Request Kino no Tabi Set

[SIZE="1"][COLOR="DarkSlateBlue"]Or just Kino's Journey. I've recently gotten back into my obsession for this series after I was cleaning my room and found my DVDs. So hense the request. I'm not looking for any specfic color scheme, but I do have a few pictures picked out.

I'd like this picture used for the [URL="http://s121.photobucket.com/albums/o234/XxChronoxRosettexX/Kinos%20Journey/?action=view¤t=KinosJourney2.jpg"]Banner[/URL]. The text at the bottom doesn't have to be included, I mainly want just Kino and Hermes, or part of Hermes. I want the the phrase, "Watching from above" or "Picking you up whenever you fall" or " No matter which direction you start it's always against the wind coming back" somewhere on the banner, but I don't want it to be the center of attention.

[size=1]Ok, I could take a stab at the banner, but I have one quick question before I go making this because I'm a little confused.

Alright, I don't watch this anime, or any anime for that matter, so I wouldn't know about the characters or anything. But, you do mention two characters in the banner image, and if I'm not mistaken there's only one character. Is the motorcycle named Kino or Hermes?

And just one more thing, haha. Sorry.
That stock you gave me is gonna be murder for me, the scanlines are gonna be a pain, but I'll see what I can do with it.

Boothten it be okay, but yeah Kino is the person and Hermes is the bike. Your comment about the picture had me thinking, and your not limited to that one or the one I'm linking. I tried to find one of better quality but, alas I couldn't. [size=1]Haha, ok, thanks. I was actually just finishing the banner I started with the first image. I'll save it though, and let you see it, just in case you like that one more.

One more question about the new image you linked, did you still want Hermes to be in the banner? He isn't part of the focal, and I didn't know whether or not you still wanted him in it.[/size]

[SIZE="1"][COLOR="DarkSlateBlue"]I dunno, I really didn't want Hermes to be the focus point in the first one, but its really up to you. I do like Hermes just as much as Kino, so it doesn't really make much of a difference to me.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

[size=1]Ok, I've finished them. I made two versions using the last image you provided. Like I said, I made one before you gave me a new image to work with, but I don't think I did very well on it. So, I'm not going to post it, haha. Unless you'd really like to see it, then I can send you the link in a PM. Just let me know.

As for the other two, there are some slight differences between the two. In the first one, there's a blending difference between some of the layers. Like I said though, the difference is really unnoticeable unless you saw the layers by themselves in Photoshop. There's also a 1 Pixel gray border, which I thought looked nice. lol
On the second one, there's a different photo filter used but I only set the opacity to that photofilter at like 15%, so it's not gonna look like much but it's there. There's no gray border in this one, just white.

To be honest, I've been having a little difficulty with text placement and just typography in general, but I think it came out looking nice.
I'll stop blabbering, haha, here you go. Just let me know if you'd like anything changed and I'll get working on it right away.

[SIZE="1"][COLOR="DarkSlateBlue"]At first I liked the first banner, with the gray border, but the longer I looked at, looking more at the detail, I deceided on the second one. I think the white border goes better with the text, for some reason. With the gray border, it doesn't seem to flow as much, I dunno that's just what I think. But still thank you so much for the banner! I really like it, the sweeping colors in the back are really cool ^_^[/COLOR][/SIZE]
