Mobile Suit Gundam Generations

-Background-

The year is Galactic Era 150. Mankind has ushered in a new age of prosperity, with beautiful cities constructed on the Moon (Luna), and floating cities in space called space colonies. Under the guidance of an organization called the Judge Senate, mankind has rid itself of war, pollution and hunger. Sickness is almost a thing of the past, and crime has dropped tremendously. Weapon regulation is almost completely controlled by the Judge Senate. However, as history has shown time and time again, peace can only last so long. Tension occasionally rises, and the Judges quickly wipe it from existence. Many feel as though they are being oppressed by the Judge Senate. Eventually, envy will often rear it's ugly head, along with greed. There have been several issues concerning trade between the Colonies, Luna, and Earth. And thus, the winds of change are blowing. Five years earlier, in Galactic Era 145, several satellites detected an unknown phenomenon in deep space. A few days later, numerous large objects, believed to be highly metallic, flew through the earth sphere, landing in various locations on Earth, Luna, and mining colonies. The Judge Senate conducted an investigation, but nothing was found... officially.

-Details-

So there's the basic background story. The objects that crash landed were mobile suits, large mechanized weapons (giant robot). The mobile suits are popular mobile suits from different gundam series. You will NOT pilot the mobile suits that landed. However, when organizations find them, they study the technology, which may or may not result in the creation of other mobile suits, which is something the Judge Senate would not approve of. Whatever mobile suit you or your organization find will grant you the technology of that mobile suit. You decide how that technology is used. It would be nice to see multiple organizations used, such as underground resistance groups, businesses (such as trade businesses), or even the Judge Senate. Be creative, you can even join an organization someone else created. As for your character, you can pretty much do what you want, just remember that Gundam usually consists of realistic science fiction, so I don't want to see someone with magic or special powers. As for the Judge Senate, nobody can be part of the senate, and they are to remain very mysterious and somewhat feared.

-Sign Up Sheet-

Name: Your name
Age and Gender: Self explanatory
Organization Information: Information about what organization you are affiliated with.
Technology Basis: Which mobile suit your organization found. See the list below.
Character Bio: Give information about your character. They should have a reason for what they're doing and why they're in the organization they're in.
Mobile Suit: This isn't required, but I doubt anyone is going to join a Gundam RPG without wanting to pilot a mobile suit. Your Mobile suit cannot be ultra powerful (it must have realistic boundaries), and give some information about it's armorments and such. Tell what type it is: prototypes (used for testing new technology and are usually more powerful), mass produced mobile suits (general purpose mobile suits), and custom mobile suits (mass produced mobile suits that are modified to suit the pilot or become more powerful). Remember, new technology replaces old technology, so your first mobile suit will become obsolete by the end of the series. You can then create another MS, possibly even a Gundam. Do not use any pre-existing mobile suits, be creative.

-Mobie Weapons and Technology:-

Nu Gundam (Char's Counterattack)
Technology: Psycommu system: A system in the cockpit able to pick up on the pilot's brainwaves and translate them into commands the mobile suit can use. This system is immune to signal interference.
Fin Funnel System: Weapons that separate themselves from the mobile suit and attack independently, controlled by a psycommu system.
Minovsky Generator: Generates power for the mobile suits, and also releases Minovsky particles, which have a tenancy to cause interference in various signals.

God Gundam (G Gundam)
Technology: Mobile Trace System: Unique cockpit system that applies motion sensors to the pilot's body, and translates their movements to the mobile suit.
Hyper Reactor: Energy generating reactor that can result in conducting energy and turning it into a weapon (think Hadouken). May also overload under certain conditions and supercharge the mobile suit for a limited period of time.

Wing Zero (Gundam Wing)
Technology: Gundanium Alloid: Specially made alloid that is light and extremely durable (even past that of Lunar Titanium), but is costly to make.
Trans-armor: Specially designed armor on the mobile suit that allows it to shift it's form quickly. (transforming)
Zero System: An advanced cockpit program that receives data from the pilots brain, calculates outcomes and possibilities, and sends them back to the pilot's brain. May result in hallucinations and possible loss of sanity during combat.

Freedom G.U.N.D.A.M. (Gundam Seed)
Nuclear reactor: A long lost, and highly dangerous technology. Allows the splitting of atoms, which can be used as a near infinite power source or a destructive weapon.
Neutron Jammer Canceler: It appears to have been designed to block the affect of another device, yet that device does not exist in this world.
Phase Shift Armor: External armor that generates a thin barrier of energy on the armor, making it highly resistant to attacks. Has a limited time when used on a normal power source. When inactive, the mobile suit's armor is a dull gray color.

