Welcome to the year 2132, and the world is in a very sad state. The supposed apocalypse has come, in the guise of war and disease. The majority of the world has fallen, leaving people to struggle to survive in a world gone horribly wrong.

In the year 2103, disease ripped apart the nations of Russia, The United States, Japan, Korea, France, Germany, and Canada. Wars soon broke out, the cause was fear of the unknown disease. But just as it sprung up, so too did it die out, leaving entire cities wiped out, the ruins all but forgotten.

In the year 2110, humanity began to rebuild, to make homes and cities. Only a mere 43% remained. Humans are hardy creatures, it's written into them to survive. And, as Humans persevered into the future, technology shot forth, unbridled in the advancements. One of human kind's greatest cities, Nar, is the pinnacle of society. It is the center of science and commerce. Bu, the outside world is vast, and curiosity and history speak for themselves.As such, humans began to adopt, and explore the once familiar world, now filled with hostile life. Those who were brave enough to go into the world, despite the danger, were often former mercenaries, as well as well paid to bring back data for scientists.

But, in 2120, it was realized that certain problems were growing in the 'Old World', the land uninhabited by society. Nuclear weapons, lying untouched, were being seized, and the world held ransom. But as it was so dangerous, people emerged to rectify those problems, though, that was not the original use for them, as they were simply free lance archeolgists, and treasure hunters.

The people themselves often come from various backgrounds. Some are elite mercenaries, some are wild life conservationalists, genetically enginered life forms, cyborgs, and even bureaucrats. And there are those yet from even odder backgrounds.

But, they work for their own means, and, if while out doing what hired to do, they get their own desires fulfilled, so much the better.

But, recently, many are being recruited for a mission like no other. The retrival of several key nuclear powered ships, reactors, and several priceless paintings. Also, while on the mission, record what is seen, and the condition of major structures through out the world.

The money is good, and going is tough. Are you ready to step up?

Prosthetics: Full battle body model #042-3234-41332 (interchangeable parts and functions titanium alloy casing)

Bio: At the age of 15, Dart was involved in a Top secret science experiment with hopes that a brain transfer at a young age was possible. It worked. Since then, Dart was trained to be a solider and a mercenary. Missing out on a normal life, Dart as a hard time getting close to most people. Dart came along the advertisement while looking for a job in the Mercenary's HQ. The money was enough to get him through 5 years. Dart went for the job offer.

Personality: Dart was secluded from kids at his age after the experiment for study. Dart has a hard time getting along with people. When he finally was released from his "prison", he became another merc for hirer at the age of 18. For a year now he has had a rough life.

Prosthetics: His entire right arm has been replaced with digital readouts that displays misson data, target information, and other information. A bionic left eye that helps his vision.

Bio: At age 13, Rey to far from what his parents reffered to as "the safe zone." He saw some stones fall from the walls. He thought nothing of it as he explored. He discovered some rathering interesting artifacts, but had no means of taking them back.

As he left, more rubble fall from the ceiling. He tripped as a, rather large chunk of concret fell on his right arm. He cried out in pain as a fragment cut across his face. He laid there motionless, praying that he would slip away. Rey recieved a piece of luck that he was found by a mercenary that was sent to explore the ruins.

He was takin to a facility where he was operated on after his concent. He was staring up at bright white lights for fourteen hours. His left eye had been replaced for his fighting preference, sniping.

Personality: Prefers to work in groups, to have someone cover close range. But exploreing alone suits Rey fine. Sometimes he needs to get away to cool his hot head.

Thanks to their special upbringing for their girl in the city of Bu, Fayina learned how to speak many languages and from her father she inherited his lust for treasure and adventure. Her father also taught her to defend herself, but necessity taught her how to use most of the weapons she prefers to use today. If Fayina had chosen to train as a mercenary, she would be a prodigy. However, she enjoys the hunt for rare artifacts more than being a gun for hire. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy the time that she gets when she picks up a firearm.

Recently though, Fayina's parents disappeared. She hopes to find them while finding treasure and making money (and a name for herself) along the way.

Prosthetics: His brain was placed within a new body, but his new body was made using his own genetic code, so it feels more natural to him.

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 255 lbs

History: He's a feral child, as it were. His body is still that of an 18 year old model, he never upgraded after that. He's a mutant by birth, and possesses psycho-kinetic abilities. He was made in a lab useing a synthetic protoplasm, and then was severly injured at a young age, and was placed into the next most advance prosthetic body available. He has lived his life as a tool, but recently, he became independant, and chose to return to his native land of Japan, to help those in need.

Personality: He's bright and freindly, and always more than ready for action. But even still, he has a cool head, and when cornered, his core temp runs just a little bit colder.

The prosthetics are made of a light-weight metal that increases her movements rather than slowing her. Due to her new limbs Julia is able to run and jump much higher than most people.

History: Relatively new to treasure hunting Julia faced a lift changing accident on her first excursions. Her long time boyfriend had been the one who had introduced this unique occupation to her and he was the one who had brought her along with him. The accident happen as they were packing up to leave, it happened so fast. There was a rumble and Julia blacked out, when she finally woke up she couldn't move her legs. Turning back she was shocked, her boyfriend was laying on top of her legs underneath a pile of rubble.

When the medics arrived their was no way to save her lover and she was equipped with her new legs. After this incident Julia backed away from her promising treasure hunting career.

Prosthetics: He has a chip in his brain, allowing him to use an engineered sixth sense.

History: Iah's entire body is a fifth generation experiment in genetic engineering. He, and his predecessors, is a scientific attempt to create a human representation of the historical figure his name is derived from. In short, he is the fifth attempt of this organization at creating the 'perfect man'.

He is not a mercenary. He is not a researcher. He isn't really an explorer of any kind. He left the research facility where he has slept every night of his life in search of some greater knowledge about himself. And the deity he is meant to reflect.

He does possess advanced hand-to-hand combat skills. He's also a clinical genius. But he carries no weapons. Nor would he know how to use any but the most basic of weapons, were they given to him.

Personality: He is warm and open, when spoken to. He'll laugh and joke, or delve into serious conversation, with all the sincerity and warmth of a grandparent. But he rarely speaks first. He's not shy, but he sees no value in speaking first, if he has nothing to say.

His sixth sense permeates his whole perception. Its extent is vast, allowing him to do anything from detect things before otherwise perceptible, to hear the thoughts of a particularly psycho-receptive mind. He does not, however, possess any telekinetic ability.

Name: Leon Johanason

Prosthetics: Leons whole left side of his body is supported by prosthetic parts. These act as replacements for his damaged nerves and allow him to move about without support.

History: The years since diseases ravaged the world had been hard for Leon, Originally from Denmark and eldest son of a family of traders; he himself nearly died from disease when he was only eleven years old. It was what happened once he began his life as a trader that his life changed for him though. He trod upon an unexploded frag mine while travelling along an abandoned road and lost the ability to use the left side of his body when shrapnel severed key nerves.

In an effort to test new technology, he was found and operated on by some Dutch scientists. It was the first time that they attempted to implant prosthetics to such a high degree and hey didn't care whether the subject survived or not. However, Leon did survive and was actually stronger than before. He began a new life as a freelance Soldier and part-time bodyguard, earning the calling name 'The Strong One' for his tendency to survive when most others would have died.

Personality: Leon is a very stubborn and headstrong man, having learnt from experience that a person has to struggle for survival. He dislikes those who complain about having difficulty with performing labour and he is rather cold to most pepole. However, he genuinly respects people wo are hard working or are survivors and has a tendency to ally himself with them.
