Favorite Instruments

[FONT="Arial"]Now, this doesn't just have to be about your favorite instruments. Talk about your favorite brand, favorite strings/picks/drum heads/sticks/whatever, amplifier, effects, whatever.

Since I know how to play it the best, my favorite instrument is the guitar. I'm really picky when it comes to the outward appearance, though. I find any oblong shape (Flying V and such) completely ugly.

The Gibson Les Paul is the most beautiful guitar in the world.

I had the honor of playing one this evening (through a Marshall amp, which is my favorite amp brand) and it was absolutely AMAZING. I really really want that exact guitar, but any color is just as pretty. It's over a thousand dollars, though. :[

The only guitar with a double cut body that I like is the Gibson SG. Everything else is just kind of bleh looking. I don't like Fenders that much. (I'll have to play one live until I can get a new guitar, though, meh).

As for strings, I love D'addario. I'm not a strings connoisseur or anything, but I've been using D'addario since I've been able to restring my own guitar and the feel and sound great.

I think my second favorite instrument is probably the cello. It makes the most beautiful sound of all the bowed stringed instruments, in my opinion, and when I was in ninth grade I was obsessed with Rasputina (an amazing band that is made up of only cellos). [/FONT]

I play an epiphone which looks like a Les Paul but not as good.(because its not a gibson)Now I havent been playing guitar for very long but I know a thing or too about guitars.I would have to say my favorite kind of guitar would be a gibson sg.(not the double neck just the normal sg) I dont care what color it is considering its completely out of my price range.But hey its ok to dream right?

I really love bass guitars one of my favorite instruments ever.(love the deep sound) Im not sure what kind I want though.Oh well.My last favorite instrument is the trumpet.I know almost exactly what kind I want too.I would like a Bb silver(has to be) Vinncent Bach.

My favorite instrument is drums since I play them and have been playing for about 3 to 4 years.I'm self-taught and consider myself a pretty good drummer.I have a Pearl Export 5-piece standard set with a 4-piece Zildjian cymbal set, and Pearl hardware, Vic Firth drumsticks, and Remo drumheads.My second favorite instrument is the bass guitar because of the deep and low sound and most preferably an Ibanez bass with Behringer amp.My third favorite instrument is the synthesizer because of all the effects and sounds you can create with.And last but not least is the acoustic guitar because I like the folk like and calm sound of the acoustic guitar.

well, its mainly because my friends and sisters have our own band. We hang out in our garage and make up new chords to well know songs.:animesmil
