Aberinkula
Dude, you need serious grammer lessons. I think that S-cry-ed could use a sequel. But other than that, nothing is wrong with the anime I watch.
2010DigitalBoy
Is it not true that you enjoy Naruto? In which case, stupid anime is entirely YOUR FAULT. Anyway, I want to fix a LOT of dumb anime, though if I had to start somewhere, I'd erase all internet databases containing anything about Naruto or Inuyasha or any other such shows, then collect all merchandise and fans of these shows and burn them in a massive bonfire :animesigh
Sangome
lolwut? Anime ideas? Eradicate anything and everything related to Naruto. Outside of that, all the anime I watch is fine. Why would I watch them if they weren't? [Well, Bobobo is stupid...but it's SUPPOSED to be stupid, so that doesn't count].
Aaryanna
Whatsupmon, When starting a thread, try putting more content into it. Like what animes you think are stupid and why, and you could even give examples of how you could do better. You know, something to direct the topic and give people a place to start when discussing things. Anyway, if we want to get into stupid... Naruto, could serve as an example. It is a series that I think was choked by all the filler episodes made for it. So how would I improve it? Trim out all that extra stuff. XP
Tallgeese-
2007digitalboy, rage essay, just because you don't like them doesn't mean others don't enjoy them. Serious grammer? LOL, it's grammar..............
Rachmaninoff
I can understand not liking an anime, but actually going to the point of hating it? That just makes no sense really. XP There is plenty of stuff I don't care for but I certainly don't hate it. It's just a difference of preference really. Sure I might think it's stupid, but obviously it can't be that stupid or people wouldn't like it. Like Naruto. Those endless filler episodes turned me off, but it doesn't make the show stupid or give me reason to truly hate it. I would though if given a chance, simply trim out all the extra episodes since I did enjoy it at first. Oh and I'd only trim them out of my own collection, if others want to watch the fillers, who am I to deny them that? lol
Aberinkula
Naruto is bleh for me now. The story-line got old as hell. Sakura got EVEN MORE annoying, Naruto hasn't gotten anymore mature, and that bastard Sasuke left for Orochimari just to get strong enough to kill his brohter. Boo frickitey hoo Sasuke... boo frickitey hoo. Plus, Iv'e missed a lot of episods but I just don't care anymore. I don't want to cahnge anything because I've left it. Damn, I missed the new Blood+. >_>
Panache
I thought Elfen Lied was stupid. Blood, guts, boobs, moronic characters(you don't tell a person what money is for but you give them a ton of it...wtf?) and a rinky dink story don't make for a classic. I mean the charcterrs would have a choice and EVERY TIME without fail they would do the stupidest thing possible. Oh
"The crazy mutant just killed my family i'm sure our relationship will work out!"
Japan
If the show is annoying I stop watching it befiore it gets to the point of hating it. Revolver, if you hate the Naruto series then perhaps you'd like Naruto Time Skip where Naruto and them are a lot older and more mature. Sure
Lucy killed Kouta's dad and sister
, and while it may seem a bit insane for them to
fall in love
, I think that was one of the biggest elements/morals for Elfen Lied -- forgiveness. No one says it'll be easy to forgive, whether someone has wronged you IRL for the smallest things, such as stealing a pencil, or large things, such as murdering a loved one. The fact that
Kouta was able to forgive Lucy for what she did
is a highlight of the series IMO. It proves that it's possible, however hard. Nehszriah
I do not hate. I deplore. A vocabulary is one of the most splendid posessions you could have, my dear Whatsupmon. Punctuation might help too. Now what cheezes me off about anime is probably most likely a majority of the shojo genre. If I wanted to read a dime novel for females, I'd go to the used bookstore down the street and leave the Borders trips and internet browsing for some good shonen or action. I firstly enjoy anime because it is interesting and different, not cute, adorable and girly-emotional. So many girls in anime are so idiotic and stereotypical that I would simply rather read something where it is men kicking arse and being all macho than read something that's good soap oprea material. It becomes old quite quickly. I'm also not digging the huge shift to emo in popular culture as a whole. I can only take so much before it feels as if I am being slapped by a herring. ...and then there's Reign the Conquerer, because it melted my mind as a twelve-year-old. I do believe that there is just more than enough said there.

