[B][COLOR=Blue]The old RPG[/COLOR][/B] [COLOR=dimgray]It was 2006. My first year on the OB. I was maturing in my writting skills. It proved worthy one month when I launched The Keyblade War: Academy. It had failed one time before, and was copied by a member. Despite it's rocky start, I launched it again, this time, it was succesful. About 6 or 7 members joined it. Most of them were very new to the boards. I had a lot of fun. The first week was a tad bit slow, but it ecxelled. For 50 posts we were fighting for our character's future. It was stopped short though. Just thaought I'd tell a biography of the RPG.

This story is about a distant battle?[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue] /<\[][][][][]/>\ |<\ | | />| |<\ | | />| |<\ | | />| \<\[][][][][]/>/[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]In a distant group of worlds far away, there was a war. This war lasted for years and seemed to never end. Heroes fell and Villains rose. Great warriors were put to shame. The fight was between two opposing groups of Keyblade Wielders. The dark side, and the light side. Great generals have been trying to call a truce, yet it seemed pointless. But as the numbers of soldiers dwindled, the number of heartless and nobodies increased. No ?sparkling soldiers? were left either. It seemed that both sides were at a standstill. So what else could they do? They invented an academy. After 50 years of schooling teenagers, the school must close. Thus, causing a mass panic in the armies. But let?s go back to the start, what about the sides? Well that is for the tchildren to decisde. Aftr graduation, they may lose friends. Their choices in the academy decides their fate. Lately the chanceller has been hiring more staff. It?s mysterious to the students. Could the faculty and staff be hiding something? Or could it just be coincidence? No one truly knows.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Academy Grounds[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Academy Square - The plaza in the front of the building. It leads to various places around the academy. It leads to the training center and other buildings. Shops are in placed within the fountain?s frange. The fountain is a fountain of coarse. The pathway leading to the building is blocked by a perimeter in front. It keeps from people getting in or out. Training Center - A tiny forest set up about 50 yards from the main building. It?s pretty wide and has a small creek in the middle. It is open until midnight and is free to everyone. One rule: don?t kill anyone. Petrified Forest/Mansion - A part of the forest were a magic spell was misused. It caused a wide effect that mad the trees turn into stone. A mansion which used to be the dean?s house, rests on a hill. It too is stone, yet it?s parts work normally. Both palces are used for contests. These contests test bravery, strength, and teamwork. Both places are filled with various heartless and nobodies. Dorm rooms - The place where the students live. It is filled with things from their homes. They are complete duplicate?s of the person?s real house. The rooms are: kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.[/COLOR] [COLOR=Blue]Worlds[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Mauryo (Ma-rye-O) - The world where the academy rests. It looks like the normal planet would. Water, land, and creatures. Spinakk (Spin-akk) - This world contains a lot of different monuments. It?s a vacation spot, but since the war it was turned into a war zone. Left behind recently, it is used to fight heartless. Only the academy uses this place. Raqueraz (Ra-kwar-us) - The world with the most danger. The worst battle was held here. Every soldier that diesd was turned into a heartless,or a nobody. It?s a dark desolate world with no plants or animals. Oddly enough the air is filled with pure oxygen and moisture. It?s odd in terms of pollution, for it never gets polluted by machines. That?s what makes it so ideal. Arabiaus (air-ray-bee-os) - The desert world. It?s the only world in hte system that has peace, but it?s only a vacation world. Et it has a few cities that are massely populated. This is where the Grand World Alliance Committee (GWAC) got into a fight about world order. It was broken up ever since.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Keyblade Ranks A.KA Battle types[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Fighter - The battle type soley based on fighting. There are many skills to be larned. The skills ae combos of bery powerful magnitude. Magic is mixed in with the skills. It isn?t very popular but is still bery strong. Due to the new ?popular? vote it is the new ?cool?. The user can?t wield magic outside of his/her weapons, but can duel wield. The user must emphasize strenght and defense. Gunner - the battle type were the key blade is used as a gun. The skill list is limited to only gun use. It is pretty useful at long-range. He kind of skills are that of powerful bullets and gun shots. The user must be agile, and very accurate. Drive - probably the most hard of the battle types to master. It?s very diverse and complicated. This battle type is chocked ful of skills, but only few are processed. It doesn?t matte what your skill level is, but your intelligence must be high.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Keyblade Magic Ranks A.K.A magic Types[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Black - This magic is elemental and full of curses, hexes, and enchantments. It?s used by those who like to hurt others. The user may develop a sense of blood-lust. White - the magic of healing. The user may also use protection, or skill increasment spells as well. It?s used by those who care for themselves or others. Chaos - The magic of mischief. The user mya transform himself or others, teleport to various places, or just pull pranks on others. For those immature people. Summon - the ability to summon monsters of the three basic magic types. Female students must take this coarse along with another.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Sign-ups[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Name: Anything. As long as it's not a Disney character. Nor can you be sora or any of the regular KH characters. 1 exeption though. You can be a past member of organization 13. But you must be killed by a heartless during your senior year at the academy. Age: How old your character is. He/she may be from age 18 to 20 because that's about how old seniors usually are. People past the age of 19 have been held back or weren't able to be in the academy that year. Blood type: a+, a-, o+, o-. Or any other blood type. As long as it exists. If you become a member of organization 13 you can put none for a blood type. battle Type: Any of the 3 stated above. magic type: Any of the 4 stated above. Women characters must have a second magic. Summoning magic. Weapon: What's your keyblade look like? Is it shaped like a katana? Does it have a design made just for it? And if you want a new one later on PM me about it so I can give you the OK. Abilities: What magic and keyblade skills does the character have. Fighter type characters must have two for now and two for later. Gunner type characters must have 3 for now and 2 for later. And Drive types must have 3 for now and 3 for later. Gunblade Mode: Simplist of Dawn's abilities and the most used. Nistead of using strick attacks, her keyblade takes on a projectile based attack. The basic projectile is a bullet of energy. The bullets can evolove based on the magic Dawn has learned.
Sniper Shot: A single concerntrated blast of pure energy is shot from the keyblade. This attack can only be used when Dawn is behind her target, or the target is out of range by 5ft.
Target Lock: This abilitiy, if activated at the right time, lets Dawn get the first strike.
Later-
Explosion: A close-range blast that lets off an explosion when the blade hits its target.

