, you can just have NPC genin as your previous cell members, if you like?

For [B]Cyriel[/B]: It would probably be better is Zakuro was just arriving with some other survivors from the Sand to give support.

I like posts that are about two good paragrpahs at least, but let's not start writing essays because it'll take hours to get through everyone.

Reading everyones posts properly will be a must, yes. May I suggest that, due to the large amount of people involved, names of characters you include in your posts are bolded? That way people find it easier to see how their situation has changed and can post accordingly.

[SIZE=1]Like everyone else he'll be sent off at the same time in charge of a squad, but will probably have separate orders to the others. His squad will be smaller and contain the more talented Genin, I imagine.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=1]They'll be hangin' in Konoha, but I was going to have them stay behind to hold fort in case the Shadow manage to slip past us. You'll be the only Sand coming with the rest of us Konoha-dudes. =D

Also, everyone: The Shadow are only the tip of the iceburg. If the RP goes on long enough, end everyone is having fun, I'm considering having a timeskip period like in the Naruto series, just to mix things up a little. Still just an idea though.[/SIZE]
