Heartless Me
Well i've been gone for a while so coming back I thought I would start something fun, so here goes. It's a game of life and death. Or is it life after death? One way or another, all of the players who's sign ups become accepted will find their characters dying somehow and eventually waking up in an empty apartment overlooking tokyo. On the inside it appears all the doors are locked and the handles may not be touched. Inside the room the only thing that can be found is a large black ball approximately six feet in diameter. It is seemingly infinitely heavy. After a short time a song starts to play and the ball instructs them to kill a certain demon/alien/human, to what reason nobody knows. The black ball does not discriminate against age, race, nationality, sex, religion, anything at all really. The Gants takes people from all walks of life as well. It doesn't matter how one died. Murder, Accident, Suicide, Disease... It just takes people to participate. To name a few examples, one was a polititian who had a heart attack, there was a mexican boxer shot town in a massive suicide visiting tokyo, a five year old boy beat to death by her mothers boyfriend, a woman who was gang raped in a car by four men(these men ended up in the room as well) the list goes on. It provides the group with weapons, equipment, and unusual bodysuits which increase their physical prowess greatly. Character Sign up. Name- Age- Gender- Nationality-(most of you should/will be Japanese) Description-(either a paragraph description or a picture will do too.) Background-(no more than one paragraph needed unless you want more) Scene of death-(here is the game breaker. This is how I will be really judging to allow you into the roleplay. Please set up a scene where your character dies for when you wake up in the room.) NOTE: Just as this anime/manga has a High mortality rate so to does this roleplay. Do not expect all of your characters to survive the first hunt but if you do congrats. Also I would like one person who has seen the anime or read the manga to pm me for i have special detail to discuss. Thank you and I hope to see many people audition! Drizzt Do'urden
Name: Staff Sergeant Tyler "Lone Wolf" Michaels Age: 25 Gender:Male Nationality: American Description:http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa71/anyelaaleyna/anime%20guy/anime123.jpg Background: Tyler earned the name "Lone Wolf" after he was forced out of his ParaRescue squadron in the Air Force and forced into a black ops squad for leaving his team behind to pursue combat. Never uttering more than a few words he totally focus' on the mission and rarley speaks. He watches his teammates backs, but is still rarely trusted by them due to his "loner" personality. Scene of Death: "Oh My god my leg!" Came a cry from behind him. Tyler could tell just from the sound of the cry it was over for him. Without even looking he knew the grenade that came sailing in above his head, landed just below Private Johns, the newest member of the squad, and went off. The cry of pain quickly turned into a disgusting gurgling noise Ty knew so well. "Sergeant Michaels, how many do we have left?" Came colonel Wheeler over the com link. Sometimes Ty just wanted to plug him himself, save him some trouble. "Only me and Dancer sir" Ty heard a snap to his left and before the soldier could even pull the trigger Ty dove, drew his M9 and only fired one round. Bingo it hit it's mark and the bullet drove into the mains brain. A noise behind him, this time he knew it was Dancer. Dancer was Ty's one friend. The only person he'd ever confided in. She was as hard as he was, harder maybe, and somehow she was even colder. "Anyone left Wolf?" She knew the answer before she even asked it. "No. Just me, you, and about 50 more soon-to-be dead bodies in front of us." She smiled after he verified what she assumed "Good, it's better this way. You want to do it old school?" She asked as she withdrew her twin Kitana's. "You know me all to well Dancer" Ty said as he drew his broad sword. It was as big as he was, yet he could weild it with one hand. "Hope you enjoy the view, because you're going to see a lot of it Wolf" Dancer laughed as she ran ahead. Leading the way as always, the two worked perfectally together. She'd cut a path of destruction, straight through, and when the ones she'd miss poped out to shoot her in the back wolf would come through swing his broad sword and using his M9 on the ones he couldn't reach. Though she made the comment about her ass before she left Wolf knew he wouldn't see it, she'd be 100 yards ahead before he took his first steps. She was fast...he was stronger. They made a fantastic team. Three quarters of the way through the controlled chaos. Ty picked up a signal over his com-link. "Dancer this is Wheeler copy?" "Sort've busy Colonel...wait Scratch that I'm all done." " Dancer, Wolf is to be terminated copy? He's become compromised and must be exterminated." "Copy that Colonel, I'll radio you when it's over." Ty smiled as he poped out into the clearing he knew she'd be in. She had her weapons in hand facing him. "I knew you modified that com-link wolf. No matter, I couldn't have caught you off guard anyways." Ty didn't say a word, he didn't have too. He would've done the same thing, he did wish they didn't even bother using the term "compromised' though. They knew damn well he wasn't and so did she. But orders are orders an it had to happen. Blades clashed, Dancer was weaker but faster. Though she needed two blades to block the force of Ty's blows. She snuck kick after kick after punch in on him. Tying to tire him out, what she didn't know was Ty was able to use his sword with one hand. He'd always waited till she was out of sight to do it, knowing this day would come. After they'd been at it for a few minutes, and he let her get a few licks in. He swung his blade as though he was swinging a baseball bat for the fences. "Stupid mistake wolf" She sneered as she paried his blow with her blades, and quickly droped into a roll. She came up beside him thrusting her blades thinking him off balance. Instead he knocked both her hands away with his free hand. The surprise and the force made her drop her katanas. Without skipping a beat he grabbed her throat and launched her into a tree. She hit with a thud and slid to the ground. He approached her and something unexpected happened. A soldier burst through the woods behind Ty and opened fire. "Damn I guess I missed one" The wounded Dancer smirked. Ty charged the soldier, who was missing horribly. Ty's blade met the man's midsection and he was lifted off the ground. "Stupid punk" Ty scoffed. Suddenly a blade ripped through his chest, piercing a lung. And then came the second piercing the other. Blood quickly filling his lungs and choking him off he heard Dancer whisper in his ear. "Sorry hun, you should've finished me first." Ty wasn't sure if she heard what he said, it didn't matter. The explosion that rocked them both was probably all she heard. Expecting her to do what she did Ty pulled the pins on all three of the mans grenades he had on his belt after he plunged his blade into him. As everything went dark, the last thing he said was the last thing he could think of. " Thanks dancer, not being able to kill you to your face showed me I'm still human afterall"... OOC: I'm sorry to add this, but I'm not sure if you want me to talk about how I wake up in the room or not. You said you want a death scene "for when you wake up in the room" So please don't not accept me because I didn't do a wake up post. Just let me know if I should've went as far as waking up or not.