[*]Pol- A White Magic summon, that heals Dawn and whom ever she wishes, as well as takes damage for Dawn acting as a sheild so she can fight without a worry, at least til Pol's power is used up. Pol is used the most by Dawn.
[*]Hidki- A Black Magic summon, that repeatly deals damage to target. Can turn invivible, or create illiusions to trick the target. Used by Dawn when she is solo fighting so that she can fight from a distance.
[*]Kuhn- A Chaos summon, that is pure illusion. Also teleports Dawn so that she can avoid getting hit and can create duplicate Dawn's to better her chances on winning. Used mainly when Dawn is by herself.

Personality: Dawn is a natural beauty and cares greatly for her friends. She is very brave and once she has something set in her mind she won't change her vision for anyone. With her upbringing this causes some people to veiw this behavior as concited and snobbish, to which Dawn does don't dissagree with. Though it does hurt her when people mark her as a frilly, spoiled heiress without even getting to know her.

History: Dawn is the only daughter from the prestigious Faustine family of Arabiaus. She lives a very spoiled and privilaged life with her future already planned out for her. Dawn was pretty accepting of her life until she attended a battle arena. It was on her fifteenth birthday that her parents toke her to a battle arena to veiw one the sport. This event drew intrest to Dawn's predestioned life, she felt like for once she had a goal that was her own and not something that her parents had picked for her. With much prodding and begging towards her parents, Dawn a was able to attend the Academy.

Blood Type: B+

Battle Type: Drive - As a driver, Kenso can respond to nearly any situation. His preferred drive is a dual-wielding gunfighting form.

Magic Type: Copycat Magic - Kenso prefers to mimic the abilities of others, but to this day hasn't entirely mastered his magic (he doesn't retain most abilities permanently).

Abilities: Kenso's magic is based on what's been used around him. He can't hold onto any magic as a permanent form yet.

