If I can't answer these is because I can hardly read what the hell you are saying.

1.This has no sense in it. Explain what this one means.
2.If you spelt "three" lke "there" than the answer is no. He evolves twice.

1.) If you're trying to ask how many versions of Pokémon there are, they're are 7 including Pokémon Green that wasn't released (or yet to be) in America.

2.) If you're asking if Chikorita evolves 3 times, it doesn't. It only evolves 2 times.
