Art Goth Commission full colour

This was my last serious coloured image of 2007, maybe the last one with my mouse too as I got my tablet a few days after X-Mas and now I'm trying to get accustomed to it. I was hired by [url]http://ipavlo.deviantart.com/[/url] to do an anime style goth portrait of his girlfriend and based on the reference images and samples he showed me this is the end result of my labours.

Spent quite a bit of time doing the little detail stuff on this image, I'm pretty happy with it and so is the client.

All the little details are kind of awesome ♥I also love the color job~

only complaint is lack of variation in texture on the clothing T_T Everything looks very.. immobile? ^^; Like it's made of a hard material (vinyl? Plastic? Something something?)... I wish some of the folds looked more natural, particularly in the skirt. Unless you were going for this super hard material sort of look? In which case, carry on~

That's an awesome picture. I like the attention to detail that you have worked so hard on, every little thing on the picture (and there are lots) looks awesome. I also like your use of lighting effects.

Yeah, I was actually going for the hard look for the clothes, I didn't want typical cloth look at all, thus the plastic-y look.
