Your Guilty Pleasure

[COLOR=Navy][I]No, this is not a thread towards S&M or bondage, That's a different kind of pleasure. I'm asking if there's something you love to do/watch/listen that you don't want people to know. (For the OB it's safe!) Well, I have three guitly pleasures myslef.

1. I just recetntly got back into the big anime scene. Along with that i fell in lvoe witht the music of "Gackt." This J-rock band is amazing!

2. I love to watch pokemon. Yes I said pokemon. Who doesn't watch this show anyways? Even the pope is watching it in secret. Hell, it's probably Jesus' favorite sanime.

3. I will talk to myself as iI plan out my stories/comics, much like an actor plays out his lines. It helps me develope story plots and characters. Seems weird to you? It is!

On the top of my head..... I can think of...

1. It's funny but I'm sure people would think I have some problems if I told them I joined a forum. I generally keep it to myself but I love it. Usually when Melissa (one of my friends) mentioned a forum she was on, everyone scowled at her.

2. I read fan fiction and things in that nature. (Not lately though!) Sometimes I'm more excited about fan fiction than I am about books. (And gosh.. you should see how many books I have -.-)

3. I am very very very strange that I like studying. Okay, not the average teenager, I know. I mentioned it to my friends and they played it off as a joke. I'm not joking. Haha.

4. I love socks! I like ones with cute little animals on them and happy bunny.. anything >_> My Mom asks me if I want a new pair of socks when I'm at the store. Sadly, I can't fit any more in my sock drawer.. :P

Maybe I'll think of more when it hits me. I'm sure everyones just picturing me as an average dorky looking person. You'd be surprised. Really. People generally don't believe I love anime.... heh.[/FONT][/SIZE]

1.) I still buy dolls. Usually the Winx ones when I can find them. I also buy the Bratz and Barbie clothes so I can change the clothes around and take pictures to post on my deviantart page.

2.) I still draw. Mostly fan art. It's not too bad, in fact there are some things that I'm proud of. But it's the fact that I do it that just seems odd.

3.) I write fanfiction. My current interests for that are Winx Club (RAI version mixed with the crappy dub) Naruto and Avatar the last airbender.

4.) I have a 2-D crush on Sokka from Avatar the last Airbender. No I don't go overboard and create a Mary Sue character for any fanfic I've drawn of him or declare that I'm gonna marry Sokka. But my friends and I joke around with ownership of the chraracters and I do have him. I also have a 2D crush on Riven from Winx Club, but it's about the same deal.

5.) Finally something slightly more adult. I have an obsession with underwear. I have about fifty pairs, many of which I don't wear, and I am always on the look out for more.

Anime is a big guilty pleasure for me! I am also a huge Siam Shade fan. Not that I'm ashamed of that; their music is amazing! However, with the heavy asian population here, it's just better to keep a low profile about such things. It's bad enough having those stupid boys snickering at me in the library when I check out manga or the people in the market giving me strange looks when I buy Pocky! Honestly, when I see asian people eating pizza or reading Harry Potter, I don't laugh at them! Anyway, that's the end of my rant.

1. I still act things out and talk to myself all the time when nobody's looking.

2. No matter how bad they are, I can still sit and watch a whole half hour of the crappy Sonic Underground cartoon.

3. I never, EVER walk past a mirror without quickly glancing at myself in it. I don't know what to say really.

And as much as it pains me to admit it, I occasionally listen to Avril Lavigne ... And enjoy it. >_<[/SIZE]

Guilty pleasures, eh? Here it goes:

1). I always like having my shoes on when I wash the dishes. Its a habit I have, and a weird one at that. But I don't feel right without them on.

2). I love playing out fight scenes in my head, DBZ style...the more quick and actual PHYSICAL contact fights, not the 'RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.......................AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA..........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA' kind either.

3). I memorized the entire episode 'Heart of The Prince' from DBGT and play it in my head sometimes.

4). I say yar and rawr a lot. Just to make people think.

5). I sometimes think about how I want to torture someone and go into extreme detail in my head how to do it. Or I imagine myself screaming and yelling at them.

1. I'm obsessed when it comes to a new manga I discover while watching YouTube, yes YouTube, that I have to find out if it is released here in America.

2. I am always checking my hair. Hair Flip, fix it in a mirror, and making sure that it looks okay.

3. I have a twin, which most people don't know about here on the OB, who has the exact opposite of a personality that I have.

2.There was this one time I keep going back to in my head about when a few of my friends and I was playing real-life contact Final Fantasy. It was a sad type of funny. It got out of hand though when one of my friends put confusion on my teammate and he punched me in the balls.

3.I'm only one out of four friends of my entire circle of friends who listens to multiple genres of music. Who decided I should just listen to rap anyway?

1. I love the t.v. show 'The X-Files'. I can recite the whole movie and certain lines from certain episodes. I also really love little green aliens!-_-

2. I love reading romance novels and manga. I can't get enough of them! It's really sad how my room is almost literally top to bottom covered in books. I could read books all day and night long and never get bored.

This one is a little weird so no one laugh at me now :animeblus ....but in order for me to fall asleep at night (unless I'm completely exhausted and can fall right asleep) I have to imagine myself in some sort of fantasy (NOT always sexual my little perv friends :P). It could simply be putting myself into a role of a movie, book, or anime that I have seen or read.

4. Lets see...its not really a guilty pleasure, but I like to draw (though I'm not that good), I like to sing when I'm alone in my room, and I like to write my own fanfiction stories. I also like reading others fanfic online.

5. I feel really weird when I don't have socks on my feet lol! Just ask BKstyles! I hate not having socks on my feet.

(1) I like to sing along to death metal songs when nobodies home, mostly Cannibal Corpse, you can imagine how dumb I look. I also like to headbang furiously while I do it. Many a days you can hear me from my room growling "MANIACAAAAL, PHSYCOPAAAATH!"

(2) I like to sing along to J-pop songs, too.

(3) Going Comando, if you do it once you realize how uncomfortable underwear are.

(4) Slam dancing in my room. Mostly to earlier Job For A Cowboy songs, deathcore FTW.

(5) Eating at Mcdonald's, I know it's extremly bad for me, but it's just so good.

(6) Getting hurt, but only quick stuff that causes a low amount of pain, getting cut, burnt, scratched, ect. I like the endorphin rush.

(7) Watching internet porn, the porn part dosent make me feel guilty, but the damage Im doing to my computer does.

(8) Stoner comedys, something about the plights of giggling potheads makes me laugh.