[i]Shadow Strike[/i] - Kenso focuses his energy into a quick dash and slash, leaving an afterimage for his opponent to dodge while appearing behind him and attacking.

[i]Shadow Speed[/i] - Shadow Speed is Kenso's version of a haste effect. All of his movements are followed by a dark shadowy aftereffect.

[i]Shadow Shield[/i] - A defensive technique Kenso only uses in the direst of circumstances, the shadow shield is capable of blocking almost any attack. However, Kenso has not yet come into his full strength, and Shadow Shield is an exceedingly draining technique.

To Be Learned

[/size][size=1][i]Dual Shadows[/i] - Kenso creates two afterimages in varying directions and distances from himself. The afterimages seem to move of their own accord, but can are actually controlled by Kenso, who must keep them in view. They're only used as a diversionary technique, and Kenso cannot damage an opponent with the after images.

[/size][size=1][i]Shadow Swallow[/i] - Kenso forms a dome of darkness around his opponent blocking his opponent's sight. Kenso is quite capable of seeing through this darkness, as is anyone else beyond the original target.

[i]Shadow Crush[/i] - Kenso forms very real afterimages of his keyblade in a sphere around his opponent, which then proceed to rush in at him in a piercing ball of death. ((Ultimate Attack))

Personality: Kenso is a relatively happy guy. He wasn't at the beginning, was even rebellious (hence the somewhat high age), but he's grown used to life at the academy, grown accustomed to his classmates. He's free-spirited and loves to have a good time. He's also very athletic, and loves sports, especially races.

History: "A strong heart is required for a good life." I used to wonder what that meant. It was something my father always used to say, but it never made any sense to me. Until that day. They showed up. Military people of some sort. They wanted my father, said they needed his 'abilities'. I'm not sure he had a choice. I was just short of my 13th birthday. I got angry, really angy. There was just a flicker, that was it. A flicker of light in my hand. It looked like it tried to solidify, but I was so surprised it vanished. But they saw it. They said my heart is strong too, and I was going to come with them. Not to go to war, not yet, but I was going to go with them all the same. My father said that it was my destiny, as it was his. "There are responsibilities that come with a strong heart." That's what he told me. And so, I was dragged away to the Academy, to the rest of my life...

[COLOR=Blue]Abilities: [/COLOR]
[COLOR=DimGray]Oath striker - A white aura surrounds Galian. In this state he can jump higher and faster. Boosting power to the legs.

Oblivion Blade - The keyblade can fly at will randomly hitting the opponent. After a while the blade starts to return to normal.

Phoenix Destroyer - A very power draining technique. Galian Jumps high and twists his keyblade. A symbol forms in the air around him. A ray of light hit?s the clouds and twists reality. A fire like energy ray shoots from the clouds and destroys everything within 50 yards diameter.

Soon to be Techniques

Thorns of Refuse -The thorns on the blade start to wrap around the enemy. A very useful technique but it binds the opponent long enough to attack him/her. The more it?s used the stronger it gets. Thus it grows power faster than other abilities.

Dimensions gate - A giant door appears out of nowhere and shows the enemy(s) biggest fear. It even comes to materialize in a perfect being, spirit and form.

Chaotic Decimator - The blade transforms into a 10 foot long keyblade. It can cut almost anything. Its main focus is to demolish the opponent. It can be thrown and create a symbol. This symbol has the words ?Define chaos in its true form? on the outside. It has a hive like shape that repeats itself multiple times. It creates pillars of darkness and light that intertwine each other. The rays go for about 10 yards in diameter and the complete number of them spreads for about 2 miles in diameter. Also known as the Hellish Calamity.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Personality:[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Galian is a normal teenager but with a fiery personality. He is nice to many but get on his bad side and you?re in for a hellish time. For an unknown reason he can?t really feel sympathy for sad people. He falls in love really easy and doesn?t like people to know his crushes. He has red eyes that are like ember. Showing that his confidence shines strong. [/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]History:[/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]Born into poverty he never really knew the pleasures of life. Dying for a taste of the outside world he went around his local city streets to make friends. At one point in his walks he stopped to find a lottery ticket. Later he found a newspaper that showed the winning results. He won 100,000,000, dollars. After becoming rich at 13 his parents found his strengths in school were getting great. Always having 100?s in gym. Exercising daily and lifting waits. One day a thug was attacking him. In an attempt to save himself Galian killed the man.