Unknown mobile armor (G Gundam)
Mobile Trace system: heavily damaged
Hyper Reactor: heavily damaged
DG Cells: Unusual micromachine. It appears to be able to sync with nearby active cells, and has it's own power generator. Highly intelligent, it has the ability to repair whatever machinery it's attached to. These are currently inactive.

-Other Notes-

Have fun with this, if you have any questions, let me know. I'll post my signup sheet soon. I left out other technical details about the mobile suits, as they are unnecessary.

I'm liking the revamp rider.

Name: Private Greg Johnson

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Organization Information: "Nameless Ones "(A small rebel unit based within the earth itself)

Technology Basis: God Gundam

Character Bio: At a young age, Greg watched his father killed by an extermination squad sent by the Judges. Since then Greg has been watching and waiting to get his chance. Finally one day Greg was out trailing a group of the judges exterminators piloting Mobile Suits. The led him straight to a rebel hide out where a battle broke out. Greg had never seen a Mobile Suit battle in person, and sufficite to say he was amazed. That amazement quickly turned to horror as one by one the rebels were eliminated.

Greg noticed one unmaned Mobile Suit that looked similar to the ones piloted by the rebels, thinking this his chance to aid the rebels he got into the cockpit and began pushing every button he could. Suddenly his seat tipped back, throwing Greg through a small door in the cockpit. He got to his feet and couldn't believe what he saw; He could see the battle...through the gundam's eyes. Everything was around him, he looked to his hands and saw a blue outline of the gundam's hands. His legs his face, everything looked like the mobile suit. He could see the weapons attached to his body through this VR program and reached for the whip with a smile on his face...

After the battle was one, the squad leader told Greg of the "nameless ones", a group of rebels whose soul goal was the destruction of the Judges. Seeing this as his opportunity of a lifetime, greg joined without hesitation and was given his own mobile suit.

Mobile Suit: GD2473: God 2473 type Gundam was the same suit Greg lept into during his first battle. It's VR technology is unlike any ever seen, small motion sensors line the room which is lined with screens displaying a 360 view of everything going around the mobile suit. VR projectors show where the weapons are located, making it within an arms reach of the pilot. Using the God Gundam prototype, the nameless one's scientists have adapted this model to be able to use more energy for it's "energy blasts". The only drawback is no way has been found to control the "supercharge" mode in which the mobile suits stats are more than doubled for a short period of time. These times usually result in momentay power losses, sometimes lasting for a full minute.

The gundam is armed with an array of weapons, most notibly the whip made out of Lunar Titanium. Other weapons are able to be switched, but Greg usually sticks with a model of a 45 desert eagle, and energy knife for close combat.

Name: Alexander “Faust” Faustus
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Organization Information: Golden Echelons Incorporated- Located on Luna, this corporation is the primary provider of technology for Space Colonies and Luna itself.

Technology Basis: Nu Gundam

Character Bio: Faust has only suffered one blow from the Judge Senate, and it’s impacted him relatively little, though the incident was just enough to cause him to oppose the Judges. Faust was orphaned at childhood because his parents were members of the Judge Senate who simply felt they had no time for a child, and decided it would be far more practical to just give up their son. He grew up in a nice household nonetheless, so even knowing he was orphaned, he never cared much to discover more about his family other than what the orphanage relayed to his new family.

As a child, he was discovered to be highly intelligent and proficient with technology, and this interest and ability only increased throughout the years. By the age of 16, he could hack almost any system, could improve the output and performance of all of the machinery in his house, and was even inventing new items that he would sell to smalltime corporations. These activities caught the interest of Golden Echelons Inc. and they offered him a scholarship through college, and offered to hire him once his schooling was completed. It was during his time in college that the “great mechanical gods descended from the sky”.

The moment he began working for Golden Echelons, they placed him in the W.R.A.R- “Weapons Renewal And Recreation”- section of the company; a legitimate subdivision of the weapons department devoted to restoring older technology and recreating and modifying it. Publicly, that was what that department was known for. It’s secret experimentation had more or less the same parameters- only all of their work focused on fixing the fallen Gundam and mass producing slightly inferior mobile suits both for sale and for personal use.

