Epitome
Is it possible to make a permanent change in font, size, color, etc., so that you don't have to type in "[*size=1][*/size]" before and after every post? I was just curious.
Desbreko
No, it isn't. I haven't been able to find a hack for vB 3.6 to do this, either. It's been a long requested feature.
James
Ditto to what Des said. As a footnote, I hope that the next full version of vB has this feature. Although there are newer versions of vB available, I believe they are indeed working on Version 4. I've heard that will be quite different but I don't know much about it at this stage. Although I suspect that if it comes time to move to vB 4, it'd also be time for major overhauls here as well. [/end major tangent]

Boo
Strangely I'm sure that I've seen this feature before, though I think it was an older version of vB, like 4 years ago... Hm... Don't worry, my memory might fail. Must be all the hallucinating smell in the Netherlands.
Desbreko
I'm pretty sure there were indeed hacks to do this on older versions of vB. (It might've been 3.5, I can't remember.) After we upgraded from 3.0 I remember going and looking for it and being disappointed that I couldn't find it for 3.6. I checked again when this thread was posted and still nothing. Maybe there'll be one for 3.7.
Ellerby
Hah, I've just gotten used to highlighting all of my post and then selecting Tahoma and Dim Gray. It doesn't take very long so a permanent change wouldn't make that much of a difference, though it would be nice. It's cool that after the last update text now stays highlighted even after you select your font, size or colour.
