The day has come and the original Agent 007, international super spy James Bond, must retire silently from the Secret Intelligence Service. The 007 persona, however, will not go with him. Instead, the SIS has made a motion to recruit a select group of pre-qualified talents from such organizations as the military, FBI, and CIA with the intention of hiring only the one who has proved him or herself most worthy of continuing the 007 charge.

Leading the recruitment is 007?s commanding officer, M. In order to determine which of the rookies will rise above the rest to become the SIS?s new licensed-to-kill agent, all of the recruits shall be subjected to an intense program- so intense, in fact, that most will run the risk of death?

In light of the upcoming retirement of one James Bond, a.k.a. Agent 007, it is the priority of the Secret Intelligence Service (henceforth referred to as the SIS) to contact the brightest, the boldest, and the best of all inter-related agencies. Each of you has been personally located due to your respective credentials, reputations, and ranks within your organizations.

All of the members recruited will receive a task from M, in which they will use all possessed cunning, intelligence, and skill to complete the said task. At the conclusion of each assignment, one hopeful will be given a letter of release, stating their elimination from the Program. The Finalists (the last three members) will be given a Terminal Assignment. The winner of the Terminal Assignment will be named the new Agent 007.

Further information will be given after the collection of [goal] twelve members.