Faust and his team made numerous repairs and modifications in no time flat, and helped dramatically increase the output of mass produced mobile suits. Atop of this, Faust has interwoven a new set of subsystems into the Pyscommu system as a backup and an augment- however, that technology is still highly experimental and is only used in Faust’s customized mobile suit, given to him by company so that he can act as a mercenary of sorts for the company. Though employed by Golden Echelons, he can “merc” himself out to other organizations and groups for a profit, and whatever money he makes is immediately given to Golden Echelons. In exchange, Faust is allowed to keep his mobile suit personally and keep and future upgraded mobile suits, and all of his living expenses are paid for by the company.

This has granted Faust an extensive knowledge of the other Gundam prototypes; however, due to his strong sense of honor, Faust refuses to reveal the blueprints of any organization’s model to any rival organizations, even his own benefactors, and doesn’t use any of the rival technology in his own personal work.

Mobile Suit: Rx93-5274 [Gundam Model- Number Produced]- The design is somewhat slimmer than the Nu Gundam, so Faust could make the moves performed through the Psycommus system more fluid and life-like. The color scheme is the same, and it houses the same weapons as the original Rx93 Nu Gundam: a fin funnel system, a beam saber, a beam rifle, and two head vulcan rifles. Faust customized his mobile suit with a number of fail safes and complimentary technology, as well. To compliment the Pyscommu system and relieve [somewhat] the stress of mentally control the Mobile Suit, he’s installed a massive keyboard and dual analog sticks. By pressing a preset combination of buttons the mobile suit will automatically perform an action, and he can use the pyscommu system to specify the parameters of the attack [like style, direction, etc]. If the Pyscommu system fails he can rely solely on this keyboard, and if the keyboard fails [in chance of extremely bad luck] he can use the analog sticks to control the Mobile Suit- much, much less efficiently.

There are still plenty of drawbacks to his mobile suit, however. Piloting the Mobile Suit with the Psycommu system is extremely trying, even when using the most minimal amount of brain power. The Mobile Suit’s performance, despite the modifications, is still relatively choppy and less life like than God Gundam prototypes. Also, although his mobile suit is highly efficient at following commands, if Faust’s mind strays or he is overwhelmed with thought, his suit may stall, perform incorrect commands, or shut down all together. The process of bringing his mobile suit back to life usually takes a minute, but in the case of a mental breakdown, the suit may never come back to life, or may go berserk.

Lastly, momentary stalling may also occur if his Mobile Suit is struck with a particularly powerful blow. Upon being struck, first the pain will render, than his mind is filled with a blank white space. This white space renders the MS immobile, and is somewhat difficult to recover from.

Name: Tendou Souji
Age and Gender: Male 21
Organization Information: Judge Marines
Technology Basis: Unknown Mobile Armor
Character Bio: Tendou is an elite soldier in the Judge Marines. He is often considered the greatest soldier in the army, unmatched in skill. He began fighting for the Judges at the young age of 15, after receiving permission due to the fact that his parents were both in the Senate. He had a loving relationship with his parents, until his mother was killed in a terrorist attack against the Judges when he was 14. Seeing potential in him, he was put into special training and granted a rank once he turned 15. He is highly intelligent, strong, and excellent at both hand-to-hand combat and piloting. He has been given special privileges by the Judges, and in return pledges loyalty to the Senate. He fights to make the world a better face, so that nobody else has to, and to prevent another incident like his mother's death.
Mobile Suit: JU03C - Tremor Command Type
The Tremor was the first Mass Produced Mobile Suit the Judges developed. Compared to the other Mobile Suits that are being illegally produced, it suffers from low mobility due to an older cockpit type based on that of a fighter jet, and low output. However, for every mobile suit that is illegally produced, the Judges can afford to produce two Tremors, and train better pilots. The Tremor makes up for low output by having all it's weapons self-powered. While this does not affect lead and missile based weapons, it hinders energy based weapons, as they must charge themselves. The Tremor Command Type is similar in design to basic Tremor, but benefits from a few extra features, such as higher output and satellite uplink. The Judges have a large network of satellites set up around the Earth and Luna. Many of these are equipped with weapons and solar panels. A mobile suit with a satellite uplink can not only receive data from these satellites, but also receive quick bursts of energy to power better weaponry, receive better views of battlefields, and even receive support from the satellites. The Tremor Command type can relay commands to it's allied mobile suits during battle. Basic Tremor armorments include heat sword, switchable shoulder mounts (vulcans, rockets, or grenades), and machine guns or charge lasers. The command type has access to a solar uplink cannon and a satellite crossbow. The Judges are also in development of a new Command weapon called the "Cell Cannon".

