[spoiler]- Amazing fight with Count transcending universes - the Count says something about how Seras Valkyrie is behind everything and that the Shinigami are living a lie. suddenly he clutches his chest and laughs as he dies of a "heart attack". - Shinigami are all like "WTF" and the vampire girls want to follow them since they have no where to go. Aeru talks the others into letting them live because they haven't even lived a full human lifespan yet. - Shinigami have to make a choice between trying to discover the truth or going back to normal. - Suddenly, the members of the group, regardless of their decision, start getting attacked by fellow shinigami. The other shinigami don't really know why they were sent, but they are duty-bound and ruthless. - The dudes in the group are seriously fazed now and decide to hunt down the leader of Seras Valkyrie and interrogate her. - battles... PLOT TWIST HERE - After beating Seras Valkyrie they find out that the world as they know it is not as it seems, and that before there were ever shinigami, humans who died would move on to the next stage of life in faraway galaxies. However, the organization of heaven created shinigami to reap the souls of humans sending them to 'heaven' which is in fact a way of harvesting their souls for (insert maniacal purpose here) - At this point the Shinigami have unanimously decided that they have to kill "God" himself. - There is a crazy battle and all of the group ends up dying. When they die, their souls go to "heaven". In heaven, their souls are harvested, but their minds are sent into "euphoria". Each of the shinigami still knows that this is a trick, however they now must choose between escaping and fighting a possibly meaningless battle, or being allowed to experience euphoria for eternity. I just don't like not being informed one way or the other. :p And there's the fact that I like my character so I really do want to explore his background more since we've barely even scratched the surface. I mean, I can only cram so much action into a page and a half, especially with a full-out melee and the requisite dialogue, and it wouldn't be fair to hog the whole scene anyway. Heck, I haven't even started thinking about Isen's little filler yet, so it'll probably be Sunday before I have anything remotely concrete. (Nasty paper and a Saturday game.) In the meantime, if [COLOR="DarkRed"]Rach[/COLOR] or [COLOR="DarkRed"]SunfallE[/COLOR] want to finalize the Lucia-Alex-Nathan hookup, he's still moseying around the mansion, observing and analyzing and deducing and what. They're moving faster than he is, probably, so catching up won't be a problem; just have them follow their nose ? I mean, Nathan's aura. Feel free to throw in whatever oddball humor you can come up with. Nathan calmly walking into a door, for instance. (It wouldn't be out of character, what since he isn't yet aware that the shinigami can't go through these walls.) Since [[SIZE="1"]habitual name changer[/SIZE]] is not going to be a part of this I have Shalua trapped by the barrier that keeps the Shinigami inside the mansion. Like I did with Alex and the undead dragon. The idea being that Shalua was caught in a trap like Alex had been when the illusion was shattered. However, since she didn't deal with the illusion she was facing, the barrier meant to trap her there did not disappear like it should of. So she's fine, but stuck and probably madder than hell that the rest of us simply headed for the Count instead of trying to get her unstuck. :p Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