Later to find that the man was a mass murderer, Galian got 1,000,000 dollars for himself. The academy heard his story and sent him a letter. It read:

Dear Galian,

We at the key blade academy heard of your achievements. Your willpower and strength gave us the idea that you are an undoubtedly candidate for our prestige school. If you haven?t spent your 1,000,000 dollar reward already bring it with you. You never know when you need the money.

Of coarse Galian knew about the war. His father died in it. Without second thought he plunged into action and joined the academy. Being 19 he is at his last year of the academy. But he is still good at his battling skills and is ready to destroy the darkness behind the Keyblade War. But inside him dwells a secret that could bean a large change in the war.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue]Appearance: [/COLOR] [COLOR=DimGray]His eyes are red and his hair black. He has a very stable build and is very fit. Standing at about 5 foot 10. His shirt is gold and black with the academy?s symbol around it. He wears 10 pond wrist weights and can lift very heavy weapons His pants are black with a platinum tint to the pockets. He wears a ring that has his initials on it. As for his shoes he wears black and gold sneakers. With platinum laces and soles. These wrap up his uniform. As for his face and body he has a scar from his left breast all the way down to his foot and right hand.[/COLOR]

[Makurayami]

Name: Ryoku Tenshiba

Age: 18

Blood type: AB+

Battle Type: Drive - he intertwines his fighting style with his magic style to the point that they are almost one.

Magic type: Chaos

Weapon: The blade begins with a light reddish tint and gets darker down the blade. The end of the blade and the spikes at the end, there are three of them (two big and a smaller one in between), are colored a dark, dark red - almost crimson. The spikes at the end aren't entirely straight, they slightly wave sort of like a fire's tongues. The handle is a deep black, but is smooth like ivory. The chain is a black chain with a silver shuriken (ninja throwing star) attached to the end.

Abilities: [U]Current[/U] -

Ube - Ryoku's keyblade fuses with his right arm. His arm, that is his hand to the right shoulder, become red and grow leathery skin. His arm also doubles in size, but weighs no less than it normally would. His fingers become talon-like and his whole arm radiates red energy. This energy, coupled with his arm, can cut through almost anything and make an effect fighting force.

Kasai - Ryoku's keyblade will emit a small explosion of fire when it comes into contact with something. This uses up a small amount of energy, however requires good timing.

Uxingusu - Two giant bat-like, leathery wings sprout from his back. These are useful in that they give him a high ground advantage when fighting and also have their practical use. They fade after a while and are hard to maintain while using another spell.

[u]Later[/u] -

Baizou Ube - same as Ube, except both arms undergo the transformation.

Bakuhatsu - A red explosion of fire and power rips through the air around Ryoku, forming a sphere of death for enemies around him. Incredibly powerful, but takes a fairly large amount of power and leaves the user slightly drained.

Saishuu Ube - Ryoku's whole body undergoes the metaorphosis described like the Ube technique. His whole body doubles in size, muscle growing and Ryoku gaining a good four inches in height. His feet become gargoyle-like and wings, like the ones described in the Uxingusu ability, sprout from his back. The only thing about his face that changes, though, is that he grows fangs and his eyes become red with a small, reptilain slit of a pupil.

Personality: Ryoku is a kind of shy and reserved to new people. He values friends, though, and will trade anything for them. He like the company of other people.

History: Ryoku led a troubling life. He never knew his father and his mother was working most of the time, leaving him alone by himself. He often played games when he was little, pretending he was someone else, or something else like little kids often do. He grew up with a small group of friends, always the quiet one.

On Ryoku's 13th birthday, a man appeared on Ryoku's doorstep. He came into the house and said that he was his father. Ryoku was stunned. The man further went on the explain that Ryoku had a gift and was to come with him to further develop this gift.

"Dark times are coming," Ryoku's father said, "and soon, people like you will be needed."

