Hello OB'ers. I'm not quite sure whether or not you all remember me but I've been absent for a VERY long, I was known as Hatake. Well anyways, I've decided to come back for a little bit. This was something I've done recently, I just got bored while at home with my brother. Just went crazy with my ellipse and pen tool. This was suppose to be something I was going to upload to my deviantart, but haven't yet. So please look past my DA watermark.

My brother looked at it and pointed out that it reminded him of 9/11 and asked if I was a terrorist. Haha.

You know, this is very good. My first thought was Retribution, this reminds me of his work; I least I think it was him. Its been awhile. I also thought 9/11 at first aswell.

Anyway, I adore the colors, and the blending. You see this style of art alot, or at least I do, with the circles floating about. They seem to be enhanced with the stroke which I never really thought to do, but it makes such a diffrence.

My only problem with it is the plane; it just seems like such a deep blue and it takes the focus off the rest of the piece. I think a duller blue might be best. I'd try it myself, but I don't have the time at the moment. XD

Awesome job Hatake Ninjah.

It reminded me more of Kenji's/Syn's Twlight is MyLight, to be honest. :x

Well, it's quite awesome. The colours you used are great and I love how you used a lot of shades from them. I think even the plane looks well, because it causes a cool contrast and it has a fancy thick line around it.

What I don't like a lot about it would be the dark orange edges around some of the circle shapes. It seems to look a little bit too edgy sometimes. No real biggy or anything.

Nice work, I hope you post more!

Ah, this piece reminds me of

.

No worries. It doesn't remind me of anything. Well, turbulence and GATTACA maybe, but not of anyone's work in particular. XP

Awesome work, Hatake-now-called-Ninjah! Love the colors; methinks the plane should stay as blue at is because I am fascinated with rich shades and your piece is perfect for people with short attention spans. But maybe, just maybe, you could try fixing the tail end of the plane 'cause it looks a little, ah, stunted.

Ijou!

ZOMFG! You live, Ninjah! I was beginning to wonder if you became a hermit or something; but! Lo and behold, here you are...with a lovely piece of art nonetheless.

Unlike everyone else, it reminds me of all of the vector art on D-Art. [I heart D-Art. *sighs*] Anyways, I love how the colors correlate with each other. Also, I agree with Delta; you should keep the plane blue.

Unlike everyone else, I don't really see a problem with this artwork. But then again, I'm not really much of an artist so...maybe that's why. XP

Anyways, awesome art. And try to stick around this time. =]

I'm glad to be back. I'll try to fit OB into my busy schedule. =D

Oh yes, the tail of plane does look a bit off. I've gotten a lot of comments about the shade of blue on the plane. Such as it should be either darker or lighter. When I have something more to show. I'll edit this post.

Thanks again everyone.
The were no brushes used in this piece at all.
All of it was done with either the pen tool or ellipse tool.
Like you pretty much said in the opening post.

Now that I think of it... Why must people who whine about brushes also always be the ones whose posts are completely useless in a matter? You, PhoenixClawth, could've at least given criticism on the colours, composition, contrast, et cetera.

Because if they did or didn't use brushes affects the critic's judgment of the piece.
