To directly answer your question, though, you can make a link out of anything by using the URL tag like this:

[indent][url[size=2]=[/size]http://www.otakuboards.com/misc.php?do=bbcode]vB Code List[/url][/indent]

Which shows up as this:
[indent][url=http://www.otakuboards.com/misc.php?do=bbcode]vB Code List[/url][/indent][/color]