Ryoku agreed and decided to go with him. As he was walking out of his house, his father asked him if he had ever wished to be someone different than who he was. When Ryoku said yes, his father smiled.

"So you do have the gift."

Ryoku is decently built. He has muscle, but no where near the amount of a muscle builder. He is slightly thin, but the muscles string together to give him a nice overall look. He stands at about 5' 10".

For clothes, Ryoku wears a black shirt and basic, jeans-like pants with a red and black checkered belt with a chain hanging on his side.. He usually has on a white headband. He has on black shoes on his feat and sometimes dons a brown traveling cloak with a high coller (seen in picture)

[Ushima]

Name: Domsu Fernalik

Age: 18

Blodd type: AB+

Battle type: Fighter

Magic: Summoning(Elemental dragons)

Weapon: Alpha(Red, carried in right hand) Omega(Blue, carried in left hand)

Abilities:

Dragons Rage- user absorbs energy from enviroment and chanels it into his keyblades increasing attack strength and speed.

Dragon Scale sheild- an energy feild produced. Looks like dragon scales pushed together

Later:

Dragon's eyes- User can see better when fighting in morning and night(Darkness)
Useless in the fading light.

Binary Fusion: Keyblades morph into a single keyblad, Rapture

Personality: A kindhearted soul who usually likes to be by himself. But will purposly be pulled away from his solitude by his friends. He will defend anyone and anything, especialy his ideals. He dosn't care if he's fighting by your side or alone.

Bio: Domsu grew up on stories of peacefull times before the war passed down by his grandfather. He promised himself that he would fight to renew the land to what it once was like before the fight of the Keyblade war.

His house was stormed when he was fourteen. He was able to hide in the closet, but witnessed his parents horrible murder. In the closet was what was supposed to be his gift when he became of age. Two keyblades.

Domsu wandered the street for the following two days before coming to the academy to fufill his promise to his parent. There he trained to be a soldier, and fight for the greater good.

battle Type:Mental control

magic type: Black Magic, Summoning magic.

Weapon: Lone Wolf. This keyblade can split into two, sometimes four parts. It is about 4 feet long, excluding the handle and keychain. The blade is silver and the tip of the blade is a wolf's head, resembling that Jamie is kind of the loner. The blade's handle is black and has a wolf's head on it. The keychain is also a wolf's head.

Abilities: Magic Shot- sends keyblade flying at enemy. if enemy trys to run, the keyblade will follow. the keyblade will return to jamie.

Elemental rage- Shoots various elemental spells at enemy. if the enemy is a thunder element and you shoot thunder, it wont heal it but it will damage it. 4-8 hits.

Encore shot- SAme thing as Magic shot, but keyblade splits in two and hits enemy multiple times. 4-8 hits.

Future abilities

Bravado- Deflects enemy attacks and shoots is back at them with twice the damage.

Final Heaven- consumes a lot of MP. Jamie's keyblade splits into two. She throws them both up into the air, higher than the clouds. They come down from the sky and are huge and attack the enemy. Keyblade returns to Jamie at regular size.

Ultima- Consumes all of MP- Keyblade splits into four parts: two in Jamie's hands and two circling around her. Speed and strength raises. Jamie quickly runs towards enemy while the keyblade circling her act on their own. When Jamie gets to the enemy, she and the keyblades around her unleash a flurry of attacks.

Personality: Jamie is a very smart student at The Academy, which is why she can use keyblade control. She is also very shy, but once you get to know her, she is a very fun person to be around. She is a very kind person who puts others before herself. She is not afraid to fight. She hates letting other people besides her friends know whats shes thinking so sometimes she can be an enigma.

History:Both of Jamie's parents went to the academy too, and they both were able to use keyblade control. Jamie inherited her parents geenes (spelling?) and skill, which eventually led her parents to send her to The Academy.

[B]Age:[/B] Technically, half a year. (When the Heartless stole her heart, she was 12. Her body has stopped aging since then.)

[B]battle Type:[/B] Drive - as a nobody, Nephilim?s natural abilities are extremely limited, as most of her power left with her ?other half?. For this reason she prefers not to fight directly, but instead to manipulate people into doing what she wants. However, if absolutely necessary, she can enter Drive form and call back some of the powers she once had as a complete being. The drawback is that every time she uses her Drive, her heartless gets closer to her, sensing her use of its power.

