Comparing the systems

Lately, I've seen arguements about which Gundam has the best cockpit system or the newtypes can outperform the Zero System or whichever. Well, in those arguements, I never saw anyone mention the MTS or the Mobile trance System from G Gundam. This cockpit system is a complete standard to all the Gundams. However, the pilot doesn't rely on the Gundam's abilities but he/she relies on their own ability to fight. The bad part about this is that they have to wear a spandex-like suit to control the system. omething like Batman Beyonds suit where theres all those wires below the out layer. Here's the complete drawback to the MTS: when the Gundam is hit in a certain area, the pilot feels it. So basically, if the Gundam is being crushed, the pilot feels like he/she is being crushed.
So here are my and only my conclusions:
Zero System: Only enhances the pilot's brainwaves to increase reaction time in combat.

Newtypes: Use telepathy or watever to enhance the Gundams' abilities or something like that.

MTS: Pilots relies on their own fighting abilities. Only enhancement is that their Gundams are effective fighting machines.

so the Gundams with MTS are..in a way like evas? I mean as in the pilot feels what the mecha is going through? I never knew there was a system like that on a gundam..but then again..i'm not a gundamn expert..lol

I've seen Gundams battles and I hate to be in a war with a system like that. The MTS would be great for a one on one fight. However, like in a war, I'd have to go with the Zero system and if it involves more then 3-4 gundams fighting. I don't knwo much on the Newtypes, can someone elaborate me on that? :)

Here is some information about Newtypes:

The term Newtype is introduced by Zeon Dumkin, the founder of Zeon. He believe it is the next step in human evolution. After the established of Colonies in outerspace, people living there has developed a stronger sense for the envorinment around them. As people on Earth normally only use 25% of their brains' capacity, Newtypes are using a higher proportion of their brains. Comparing to "normal" people, they are like super human mentally; therefore, they become experimental subjects for government\military. It is hard to determine what Newtype power is as there are so few testing subjects.

In UC, world is saturated with Minosky's particales casuing failure in radar and many other communication equipments. As many Newtypes have telepathing ability, the military believe they can be better soilders as they can predict enemy location and moves without the help of machine. The idea of training Newtypes comes around the end of OYW when both EF and Zeon are getting frustrated about the war. Since strong natural Newtypes are hard to find, enhanced human are developed to simulate the power of Newtypes but they are far from perfect.

The power of Newtype varies from person to person. Many believe the Newtypes can see and hear the events in near future so they can predict enemy moves and can communicate mentally. Some stronger Newtypes can even control machines such as funnels and bits. More importantly, they can "feel" the enemies. So, are Newtypes invincible? They are just as human as anyone else in the world. They cannot suvive a 50m fall or a huge explosion. Newtypes are not freaks or any super human. Everyone can be a Newtype if they go through the evolution in space.

the reason why you never see an eva pilot hurt on the feet, is because the eva is never HIT on the feet, lol, when an eva is strangled by the neck, you can see the same effect on the pilot, when an eva is being merged with, my an angel, you can see the vein lines all over the pilots body....

so yes, the eva system is very similar to mts....

they don't always use the suits in g gundam, at least, domon sometimes doesn't, he just whistel for shining gundam and jumps right on it....
