Here, we can discuss any questions we have with the story line, the nature of the world or the zombies themselves. Aswell, I'll be keeping a time line that will be updated when major events occur.

[b][u]Timeline[/b][/u] - Virus reaches American shores through unknown means on the west coast. - Virus encounters first cluster of victims in supposed gang riots. - Virus is transfered to the American East Coast through unknown means, possibly through early infected using air travel. - Government supplants the theory of drug-induced food products. - Government changes theory to hallucinatory bacterial disease. - Quarintines and public curfews are instated in major cities and metropolis areas. - Manditory bi-weekly check ups for all transit citizens and those deemed 'important' personel. - New York City puts Manhattan island on lockdown, ceasing all unauthorized traffic in and out of the island. - South Africa falls in the wake of "African Rabies". - Phalanx is created and distributed as a "vaccine" for African rabies. - 'Zombies' are accepted by public, unidentified virus dubbed Solanum is accepted. - Manhattan is infected by first wave due to tainted organ transplants. Northern island is quarintined. - Phalanx is revealed to be a placebo. - Major metropolis areas fall to infected migration and tainted medical supplies (i.e. blood & organs). - Military response is put into action across America's state capitals. - Military response begins to fail as undead ranks grow out of preportion. - Collapse of American Military at Yonkers, NY. - Zombies begin to dominate landscape.

Hey, just a question: Is it possible for you to put dates next to the major events and stuff. I'm having a hard time following the time jumps in everyone's posts. (I'm not complaining; I understand that it's a journal entry and that's what we should be doing) It would help me out greatly, if you could put the date of the virus reaching the west coast and the east coast, etc.

EDIT: Also, I added a bit about a possible blockade in the making alon the Mississippi river... If you don't like it, then I can edit it out, but I didn't figure it would matter. Because, if anything, you could say that there's not enough military personnel to patrol the boarder so the blockade was unsuccessful. (Even though zombies usually wouldn't find their way out)

Then I guess it's also safe to say that we can write ourselves out of the RP if we feel that we would normally die under those circumstances...
I don't believe I'm a pessimist, but rather a realist. I know I wouldn't live in a situation like that... So it might not be in the near future, but expect me to die!

I'm happy with how the story is progressing so far. It's made me appreciate dirty old paper in ways I never thought I could!

Seriously though, no-one's posted in like a week! I would be very disappointed if this great story went down the drain so early.
