Dagger Posted July 10, 2007 Share Posted July 10, 2007 Watch the [url=http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1809761950/video/3298719][u]first trailer[/u][/url] I loved the [url=http://www.amazon.com/Spiderwick-Chronicles-Boxed-Set-Lucindas/dp/0689040342/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/104-6239256-5741537?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1184028806&sr=8-1][u]books[/u][/url], which--in addition to being really fun reads--are packed with amazing illustrations. The movie designs seem to stick pretty close to the original art, thankfully (it's just too bad that the human characters couldn't be duplicated as nicely). I'm a tad skeptical of Mallory's actress, but it's not like the promo showed that much of her. We'll see. Currently slated for February 2008.
