Anime Theme Songs You Hate

We all have theme songs we know and love right? But what about the theme songs we hate? Is there a theme song that you absolutely can not stand or hate?Well for me it is the Ah!My Goddess theme song. Im not one for country music and I dont think the song has anything to do with the anime.So now that youve heard mine what about yours?

anyway, I can't think of any anime opening that I dislike. Maybe... [color=deeppink]Goofy, awkward rap trumps cheesy psuedo-rock. Besides, just because one song they produced is almost tolerable, that doesn't mean somebody can't hate the other umpteen horrible songs 4kids have attatched to their anime abortions.

I wholeheartedly agree that 4kids sucks. I've never watched a 4kids production that didn't make we want to vomit, with the exception of Pokemon, but that changed shortly after I turned twelve.[/color]

In any case, I don't really pay much attention to the theme songs these days unless they're really catchy. (And besides, I haven't been watching too much anime these days) But if I had to choose, I guess it would be that 2nd opening to Naruto. (Wait.. Is CN on the 2nd or 3rd opening? I know it's the opening that has crappy animation) It's hard to explain, but it just don't sound right for the show itself.[/font]

i thought they were in their 4th season? =/ i get confused sometimes because they used the same song for both the 1st and 2nd season (which was nothing but screaming =__= )

hmmm... what songs do i hate? well i don't watch this show but i heard the theme to Mew Mew Power once and it was AWFUL! they gave a bad name to my first anime (though i don't like it no more). I don't know how many theme songs Fushigi Yugi had but my friend Dara put one on my IPod and i don't like it at all *shakes head*. Hmmmmm there was one more I didn't like...... oh yea! The ending theme song to Bleach 'Life is Like a Boat'. I liked that song at first but after a while i was like blah =P

THANK YOU! Where have all the One Piece Fans gone? I know of few here. (Actually, Shaman King gave me few to no cringes in the opening. The DUB is what did it for me.)

Anyway, Yes, the One Piece Dub C-Rap is bad, but for original versions, I think Naruto may have the worst opening track record. As a musician, I take all but "Go!," "Haruka Kanata," and "Remember" as personal insults."Rising Dragon" was probably the worst. Since when has hoarse screaming constituted as musical talen... ah, crap. CURSE YOU EMOS AND YOUR DEATH METAL!!!!!

Actually, they're on (Japan's) number 4, Which is "Go!" One of the three that don't suck.

Also both the closing for Gundam Wing... Ye Gods! Like the song wan't bad enough, but they had to have Relena tormenting animals as well?[/color][/font]

As for theme songs I hate? The butchered English version of Sailor Moon. The lyrics are cheesy as hell and not anywhere as fun as the original lyrics. I was glad when they finally released the first couple of seasons uncut. Even if the quality sucked and the sound was poor. At least it was not that god awful English version.[/COLOR]

Anyway...Theme songs..I hate... Well I do like "I wanna rock" but it's just plain scary when Naruto busts out of nowhere lip syncing it.. O.o

I hate the old dub of Sailor Moon. I hate the fact that I don't get to hear Chalala anymore on DBZ. As annoying as DBGT's theme is, I like to sing along to it. I hate the new pokemon theme songs...No...I just plain out hate any new episodes of pokemon, but you can't ever get good as the old ones ^__-.[/B][/COLOR]

The moment I saw Konata on there I had a laughing seizure so great I couldn't breath for a couple of moments. You my friend have won.

Most of the openings from 4Kids are crap so I'm not going to even bother commenting on that for right now. I really didn't like first opening from Slayers either. I think that some of the lyrics just were irking. I can also say I didn't like the OP from Negima because of the high squeaking like female voices.

But besides that there aren't many I dislike. Most of the ones I hate just kinda... grow on me after listening to it for a while.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

Everyone talks about how amazing it is and how the opening sequence is full of symbolism and other important ideas, but there really isn't anything. I came to love Champloo's soundtracks. [I]Vagrancy[/I], a remix of [I]Battlecry[/I](the intro theme) I came across, [I]Sneak Chamber[/I], and [I]Izumaki style[/I](I think it's called) are really cool songs I've liked from the show. As for [I]Battlecry[/I], I think it goes well with the tone of the show with the champloo of rap and samurais. I think the creators kind of intended that.

As for theme songs i think i have to say that the [i].hack//twilight[/i] theme song kind of made me a bit angry i like the older [i].hack//sign[/i] theme i guess i am just a centimenal old fool...

[COLOR=Purple]I agree, the old episodes of Pokemon were the good ones. I've seen most of the newer seasons but then it kind of got old and I couldn't stand it anymore.
Anyway, the theme song that I hate is the Naruto 6th opening. I just think that it sucks and something seems to be wrong with the singer for it like he's dying or something. I really don't have many that I hate, most of them just seem to stick to me after a while and I begin to like them.
