Anime DBZ SSJ4 Gohan// even if halfblood he could've gone if he trained

People saying that gohan can't go ssj4 becuz he's only half saiyan but for him I think he could've gone.

1.He only got weak in buu saga becuz he hadn't trained for years

2.After he went mystic he outranked ssj3

3. He's halfblood, but HE WAS BORN WIT A TAIL

if they got goku's tail back and vegeta's back, then gohan should've able to get his back and been strong enough if trained and they pulled it out. We know he went into uuzaru state before, then he should've been able to go golden later on if they got his tail back--- then on to ssj4.

Goten and Trunks couldn't cuz they didn't have taila, but gohan did b4.

I know he got weak later on but if he didn I think it was possible he could go ssj4.