Guest The Red Star
Name:

Tonoguchi Katsuhito, Christophe

Age:

25

Gender:

Male

Organization Information:

Operation Freedom ("Colony based group dedicated to dealing with the eradication of the Earth based "Judge Senate")

Technology Basis:

Freedom Gundam

Character Bio:

Originally a colonist oppressed by the Judge Senate it was Katsuhito's goal to change the system. He fell into a bad crowd of people during his youth and felt even more oppression from the law. After his scrapes with the law he was sent to live with a reclusive uncle in the colonies.

His name was Alexandre Christophe Brousseau IV. The reclusive uncle happened to be a social elite with many connections in the colonies His reclusive act was just to avoid attention from the authorities bent of stamping out the resistance to the Judge Senate. This reclusive uncle secretly was a member of the group known today as Operation Freedom.

Operation Freedom was so named for the mobile suit that was found in the outer skirts of the mining colonies. Offically his excellency's report, the honorable chairman of the investigation section, reported a mobile suit found only hours after Alexandre's team of specialized individuals moved it to a special location.

Katsuhito was chosen to be the hope of the people. Freedom as the Gundam system would say as it was decoded. Katsuhito quickly picked up the basic controls, but the more he accessed the system the more it seemed to be inefficient. Thus he and the system would continue to be rewritten to become the pair they are meant to be.

Mobile Suit:
Freedom Prototype ALEXANDRE
Unable to replicate the nuclear reactor that gives the Freedom Gundam its near unlimited power, this model is equipped with a battery pack that can sustain the unit for three hours of sustained flight and one hour of combat. This model lacks any beam based cannons as that would increase the drain on this prototype's life span. Comes with dual beam sabers combined with Katshuhito's study of the Iaijutsu sword style. Mounted Vulcan cannons exist, but are mostly used to distraction.

Draco's father was the Leader of the Scavengers at the time. He would hire Faust from Golden Echelons Inc. to help figure out the Gundam and figure some type of MPM (Mass Produced Model). Draco was 14 when his father hired Faust to begin working on a model to mass produced. Withing 3 years, Scavengers had a working prototypes. The first was the model, WZ-01PTA, made its pilots insane. In one year the command control the model WZ-01PTB. Draco piloted the first succesfull WZ-01PTB. It seemed the Wing Zeros command didnt make Draco insane or give him hallucinations. 19 other pilots are currently using the same model for use in mainstream. So far its been good tests till the Judge Senate stepped in and kill all the Scavengers engineers that was working on the product. That include his dad. When Draco found out, he contacted Faust for help modiifing his model to be combat ready but easy to repair.

Model Type: WZ-01PTB Its main weapon is a 8 barrel 45mm gatling gun. Secondary weapons include Scater missiles and a saber.

Command Type: Wing Zero Tremor System. (Meaning watch Gundam Wing. The pilots are sitting down.)

Organization Information: Operation Freedom

Technology Basis: Freedom Gundam

Bio:Kagami was born an orphan. His mother got ride of him at birth and no one ever seen her again. One of the nurses at the hospital that couldn’t have children took Kagami in as her own. As time went on and he got older she noticed that he was not like any average kid. If he would see someone do something he could he could mimic it almost exactly. As he got older he would learn things faster then normal people. His step mother began to think about his future and what would happened if someone found out about what he could do. Not knowing what to do she sent Kagami to the only person she could trust, Alexandre Christophe Brousseau IV. Kagami joined Operation Freedom as one of their mechanics. He was part of the team that worked on the prototype ALEXANDRE. The team that he is with main focus has been trying to replicate the nuclear reactor but has been unable to do so but Kagami refuses to give up. During the time he wasn’t work on the reactor he sent working on his own mobile suit. To help aid Katsuhito in his quest.

The suit is armed with weapons effective only in close quarters, avoiding ranged weaponry entirely. The main weapons are two beam sabers. One of the sabers is stored inside its shoulders. The second saber extends from the left forearm. The forearm saber is connected directly to the suit's power source, allowing its length and strength to be adjusted significantly to cut through even heavily armored mobile suits. The third weapon is its tail. The tail extends and the tip opens up like a claw. That could be use as bring an enemy closer of rip through a vulnerable spot.

I doubt it dude and Freedom Gundam is already taken. Actually the only one not taken by other people is the God Gundam (Or G Gundum that ran on Cartoon Network). G Gundam are close range combat so your MS is suitable to the class.

Lets see what Masked Raider says next.
