Chapter I
THE JEDI’S BOUNTY


Chaos! The Galaxy is in
turmoil and on the brink of
war! The Empire of the
Sith is spreading , and the
Republic’s hold over the
outlying star systems is
waning.

The Jedi cannot combat
this threat alone. The
Chancellor of the Galactic
Republic has put a hefty
bounty on the heads of
the enemies of the Republic.
Bounty hunters from the far
reaches of the Galaxy have
taken up the quest.

Meanwhile, the Chancellor
has secretly dispatched
three Jedi Knights to the
Almas star system in the
heart of the Sith Empire to
apprehend the dark lord
Darth Riven… [/B]

EDIT:
Our story begins in the Almas star system hundreds of years before Episode I. The Galactic Republic is without an army and relies on the Jedi Knights and guns for hire to battle against the vicious Sith Empire. The dark Lord Darth Riven has just arrived on the ice world Almas to oversee command of the Empire's Sith army. Years before the Rule of Two, the Sith Lords number in the thousands. The Republic's forces lie in wait on the outskirts of the solar system , awaiting word from three Jedi Knights that have secretly landed on Almas in an attempt to seize Darth Riven. However, hiding just beyond the planet's horizon the Empirial fleet is planning a surprise attack on the Republic's star ships. Battle lies in wait.

Your character will either be fighting with the Sith Empire or the Galactic Republic, or possibly a gun for hire on either side (space pirate, bounty hunter, etc...).

Republic: No word has yet been received from the three Jedi sent down to Almas. Your character is part of a rescue team that is sent down to Almas to find out what happened to the Jedi.

Empire: Your commander picks up the Republic's rescue ship on radar. You are part of a team that is to intercept and destroy the rescue team on Almas.

The three Jedi knights and Darth Riven will be third party characters (as their time in this story will be short lived).

Your characters options are pretty much endless here. Anything that fits into this story is allowed.

Bio: Draco was orphaned before he could walk by bounty hunters. The bounty hunters where paid to kill both his parents but their employer did not say anything about a kid. They decided to take him in and raise him to be the very best bounty hunter. By the time he was 16, he had his own ship and specially fitted armor. To most bounty hunters, he is the youngest ever known bounty hunter in existence.

He really never wanted for his name to be famous. It was a mean to survive not to be famous. When he turned 18, he left the bounty hunters. Never knowning the horribale that was done when he was a baby. So he wonders around the galaxy in a used space ship thats falling apart. When he heard that the Republic was hiring anyone who would go after their enemies for a very hefty sum of credits. He saw this has a chance to get a better ship that actually was faster than his clunker.

So he went to a Republic Cruiser to apply for any bounty he could.

[B]Appearance:[/B] Kryos has the standard short Imperial military haircut with dark brown hair and grey eyes, one of the many punishments he received from his previous life. His body is toned and fit but has many scars from many confrontations. He is medium height.

[B]Allegiance:[/B] Empire

[B]Bio:[/B] Kryos does not know where he was born. All he remembers is the Academy, the Code and his name. He grew up in the slums of some backwater colony, that much he remembers. He made a living by steeling as a child, and lost his older brother when they decided to rb the wrong person. He had been taken off the streets as a child and forcefully recruited into the Imperial ranks. He rose quickly, and gained the admiration of his comrades and teachers. He has now become a lieutenant of an assault squad specializing in guerrilla tactics and espionage.

Kryos has a face of stone and heart of steel. Nothing fazes him, as surprise is a sign of weakness. He was brought up by the Sith code;

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

Kryos believes in the words of the code with all his heart, and believes that if he can tear apart the Republic he will gain a victory that will immortalize him.[/SIZE]