And I still see no reason why it should make sense for someone to actually hate a show. There are lots of shows out there that I find distasteful and don't care for, in more than just anime. Though I've yet to see a whole lot of anime. I simply think it's a waste of my time to hate something like an anime show that isn't even real but just a make believe story. The best example I could give, and I know it's not anime, is the re-make of Battlestar Galactica. I do not like it at all and think they took a show and essentially trashed it in the name of being melodramatic and soap opera-ish, just to get fans and ratings. Still, I don't hate it. Because doing so is a waste of my time really. Especially when all I have to do is quit watching a show if I don't care for it. And most especially when it's easy enough to hunt around and find something that I do like, in both regular shows and anime. I never watch something I don't care for long enough to actually hate it. And while we are at it. By no means am I saying someone shouldn't hate a show, I'm only saying that to me, it makes no sense. But then I've yet to run into something I truly hate, but then like I said, I never stick around for the rest if I don't like it to begin with. 2010DigitalBoy
LUNOX DOESN'T UNDERSTAND MOE!!!! Do me a favor and research Tsundere and yandere and then go watch Kanon, Kino's Journey, Gunslinger Girl, Neon Genesis Evangelion (the ORIGIN of moe), Mai-HiME, and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (just to name a few) then come back to me if you still have such contrived thoughts about moe. Also, Rach, go watch Ninja Ressurection. If you don't hate that, you aren't human.
Allamorph
And I still see no reason why it should make sense for someone to actually hate a show.
I hate the Jerry Springer show. It specializes in contriving situations where their cast members-of-the-day abandon all logic, reason, abstract reason, dignity, self-respect, and basic human intelligence for the sake of "being on television", at the same time catering to an essentially gladiatorial audience. Since I hate it, I refuse to watch it. Makes perfect sense to me. --------- Although I do not hate moe, or even "harem", I am not fond of it, and the presence of either aspect to a contrived standpoint begins to ruin a series for me. Eva was well-done. Fate/stay Night began to irritate me, even though I enjoyed the story. (And it wasn't the Shirō–Saber deal that bothered me. I actually liked that. It was the rest of the house being full of females for no reason at all except to make things awkward that I disliked. I could even have dealt with Sakura's presence, or Rin's. But having Saber, Taiga, Rin, Sakura, and Illyasviel all at once was just bothersome.) (And yes, I am aware of the origins of the series. Still doesn't mean the writers couldn't have tried to make sense of things. Lord have mercy. :p)

Although I do have my moments where I would say I hate this/that show mainly because "hate" is the first word that comes to mind when expressing feelings toward something I dislike. I, too, don't bother with trying to watch animes I know I'm not going to like. I've learned my lesson with Neon Genesis Evangelion. (I can see the rage now from the fans :D) I was already annoyed with the first few episodes until Asuka came into play, but after her appearance, I've became even more annoyed with it. (Shinji practically killed the entire series for me.) And with me listening to online folk, I decided to stick with it until the very end because I heard it gets better, or in my case, less annoying. :animesigh And besides, I lack the brain capacity to reel all that stuff in. So, yeah, I normally just avoid animes I know I'm not going to like from the get-go. Mainly by looking at pictures, and sneak peeks/previews and whatnot. Bad way to judge, but whatever. BTW. Moe? Harem? What?

I remember seeing the original when it first aired on TV, so naturally I was hyped about seeing the remake... That is until I actually saw it. I felt like they took one of my favorite shows as a kid and literally killed it. I finally had to quit watching it because of how much I hated what they did to it. That idiotic female Starbuck being one of the main offenders. I despise her in that role. XP Now getting back on topic... I haven't really run into an anime that I actually hate or many other shows for that matter either. For the same reason you mentioned. If I don't like it, I just quit watching it. And seeing how much I loathed watching more of Battlestar Galactica, it's probably just as well. I'd probably end up wasting my time disliking a show that I'll never watch again anyway. lol Right now other than some anime that I don't care for, I don't have any that I hate. But I do dislike InuYasha and Naruto, because I got tired of the show going on and on and having endless filler type episodes. So I just quit watching them. *shrug* But then just about any show that starts creeping towards the 100+ mark usually loses my interest. I just get tired of the show even if I like it. Even Detective Conan, and I like that show, but hell! It's got way to many episodes and movies! I'll be dead before they ever get around to releasing those over here in the US, if at all. And that... Is annoying. XP