[B]Weapon:[/B] Through a means that she never lets on to anyone, she has come to wield the Dark Keyblade, which once belonged to Ansem the Wise? heartless when it was possessing Riku, though how she can even wield any keyblade, let alone one so powerful, remains a mystery, as only Nobodies of keyblade wielders are able to use Keyblades.

The Dark Keyblade?s look is immediately recognizable. The shaft is simple and straight, pure black, and extends right into the handle, which has a dark red guard pommel to protect the hand. The edge of the keyblade comes to a wicked end, the key taking the form of an ornate cut-out of a heart. The keychain is a Heart crossed with barbs - the Heartless insignia.

[U]Chaos Phantasm[/U] - Creates illusions.

[U]Chaos Masquerade[/U] - Completely changes Nephilim?s physical appearance to replicate any person she wishes.

[U]Chaos Requiem[/U] - Summon - Takes the form of another Keyblade that takes on the properties of any of the three basic elements - fire, water, or lightning. Of these, her favorite form is the water summon.

[U]Chaos puppetmaster[/U] (future) - Creates a replica of herself that retains all of her abilities. Maintains physical form, and is capable of dealing damage to enemies. Cannot enter Drive form, but if used while in Drive form, creates a replica of her Drive form. Since her ?anti-soul? is torn equally between each replica she creates, damage incurred by the replicas is channeled back into her.

[U]Chaos Door[/U] (future) - Creates a ?door? through the Realm of Dark, allowing her to move instantly to any location on any world in the light or dark realm that she wishes. Common method of transportation for Nobodies.

[U]Chaos Infinity[/U] (future) - Summon - Summons Chaos Requiem three times, once for each element, and proceeds to quadruple-wield Keyblades (Two held, two ?floating?). Only useable in Drive form, ultimate attack.

[B]Personality:[/B] Nephilim shows absolutely no emotion towards other people, and in fact walks about the campus in a sort of vacant, wide-eyed, ?possessed-looking? way. In actuality she is cold and cruel, and loves nothing more than to see other people suffer. She has become very adept at ruining peoples? lives by using her abilities to impersonate them or people they hold close to their hearts. The reason she is so cold and full of hate is that she envies those who have hearts.

[B]History:[/B] Technically, Nephilim shouldn?t even be in the academy. She managed to get in by using her powers to impersonate a student, thus gaining her entry into the school. Being exceedingly intelligent despite her age, she fits right in, and generally people simply write her off as ?having skipped a grade or seven?. She strongly suspects that at least a few of the Academy?s staff have become aware of her presence, but as of yet, no action has been taken to apprehend her.

[B]Appearance:[/B] Nephilim?s true form remains a complete mystery to everyone but her. The body she takes on is that of a young girl with wide crimson eyes and silver-white hair, dressed in a lacy black gothic lolita dress. It has been commented on several occasions that she strongly resembles a ?hundred-year-old antique doll?.

[B]Biography/character snippet:[/B] Even before she was born, Nephilim had nothing. When she was pulled into existence, she immediately looked down at herself and asked that question, ?who am I?? She came under attack by her former self?s heartless and nearly died, because it was so much incredibly stronger than her. She was found and saved by a family that had happened by, but the event had already traumatized her.

The family took her in as their own child and raised her like she was the most important thing in the world to them. And slowly, she learned of her own non-existence through nightmare visions she had in her sleep in which she met with her heartless twin and slowly learned more about herself. Once she realized that the montage ?I think, therefore I am? didn?t apply to her, the last thread that she could call herself human by vanished. She sank into a psychosis and murdered her new family, entering Drive form for her first time.

Afterwards, she sensed that her Heartless twin had detected her presence, and had drawn closer to her ?spirit?. Sensing her danger, she snuck into the Keyblade academy, hoping to become stronger so that when the time came that her Heartless found her, she would be ready to destroy it and reclaim that which she still does not realize she can never have - a heart.[/SIZE][/COLOR]
