Manga my manga character

hi!
i really want to be a manga artist so im posting a picture of a character i did last night so i can see where im at and what other peoples views on my drawing is.
i draw straight on to the page and dont use step by step because i find it easier to draw it how it is i guess

[COLOR="DarkOrange"]Hmmm... well, I like you're drawing style (next time, try using blank paper, though ^^;; it also helps to have a scanner.) If you would, could you try drawing him in different poses or different facial expressions? In order to really get the feel for a character you need to see him in different poses, and besides you'll have to practice lot's of poses to do manga work. I remember back when I tried to draw manga (mind you, I could NEVER draw T_T) and I never bothered with poses - my characters looked the same in every panel >_< Otherwise, not off to a bad start, though you may want to look into a scanner. yes... a scanners on my christmas wishlist... at the moment i have to take the picture up to my grans and hold it up to the webcam... will do your poses and facial expressions and they should be up by tomorow!

2 face shots done. im surprised as side on is usually my worst style... but its endend up looking most like the character! lol oh well again tell me what you think. new poses should be up shortly:animeswea
